The research involves data collection through feedback from various levels and functions within the organization, encompassing the perspectives of employees from various departments. Performance evaluation is conducted by considering factors such as employee well-being, recognition of rights, and interactions with leadership. The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of how leadership influences organizational dynamics and employee performance in the entertainment industry.

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the ability of leadership style and work environment to motivate, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 35 census employees of the Alfa Mabruk Syariah Cooperative in Pasuruan Regency. Empirical evidence shows that directly, neither leadership style nor the work environment are able to encourage increased motivation. However, through the mediation of job satisfaction, these two independent variables are able to encourage increased motivation. This indicates the strong mediating role of job satisfaction, which also directly influences the motivation of employees of the Alfa Mabruk Syariah Cooperative in Pasuruan Regency.

This paper aims to find out about the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment together on employee performance. performance is the success of an employee's work that has been carried out on the tasks or work assigned to the employee with indicators a. Work quantity includes completing work programs, completing work, making work reports, achieving work quantities, and adjusting work plans; b. Work quality includes developing competence, creating work strategies, having work quality standards, and being motivated to complete the leader's work immediately; c. Efficiency includes the amount of funds provided, working methods, competition with other employees, paying attention to work needs, suitability of work schedules, and completion of work administration; d. Effectiveness, including achieving work targets, utilizing potential, utilizing work time, setting work goals and work responsibilities, and e. Initiative includes several aspects such as the ability to take appropriate steps in the face of difficulties, the ability to do work without assistance, and the ability to take the first step in an activity. There is a positive and very significant influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment together with employee performance.

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

Competency standards are a breakthrough in the world of education in improving the quality of teachers so as to make teachers not only professional but competent in their fields.  This is an implementation of the national education system law, the national standard of education (SNP), the Teacher and Lecturer Law (UUGD), which is realized in the RPP on teachers which will soon be passed. Departing from the above thinking, the author takes the title "Principal's Manajmen in Improving Teacher Competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung" which aims to describe teacher competence and efforts to improve it, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. In this study, there are theoretical approaches listed in chapter one and chapter two which explain the theory of efforts to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung, then in chapter three the research methods used are qualitative descriptive, and chapter four research results and exposure to research findings data, chapter five discussion or data analysis, and chapter six are conclusions and suggestions. The data that has been obtained explains that the real state of teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung states that every aspect of competence such as pedagogic competence or teacher learning management ability is stated to be still not very masterful and still below standard, but in the aspects of evaluating learning outcomes, understanding students, and implementing educational and dialogical learning, it can be said to be good.

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing personnel performance in the context of a dynamic work environment. The background of the study is rooted in the challenges organizations face amid rapid changes and the complexity of the modern work environment. The research methodology employs a combination of literature analysis and empirical research to identify significant variables that either enhance or hinder personnel performance. Research findings indicate that adaptive leadership, organizational flexibility, and individual skill development play pivotal roles in achieving optimal performance in a dynamic work environment. The implications of these research results provide insights for organizations to develop more effective strategies in managing personnel performance amidst constant change.

This research was conducted to examine the influence between leadership styles on employee work stress levels in several companies. The research method used is a literature review of several previous studies. Used 5 relevant literature that will be reviewed both nationally and internationally with a range of years 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results found that Tokopedia employees felt that the leadership style applied was in accordance with what they expected. They consider that the leader has applied the right style in every work-related condition. The stress level of employees at Tokopedia is relatively low. The analysis that has been done shows a negative significant relationship between leadership style and job stress levels. Employees who feel in accordance with the leadership style of their superiors will have lower stress levels. The results of this study can be a reference for related companies to study other factors that cause job stress.

This research aims to explain that the anomalies created by globalization are driving changes that the public in general is not aware of, where the Baduy people, especially the Outer Baduy, are starting to violate the traditions they hold. Globalization has encouraged hidden capitalism which has succeeded in breaking into the realm of daily life and activities carried out by the Outer Baduy people because the area they live in has been used as a tourist attraction and this has become an opportunity for capitalists to achieve maximum profits; by building market chains (mini markets, accommodation and other public facilities), distributing their products to the Outer Baduy community for sale, and forcing the community to integrate with modern culture such as using smartphones, modern equipment and consuming food. light. Hegemony is the reason this hidden power dynamic of capitalism persists in the lives of the Outer Baduy people, by instilling consumer values and promoting certain products as symbols of status and modernity. This research uses a qualitative analysis method which is based on objective observation; and also uses secondary data obtained through library data collection techniques. This research concludes the need to fight against the hegemony of capitalism through awareness and solidarity from traditional leaders together with the Outer Baduy community in maintaining their traditions and values so that they remain sustainable in the future.

This research is qualitative research using interview techniques with one of the members of Mapala Stacia, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. Adaptive leadership is about helping people to change and adapt to new situations. Leaders are required to be able to analyze, see and formulate all forms and types of organizational problems. On the other hand, if the leader only has a bad character and does not have a good influence on his members, then it is certain that the organization will not develop well and according to expectations. The aim of this research is to analyze why the role of adaptive leadership is so important in the IPNU and IPPNU organizations, and how the adaptive leadership process plays out in developing the organization. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research will conduct interviews at the IPNU and IPPNU organizations in Sedati District and will conduct interviews with 18 branches. The data analysis technique in this research uses interactive model data analysis techniques. The research results found that not all IPNU and IPPNU leaders in Sedati District implemented adaptive leadership well.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of servant leadership on individual performance in the psychological mediation of empowerment. This research uses a quantitative approach with the employee population of PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food in Sidoarjo. The sample used was 70 employees of PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. There are two model specifications used in PLS, namely: outer and inner models. The results of this research found that servant leadership influences individual performance, servant leadership influences the psychology of empowerment, individual performance influences the psychology of empowerment, psychology of empowerment mediates servant leadership on individual performance.

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam, the factors that can influence and factors that can improve teacher performance, are expected. By knowing all that, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals, especially in improving the performance of teachers in their schools. The essence of the principal's leadership is aimed at guiding and fostering teachers to become professional teachers and have achievements and performance and teaching skills. The teacher is the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention. This figure will always be a strategic spotlight when talking about education issues, because teachers are always associated with any component in the education system, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process. With a professional teacher, a further goal, namely improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's duty as a leader to assist teachers in improving teacher professionalism and performance. While there are still many teachers who in carrying out learning activities have not met expectations. Therefore, the author needs to examine the pattern of Principal Leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam. From the results of the study it was stated that the principal's leadership was considered good, but had not had a positive impact on improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam While the performance of teachers at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam is considered good, but has not run optimally as expected, this is due to the lack of teacher ability in preparing learning tools, especially Learning Implementation Plans, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, and also the difficulties of teachers in creating educational interactions between students and teachers, as well as the difficulty of creating a conducive classroom. The quality of education or the quality of KBM in Indonesia is still very low compared to other countries, for that in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, efforts from various parties are needed. These parties other than the government and the community are school principals. Because the principal is a leader in educational institutions, therefore the principal has a very important role in improving the quality of KBM.. The improvement of KBM quality can be measured through several conditions, namely inputs, processes and outputs. Input is the way the school screens prospective students, while the process is a way both teaching and learning in a school led by a teacher (Teaching and Learning Activities), while output is the result of the process. This research has a purpose, namely: to determine the principal's efforts in improving the quality of KBM at SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02. Basically, this research is descriptive qualitative, providing a picture or description of a situation as clearly as possible about certain individuals or groups in accordance with actual conditions. The descriptive method is used to analyze qualitative data with data that cannot be realized with numbers. Thus, the results of the study show that the Principal of SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02 Batam always strives to improve the quality of KBM in various ways, including always holding or participating in training on the ability to manage KBM, always striving for teachers according to their respective competencies, always providing coaching or motivation to students, always striving for infrastructure and learning media to support KBM, always supervise the running of KBM
