Education is a human effort in order to develop the potential of students to the maximum. In the learning process, there are still many students who have learning difficulties. The focus of this writing discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The role of the teacher is not only as teaching lessons that have been compiled in the curriculum, but also as a guide, class manager, motivator, facilitator, inspiration, and many other teacher tasks. The cause of students who are lazy to learn is caused by two factors, internal factors (within students) and external factors (outside of students). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by making observations and interviews and looking from other articles to support statements that have been found in the field.

Problem: "Efforts to Improve Class I Reading Skills Using Letter Card Media at SDN BANYUBUNIH 1" The purpose of this study was to: improve reading skills by using letter cards for first grade students at SDN BANYUBUNIH 1 Academic Year 2023/2024. This research was conducted through PTK method. The action of this research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, observation of learning activities, and reflection. The targets of this study were first grade students at SDN BANYUBUNIH 1. Data collection techniques and observation sheets for teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that student learning outcomes had increased. The results of the study show that in this letter card media it can be carried out directly into Indonesian language learning. With the use of letter card media, the reading skills of grade I students at SDN BANYUBUNIH 1 can improve.

This study aims to explore the role of classroom management on students' interest in learning mathematics in grade IV at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. This research was conducted because there were still many students who still had difficulties in solving math problems. This research uses observation method and qualitative approach. Through observing and documenting classroom management practices, this study found that good classroom management has a positive impact on students' interest in learning mathematics. Several important aspects of classroom management that were found included effective time management, the use of effective teaching methods, positive interactions between teachers and students, and creating a conducive classroom atmosphere. The research findings show that these factors can increase students' interest in learning mathematics. Thus, the findings of this study suggest that teachers pay attention to classroom management skills and to vary teaching methods. In this way, students' interest in learning can be increased and the experience of learning mathematics becomes more positive and meaningful for students. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing classroom management skills for teachers in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics.

The general research objective is to get an overview of the moral values ​​in a film and to find out the implications for drama learning in high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, in which the researcher records carefully and carefully the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos. The use of a descriptive qualitative approach in this study aims to describe and understand the moral values ​​in the film My Nerd Girl. The film My Nerd Girl provides many illustrations regarding moral values ​​that can be presented as role models for students at school. Therefore, in learning drama films this can be presented as an alternative teaching material, especially in discussions about examining the characteristics of elements and linguistic rules in drama texts in the form of scripts or stages and presenting plays in the form of stages or scripts. Researchers found 45 data on moral values ​​in the film My Nerd Girl and have described their implications for drama learning in high school. The most common moral values ​​found were the moral values ​​of helping each other, the moral values ​​of being responsible and the moral values ​​of cruelty, while the fewest were the moral values ​​of persecution and the moral values ​​of revenge.

The purpose of this study is to review more deeply the use of digital media kahoot: by dragon box in learning mathematics accompanied by a description of the obstacles experienced during the use of digital-based learning media: kahoot number by dragon box in learning mathematics in training children to think critically.  Qualitative description methods with interview techniques and the application of digital media include participatory observation, interviews, and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students aged 6-9 years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 Elementary School. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of digital teaching media was carried out in four stages, namely the action planning stage to develop a plan for using digital teaching media that is suitable for use in learning mathematics in training children to think critically,  the stage of carrying out the action by learning mathematics material using digital media through the educational game kahoot: numbers by dragon box, the stage of the action results as an effort to successfully use digital teaching media that is good for the development of children's thinking from the beginning to the end of use, and the stage of reflection by assessing how the process  implementation and results in the use of digital teaching media for children aged 6-9 years.  And the obstacles found in the use of digital teaching media are in the form of installing applications and registering accounts, the process of carrying out digital teaching media.

This study aims to describe efforts to improve teachers' ability to manage ICT-based learning. data collection tools using interviews, documentation, observation and literature review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Teachers are currently required to have the ability to carry out ICT-based learning. The obstacles faced by teachers in developing ICT-based learning include: the diverse conditions of students and factors of teaching experience, ability to operate learning media; the availability of school facilities is for teachers in implementing ICT-based learning. Teachers must be able to utilize information from the internet as well as teacher discussion forums as an effort to overcome problems in the preparation of a new ICT-based learning paradigm.

The Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) is a technology platform that accommodates teachers to obtain references, inspiration and understanding of the independent curriculum. This platform also helps teachers to develop their own creativity, because the learning features on the Independent Platform provide independent training facilities with unlimited access. This study aims to analyze the use of the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) in increasing teacher competence in elementary schools. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires indirectly through the Google form. The research results showed that the benefits of the Independent Platform were felt by 90.5% of teachers in West Sumatra played a role in increasing the competence of teachers in elementary schools.

This study aimed at developing the learners’ ability of the English language. Seen from the successfulness of one in studying the language, Non-formal English Course has much contribution to the English language teaching. The Non-formal English course is denoted as the enrichment toward the students that is studying English in junior, senior high school and event in the university. This research constitutes casual comparative study with the main objective is the English students at Hamzanwadi University, Lombok, Indonesia. The numbers of accessible population in this study are 40 students who follow and did not follow Non-formal Course of English. Data was collected using semi-structure interview. The result revealed that the mean score of students’ speaking performance who followed Non-formal English was 78.25. It proved students’ speaking performance who followed Non-formal English course was high. However, after calculating the comparison of the students’ speaking performance who follow and do not follow it, the researcher found only 3.55 of t-test which means the degree of comparison between them was high comparison. In conclusion, this analysis found the students’ speaking performance who followed Non-formal English Course and those who did not has high comparison.

The background for writing this is that based on the results of observations in class IV SDN Jatisari found problems including low reading interest due to the lack of availability of varied teaching resources for students. Then the learning model is still conventional. To overcome these problems, teachers can use the Flashcard-assisted Problem Based Learning model which can attract and facilitate student understanding both visually and in writing. The purpose of writing this is to describe the design of learning literacy, test the improvement of processes and results and find out the impact of implementing Problem Based Learning assisted by Flashcard media for fourth grade students at SDN Jatisari. Data collection techniques using tests, observation and documentation. The results of the percentage of students' independent literacy abilities show an average score of 85.25% (good) and critical reasoning abilities show a score of 86% (very good). For Pretest and Posttest learning outcomes there is an average increase of 19. The conclusion of this best practice is the design of learning literacy using Problem Based Learning assisted by Flashcards. The application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Flashcards is effective for the literacy skills of fourth grade students at SDN Jatisari Semarang. besides that this has an impact on writers, students, teachers and schools.

The purpose of this research is to describe the forms and functions of directive speech acts contained in the film "Nanti Kita Cerita tentang Hari Ini" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, and to utilize the results of the research as teaching materials for persuasion texts for grade VIII junior high school (SMP). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are sentences containing elements of directive speech acts in the film "Later We Tell About Today". The data collection technique was carried out by reading, observing, and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is documentation. The results of the study found several types of directive speech acts divided into the function of commanding 1 utterance, the function of ordering 1 utterance, the function of requiring 1 utterance, the function of crossing 1 utterance. the function of requesting 1 utterance, the function of offering 1 utterance. The third is the form of a directive speech act of invitation which is divided into the function of inviting 1 speech, the function of urging 1 utterance. The fourth is the form of directive speech act of advice which is divided into the function of advising 1 utterance, the function of suggesting 1 utterance, the function appeals to 1 speech, the function calls for 1 utterance, the function remembers 1 utterance. The fifth is the form of directive criticism which is divided into 1 speech reprimanding function, 1 utterance satirical function, 1 utterance scolding function. The sixth form of directive prohibition which is divided into prohibiting functions 1 speech, function prevents 1 speech. The findings of this study were then incorporated into a lesson plan for teaching persuasive writing to eighth graders in junior high school, this was done because the aim of persuasive writing or dialogue is to get the audience to act in the way the writer or speaker wants them to. The linguistic characteristics of persuasive texts are related to the form and function of directive speech acts, which aim to convince the speech partner or listener to act according to the intent intended by the speaker. The purpose of preparing teaching materials in the form of handouts is to simplify subjects to make them easier during the learning process, and to arrange materials in a practical and interesting way for students. Data from the analysis of the form and function of directive speech acts in the film "Next We Tell About Today" informs the preparation of persuasive text teaching materials, which also take Basic Competence (KD) of the applicable Indonesian language curriculum and Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA).

The purpose of this study is to know the increasing skill of writing the story from the flap book of the class iii students in the teachers' swing. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a type of experimental design quasi with a non-invasive control group design. The design has two randomly selected groups, each given the same treatment in pretests, treatment and posttests. The study subject is a class iii student of 52 children with details of 26 children as an experiment group and 26 children as a control group. The validity of the instrument using brivate Pearson. The data collection technique used is the tests and observations used to measure the students' storywriting skills. The normality and homogenity tests Shared colmogorov snov and the levene test for equality. Hypothetical testing USES the independent formula of t-test samples with help SPSS 15 for Windows with value value < 0.05. Hypothetical testing identified the value of sig. (2-tailed) by 0.004 < 0.05, the basis for decision-making in the independent test of t-tests can be concluded that there is a significant and correct difference between the experimental group and the control group. Experimental groups get a much higher value increase compared with the control group. The experimental group with a 10/15 27 pretest while its posttest scores rose to 14.08. The control group pretest scores 10.12 while its posttest scores are 12.23. This proves that the flap book's elevator teaching materials can provide an increased listening skill for class iii students. With the use of the flap book's lift, students are able to re-foster students' attention, interest, and creativity in learning, sharpening and getting used to storywriting skills.

Malewang 41 Elementary is one of the schools located in Polongbangkeng Utara sub-district, Takalar district, South Sulawesi Selatan Province. In carrying out its activities, this school is under the auspices of the ministry of education and culture. Teaching Campus is part of learning and teaching activities in basic education units from the Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) program which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the classroom. The Teaching Campus aims to equip students with a variety of expertise and skills by partnering with teachers and schools in developing learning models, as well as fostering creativity and innovation in learning so that it has an impact on strengthening literacy and numeracy learning in schools.Reading and counting is a skill that must be possessed by every person and taught from an early age. Each student has a different level of reading ability, AKM can be used to evaluate students in reading and counting skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the ability to read and numeracy, the factors that influence literacy and numeracy skills, and the way in solving literacy and numeracy problems of the fifth-grade students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The location of the research is at SDN 41 Malewang. The research subject was fifth-grade students and the teacher who was responsible for AKM at SDN 41 Malewang. The research subjects were fifth-grade students and 5th batch of campus teaching students who was responsible for AKM at SDN 41 Malewang. The results showed that most of the fifth-grade students at SDN 41 Malewang who followed AKM include in the basic category. Their reading literacy and numeracy abilities are influenced by internal factors from within students and external factors from the family and school. The way that students solve AKM literacy questions is by doing easy questions first.

The ideal teacher is not only one who fulfills the requirements, e.g. for example, he may be smart and skilled or an expert in his field of knowledge, but most importantly, the teacher must be able to position himself as an agent of change. Therefore, the Christian teacher must assume personal, social, intellectual, moral and spiritual roles and responsibilities. The responsibility of the Christian religion teacher as an educator is to encourage, teach, lead, guide, train, assess and evaluate students to achieve the expected learning objectives and learning outcomes. Jesus as an example for Christian religion teachers should be the standard for every Christian educator. Therefore, it affects work during learning and leads to achievement for students. The responsibility of a Christian religious education teacher is to improve student learning achievement and provide learning motivation in order to achieve an achievement for each student. From this writing, the author uses qualitative as a literature study and is supported by several references from books, journals for the completeness and refinement of writing. This. This study resulted in a conclusion that the responsibility of a teacher greatly influences the achievement of each student in the world of education.

In the era of educational technology disruption, the role of general teachers including Christian religion teachers plays an important role in realizing learning in the era of technological disruption, by changing teaching strategies, methods and media. What is assisted by the development of digital technology with the support of the internet, remains effective in implementing learning effective. The problems faced are inseparable from the growth of the digitalization revolution in the field of education, where the use of information technology is a connecting factor. It is necessary to adjust pedagogical visualization. In this regard, the author uses library research techniques to find sources of material in various sources of literature, such as journal articles, books, published articles and other information on the internet. Teachers are required to have academic, intellectual, professional, ethical, and halal qualifications. As a result, Christian professional expertise in the field of Christian education also encourages him to consider himself a teacher, especially in his class. In conclusion, the era of disruption to the performance of PAK teachers is the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Currently is a period of upheaval that disrupts the comfort, peace, and welfare of PAK teachers in carrying out their teaching duties and responsibilities

This study aims to determine the feasibility of LKPD through validity activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The data was collected by providing an instrument in the form of LKPD, where the data in this study was in the form of data from the validation results of LKPD. The results of research on the validity of LKPD are based Problem Based Learning it can be seen that the average value of the total validation is 84.38% with a very good category. LKPD Physics based Problem Based Learning in class X Newton's Law material can be said to be valid and can be used as one of the teaching materials to support the physics learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.

This study aims to, (1) describe the process of developing news text teaching materials based on the Filmorago application, (2) describe the form of developing news text teaching materials based on the Filmorago application, and (3) describe the feasibility of teaching materials for news texts based on the Filmorago application. The development of teaching materials for news texts based on the Filmorago application uses the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono, with stages of potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, revision and trial stages. The validation stage includes material expert lecturers and expert lecturers. The sample of this study was 37 grade VIII students of Dharma Patra Pangkalan Brandan Private Junior High School using the Purpossive Sample technique. Data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire sheet validating material experts and media experts using Likert scale calculations. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. Research shows that products from Filmorago application-based news text teaching materials get research results with "Very Good" criteria with an average of 90%, with results from material experts of 90% with "Very Good" criteria and results from media experts of 82% with "Very Good" criteria so that teaching materials are suitable for use in the learning process. The results of the product trial received an assessment from teachers of 96% with the criteria of "Very Good" and a student assessment of 90% with the criteria of "Very Good".

Visual aids are tools that can stimulate students' thoughts, skills, attention and willingness so that they can encourage the learning process in students, besides that using teaching aids can provide space for students to be actively involved in every learning process. In fact, in Toyang State Junior High School, mathematics learning has not used visual aids. The props created and used are number pattern boxes made of used cardboard, which are designed in such an attractive way to form several number pattern boxes consisting of: square, rectangular and triangular boxes. This visual aid is used in the learning process for class VIII students of SMP Negeri Toyang. This training aims to help foster the creativity of students and improve students' ability to use teaching aids. The result of this training is that students get new experiences by learning to use visual aids, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students who are very large and students more easily understand the concept of number patterns

Today's technological developments require the world of education to immigrate by adjusting developments. Technology is an important part of the learning process, including for Islamic Religious Education teachers. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is by carrying out data reduction, presenting data and ending with data verification. The results obtained that training activities on the use of information communication technology for PAI teachers have been carried out at SD Negeri Sugiraya. This information and communication technology has become an important need in the PAI learning process. Teachers are given the opportunity to learn to develop information and communication technology skills that are beneficial in their learning process and in their daily lives as well as learning programs in educational institutions need to implement information system-based learning. Integrating information and communication technology into learning, among others, to improve teacher competence in teaching and improve the quality of learner learning. Innovative information and communication technology can improve what is being done now, as well as what we have not yet started using information and communication technology.

The Teaching Campus Program provides opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by becoming teacher partners in the learning process at the educational level. Through this program the role of students is needed to provide better learning to schools and hone creativity.
