Every company or agency that employs more than 100 people is required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of SMK3 in the Engineering Sector of Perum Airnav Indonesia Pontianak Branch, and employee awareness in implementing an occupational health and safety management system.This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers directly made observations in the field and carried out documentation. Interviews were conducted with 3 sources, namely the Junior Manager for Safety and K3 Engineering, the Engineering Manager, and Employees in the Safety Sector. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research that has been carried out show that Perum LPPNPI Airnav Pontianak Branch in the engineering sector has implemented SMK3 Implementation in accordance with PP No. 50 of 2012 which includes: 1) Determination of K3 Policy, 2) K3 Planning, 3) Implementation of K3 Plan/Implementation, 4) Monitoring K3 Evaluation and Performance, 5) Reviewing and Improving SMK3. Employee awareness in implementing SMK3 in general is very good but there needs to be increased awareness of the importance of K3 and SMK3 among employees which must be carried out on an ongoing basis.    

Data ethics is part of what we mean when we talk about the decisions and actions we take when collecting, analyzing, and using data. and actions we take when collecting, analyzing and using data. The principles and laws specific to data use in each country must be followed. Ethics is not just about taking responsibility; if we are not careful and ethical in our in our activities on social media, we will suffer consequences and break the law. Ethics in the digital world can be seen from various perspectives, including ethics of personal use, business ethics, political ethics, and others. In addition to ethics, in the digital world there is also something called privacy policy. Privacy policy emerged from the common law system, system as a self-regulatory approach. Privacy policies are tailored to the principles of personal data protection principles established by national laws and regulations. There are ethical issues in the utilization of big data that need to be addressed. Decision-making based on data may become biased and unfair due to improper data analysis. Big data is a trend that covers every field of technology.

Pembangunan Industri Pertahanan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam menjaga kepentingan nasional yang diwujud nyatakan dalam berbagai bentuk regulasi sampai dengan implementasinya yang dilakukan oleh Komite Kebijakan Industri Pertahanan. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan terkait peran dari Komite Kebijakan Industri pertahanan pasca Undang-Undang No. 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 Tentang Cipta Kerja Menjadi Undang-Undang. Metode Penelitian yang di pergunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Melalui metode kajian penelitian normatif, Peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan suatu kajian terhadap perubahan peran KKIP (Komite Kebijakan Industri Pertahanan) pasca disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023. Sebagai hasil kajian, peneliti menemukan bahwa peran dari Komite Kebijakan Indutri Pertahanan dalam menetapkan kebijakan pemenuhan kebutuhan alat pertahanan dan keamanan negara dipindahkan kepada Kementerian pertahanan

Banda Aceh, a coastal city located in the western most province of Indonesia, has long been known for its stunning natural beauty and vibrant cultural heritage. Situated on the northern tip of Sumatra Island, this bustling city is surrounded by the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean on one side and picturesque hills on the other. However, beneath its picturesque facade lies an alarming reality - Banda Aceh stands perilously exposed to a high risk of disaster.. With the history of disasters in Aceh which is one of the biggest disasters that has caused many casualties, education related to disaster awareness needs to be carried out. People with hearing  disabilities are one of the vulnerable groups in the event of a disaster. Education related to disaster awareness is a form of non-structural mitigation which at this time has been widely carried out both in formal education in schools and campuses and informally in the community. Efforts to increase disaster awareness through education are important, including for groups with disabilities . As a group with hearing impairments, they are at greater risk when a disaster occurs because they cannot hear warnings through sound media and the communications gap. However, with disaster awareness through education, people with disabilities are also expected to be able to carry out independent evacuations and save themselves when a disaster occurs. This research aimed to explore the effectiveness of designing disaster media education for children with disabilities in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Recognizing the unique vulnerabilities of children with disabilities during disasters, the study focused on developing an inclusive and accessible media-based educational program. The method used in the research is qualitative research and encompassed various stages, including needs assessment, program development and implementation. Designing disaster media education for children with disabilities in Banda Aceh proved to be an effective and essential approach to bridge the education gap and enhance disaster preparedness among this marginalized group. The research outcomes emphasize the importance of inclusive and accessible education in disaster management, aiming to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, regardless of their abilities. The findings of this research contribute to the growing body of knowledge on disability-inclusive disaster education and provide a basis for future program development and policy-making in disaster management in Banda Aceh and beyond.

Data mining is a technology that plays an important role in supporting data-driven decision making, especially in complex and dynamic higher education environments. In the context of education management, the ability to predict student graduation is an essential aspect because it can help institutions plan strategic steps, intervene earlier, and optimize academic resources. This study aims to apply the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to build a student graduation prediction model based on academic data. The research dataset includes key variables such as Grade Point Average (GPA), total Semester Credit Units (SKS) taken, and student attendance rates during lectures. The analysis was conducted using the C4.5 algorithm, which is known for its high level of interpretability, making the model results easy to understand by policy makers. The test results showed an accuracy of 84.6%, indicating that this method has the potential to support data-based academic management systems. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for educational institutions to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the student learning process.

Village development plan preparation activies are carried out using a database that is already in the SID. Some of the data that will be used is village facilities and indrastructure data. The aim of this years PKM activity is to Provide Guidance to village government officials in preparing village development plans based on village facilities and infrastructure data in the SID. The method that will be used by the PKM team will be carried out in two stages of activity. This stage of activity begins with the preparation stage and then continues with the implementation stage. Preparation stage activities include: Coordination with village Apparatus, division of colloborative tasks with village apparatus and PKM team, collection and grouping of digital and non digital data, compilation of facilities and infrasrtucture data in SID. Meanwhile the activity implementaion stages include.: Evaluation of the previous RPJMDes, formation of the drafting tea, meeting of the drafting team in the context of aglining develpment policy direction, preparation of planning and design of the RPJMDes, determination of the RPJMDes. The impact of this activity is (1) The village has a village development planning document refeering to the complete, accurate and up to date condition of village facilities and infrastructure via SID. (2) The village has village government officials who are skilled at managing the village information system and utilizing it to improve community contributes to the preparation of village development planning by providding information directly through SID.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

Healthy financial conditions are key to reducing risks and ensuring business continuity. Company management must carry out wise management in making decisions and preparing budget policies carefully. This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performance through profitability, liquidity and solvency of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT. Indosat 2018-2021. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all PT financial reports. Telkom and PT. Indosat published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia shows a superior position when compared to PT. Indosat. The trend graph illustrates that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has better performance compared to PT. Indosat. (1) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's Profitability Ratio is superior to PT Indosat in generating profits. (2) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Liquidity Ratio is far superior to PT. Indosat. (3) Solvency Ratio of PT. Indonesian Telecommunication is superior compared to PT. Indosat. Based on the research results, PT Indosat and PT. Telecommunication needs to make better strategy or policy changes to manage its assets, assets and debts so that it can provide better profits in the future.

Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan kebijakan fiskal yaitu meningkatkan laju investasi, Untuk Mendorong Investasi Optimal Secara Sosial, Untuk Meningkatkan Kesempatan Kerja, Untuk Meningkatkan Stabilitas Ekonomi Ditengah Ketidakstabilan Internasional, Untuk Menanggulangi Inflasi, Untuk Meningkatkan Dan Mendistribusikan Pendapatan Nasional. Kemudian adapun peran dari kebijakan fiskal dalam perekonomian yaitu: peranan dari tindakan fiskal pemerintah dalam turut menentukan tingkat pendapatan nasional lebih besar. Dengan demikian diharapkan bahwa dengan adanya kebijakan fiskal, pemerintah dapat mengusahakan terhindarnya perekonomian dari keadaan-keadaan yang tidak diinginkan seperti misalnya keadaan dimana banyak pengangguran, inflasi, neraca pembayaran internasional yang terus menerus defisit, dan sebagainya.

This article aims to review and attempt to inform the concept of the role of monetary policy in the economy. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded in general that the role of monetary policy in the economy is to keep economic conditions growing and conductive, to create sufficient money supply so that growth can always be in harmony with the course of development which requires strong discipline among monetary authorities and also on the government side and overseeing the development of foreign currency receipts and supervising activities in the foreign sector ( exports and imports). Activities in this sector are very easy to cause inflation in the country, because the price of law materials always fluctuates. Thus, revenues from export activities always experience irregular changes. 

This study aims to examine the effect of company size and profitability on dividend policy with debt policy as a moderating variable (IDX30 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022). The research method used in this study is quantitative research and uses secondary data collection techniques in the form of an annual report. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling method and a sample of 15 IDX30 companies was obtained that met the sample criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that firm size has no effect on dividend policy, and profitability has an effect on dividend policy. Moderation of debt policy weakens the effect of company size on dividend policy. And in moderation the debt policy is not able to weaken the effect of profitability on dividend policy. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R Square) is 0.330 which indicates that company size and profitability on dividend policy is 33% while the remaining 67% (100% - 33%) is influenced by variables outside the research model. After adding debt policy as a moderating variable, the coefficient of determination decreases to 0.321. From these results it can be interpreted that 32.1% of the dividend policy can be explained by the variable company size and profitability with debt policy. While the rest, namely 67.9% (100% - 32.1%) is explained by variables outside the study

The development of a potential sector cannot be separated from the relationship between stakeholders and economic actors in the region. Because, in essence, the development of potential sectors is carried out by village communities who work together with policy makers at both the village and district levels to provide guidance, direction, coaching and supervision to the community so that they can help in efforts to raise the community's standard of living (Fatmawati et al., 2020).  

This qualitative study aims to investigate the level of financial literacy and management proficiency among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research employs a descriptive qualitative research design to explore the perceptions and practices of MSME owners or managers regarding financial matters. A purposive sampling technique is utilized to select participants, focusing on MSMEs operating in diverse industries and geographical locations. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, enabling the identification of recurring themes and patterns in participants' responses. The findings of this study provide insights into the financial knowledge and skills of MSMEs, highlighting potential areas for improvement and intervention. Ultimately, this research contributes to the understanding of the financial behaviors and challenges faced by MSMEs, aiding policymakers and stakeholders in developing targeted support programs and initiatives.    

In this research, in stabilizing the economy in an area in Surabaya and targeting market operating procedures, the Government and PT. Jatim Grha Utama also has a role in advancing the economy of the people of Surabaya. The government continues to push for price stabilization measures to reduce the prices of a number of foodstuffs which show an upward trend until the end of the year. As a concrete step to ease the burden on the community in meeting their basic food needs, the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy has taken several comprehensive and holistic steps to analyze and overcome the various problems mentioned above through policy and tactical steps. Domain in the form of market power. Apart from food prices, rising fertilizer prices are also a concern. The Coordinating Minister for Airlangga also conducted a review of a fertilizer kiosk to show the government's commitment to ensuring the availability of fertilizer for farmers and increasing agricultural productivity and competitiveness. This article examines the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia with a focus on issues of land ownership and human rights. This article explains that land ownership is often a source of conflict and disputes in Indonesian society, especially when land does not have clear certificates. The Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) is the legal basis that provides guarantees for land rights for the people of Indonesia. The National Agrarian Operations Project Program (PRONA) is the government's effort to provide land certificates to people with economically weak groups. This article also reviews changes in legal political views in Indonesia following the transition from the New Order era to the reform era. During the New Order era, there were shackles in various sectors, including law and politics. However, during the reform period, efforts to restore Indonesia's image as a rule of law through changes in government policy were carried out concerning the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. In the context of land ownership and human rights, this article underscores the need to protect the rights of rural communities and indigenous peoples whose ownership is inherited hereditary, regardless of the completeness of the ownership papers. This article examines the need for a balance between public interest and individual rights in the context of land ownership in Indonesia. In conclusion, this article presents a comprehensive analysis of the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia. To reduce the potential for transmission of Covid-19, the Indonesian government has implemented a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy and recommended physical distancing. This recommendation led to the closure of facilities such as schools or college so that students were required to carry out learning activities remotely. This makes students feel the impact on the implementation of PJJ. One of them is that students experience academic burnout. Therefore, self-efficacy is needed to reduce the increase of academic burnout in student. This study aims to test empirically the relationship between self-efficacy and academic burnout in students who’re doing distance learning. The method used was quantitative method with 246 students as respondents and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was using the Product Moment correlation technique from Pearson. Based on this study, the results of a correlation coefficient of r = -0.343 with a significance value of 0.000 (p ≤ 0.01) indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic burnout in students doing PJJ. The higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic burnout

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.

Education plays an important role in the progress of the nation and state. In the development of the country's national education, it certainly requires policies that are able to make education more advanced. The role of policy itself is very crucial because it can help someone make decisions by providing information collected through research and analysis processes, classifying and clarifying problems that reveal discrepancies in goals and efforts, suggesting new possibilities and suggesting how to interpret ideas or ideas into a policy that is easy to implement and implemented. After policy making is carried out, of course it is necessary to apply or implement it to see the results of the policy. The purpose of implementing the policy itself is to set a direction so that the policy objectives can be implemented. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of policies in the education system itself by reviewing the stages and approaches in implementing educational policies.

This research is motivated by the existence of a new policy in the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in character education, in practice, namely to form Indonesian students who have basic competencies and behaviors that are in accordance with Pancasila values. In order for students to have national character in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the government issued a project program to strengthen Pancasila student profiles to support the implementation of character education for elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification, and conducting data validity. The results of this study are 1) school program policies to develop character education are the realization of the school's vision and mission as well as project programs to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. 2) the process of implementing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile based on the Kepmendikbudristek guidelines No. 56 of 2022 Guidelines for Implementing the Curriculum. 3) the obstacles faced are in terms of the family economy and the lack of facilities from schools. 4) efforts made in dealing with obstacles, namely by evaluating consistently, making modules, annual programs, semester programs adapted to programs that will be implemented in schools.
