The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational politics towards career motivation with the Career Motivation variable based on (London, 1989) and Based on the variable Perception of Organizational Politics (Ferris and Kacmar; 1996). The method used was a descriptive analysis method with a sample of 76 employeesusing Proportional Random Sampling and analyzed with a model AMOS structural equation. Research findings prove that there is a relationship which varies positively and significantly between organizational politics and Career Motivation political perceptions based on multi-dimensional career motivation in the career identity domain,and career insight domain

The government is a bureaucratic organization in public service, so the government bureaucratic organization is the leading organization related to public service. In terms of including government institutions as a locus of research is the Office of Population and Civil Registration, providing services regarding population administration, the most important thing is how to provide assistance and convenience to the community in order to fulfill their needs and interests, especially birth certificates. A quality service provided to the community demands there is an effort from all employees who have competence, because any task carried out by each employee contains an element of service which in turn will affect the quality of services or products from the agency where the employee works which is accepted by the community, and community satisfaction using population services in the form of a certificate birth. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significant relationship between competence and quality of service, with the satisfaction of the people who use population administration services.

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Work Ability on the Performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates Employees. The research data was obtained by presenting data from the questionnaire results, as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study. The sample in this study were 43 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling where the sample determination technique was based on certain considerations. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study on the Work Discipline variable obtained a tcount value of 1439 <t table 2.042, so the Work Discipline variable has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance, work facilities variable obtained t count 2.220 > ttable 2.042 then work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance, and work ability variable obtained tcount 2.084 > ttable 2.042 then work ability partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables, work facilities and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees with the results of the F test obtained Fcount, namely 4.042 > Ftable of 2.852. In addition, it also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.237 or 23.7%. This indicates that the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees is influenced by work discipline, work facilities and work ability by 23.7%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is equal to 76.3%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

The application of good governance in public services in the district is expected to create a government system that is more responsive, accountable and oriented to the interests of the community. This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Semarang District Office of Semarang City as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the district head, service section head and service users. The results of the study show that the principles of accountability have been implemented through coordination, program outreach, effective communication, officer competence, commitment, honesty and democracy, the principles of transparency have been implemented through information disclosure and easy access to services, democratic principles have been implemented through the involvement of officers, accountability, integrity, following up on public complaints and a straightforward mechanism. The application of the principle of the Rule of Law is carried out by providing services to the public that are fair and do not discriminate, employees carry out their duties in accordance with existing rules. Factors supporting the implementation of good governance in the East Semarang District Office are effective communication; adequate resources; disposition shows honesty, commitment, and democracy; The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the program implementation mechanism according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and is easy to understand as stated in the program/policy guidelines and implementing organizational structure. The obstacles are the lack of understanding by the apparatus of the principles of Good Governance, inadequate facilities and lack of discipline by the apparatus during working hours and the lack of community participation.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. This study took 45 respondents from a total population of 72 employees at PT Javadwipa Duta Madiri Surabaya where a total of 45 respondents all came from the marketing department. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumptions used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test using the SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of the analysis conclude that variables 1.) Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2.) Work Morale have a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3.) Job Satisfaction and Work Morale have a simultaneous or joint effect on Employee Performance. at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety operational process in fiberglass shipbuilding, identify the types of risk causes that hinder the construction of fiberglass boats and propose recommended actions needed to overcome the risks in CV ERA FIBERBOAT by using theoretical research methods. Identification of risks in the process of building new ships, namely employees, materials, work equipment, payment of construction costs, working drawings have revisions. Determining the risk rating of the new ship building process: very high; inappropriate equipment, height; late payment / paying, medium; working drawings have revisions, low; materials arrive late, very low; employees procrastinate. Mitigating risks in the process of building new ships: employees delay work with mitigation, namely the director of the company provides the opportunity for employees to rest so that employees do not get sick, materials arriving late are mitigated by means of shipyard companies providing an easy-to-find address point so that the sender of materials does not having difficulty finding the address of the shipyard, working drawings have revisions that can be mitigated by means the company must always make an existence to the customer in every work process so that there is no miscommunication

Starting from the existence of several problems faced, namely there is a decrease in the quality of work as evidenced by the overall table of the national fluid index from 2020-2022. There is a decrease in the quantity of work based on the overall table of the National Achievement Index from 2020-2022. Improper timeliness in service time for participants has become an indicator of the decline in the overall value of the National Index of achievements from 2020-2022. Work effectiveness has decreased due to the fact that there are still vacant positions in the organizational structure, forcing employees to handle other work. Lack of employee independence, so that performance does not develop if there is no supervisor. The culture of BPJS Kesehatan is dynamic so that during the transition period employees experience difficulties. There are vacant positions in the organizational structure, so some employees do double jobs to keep the program running. Leaders do not understand the potential of each employee and tend to always rely on employees who have done this side job. The method used is descriptive quantitative. the results of research on Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if the organizational culture increases, the employee's performance also increases. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the leadership style increases, the employee's performance also increases. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health, Accident and Work Safety on Work Motivation at PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Regression Test which consists of the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the simultaneous study (Test F) show that there is a significant influence between Health, Accidents and Work Safety on Work Motivation. Partially (t test) Health and work accidents have no significant effect on work motivation, while work safety has a significant effect on work motivation.

Employees are Human Resources who are very important to achieve the company's vision and mission. Employees have a significant impact on the company's growth and ability to compete in the market. One way to create quality human resources, we need a system to determine exemplary employees. One way to determine employees by using a decision support system. Decision support systems are made to determine exemplary employees in a company based on predetermined weights. The method used in this system is Simple Additive Weighting because it has the advantage of being able to determine the weight value of each attribute. The results obtained from calculations using this system are the names of exemplary employees who have been sorted according to their ranking from the top to the bottom and this system can be used by companies to make it easier to give rewards or appreciation in determining exemplary employees.

In this investigation, we'll find out whether work placement and work experience affect employee performance at PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  In this study employing analytical techniques, namely where the subjects of this study amounted to 31 employees of PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  The sample is census sampling or saturated sampling, namely the whole populace is employed as a study example. The method of data analysis employs multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis show that work placement and employment history have a favorable and significant impact on employees' performance at PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  The proportion of the two variables on employee performance is 57%, while the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors in the regression model.

As the center of academic activities of Muhadi Setiabudi University with 101 lecturers, 1266 students and 94 employees must be supported by adequate parking infrastructure. Parking is an important infrastructure in an activity. One of the problems in parking is the lack of adequate parking space. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the characteristics of parking in the campus area. The evaluation results found parking characteristics at the location in the form of: motorcycle parking volume of 347 vehicles and cars of 28 vehicles. The maximum parking duration for motorbikes is 195,089 minutes and cars is 185,591 minutes. The maximum accumulated value of motorcycle parking is 267 vehicles and cars are 18 vehicles. The maximum static capacity on the motorcycle is 922 vehicles while for cars it is 41 vehicles. The maximum parking index on motorcycles is 89% as well as on cars is 130%. The maximum turnover on motorcycles is 1.16 times and for cars 2.16 times. The maximum parking space requirement on motorcycles is 294 vehicles, on cars is 20 vehicles. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the capacity of the existing parking lot for motorbikes is adequate, but for cars it is not adequate.

Selection of the best employees is a semi-structured matter that can be scheduled every month or year. It is not uncommon for companies to determine the best employees not in accordance with the company's assessment. Kean shops still use the manual method and often do not meet the criteria set by the company. By making the best employee decision support system in a grocery store using the simple additive weighting method. assist managers in making the best employee decisions and admins in editing, deleting and adding values in each of the existing criteria and directly connected to the system database. This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.

Every hospital, industry and other sector experiences shifts in activity on a regular basis, and if the pace of construction and progress of the plant continues, this is absolutely necessary for the foreseeable future. Each individual's experience of fatigue is unique and subjective. Various conditions can result in fatigue accompanied by a decrease in body capacity and endurance while on duty. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between work fatigue and shift work in industrial plant employees. The research method used was a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees of industrial factories working in a shift system. The results showed a significant relationship between work fatigue and shift work in employees of industrial plants. High job fatigue can have a negative impact on employees' physical and mental health, as well as increase the risk of workplace errors and accidents. These findings point to the importance of effective shift management in reducing burnout and improving employee well-being. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between work burnout and shift work in employees of industrial plants. The practical implication of this study is the importance of greater attention to shift management in order to maintain employee well-being and productivity..

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees. The location of this research is the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda). The sample in this study used the census method (saturated sample) with a total of 32 respondents. Data collection was done through questionnaires with the analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Jeneponto Regency Bappeda employees with a coefficient of determination of 0.377 and P (sig) = 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the better the organizational culture and understanding by employees, the better job satisfaction will be. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees with a determination coefficient value of 0.548 and P (sig) = 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the better the leadership style, the better job satisfaction will be. The variable that has a dominant effect on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees is leadership style.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Lombok Regency is one of the government agencies responsible for determining the addresses and coordinates of drilled wells in the area. Currently, data for the construction of drilled wells in Central Lombok Regency still uses a conventional system in which the data and information needed for the process of constructing drilled wells are recorded physically on paper documents. The drilled well data consists of coordinates, depth, location, work CV, and costs. If employees need drilled well data to compile reports, it takes a relatively long time. Therefore, to increase time efficiency, an information system website for the construction of boreholes was built at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Lombok Regency using the Waterfall method.

Many institutions need to pay more attention to the fact that employee abilities and motivation significantly influence the company's progress. Because of that, it is necessary to conduct research trials on whether abilities in their fields and motivation affect employee performance. Collecting data in this study used a quantitative method with a sample of 150 employees at Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study state that talent management is essential for companies because they work according to the desired field. Likewise, motivation also has a significant contribution to employee morale. It can be concluded that talent management and inspiration have a considerable influence on improving employee performance.

The internet is a computer network system that is connected to each other. To achieve an internet, you need a fiber optic network that can transfer certain information data up to speeds of up to 100Mbps. However, customer service often receives customer complaints regarding unstable Indihome network services in the Banyumanik STO area. So it is necessary to do research on Fiber Optic Network Analysis from Server to Optical Network Terminal (ONT) at PT Telkom Access Banyumanik STO Using the Fishbone Method. To analyze the causes that affect the quality of fiber optic network for good or bad. Network quality analysis was carried out using the Fishbone Diagram method as a basis for obtaining the results of measuring the quality of fiber optic networks at ODC BMK FAE/ODP BMK FAE 016 Jalan Banjarsari Barat – Jalan Tembalang Selatan. The results of network quality analysis through brainstorming sessions with 11 employees of PT Telkom Access obtained an average answer of 92%. Then measure the quality of the network in the field, namely from the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) to the Customer. The results obtained are directly proportional to the standard network quality analysis with an attenuation value of -19.10 dBm. So it can be concluded that the case study area has good network quality because the results of the average value of the questionnaire answers and the measurement results of the case study area have a value above the standard.
