This research aims to explore how teachers of Christian Religious Education (PAK) contribute to shaping the character of adolescents aged 11-14 in the context of the digital era. Based on the findings of this article, there are several fundamental issues, including adolescents who are addicted to online games while watching inappropriate video content. Through understanding these core issues, this writing aims to provide education and enlightenment through the teaching of Christian Religious Education. Using a qualitative study method and phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers experienced in teaching adolescents in the digital era. Therefore, it is hoped that Christian Religious Education teachers will diligently carry out their duties in accordance with the goals of education and learning, namely to shape and produce generations with good morality, responsibility, and exhibit characters in line with Christ's teachings. Additionally, the emotional relationship between teachers and students is also recognized as an important factor in shaping adolescent character. These findings provide better understanding for educators and policymakers about the importance of the teacher's role in addressing the challenges of character formation in the digital age.      

In the contemporary landscape of globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face escalating challenges in navigating international markets. This research purpose to explore the pivotal role of human capital in propelling the internationalization of SMEs, particularly through the lens of digital marketing. The research methodology involved document analysis to understand global market dynamics and the key role of human capital in optimising digital marketing for international expansion. The main results show that investment in human capital development and digital capability enhancement are key factors in the successful internationalisation of SMEs. The findings provide an in-depth understanding of how SMEs can effectively utilise their human capital in the face of increasingly complex global market challenges. Overall, this article concludes that the integration of strong human capital with digital marketing strategies can contribute significantly to the successful internationalisation of SMEs and has important implications for the future development of SMEs in an era of globalization.

This article is to review and analyze the forms of violation of originality rights in the context of video works and the efforts made by content creators if their originality rights are violated. this research identifies forms of Copyright infringement, especially related to reuploads without attribution or watermarks, as well as actions that can be taken by content creators in response to such violations, The research method used is a normative legal approach with a focus on analyzing primary and secondary legal materials through literature study. The results show that violations of originality rights often occur in various forms, such as unauthorized use, reproduction without significant changes, and unauthorized modification of original works. However, the main challenges in enforcing originality rights are the difficulty in identifying infringements in a timely manner and the cost and time involved in the enforcement process. cooperation between digital platforms, policymakers, and the creator community is needed to create a fairer and more supportive environment for creators to maintain the integrity of their original works and more effective efforts are needed to support video content creators to protect their originality rights in this digital era.

This article explores the challenges of developing effective cybercrime legislation in the era of rapid digital transformation. By analyzing current laws across various jurisdictions, the study identifies gaps in legal frameworks that cybercriminals exploit, such as issues related to jurisdiction, anonymity, and cross-border crime. Findings indicate that, while several nations have made strides in strengthening cybercrime laws, a cohesive international approach and consistent policy updates are essential to keep pace with the evolving nature of cyber threats. The paper advocates for enhanced international collaboration, cross-border enforcement mechanisms, and adaptable legal frameworks that can respond to future digital transformations.

In today's digital era, most people use smartphones for various purposes. In the laboratory field,  as an innovation in laboratory examinations, and as a form of community service to promote healthy living and change people's lifestyles, medical laboratory technicians play a role in creating medical record applications. The development of this application is based on the fact that patients often forget about the examinations they have undergone, making it difficult to accurately record medical history. The examinations conducted on patients are a benchmark for lifestyle patterns that should be carefully considered by patients. This attention begins with the periodic recording of health history, which should be done to anticipate spikes or abnormalities in the body's condition. The application system, created through a semi-automatic method for recording and reminding examinations, is able to minimize errors or inaccuracies in the examination results in the history, thus facilitating self-control of both lifestyle, examinations, and health. Medical record application software can provide health data from previous laboratory examinations and can provide reminders for the next scheduled examination."

This community service activity aims to evaluate the implementation of teacher professional development policies in the digital era from a public administration perspective. The activity was conducted through socialization and mentoring sessions for teachers at SDN 2 Bukit Batu on March 7, 2024. A descriptive and participatory approach was employed, using interactive presentations, case studies, and the distribution of informational materials. The results indicate that some teachers still experience difficulties in understanding teacher professional development policies, particularly in relation to the use of digital technology in administration and learning processes. However, the socialization activities improved teachers' understanding of policy objectives, professional development strategies, and the importance of digital adaptation in supporting professional performance. The activity also fostered educational collaboration and generated innovative ideas for improving administration. Overall, this community service program contributes to strengthening human resource capacity at the school level and supports the effective implementation of public policies in the education sector.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. This community service was to help the community utilize the internet as a means of promoting tourism or all the potential in the Pacitan area, East Java. The intended target was for students to be more productive in utilizing their time in this information and digital era. Research shows that students spend more time surfing cyberspace, fulfilling their entertainment needs than studying. Through journalism training, it was hoped that students who were still active members of society and had high curiosity could canalize it through positive activities. The way to do it was by making journalistic products that could be published in media. How to make journalistic products that could be suitable for publication in the media or were of interest to the public as a means of regional promotion was the goal of this activity. This activity was part of efforts to increase society's digital competence.

Salah satu kelompok pengrajin, batik Sanggar Tapak Dara, mengalami penurunan penjualan dan kurangnya daya saing. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, direncanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pendapatan, motivasi, ketrampilan menggunakan media sosial dan Marketplace dalam memasarkan, serta daya saing anggota pengrajin. Manfaatnya termasuk peningkatan motivasi dan ketrampilan, serta daya saing pengrajin. Dengan menerapkan metode-metode secara terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan, Sanggar Batik Tapak Dara dapat mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka dan menghadapi tantangan dalam era perekonomian digital. Diharapkan kegiatan ini akan membantu meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan usaha masyarakat pengrajin batik Tapak Dara.

Background: Public opinion analysis has become increasingly important in the digital era, where social media platforms generate large-scale textual data reflecting public perceptions toward environmental policies. Advances in Natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning enable systematic sentiment classification to support data-driven decision-making. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of several sentiment classification models in analyzing Indonesian-language social media data related to environmental policies. Method: The research employed a text mining pipeline including data crawling, preprocessing (case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming), and vectorization using TF-IDF. Three classification models Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) were trained and evaluated using accuracy and F1-score metrics. Results: Experimental findings indicate that LSTM achieved the highest performance with 91.7% accuracy and 91.2% F1-score, outperforming SVM (88.5%) and Logistic Regression (84.2%). Sentiment distribution analysis shows that public opinion is dominated by positive sentiment (47.5%), followed by neutral (32.0%) and negative (20.5%). Overall: The results demonstrate that deep learning-based models provide more robust contextual understanding and more reliable sentiment mapping for environmental policy analysis.

The implications underscore the imperative of comprehending social media's role and influence in shaping modern marketing paradigms, accentuating its pertinence in contemporary business practices. This research is poised to furnish invaluable insights for marketing professionals and academics, empowering them to craft efficacious marketing strategies tailored to the digital era.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of educational technology in changing the landscape of Indonesian language education in the digital era. The methodology used includes a literature review to identify recent developments in the use of educational technology in language teaching. The results of this research show that educational technology has contributed significantly to improving the quality and efficiency of learning, facilitating distance learning through platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, and encouraging innovation in educational strategies. This study shows that the role of educational technology does not only focus on technical aspects, but also influences the learning paradigm by changing the perspective on the role of teachers and students. However, the use of educational technology also presents challenges, including accessibility and socio- psychological impacts on students. Therefore, sophisticated strategies are needed to effectively incorporate educational technology into the language teaching curriculum. This study provides insight into how educational technology influences the transformation of Indonesian language education in the digital era. The methods and results of this research provide a better understanding of the complex role of educational technology in shaping education that is more adaptive and relevant to current developments.

In the learning process, using media for learning as a supporting tool is expected to adapt to increasingly sophisticated technological and informational developments. This review aims to examine the beneficial effects of using podcasts as educational tools in terms of the results of student learning in the current digital era. The review is structured based on a literature review or literature study. The method used in this research study is to identify and assess based on previously conducted and published research projects. Information obtained originates from books, journals, and articles with an expansive subject matter. The results of this research show the use of podcasts as a learning media can be helpful and progressively enhance students' learning results.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu usaha yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan sehingga dapat menunjang perekonomian. Dengan adanya era modern sekarang ini, banyak pengusaha yang memanfaatkan digital marketing dalam membuat branding pada usaha yang dijalankan untuk menarik minat konsumen. Hal tersebut membuat kelompok Bina Desa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur membantu UMKM pada Kelurahan Gunung Anyar. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara langsung sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Wawancara dan analisis desain visual digunakan untuk merinci, dengan difokuskan pada UMKM minuman herbal di Kelurahan Gunung Anyar, Surabaya, yakni “Jamu Sinom” dan “Sari Bunga Telang". Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh kelompok mahasiswa Bina Desa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2023.Persiapan dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada pemilik UMKM Sinom dan Sari Bunga Telang, untuk dapat mengetahui dengan detail nilai inti dari UMKM mereka sehingga nantinya desain logo, banner, dan label dapat sesuai esensi dari UMKM tersebut. Dari hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan menggambarkan rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha tersebut terkait penggunaan identitas visual sebagai sarana melakukan branding untuk strategi pemasarannya. Sesuai dengan program kerja yang telah dilaksanakan ini berupaya dan berusaha untuk terus melakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman serta meningkatkan pengalaman dalam mendesain identitas visual.

The creation of a web-based application management system is essential to assist organisations in maintaining their operational efficiency in the rapidly growing digital era. The purpose of this research is to apply the waterfall development method approach to the development of a web-based application management system. We compared the time efficiency and features of a low-code platform such as OutSystems and traditional coding using native PHP. By streamlining procedures for recruitment, leave, warning or dismissal data, and human resource management, the system can improve overall operational effectiveness and efficiency. This research can provide in-depth information on the efficiency of development time and overall features. Our contribution is to clarify the performance comparison in the context of application management system development between low-code platforms and traditional development approaches.

This socialization activity took place in the Bina Bangsa IT SMP Hall involving 39 7th grade students. This article explores the store labeled "Komputer dan Fotokopi Salwa" as the main object of study. Focusing on market surveys, typing and photocopying industry trends, online marketing strategies, and key success factors in the typing and photocopying business, this research aims to provide in-depth insights into the dynamics of business in the current digital era. Through data analysis including market surveys that record that 70.2% of jobs require computer devices and similar ones, and 39.9% require document duplication and/or binding, this article presents a comprehensive understanding of market needs and preferences. Additionally, with the majority of respondents (79.8%) having access to computers and laptops, but only a small percentage owning a printer (28.7%), this article highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by the typing and photocopying industry. This analysis provides a foundation for effective online marketing strategies and identifies key success factors that can help businesses like "Komputer dan Fotokopi Salwa" to grow and maintain their position in the current competitive market.

Against the backdrop of technological advancements, preaching is no longer confined to conventional methods but has evolved into multi-directional communication that is more interactive and responsive. Preachers now adopt various strategies to enhance the effectiveness of preaching in the digital world. The research results highlight the shift in preaching communication styles from traditional lectures to utilizing social media, video platforms, and instant messaging applications. Prominent preachers in Indonesia, such as Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat, and Khalid Basalamah, serve as successful examples in reaching audiences through digital channels. Various strategies for enhancing preaching in the digital era are identified, including mastering various digital platforms, developing storytelling skills, understanding online audience trends and habits, collaborating with digital content creators, implementing interactive technology, optimizing search and online visibility, and maintaining branding and messaging consistency. In conclusion, the utilization of digital technology can create preaching content that is more dynamic, relevant, and easily accessible to audiences increasingly connected through technology. Thus, this research provides practical guidance for preachers and researchers to enhance preaching communication in the digital era, making preaching more effective and relevant in the face of the dynamic developments in communication technology.

Social phenomena and contextual issues in education and theology will discuss various contemporary social phenomena that influence the education and theology system, giving rise to contextual issues that arise in current educational and theological practices, the impact of social phenomena and contextual issues in education and theology on the development of society and religion. As well as things that can respond effectively to existing social challenges and contextual issues. In compiling this article, the author used descriptive qualitative methods. The descriptive qualitative method is a research method that creates systematic, factual and accurate descriptions (words) and images regarding the facts being investigated. The author looks for supporting facts through previous research from journals or books in accordance with the problems raised based on the findings. findings, facts and literature that support finding solutions to existing problems. This concerns cultural and religious diversity, issues of morality in the digital era. And not only that, the impact of social phenomena and contextual issues will be discussed, including the contextual meaning and purpose of education and theology, the context that shapes educational and theological theories, how do we do education and theology in a context like this? That is, being a witness to society , building dialogue between religious communities, creating harmony. The social phenomena and contextual issues in education and theology are such that the challenges in these two fields are often interrelated. Education must be responsive to social change and consider contextual issues, while theology also needs to understand social dynamics to provide views that are relevant in the context of life. The synergy between education and theology can help shape a more inclusive society and a deeper understanding of human values.
