Developments in guarantee law always evolve over time. The law of guarantees is very closely related to the implementation of credit, lending and borrowing or as repayment of debts between creditors and debtors. In its legal aspect, control over objects that serve as collateral for a debt gives birth to material rights that provide privileges to creditors in the event that the debtor is unable to pay obligations while at the same time providing legal protection to creditors in carrying out their debts. Law Number 42 of 1992 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees provides a legal basis regarding the implementation of guarantees as guarantees for repayment of debts from debtors. The enactment of the law regarding fiduciary guarantees is expected to provide proportionality between debtors and creditors. In its development, the implementation of execution in the context of fiduciary guarantee law through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 2/PUU-XIX/2021 which is a form of explanation as well as confirmation of the Constitutional Court Decision 18/PUU-XVII/2019 regarding the application of execution of fiduciary guarantees has had legal implications in society . Based on the Constitutional Court's decision which created a new norm in the context of executing fiduciary guarantees, it directly changes the procedures and conditions that must be met for the execution of parate execution by creditors in the event that the debtor acknowledges default and voluntarily surrenders the object of fiduciary collateral so that it is expected can realize the principles of legal certainty, justice and benefit within the framework of the principle of proportionality between debtors and creditors in the practice of Fiduciary Guarantees.

Medical records are an important part of reporting and recording as well as assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients, one of which is a summary form for discharge patients, which includes all services that have been provided to patients. It was found that there were still medical records that were not 100% complete according to service quality standards at the Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. Researchers analyzed the medical records of inpatients for COVID-19 cases, especially the summary form for discharge patients. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach. The purpose of this study was to determine standard operating procedures and calculate the percentage of completeness of inpatient medical records on the summary form of inpatient discharge patients in the case of covid-19 in March 2022, and to find out the obstacles in filling out the summary form of inpatient discharge in cases of covid-19 . Based on the results of a study of 152 medical records of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 cases, the average completeness rate was 92% complete and 8% incomplete. The need to resocialize standard operating procedures for filling out medical records and the need for hospital director decisions regarding the discipline of filling out medical records should be able to be carried out properly and on time .    

Dental health is part of overall health. Mother's level of knowledge has an important role in maintaining dental health in her child. Preschoolers are children aged between 4-6 years which is called the "golden age". So that in the preschool period mothers should have taught children how to brush their teeth properly. This service aims to provide education and increase mother's knowledge about brushing teeth to students of Perwanida Kindergarten, West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan. This service is carried out by providing education to 50 mothers through speeches using visual aids about proper tooth brushing procedures. Measuring the level of knowledge was carried out using pretest and posttest questionnaires. Mother's knowledge level data were analyzed using MS.Excel and then translated into Good, Adequate, and Poor knowledge level categories. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in mother's knowledge in the Good category from 53% to 74% and a decrease in mother's knowledge in the Enough category from 45% to 26% and in the Less category 2% to 0%. Based on the results of the education, it can be concluded that Education on the Use of Toothbrushes for Mothers of Perwanida Kindergarten students in West Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan is said to be successful with an increase in the Good knowledge category. It is recommended that health workers can improve health promotion on how to brush their teeth properly in order to reduce the incidence of dental disease in children.

Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics has regulated the opportunities for medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation for addicts and victims of narcotics abuse, as described in Article 54, Article 55, Article 103 and Article 127 Paragraphs (1), (2) and (3). In addition, it is also regulated in Articles 13-14 of Government Regulation Number 25 of 2011 concerning the Implementation of Compulsory Reporting of Narcotics Addicts and also the Circular Letter of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 4 of 2010 concerning Placement of Abuse, Victims of Abuse and Narcotics Addicts into Medical Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Institutions. Social. The problems studied in this paper are how to regulate the implementation of rehabilitation for narcotics addicts based on the judge's decision and how the role of the competent agency in the implementation of rehabilitation for narcotics addicts is based on the judge's decision. Provisions for rehabilitation for narcotics abusers are regulated in Law No. 35 of 2009, it is stated in Article 54 that Narcotics Addicts and Narcotics Victims are required to undergo medical and social rehabilitation. This is clarified in Article 3 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Head of the National Narcotics Agency Number 11 of 2014 concerning Procedures for Handling Narcotics Addicts and/or Defendants of Narcotics Addicts and Victims of Narcotics Abusers in Rehabilitation Institutions (BNN Regulation 11/2014) which stipulates that Narcotics Addicts and Victims of narcotics abusers who are without rights and against the law as suspects and/or defendants in narcotics abuse who are undergoing the process of investigation, prosecution, and trial in court are given treatment, care and recovery in rehabilitation institutions. At the time the judge decides on rehabilitation, the judge will determine whether the person concerned (in this case the Narcotics Addict) undergoes rehabilitation or not based on whether or not the crime committed is proven. This is regulated as in Article 103 of Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. The Role of Agencies in the Rehabilitation of Narcotics Addicts in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics as a non-penal effort of the National Narcotics Agency is the implementation of mandatory reporting of Narcotics addicts, Recipient institutions must report (IPWL) Narcotics addicts, Medical rehabilitation, Social rehabilitation  

The type of research used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class IV at SDN Minasa Upa, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The results showed that in the first cycle, out of 32 students, only 18 students or 56.2% completed individually, where an average score of 62.8 was obtained with 4 students very critical (12.5%), 4 students critical (12, 5), 10 students are quite critical (31.2%), and 14 students are less critical (43.7%). Whereas in cycle II which was completed individually of 32 students there were 25 students or 78.1%, where an average value of 75.7 was obtained with 13 students very critical (40.6%), 5 students critical (15.6%) , 7 students are quite critical (21.8), and 7 students are less critical (21.8). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that students' critical thinking skills in mathematics class IV at SDN Minasa Upa, Rappocini District, Makassar City through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model have increased.                                                                                     

Hospital Management Information System is a computer system that processes and integrates all health service business process flows in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain information quickly, precisely and accurately. The hospital computer-based Management Information System is a very important supporting tool, and is a means to support hospital operational management. The application of SIMRS should be able to improve the quality of service in hospitals. The research method used is Literature Review to conclude how SIMRS is generally implemented.

As for the procedures for buying piled up land, consumers must first buy a D.O (Dilevery Order) card at the cashier according to the size of the fleet being brought (large or small) then process the payment, then the fleet enters the loading process queue, then the D.O card is given to the operator excavator for loading piled up soil into the fleet tank, after the loading process is complete the fleet leaves. After receiving payment money from consumers, the cashier records sales transactions in the sales transaction book and then re-records the administration section into the master book for reports on the production of sales results which will be given to the person in charge. As long as the sales data management system is still recorded manually by the administration into the ledger, this risks causing delays in the preparation of reports because all sales transactions have to be re-recorded. Data is lost (stolen or corrupted). When sales files and sales reports are needed for re-checking, officers will have difficulty finding files in the master book, because they have to open the pages of the main book which are quite thick. There was a problem in September 2018 where the daily sales report was damaged by rain and the cashier had to re-record all daily transactions.

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

This research aims to determine the role of ERP implementation in inventory management at PT XBC's Warehouse division. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by carrying out field study projects in the form of interviews and observations as well as case studies with the problems faced by the author. Observation was carried out in conjunction with the MSIB Batch 3 internship program which was held from 22 August to 30 December 2022 organized by Ministry of Education and Culture. Based on the results of the analysis and observation, it can be seen that there is still a need for further improvisation on the company's information system, especially in managing inventory in the Warehouse division. A good warehousing system greatly affects the relevance of stock balances from financial statements. Implementation of SOP, workflow in the division can produce effective, efficient processes without compromising the essence of information systems.

The Lost and Found Unit is a work unit that has duties and responsibilities in handling passenger luggage. If there is a problem with the passenger's baggage, the passenger can immediately report it to the Lost and Found unit so that efforts are made to handle it. In serving the Lost and Found unit, it hopes to deal directly with passengers, so of course the service provided must be better. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for handling Delayed Baggge, damaged baggage by Lost and Found unit officers, factors causing problems and what efforts are made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases. This study used a qualitative method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, in which this study interviewed 5 informants from the Lost and Found unit officers. The results of this study indicate that Lost and Found unit officers have followed Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Job Desks in handling cases of Delayed Baggage and damaged baggage. Factors that cause problems include Human Error, Check In Counter, Airport Facilities, Make Up Area, Loading and Unloading processes, Misrouted, minimum Connection time and passenger baggage. Efforts made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases by controlling every activity and reminding officers to be more careful, thorough and focused when doing work. Officers must prioritize Safety and Security and comply with the established SOP.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is held in two meetings. The research procedure includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 28 students of grade I at SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar. The results of the study showed that the test results for the first cycle of the class average reached 65 with a percentage of 60.7 achieved completeness, with 11 students having achieved mastery and 17 other students not. In cycle II the average obtained was 89.2 with a completeness percentage of 89.3 with 25 students having achieved mastery and 3 people had not. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the application of the Scramble Game Learning Model can improve vocabulary mastery in Indonesian Language learning Class 1 SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar.

The key to creating professional HR lies in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees. Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cyle is held in 3 meetings. The research procedure consists of 4 stages in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 26 grade IV students of SD Inpres Talaborong, west Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The results of study showed that in the first cycle, out of 26 students, only 17 students or around 65,4% met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 23 students or around 88,5% who completed it. Based on results of the research above, it can be concluded that application of the power of two type active learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class IV SD Inpres Talaborong West Bajeng District Gowa Regency.

The purpose of this writing is to identify, study and analyze procedural diversion for children in conflict with the law in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In this paper the author uses the normative juridical method. In the conclusion of the discussion, children who are in conflict with the law are considered as legal subjects who are not competent and do not understand what they are doing. Investigation of child cases is carried out by investigators appointed by Decree of the Head of the Indonesian National Police or other officials appointed by the Head of the Indonesian National Police. If the Diversion succeeds in reaching an agreement, the Investigator will submit the Minutes of Diversion along with the Diversion Agreement to the head of the district court for stipulation. Meanwhile, if the Diversion process fails, the Investigator must continue the investigation and transfer the case to the Public Prosecutor by attaching the Minutes of Diversion and minutes of community research. Arrested children must be entrusted to the LPKS. The cost for each child placed in the LPKS is borne by the budget of the ministry that administers government affairs in the social sector. The role of diversion as an effort to protect the rights of children's rights is expected to solve the problems of children who are in conflict with the law. When a child is faced with a formal criminal justice process, it is certain that the child will lose his freedom. By diverting, the freedom of children is still guaranteed, and the deprivation of independence for them can be avoided. Diversion is a very meaningful effort to provide protection for children who are in conflict with the law so that they can fulfill the basic rights of children.

This article aims to provide an initial view of the use of abusive words in the film "Bumi Manusia" and can be used as a reference in analyzing the use of abusive words in this film. Therefore, an analysis of the use of the word heinous in this film can provide a deeper understanding of the social conditions depicted in the film. Sociolinguistic studies study the relationship between language and society, and an analysis of the use of the word obscenity in the film "Bumi Manusia" can contribute to this field by enriching our understanding of language use in social contexts. Thus, research on the analysis of the use of the word heinous in the film "Bumi Manusia" from a sociolinguistic perspective is important to do to enrich the understanding of language and society in the context of the film. The research subject is the Earth of Mankind film with an analysis of vile or swear words that has not been studied much. Meanwhile, research analysis on the use of heinous words in the film Bumi Manusia: a sociolinguistic study focuses on the use of vicious words in dialogue in the film Bumi Manusia and how the use of these abusive words is influenced by the social context, such as the speaker’s social status and the communication situation that occurs. This study uses qualitative research as revealed by Bogdan and Taylor, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the person or behavior observed by the researcher. To provide data, basic listening techniques are used with advanced free listening techniques and note taking techniques.

The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces narrative data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis method uses interactive model analysis methods. While the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to obtain the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the application of scientific assignment methods in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati in improving teachers' emotional intelligence uses 3 scientific assignment methods in the learning process, namely articulation, reciptrocal teaching and inquiry. Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

Therefore, stricter legal arrangements are needed in enforcing criminal sanctions for money laundering of the proceeds of narcotics crimes and should pay more attention to the principles of simple, fast and low-cost criminal procedural law so that the next stage of the judicial process can be carried out immediately.
