This article dsiscusses the importance of parental assistance in the process of learning to read for grade 1 students at SD KARANGUNTUNG VILLAGE. Parental involvement at home plays a very important role in building a strong early literacy foundation for children. Through effective assistance, students will more easily understand reading learning material, improve their literacy skills, and increase their confidence in communicating. This research aims to understand the role of parents in supporting children's learning to read at home and to provide practical recommendations for parents in carrying out this role. The methods used in this article are literature studies and field observations which provide a real picture of the positive impact of parental assistance

Almost all surgeries cause pain, the pain that is felt is the result of the incision. One intervention to relieve postoperative pain is Self healing. The purpose of this case study is to describe the reduction in pain scale of postoperative patients in Cempaka Room Ungaran Regional Hospital after self-healing intervention. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. The subjects in this study were 2 postoperative patients with criteria of mild to moderate pain. Analysis of pain measurements using the Numerical Scalel Branch scale. The analysis showed that there was a decrease in pain scale after the intervention. On subject 1 the pain scale 3 (mild pain) became the pain scale 1 (mild pain) and subject 2 the pain scale 4 (moderate pain) became the pain scale 1 (mild pain). Effective self healing therapy is used to reduce postoperative pain in the room because it is easy and simple. Good therapy is applied by nurses in the room to reduce the scale of pain in postoperative patients.

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the behavior of using accurate online in computer accounting subjects based on the acceptance model and use of UTAUT technology. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were 81 students majoring in financial accounting SMK IPIEMS Surabaya institutions, with a research sample of 44 people. Samples were taken based on the purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students who have or are currently taking computer accounting subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show there is a significant positive indirect effect between performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence towards the behavior of using accurate online with behavioral intention as a mediating variable.

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.

The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance owned by Sekapuk Village residents of Gresik Regency as investors. The population in this research is the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency who become investors in 2020. The sample is 80 respondents with random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM with the PLS application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance for residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance has no significant effect on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance disable to act as a mediating variable.

This study aims to examine the effect liquidity risk, credit risk and financial performance, through the application of the catur purusa artha concept as a basis for risk management, at BUMDes Dwi Tunggal, Buleleng Regency. This research use multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity risk  have a significant  effect on financial Performance. Credit risk has no significant effect on financial performance. The value of chess purusa artha with dharma as the basis for risk management encourages BUMDes managers to have the same commitment in building risk control awareness. This strategy ultimately reduces credit risk, which results in a decrease in NPL and maintains liquidity risk.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on learning outcomes in PAK (Catholic religious education) learning at Santa Maria Palangka Raya Middle School, especially for class VIII students. Through this research, the researcher wants to see further whether there is an influence of social media on the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research location is at St. Catholic Junior High School. Maria Palangka Raya. The research population is all students in class VIII. The research sample is class VIII B and C taken by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed via google form and additional interviews with Catholic religious education teachers. The data analysis technique used Pearson's product moment correlation technique.

The effectiveness of the Service for Making a Driving License (SIM) in the perspective of service users at the Semarang Polrestabes Satlantas and about the effectiveness of making a SIM at the Semarang Polrestabes Satpas, we can know that service is a complete approach that results in quality service for the community/customers. The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

This research was conducted at Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang which aims to analyze and explain the influence of location and service quality on guest satisfaction, as well as to determine which variables have the most dominant influence on guest satisfaction. The method used in this research is a survey with quantitative analysis,. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents who visited Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang. Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the hypothesis at the tested level is significant and has a positive effect on the regression equation,And it is proven that the service quality  variable  has  the  most  dominant  effect   on  guest   satisfaction  with  a regression coefficient of 0.794. The conclusion of this study  is that The quality of service that has the most positive effect on guest  satisfaction at Lind's Ice Cream and Resto Papandayan Semarang.

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).     

Students are students who hold the highest educational status. The demands of students to complete assignments on time are very high, especially for final year students. Final year students have the obligation to make a final project because it is one of the graduation requirements. The task can be a stressor for students so that students become stressed. This situation, if not handled immediately by students, will result in anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation, poor lifestyle, disturbed sleep patterns, headaches, and feelings of helplessness. Students can face and complete the final project well if students are able to handle stress well. There are several techniques to reduce stress, namely expressive wraiting and laughing.                 Elderly is a population at high risk of experiencing hypertension due to the aging process. The treatment of hypertension in the elderly is not effective yet, because it only reduces hypertension by 8%, the disease often recurs and requires a long process. Dry cupping therapy is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that are safe and fast through the skin suctioning techniques to reduce blood pressure in the elderly. This study aims to determine the description of the application of dry cupping therapy in reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in the Rowosari Community Health Center Semarang. This type of research is descriptive research with a case study approach. Subjects used were 2 respondents with criteria of age > 60 years, had first-degree hypertension, and were able to self-care. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer. Dry cupping therapy interventions carried out for ± 15-30 minutes once a day. The results of data analysis showed that subject I decreased blood pressure from 150/90 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg and subject II decreased blood pressure from 150/90 mmHg to 140/80 mmHg. The conclusion of this study is dry cupping therapy influences in reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension and is recommended as a nursing intervention in the management of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension.

This  research   was  conducted   at  Nostalgia   Restaurant   The  Sidji  Hotel Pekalongan which aims to analyze and explain the influence of food product quality and service on guest satisfaction  which is experiencing  poorly good conditions including color, appearance, portion, tecture, temperature and level of maturity of a food  product  not in accordance  with  guest  expectations  and  there  are some infrastructure services that do not meet the standards in providing services to guests. The research data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for the manager and guest satisfaction. The data obtained were processed   using   descriptive   analysis   and   quantitative   statistical   analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, model test, hypothesis testing, and however before the test is carried out, the validity and reliability tests are conducted first. The results of the regression analysis show that there is an increase in the quality of food products and services on guest satisfaction. Then the test results of multiple regression analysis show a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination  R2 square of 0.598. This shows that the quality of food products and services significantly affects guest satisfaction together with a close relationship of 59.8%. This shows that to increase guest satisfaction, it is necessary to increase the quality of products, both food and beverages served to guests, as well as excellent service in accordance with guest expectations.

This study aims to determine the effect of Lactobacillus casei and Ambon banana flour on the viability of lactic acid bacteria and inhibition of pathogens in yogurt. The studies used the Randomized Block Design (RBD) 2 factor, starter type and ambon banana flour concentration. The starters type consisting of Streptococcus thermophillus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus; S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus and L. casei.  The banana flour concentration consisting of 0; 2.5; 5.0; 7.5 and 10%. Analyzed used one-way ANOVA and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Variables observed including the viability of lactic acid bacteria, inhibition of pathogen (Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus), and yogurt preference. The results showed that the addition of L. casei to yogurt cultures decreased the viability of lactic acid bacteria and inhibition of E. coli but increased inhibition of S. aureus. Increasing the concentration of banana flour causes increased viability of lactic acid bacteria, inhibiting against E. coli and S. aureus. The highest lactic acid bacteria viability has resulted in 10% banana flour concentration. Yogurt without the addition of banana flour cannot inhibit E. coli and S. aureus. Increasing the concentration of banana flour added to yogurt causes a decrease in preference.

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company growth, dividend policy and tax avoidance (study on the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period, totaling 76 companies. The data collection method used in this research is documentation. The source of data in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was preceded by classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination, t test and F test. In this study, the results of the analysis show that profitability has effect on firm value, liquidity has no effect on firm value, firm growth has no effect on firm value, dividend policy has effect on firm value, and tax avoidance has  effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the Company Size, Leverage, Company Value on Tax Avoidance: The Case of Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data. Data obtained from the page www.idnfinancial.com. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that Company Size and Firm Value do not affect Tax Avoidance while Leverage has a significant effect on Tax Avoidance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business scale, age of the company, and the complexity of the task of managing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on the use of accounting information systems. This research was conducted on the manager of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises furniture in Jepara Regency. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that (1) Business scale has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems. (2) Company age has no effect on the use of accounting information systems. (3) The complexity of the tasks of MSME managers has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems.
