This research is conducted to analyze of the Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover of Company Value, which proxied by Price to Book Value. The population in this research used secondary data in the form of financial reports from energy sector companies for the 2018-2022 period which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 76 companies. The research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 40 companies as sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with help of the SPSS Version 25 program. The results of this research indicate that Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a positive and significant effect on company value.

This study aims to determine the effect of audit opinion and audit delay on stock prices with firm size as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from the financial statements of banking companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2022. The sample in this study was obtained using the probability sampling method, and 20 companies were obtained so that the sample used was 80 data. Data analysis in this study used SPSS software version 27. The results showed that audit opinion had no effect on stock prices, while audit delay had a significant negative effect on stock prices. On the other hand, company size can strengthen the negative effect of audit opinion on stock prices, but cannot strengthen or weaken the effect of audit delay on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of SOPs, Salaries, and Incentives on the performance of educators at the PEACE Pare Course Institute. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was all 30 educators of the PEACE Pare Course Institute. The analytical tools used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests and t tests, determinant coefficients. Data processing using SPSS 23 statistics for windows. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously SOPs, Salaries, and Incentives have a significant and positive effect on educator performance. The results of the Incentive Variable analysis are the most dominant influence on performance where the coefficient value is 0.895 compared to the SOP and Salary variables whose coefficient values are only -0.244 and 1.926. This does not fit with the initial hypothesis

Consumer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the basic expectations of consumers. Many factors influence consumer satisfaction, including Retailing Mix and Service Quality. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Retailing Mix on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency, to determine whether there is an effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency and to determine whether there is an effect of Retailing Mix and Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Bolly Sila Bima Regency. The population in this study were consumers of Bolly Sila, Bima Regency, who had shopped at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique with 60 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, T test, f test, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of data processing with the T test method, and F test, it is known that the Retailing Mix and Service Quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumerr Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Partially, the results of this study indicate that the Retailing Mix variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency. Meanwhile, Service Quality has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Bolly Sila, Bima Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, turnover intention on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and turnover intention (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. with an effect of 66.8%.

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and the work environment on employee morale at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in Bima City. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 40 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that communication (X1) and work environment (X2) have a significant effect on employee morale at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of the City of Bima with an effect of 56.2%.

The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. Instant red dragon fruit puree rice is a processed product of seasoned rice added with red dragon fruit puree and then dried. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of adding red dragon fruit puree 2) the interaction effect of the two on organoleptic properties including color, shape, aroma, level of preference for raw instant rice red dragon fruit puree, as well as color, shape, aroma, taste, texture, and preference level of cooked instant rice seasoned with red dragon fruit puree 3) the best product red dragon fruit puree instant rice 4) the chemical content of the best product includes protein, fat, carbohydrates, water and beta-carotene 5) the selling price of the best red dragon fruit puree instant rice. This type of research is an experiment. The independent variable was the addition of red dragon fruit puree (40g, 50g and 60g). Data collection used the observation method through organoleptic tests obtained from 10 trained panelists with instruments in the form of observation sheets in the form of a check list. Data analysis used single analysis of variance (anava) and Duncan's further test with SPSS 17.0. The best product based on organoleptic tests in chemical tests and selling prices using conventional methods. The results showed 1) the addition of red dragon fruit puree had a significant effect on color and the level of preference with (sig: 0.000) instant rice puree raw red dragon fruit and instant rice puree red dragon fruit cooked. 2) Instant red dragon fruit puree rice has no effect on shape, aroma and cooked red dragon fruit puree instant rice has no effect on shape, aroma, taste and texture. 3) the best product is the addition of 50% red dragon fruit puree 4) the content of raw instant rice is higher than the content of cooked instant rice, namely the protein content of raw instant rice is 9.52% and cooked instant rice is 6.90%, the fat content of rice raw instant 4.51% cooked instant rice 3.68%, carbohydrate content of raw instant rice 71.90% and cooked instant rice 52.50%, water content of raw instant rice 12.50% and cooked instant rice 33.10%, and the beta-carotene content of raw instant rice is 56.55%/mg and cooked instant rice is 41.80%/mg. 5) the selling price of instant yellow rice is Rp. 3.726  weight 100 g.

This study investigates how dividend policy, management ownership, company size, and institutional ownership affect company value. This research aims to study how dividend policy, management ownership, company size, and institutional ownership influence company value partially and simultaneously. Secondary data from annual reports was used for this research. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the Kompas100 index from 2017 to 2022. 6 companies from the 22 population companies are the sample selected using the purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS 25 statistical program. This research found that dividend policy partially had a negative effect on Company Value (PBV), manager ownership had a partial positive effect on Company Value (PBV), company size had no partial and negative effect. on Company Value (PBV), and institutional ownership partially has a positive effect on Company Value (PBV). This research finds that the independent variables dividend policy, manager ownership, company size, and institutional ownership influence the dependent variable Company Value (PBV) simultaneously.

In the current era of globalization, there are many applications that make it easier for users to get satisfaction, one of which is the Tiktok application. With the tiktok application, many people, not only adults, but also children and teenagers can see information or news that encourages them to watch For Your Page (FYP) on Tiktok. So that teenagers or adults are motivated and feel satisfied because of the For Your Page (FYP) on Tiktok. Based on the phenomenon above, this study aims to determine how much influence the motive for watching For Your Page (FYP) TikTok has on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The theory used is the Uses and Gratification Theory which is a theory of needs and satisfaction in which audiences use the media in order to fulfill their needs. What is assumed is that the audience is considered active, can change the satisfaction of needs, the mass media competes with other media. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. How to distribute the questionnaire is done by going down directly to SMA PGRI and online via Google from. The population in this study were 153 students. The sampling technique used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling Technique. Using Saturated Sampling in which the entire population is sampled. To find out how much influence these two variables have. For processing questionnaire data, it was carried out using the Product And Service Solution (SPSS) statistical program26. Based on these results it shows that the influence of motives for watching For Your Page TiktTok on Entertainment Satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The regression coefficient value obtained in this study is Y = 4.023 +0.878X, a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between Motives for Watching FYP TikTok on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students of 74.2% and in category of strong influence (60% -79.99%).

This study examines Heatlhcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Company Size on Audit delay experienced by healthcare companies during the pandemic and the new normal era. The sample companies are 19 healthcare companies on the IDX. The dependent variable used is audit delay and the independent variables used include: Profitability, Leverage, and Firm Size. The analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results of this study indicate that: (a) Profitability has an effect on audit delay; (b) Leverage has no effect on audit delay; (c) Company size has no effect on audit delay; (d) Simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Dangung-Dangung Health Center, Fifty Cities District. This type of research is quantitative, where the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were all employees of 73 people. The sample collection technique used is the total sampling technique, where total sampling is the sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 73 people obtained from all members of the staff. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. By using test instrument test, (validity test and reliability test), analysis descriptive test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan, pertukaran pemimpin-anggota, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dosen dengan dimediasi oleh variabel komitmen organisasi. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Akademi Teknik PIKA Industrial Woodworking School (ATPIKA) Semarang yaitu 40 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi multivariat dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23.0. This study aims to analyze whether profitability, leverage and liquidity have an influence on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. The population of this study are companies in the Primary Consumer Goods Industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Using purposive sampling technique, 25 companies were taken as research samples. The research method is quantitative using the SPSS 25.0 program. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis methods, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, definite T-test, and moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study found that only profitability (ROE) had a significant effect on firm value (PBV), while leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) had no significant effect on firm value. Firm size cannot moderate the relationship between Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) with firm value.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. This study took 45 respondents from a total population of 72 employees at PT Javadwipa Duta Madiri Surabaya where a total of 45 respondents all came from the marketing department. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumptions used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test using the SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of the analysis conclude that variables 1.) Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2.) Work Morale have a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3.) Job Satisfaction and Work Morale have a simultaneous or joint effect on Employee Performance. at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya.

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Work Ability on the Performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates Employees. The research data was obtained by presenting data from the questionnaire results, as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study. The sample in this study were 43 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling where the sample determination technique was based on certain considerations. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study on the Work Discipline variable obtained a tcount value of 1439 <t table 2.042, so the Work Discipline variable has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance, work facilities variable obtained t count 2.220 > ttable 2.042 then work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance, and work ability variable obtained tcount 2.084 > ttable 2.042 then work ability partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables, work facilities and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees with the results of the F test obtained Fcount, namely 4.042 > Ftable of 2.852. In addition, it also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.237 or 23.7%. This indicates that the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees is influenced by work discipline, work facilities and work ability by 23.7%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is equal to 76.3%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

The Covid-19 vaccine is a breakthrough to fight and treat Covid-19. The family in a situation like this is the first and main defense system for the country in preventing the spread of Covid-19 transmission. It is the role inherent in the family that needs to be optimized as a preventive strategy in dealing with Covid-19 through the Covid-19 vaccine. This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and perception of the community with Covid-19 vaccination in North Lembang Rano, Rano District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022. This research method is observational with a cross-sectional approach, the sample size is 92 respondents who are representative of the population. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and tested statistically with the help of the SPSS computer program, and presented in the form of tables and narratives. From the results of this research, it was found that the majority of respondents were female, namely 57 people (62.0%), the majority of respondents aged 31-50 were 49 people (53.3%), the majority of respondents worked as farmers, namely 35 people (38%) The majority respondents with good knowledge were 84 people (91.3%), the majority of respondents with good perception were 90 people (97.8%) and the majority of respondents with good Covid-19 vaccination were 49 people (53.3%). The results of the Fisher's Exact Test statistical test showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and Covid-19 vaccination with a p-value = 0.006 and it was also found that there was a relationship between public perception and Covid-19 vaccination with a p-value = 0.007. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and perception of the community with Covid-19 vaccination in North Lembang Rano, Rano District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022. It is recommended for the public to increase Covid-19 vaccination and always maintain their health by having regular check-ups and Always adopt a healthy lifestyle to avoid health problems.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and parental socialization both simultaneously and partially on the interest in saving at the Bank in students of the Management Study Program of Bina Sarana Informatika University. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS version 25. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 students as respondents through google forms. The results showed that financial literacy and parental socialization had a significant influence on interest in saving at the Bank. Simultaneously, financial literacy and parental socialization have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at the Bank in Management study program students of Bina Sarana Informatika University.

In this investigation, we'll find out whether work placement and work experience affect employee performance at PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  In this study employing analytical techniques, namely where the subjects of this study amounted to 31 employees of PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  The sample is census sampling or saturated sampling, namely the whole populace is employed as a study example. The method of data analysis employs multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis show that work placement and employment history have a favorable and significant impact on employees' performance at PT.  Indonesia Trans Network.  The proportion of the two variables on employee performance is 57%, while the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors in the regression model.
