Analyzing a literary work can be done in a wide variety of ways or approaches. This article discusses the hidden meaning of the poem by Rustam Effendi. This discussion aims to better understand the reader of the content of the poem. The theory used in this refrain is Zygmunt Bauman's Heurmenetic theory which focuses on the clarity of the message and the basic understanding of an obscure speech or writing. The method used in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive method where this research is carried out to examine an object with natural characteristics to create factual research results. The stages carried out in this discussion begin with analyzing the array, analyzing the structure that composes the text of the poem, objectifying the structure of the text, and interpreting the text of the poem. Thus, the results of this study can show the hidden meaning in the poem "Not Beta Bijak Berperi" by Rustam Effendi as a form of ideology that the poet uses in representing ideas in the form of poetry.

School is an element of activity that will accommodate various student characters. One of them is critical thinking. Critical thinking will have an impact on the learning process and the results that will be obtained by students. This research is entitled "The Concept of Faith According to Islam and Catholicism". As for the focus of this research, there are three sub-problems, namely: 1) what is the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 2) what is the similarity of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 3) how is the difference in faith according to Islam and Catholicism. This type of research is comparatively qualitative. Comparatively qualitative is doing analysis to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. This research is focused on the literatures and library materials related to the research title, namely the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism. The approach used is a normative theological approach. Has two sources of data consisting of: primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources in this study were sourced from the Koran and the Bible. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are supporting data such as books or other scientific works as well as various writings ranging from books, journals, websites, theses and so on. The results of this study are the similarities and differences in Islam and Catholic Christianity related to faith, namely; First, in terms of understanding about faith, these two religions have the same meaning, although they differ in terms of language, but have the same meaning if taken from the Qur'an and the Bible, because basically these come from the same root. Second, they both believe that God created the universe, and that God also created humans, although they differ in terms of the pronunciation and the way of believing in it. Third, these two religions both believe in several prophets and apostles who are believed to be messengers of God to reveal His glory to mankind. Like the prophet Adam and his wife Eve were the first humans created by God after creating the world. Fourth, believe in the Day of Judgment or life after death. which is clearly different from the way you believe in it or what you believe in.  

This writing contains socialization regarding legal aid which is obtained free of charge which is socialized to the people of Tanjung Rambutan Village.This socialization aims to provide knowledge about the law and also get free legal aid to the underprivileged. The approach method used is a discussion approach with the community regarding legal aid. As for the results of this socialization, the recipient of legal aid is any person or group of poor people who cannot fulfill their basic rights properly and independently. The basic rights in question are the right to food, clothing, health services, education, work and work, and/or housing.

Excessive anxiety can affect pregnancy and fetal growth. Irrational anxiety makes pregnant women uneasy and triggers stress. Babies born to stressed mothers tend to be hyperactive children and have difficulty controlling emotions(Maulana, 2016). To determine the level of anxiety of pregnant women and the factors that influence it in dealing with childbirth anxiety in the remote waters of Dabong Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The research methodology uses this research method using an analytical research method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were 31 pregnant women respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate data analysis. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument consisted of a DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire for anxiety levels. Data were analyzed using Chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely the level of anxiety and the factors that influence it (age, education, occupation, parity, level of knowledge). The results of the univariate data analysis showed that the anxiety level of many pregnant women experienced anxiety with a mild level of 12 pregnant women, 7 pregnant women, 6 pregnant women heavy. Bivariate data analysis with statistical test results obtained p value = 0.018 for age, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.043 for education, statistical test results obtained value for work p = 0.035, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.024 for parity and test results statistically obtained p value = 0.029 for the level of knowledge, on the anxiety of pregnant women, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth and the factors that influence it, The conclusion of the study is that pregnant women experience anxiety with levels of anxiety from mild to severe and there is an influence on the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth. There is a need for health education related to pregnancy and focusing on the psychology of pregnant women as well as family support, husbands (active roles) and the environment for pregnant women. Anxiety assessments for pregnant women are also carried out.

The prevalence of underweight in 2018 in Indonesia is 17.7%, consisting of 3.9% malnutrition and 13.8% malnutrition. Banten is one of the sixteen provinces in Indonesia showing a prevalence of underweight, where in 2016 the number of malnutrition in toddlers reached 1051 toddlers spread in 8 cities / regencies in Tangerang, Banten, in 2017 the number of malnutrition in toddlers was 74 toddlers. The Research Objectives is To find out the factors that are related to underweight status in children under five at Gunung Kaler Health Center, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. Descriptive correlative study with case control approach. The sample in this study were toddlers at Gunung Kaler Health Center as many as 58 under five malnourished children and 58 under-fives with good nutrition taken by purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and measuring nutritional status. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The Results is There is a relationship between maternal knowledge (Value = 0,000; OR = 5,884), family income (Pvalue = 0.002; OR = 3,709), parenting style (Pvalue = 0,000; OR = 6,331), infectious disease (Pvalue = 0,000; OR = 4,222) with nutritional status of toddlers. Conclusions and Suggestions of this research are Mother's knowledge, family income, upbringing and infectious diseases are associated with poor nutritional status in toddlers. Puskesmas increase the frequency of counseling for mothers who have toddlers in particular. Besides that, there was a knock on door program by following up toddlers with under-nutrition status.

This research will show how external debt and also the level of FDI affect the GRDP of case studies in the Makassar region from 2009-2013. The theory of multiple linear regression analysis is applied in quantitative research methodology. Secondary data from the Makassar Central Bureau of Statistics is used as a data source. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines and documentation to describe the results of observing reality and developing a theory of marketing strategies for Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin mulia product and the obstacles it faces. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy used is literacy of the community and offers investment by way of gathering precious metals, promoting mulia product and providing discounts for advances and holding gold bazaar activities with payment transactions in cash or installments. The obstacles they face are that people’s harvest fail, some areas of the community lack knowledge about noble products and people are more interested in gold jewelry than gold bullion.

The purpose of this Community Service Socialization is to find out whether. There is a relationship between family functioning and self-control in children at an early age in the RT.004 Cipayung Jakarta Timur environment, who play games online. This research uses a case study method and a research approach qualitative research to obtain information about playing games at an early age in the Covid-19 pandemic. Interviews were conducted by asking respondents one by one, the results show that the level of achievement has decline and there is a new learning trend. Online learning causes students and parents adapt to this learning model. Besides, playing games on mobile is also the most favorite game during this pandemic.

Papers are one of the daily tasks for students. There are still many student papers that are not in accordance with the EYD or vocabulary in the KBBI. This research focuses on how the form of errors in writing capital letters, writing hyphens, punctuation marks, and standard language in scientific papers (papers) of students, especially the IAIN Takengon KPI Study Program. This study aims for KPI (Islamic Broadcasting Communication) undergraduate students to be trained in good and correct writing skills in accordance with spelling rules. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. The results of the research conducted, the researcher found spelling errors in the contents of the paper, namely: (1) there were 15 capital letter writing errors, (2) there were 20 mistakes in the location of conjunctions, (3) there were 10 non-standard language errors, (4) writing errors there are 20 punctuation marks (colons, commas, quotation marks, punctuation marks).

The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

This research is based on the many types of student writing errors and the inability to distinguish letters in 1st grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ikhsan in Baleraja Village, Pilangsari Kasun.  The purpose of this research was to improve children's ability to recognize letters of the alphabet by employing the use of media. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 13 students from Madrasah Ibtaaiyah Nurul Ikhsan, Class I. This study's instrument is an observation guide, and its technique is a descriptive quantitative approach. Using the KARSUN (arrangement-based cartoon) medium appears to improve the capacity to recognize alphabetic letters, as demonstrated by the study's findings. The results of the observation activity (pre-cycle) yielded a percentage of 7.7%, the results of the first cycle (pretest) yielded a percentage of 23.1%, and the results of the second cycle (posttest) yielded a larger percentage that met the criteria for developing as expected and exceedingly well, namely 53.8%. The ability of grade I (one) students of Madrasah Ibtaiyah Nurul Ikhsan to recognize the letters of the alphabet can thus be enhanced by employing KARSUN (arrangement-based cartoon) media.

This research was conducted at the SDN Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the learning achievement of students. 2) To determine the factors that influence student learning achievement. 3) To find out efforts to minimize online game play on learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection uses the interview method, observation method and documentation method. The results of this study are 1) Learning achievement in Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes elementary school is quite good, where the velue is taken based on the attitude of the students themselves, daily by the teacher, mid – semester exam score and end of semester scores ehere the score is used as reference in knowing achievement learn students. 2) Factors that affect student learning achievement come from the family environment. Where family is the main and most important factor in shaping the character of students and a supportive social environment will affect the growth and development of students well by directing positive things that will affect the achievement og learning achievement in school. 3) Efforts that must be made in minimizing online game play are to to provide direction and understanding of the impact that is caused in online games that are done excessively, making the game on of the alternative rewards for student who get good ahievements so that they can motivate students to keep learning.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture (X1) and direct financial compensation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). This research is a quantitative approach by performing parametric statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 207 employees and a sample of 52 respondents using the Nonprobability Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistics of Package for the Social Sciences) version 22 for window. The results showed that partially variable X1 and Variable X2 had significant effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, simultaneously, organizational culture and financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the determinant coefficient was 69.6%.

One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. In improving students' ability to understand students' narrative texts, appropriate learning methods are needed. One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' ability in understanding narrative texts using the Role Play Learning Method in Class XI IBB Students in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The method used to conduct the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection procedure is the test method. From the test method obtained data in the form of student learning scores which are then used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the application of the role play learning method can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for Class XI IBB students, this can be seen from the students' test scores in the initial test activity from 73.07 increased to 78.20 in cycle 1, and in cycle II increased again to 85. Thus, the role play learning method applied to students can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for students in Class XI IBB Even Semester in the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

This PKM service activity uses a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is an in-process approach method. From the activities that have been carried out, the activity participants, namely the managers of Bukit Tegal Santun understand the importance of a brand, namely that a brand is able to distinguish the types of services and services provided by competitors. With a brand that is increasingly known to the wider community, it is hoped that it will increase tourists to Bukit Tegal Santun.

The inclusive education program is an effort to carry out the mandate of the 1945 Constitution and eliminate discrimination in the education system in Indonesia. All children with various needs can sit and study together with other normal children in the same school. This study aims to identify forms of curriculum adaptation, especially in science subjects at SDN Gajahmungkur 02 Semarang City. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted in April-June 2022. The data collection technique used in this study used interviews and observation methods. The subject of the interview is a special supervising teacher at the school. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it is known that the curriculum adaptation implemented at SD N Gajahmungkur is viewed from the principles and dimensions of adaptation. The principles of attendance, participation, and achievement have been well realized in this school. In terms of the dimensions of curriculum adaptation, namely, curricular adaptation is reflected in the lesson plans accompanied by special notes and adjustment of learning indicators for children with special needs who are adapted to the 2013 curriculum, learning adaptation is reflected in the presence of a special supervisor teacher in the class even though there is only one. There is a special schedule arrangement so that Class teachers still have a significant role in implementing learning. Environmental adaptation has not been optimal because schools do not yet have accessibility for physically disabled people with wheelchairs. In terms of adjustment to science subjects, teachers have not made many adaptations or modifications for children with special needs.

The lack of public awareness in implementing Health protocols in the prevention and handling of Covid-19 is the reason for providing education or knowledge of citizens on the importance of maintaining health protocols. The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.
