This research aims to analyze the influence of exchange rate, exports, and  imports on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in the period of 1992-2021. The dependent variable is foreign exchange reserves, whereas the independent variables consist of exchange rate, exports, and imports. The research uses secondary data in time series obtained from Indonesia’s World Bank Data. Data are analyzed with VAR (Vector Auto Regression), those analyzed use E-Views 10 apss by including analysis method, which includes stationary tests, stability tests, optimum lag tests, cointegration tests, VAR estimation tests, Engle Granger causality tests, Impulse Response Function (IRF) tests, and Variance Decomposition (VD) tests. The results of the study show that exchange rate variables have a large influence on foreign exchange reserves, while export and import variables have a small effect on foreign exchange reserves.

Severe anxiety during pregnancy hurts the mother-infant relationship and reduces the mother's ability to play the mother's role. Pregnancy anxiety is proven to be reduced or eliminated through physical exercise. Objective : Knowing the effect of prenatal gentle yoga on the anxiety of pregnant women facing labor. Methods : Quasi experimental with Pretest Posttest With Control Group Design. All third trimester pregnant women at BPM Mitsusylawati in October 2022 as many as 20 people with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Results : The frequency distribution of pregnant women's anxiety in the intervention group before perinatal gentle yoga was mostly moderate anxiety (53.3%) and afterward most were not anxious 60%. In the control group mostly mild anxiety 86.7%. There is an effect of prenatal gentle yoga on the anxiety of pregnant women facing labor (p.value = 0.000). Conclusions and Suggestions: There is an effect of prenatal gentle yoga on the anxiety of pregnant women facing childbirth (p.value = 0.000). It is expected that midwives can provide midwifery care to pregnant women with perinatal gentle yoga to reduce anxiety in dealing with childbirth

The method of determining the sample using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained 170 observations. The data collection method uses non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on company value and good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on company value which means that the higher the corporate social responsibility disclosure will not affect the stock value and with the implementation of good corporate governance, the higher of company value is reflected in the stock price as well. The implications of this research show the application of signal theory, stakeholder theory, and agency theory as well as providing benefits to parties who need it, especially companies and stakeholders related to companies in expressing corporate social responsibility disclosure and improving good corporate governance which can increase company value.

The health of a company is assessed from the capital adequacy ratio known as the Capital Adequacy Ratio. The Capital Adequacy Ratio serves as a reservoir for the risk of loss that may be faced by the bank. Capital Adequacy Ratio as a ratio that describes the ability of banks to provide funds as reserves in preventing the risk of losses experienced by banks. This ratio is useful for knowing whether a bank has very good, good, fairly good, poor, or bad health which will be very useful for policy makers. This study aims to examine in more detail the effect of the ROA, ROE, FDR, and BOPO variables on the CAR or Capital Adequency Ratio of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2017 to 2021. The analysis of this study uses a time series using the E-views 12 program and shows the results The research shows that together the ROA, ROE, FDR, and BOPO variables have a positive effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia while the variable that has a partially positive significant influence is the ROA variable while other variables such as ROE, FDR, and BOPO have no effect on CAR. or the Capital Adequacy Ratio of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Based on the researcher's experience while teaching in Class IX.E SMP Negeri 3 Pasarkemis that some Class IX.E students did not follow the lesson well during Indonesian language lessons. The learning process is less effective due to the lack of student activity to read Indonesian language lesson material, the lack of student activity in expressing opinions during the lesson. Lack of student activity answering questions from the teacher. Lack of interest in students to take part in Indonesian language lessons. So that many students divert attention, such as chatting with their classmates, drawing, not enthusiastic when listening to the teacher explaining the lesson. This is caused by the teacher's model or way of explaining lessons that are too monotonous so that students pay less attention to the teacher during the lesson, and the learning process will not go well.

Back pain during pregnancy peaks at week 24 to week 28, when abdominal enlargement reaches its maximum. Pregnancy and childbirth are natural processes that can cause pain. However, many women feel the pain more severely than they should because they are affected by panic and stress. This is known as the fear-tension-pain concept, where fear triggers tension or panic which causes muscles to stiffen and ultimately increases pain. Overcoming this discomfort requires non-conventional therapy, one of which is pregnant gymnastics. Based on this, the community service team conducted the implementation of pregnant exercises for third-trimester pregnant women with the aim that pregnant women can do pregnant exercises independently at home and reduce complaints of back pain they experience. This training method is carried out using lectures and demonstrations of pregnant exercises. Implementation was carried out 1x / once a week for 1 month at Puskesmas Lembang Lego Village, Lembang Kec. Lembang, Polman Regency in January 2021 which 20 pregnant women attended. The care method used is qualitative with case research (CSR) by collecting pre- test and post-test data with pain scale observation using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) measurement. Physical training of pregnant women to prepare for their labor through pregnancy exercises is considered effective as a preventive measure for pregnant women in preparing for their labor. It can reduce the intensity of back pain in Trimester III pregnancy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate both the influences of perceived organizational support and work-family conflict on job satisfaction. In addition, this research aims to investigate the impact of the mediation of work-family disputes in the connection between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. We utilize a quantitative approach to acquire data from the subject of the study. For the sampling strategy, we employ random sampling with questionnaire distribution as the data collection tool. The data analysis method was called Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In addition, the findings of this research indicate that a favorable and significant influence on work satisfaction may be attributed to a perceived high level of organizational support. The perception of organizational support is another factor that contributes negatively to work-family conflict. Meanwhile, the tension between work and family life has a positive and noticeable impact on job satisfaction. The latest finding is that work and family conflict might be a negative mediator in the association between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.
