Background: Anxiety is a normal response in the face of stress which is characterized by feelings of fear accompanied by somatic signs. The patient's anxiety in the MRI examination arises because he knows he will receive medical treatment related to the use of radiation that will cause adverse effects that cause infertility or cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy in reducing anxiety when undergoing an MRI examination. Method: The design of this study used a posttest only intervention group design. The study was conducted on 18 July – 12 August 2022 in the MRI Room of the Bali Mandara Hospital, Bali Province. The sample was 72 people who were divided into 2 intervention and control groups. The inclusion criteria of this study were patients with head first examination position, age above 18 years. Exclusion criteria were patients with decreased consciousness, hearing loss and weight above 150 kg. The research instrument used the MRI-AQ questionnaire, and the Mann Whitney statistical test. Result: The results showed that most of the respondents were 46-55 years old (33.3%), most of the MRI examinations were Lumbo sacral type (54.2%), and the level of anxiety was mostly mild (91.6%). The results of the normality test of data <0.05 so that the data is not normally distributed. The Mann Whitney test was conducted to determine the effect of music therapy and obtained p = 0.001 indicating there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group. Conslusion: The intervention of providing music therapy to patients undergoing MRI examination has an effect in reducing patient anxiety, especially in patients undergoing MRI examination. Music makes the examination more pleasant for the patient. Music causes positive changes in the environment and distracts from the examination, relaxing the patient.

Background: Anxiety is one of the psychological factors that affect hypertension. Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear regarding everyday situations. The Purpose This study aims to determine the effect of Murottal Al-Qur'an on reducing anxiety in the elderly with hypertension at Paguyaman Pantai Health Center. Methods: This study was carried out for two weeks using a quasi-experimental method with a two group pre-posttest design approach, namely the measurement was carried out by giving initial observations before being given an intervention, after that an intervention was given, then a posttest or final observation was carried out. There are 20 samples who suffer from anxiety where 10 people in the intervention group murottal Al-Qur'an and 10 people in the control group without murottal Al-Qur'an. The instrument used was the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS/SRAS) questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis. Bivariate analysis using Lambda Test Statistical Test. Results: The results showed that there were differences in the level of pre and post anxiety in the intervention group given Murottal Al-Qur'an, with a p-value of 0.001 or p?0.05, meaning there was a significant difference. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of murottal Al-Qur'an on reducing anxiety in the elderly with hypertension at the Paguyaman Beach Community Health Center.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-management of post-stroke patients. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional. Results: The results of the study obtained from the Chisquare statistical test obtained the value of ? = 0.002 (? <? = 0.05), which means there is a significant relationship with self-management statistics with post-stroke patients. Conclusion:  that research on self-management related to patients can be improved post stroke.

Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.

But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.00), so there was a better effect between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that manual therapy is useful in treating patients with lower back pain to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcome is publication in national indexed journals Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is level 2

Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT in the ishiadic nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is related to lower back pain. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the LLTT 1 method in cases of lower back pain on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating CTS patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.

Stereotypes and abnormal behaviour (SAB) exhibited by long-tailed macaques (LTMs) have attracted the attention of behavioural study, although caused by many factors. Mostly found in captivity, it can also occur in the natural environment. This study aims to review several scientific articles on SAB in LTMs, as well as for environmental enrichment conditions. This study used a web-based survey to collect all scientific publications related to SAB in LTMs with a statistical correlation test to determine the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and the regression test to determine the effects of the number of individuals observed, as well as SAB types in LTMs. This study used two variables: the number of individuals and SAB types and sorted by rank. The statistical correlation result shows that the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and publication's year is positive correlate. The regression test result shows that the total number of individuals observed is significantly different (p-value<0.05, one-tailed) between SAB types. The primary goal of stimulating environmental enrichment is to give pleasant options for animals based on the treatment object in the study supplied while emphasising animal welfare and promoting research effectiveness.

Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia through the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media. The problem in this research is the low mathematics ability of students in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method (PTK). The subjects in this research were all 27 class I students at SD Cordova Indonesia. The indicator of success in implementing the action is that students achieve a minimum of 70% completeness with an average learning outcome score of at least 70 from the total number of students. Based on data processing from research results, the average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 54.44, then after the first cycle actions were carried out it increased to 63.70. The first cycle action was then continued to the second cycle action and obtained an average score of 71.85 with student completion reaching 74.10% of the total students who took the learning outcomes test. Based on the results in cycle II, it shows that the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical and effective E-Book learning media of E-Flip PDF with Guided Self-Learning on student learning outcomes on matrix material in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap. The method used is a 4D research method which is limited to Define, Design and Develo. The subjects in this study were 29 students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap, 3 material and media experts. The instruments used in this research are in the form of material expert validation sheets and media expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires and posttest questions based on the results of research that have been carried out, the results of the validation of the E-Book learning media are E-Flip PDF with Independent Learning. Supervised has a level of validity of 93.66% with very valid criteria, the level of practicality of learning media is 89.93% with very practical criteria and the effectiveness level of learning media is 82.75% with very effective criteria.    

In 2016 - 2018 the number of visits to 6 poles including general surgery poly, echocardiography, eye poly, internal medicine, ENT poly, poly urology fluctuated from 11.23% to -5.23%. Fluctuations in the number of visits can be caused by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior in health service selection decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on service selection decisions.This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients in 6 outpatient clinics at Jemursari Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. The number of samples is taken by quota sampling within one month.The results showed that the marketing mix at 6 Polis RSI Jemursari Surabaya with a good category of 77.5% resulted in high service selection decisions. The results of the ordinal regression test show a significance value of 0,000 which means that there is an influence of the marketing mix on the decision of choosing the Jemursari Hospital. Of the seven marketing mix elements that have the lowest influence on service selection decisions are the 47.1% price mix element, while the most influential marketing mix element is the human resource mix element with a percentage of 68.6%.The conclusion in this study is the positive influence of the marketing mix on the decision to choose outpatient services at the Jemursari Hospital in 2019.

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate on OCB and its impact on employee performance at PT. Central Mega Kencana. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana as the respondent. Quantitative research methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis techniques with the application of AMOS version 22. The samples in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate directly had a positive effect on employee performance. and OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana.
