Children are the nation's assets as the successors of the nation's founders to make the country a developed country. As the nation's successors, children must receive comprehensive and massive protection. In the Child Protection Law, it is stated that children need special protection in various situations. For children who are in conflict with the law, the State provides legitimacy in the hope of changing children's behavior and the involvement of many parties in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System or later known as the SPPA Law. The case taken by the author is a case where it is explained that a child in conflict with the law is a recidivist or has committed a repeat crime. Child recidivism is basically the same as recidivism in general, the difference is that the perpetrator here is a child. Repetition of criminal acts here means criminal acts committed by children, whether similar or dissimilar criminal acts, including criminal acts completed through diversion. It is explained that the case written is a case of repetition of criminal acts or recidivism committed by children of criminals. The legal process for the criminal act of abuse committed by Rui Vicente alias Aroni's child no longer takes the diversion route because the perpetrator's child is a recidivist. In this regard, child perpetrators are being processed in court by holding trials which are charged under Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code. UU no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System.

The aim of this research is to find out more about the Labuhanbatu Regency Library and Archives Service's approach to static archive preservation, as well as the challenges faced and the steps taken to overcome them.  To ensure the security and protection of archives, static archive preservation is carried out.  This type of research uses qualitative descriptive techniques.  This research uses the Miles & Huberman data analysis approach, which specifically focuses on data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  Through observation, interviews, and documentation, researchers collect information for data analysis.  Two people participated in this research as informants.  Using a purposive sampling approach, these informants were selected from among those who met the requirements of the research subjects, namely, archivists who had knowledge of archival preservation. The research findings show that although the static archive preservation of the Labuhanbatu Regency Library and Archives Service is good, it still does not meet the expectations of the theory that guides the research.  Archives activists are of the opinion that despite their best efforts, archives are still not optimally maintained due to various obstacles, including inadequate funding, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and human resources who do not understand archives.  Efforts made by archivists include providing special archival training on archival science, building inadequate facilities and infrastructure with allocated funds, and prioritizing the use of the budget for crucial tasks to achieve archive maintenance in good condition.

This research discusses the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application at the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City in the context of E-Government. The implementation of digital identity technology as an effort to improve the efficiency of public services faces a number of challenges, including communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In terms of communication, Disdukcapil Kota Tanjungpinang uses social media and goes directly to the field to socialize and activate the IKD application. Challenges arise from people who are still unfamiliar with technology, requiring further efforts in assisting the use of the application. Resources, such as a lack of budget and dedicated teams can hinder effective implementation. Although existing teams have been empowered in the past, further attention needs to be paid to the balance of quality and quantity of human resources. The disposition of Disdukcapil officers in helping people activate IKD is positive. Within the bureaucratic structure, despite the shortage of personnel, coordination and division of labor are quite good. This research uses qualitative research methods by obtaining primary data in the form of interviews at the Tanjungpinang City Population and Civil Registration Office directly and documentation, as well as secondary data obtained from media information, the internet and other documents. In conclusion, the implementation of IKD faces several obstacles, but good communication and disposition efforts show seriousness in realizing the success of the program. Suggestions that the author can give are for the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City to increase the effectiveness of implementation through strengthening communication, increasing human resources, and evaluating the bureaucratic structure on going basis.

Nowadays, many people use technology in the form of cellphones to share data, be it images, sound, video, text, and some of them. The speed of sending data depends on how fast the system manages it, if there is damage or obstacles then most likely the data will not be sent, therefore there must be someone who manages the system so that there are no obstacles when sending data. Mesh topology is a simulation that is connected to each other to send data from one computer to anothe computer, from the simulation we can see whether there are obstacles in sending data or not. The purpose of this research is to compare mesh topology and switching technology in data transmission simulation. This research uses library research methods to collect information and scientific works, namely literature related to literature review.
