This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Kab. South Buton. (2) The Effect of Work Involvement on Employee Performance at the Kab. South Buton. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees at the South Buton District Transportation Service Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 68 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the t- statistic value of 4.381 with a P- Value of 0,000. While the variable Work Involvement has a positive and significant effect on performance as shown by the t- statistic value of 4.369 with a P- Value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and ability to use technology on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and the sample taken was 25 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have also been tested in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that the competency variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y), while the ability to use technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). It can be concluded that together the competence and ability to use technology have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, so it is hoped that each agency (Tamalanrea District Office Leadership) will continue to retain employees who have competence or broad knowledge of the field of work they do. .

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing work from home (WFH) on employee performance levels at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The number of samples in this study was 60 people and the research method used data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of data analysis based on a simple regression test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that the calculated t has a value of 7,642 which is > than the t table (2,001). Work From Home has a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Conclusion: So, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Jakarta Laras Citra Tangerang Selatan is a company engaged in the field of accounting services and oversees non-formal Japanese-language educational institutions. Quantitative approach method. The population of 40 people is determined by a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate incentives (X1) and work environment (X2) have an effect on employee performance at PT. Jakarta Laras Citra South Tangerang, incentives (X1) are proven from the value of t count > t table (2.653 > 2.026) probability 0.012. The work environment (X2) is proven by the value of t count > t table (2.489 > 2.026) probability 0.017. Simultaneously the two variables affect employee performance, as evidenced by the F test obtained F count > F table (21.061 > 3.24) probability 0.000.

The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous significant influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Salary has a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya, while Incentives also have a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the same division. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal associative analysis approach. The research sample consists of 39 employees of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in the division. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis conducted using SPSS 25.0. The research results indicate that Salary has a classification of Very Strong, Incentives have a classification of Very Strong, while Employee Work Productivity also has a Very Strong classification. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya and offer recommendations to the management for enhancing employee performance and productivity.

This research aims to see the influence of the work environment, workload and leadership on employee performance at PT Graha Sarana Duta. The independent variables in this research include work environment, workload and leadership, and the dependent variable in this research is employee performance. The population in this study was 211 people, namely employees at PT Graha Sarana Duta. The sample in this study was 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection method used in this research uses a questionnaire method. The design used in this research is Outer Model testing, Inner Model testing, hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that: 1) The work environment has no effect on the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees; 2) Workload has a positive effect on the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees; and 3) Leadership influences the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work.

Civil Servants (PNS) are elements of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the implementation of state, government and development tasks. Meanwhile, Honorary Personnel has lively developed into a new paradigm in the agency environment in addition to other honorary personnel after Civil Servants even though basically the work done is almost the same as Civil Servants in general, the only difference is that Non-Civil Servants (honorary) employees rarely occupy important structural positions in the agency. Because they only help those who are assigned directly by the superiors and heads of sections of an agency. So that both civil servants and non-civil servants in the XXX City Education Office must have quality performance that is able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the duties assigned.  The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, whether there are differences in performance between civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, and what factors affect the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office. The research method used is quantitative method and the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study were civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, namely 42 civil servants and 42 non-civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study uses Satistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with T-Test analysis.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline simultaneously or partially on the performance of Bantarsari Puskesmas employees. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 45 people as respondents to the Bantarsari Puskesmas based on 45 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. Simultaneously compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as the work discipline variable, which partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Employee performance measures the success of an organization in achieving its mission and completing a task. The work culture must be designed in such a way that it achieves the goals of the organization and at the same time realizes the individual goals of employees. Competence can affect the improvement of the performance of an employee when the employee has good competence in a professional attitude such as having a cooperative relationship with a colleague in completing a job. The research method used in this research is statistical quantitative. The population in this study is the entire employee of NISD & Partners with a total population of 36 employees. The data collection technique used is a survey method by spreading the questionnaire. The research uses data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test. Data analysis uses the IMB program SPSS Statistic Ver. 25. The results of this study show that work culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study the authors explain the effects of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Adira Semesta Industry, with a total sampel of 92 employees, data collection methode using a questionnaire with analysis using multiple regression and the results of a partial analysis of work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Workload variables have a significant impact on employee performance with respective influence sizes of 3,231 an 2,274 greater than the t table of 2,101. And the simultaneous test results show that the work environment and workload together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Adira Semesta Industry with F value of 32,520 > F Table 17,406.

This research aims to identify the influence of providing additional employee income on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The sample in this study were all employees who worked at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The data in this research was collected using a survey research method, namely by distributing questionnaires directly to employees who work at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The research results will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that additional employee income has an effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government.

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health and the Work Environment on Employees at PT X. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach in measuring the effect of occupational safety and health and the work environment on employee performance at PT X  Jakarta. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total of 35 employees. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires and case studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the t value of occupational safety and health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of (-1.433<1.694) and sig value. 0.161>0.05 and the work environment has a positive effect and has a positive impact on employee performance (4.557<1.694) and sig value. 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, the value of F (22.487>3.28) and sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 0.584, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health (X1) and the work environment (X2) together have an influence of 58.4% on employee performance (Y)

This research aims to determine the effect of workload on performance, the effect of the work environment on performance and the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and relate to the problem being studied with a sample size of 47 people. The results of the research show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.005, which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of -0.03 indicating that the influence it has is negative on the independent variable. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a significance level of 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.044 indicating that the influence given is positive on the independent variable.

Employee performance is the main factor to help the company achieve its goals. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work discipline. The indicators of this compensation are incentives and salary. While the indicators of work discipline are punctuality, high responsibility, obedience to office rules. By knowing this relationship, the LPK-RI Kediri can estimate how the employee's response regarding the compensation and work discipline provided, so as to have maximum employee performance results.This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 50 employees as respondents. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

Management of regional property is a very important element because it represents assets owned by the region and is supervised by the local government. Through effective asset management by local governments, all regional properties can be managed and utilized well. In accordance with Government Regulation Number 28 of 2020, State/Regional Property refers to things obtained or purchased using funds from the State/Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, as well as those obtained through other legal means. Macro human capital refers to a country's total workforce, encompassing individuals who have reached the age at which they are eligible to work, which includes both those already employed and those actively seeking work but still unemployed. Micro human resources refer to individuals who are part of the workforce within a company or organization, including workers and volunteers, who constitute the workforce of a company or organization.
