This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, workload, and compensation on employee turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative, and the analysis used involves associations with a quantitative approach. Research conducted at PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima. The study results show that leadership has a detrimental and important impact on the intention to change jobs. The superior leadership proportionally reduces the intention to change jobs. The workload level positively and significantly impacts the intention to change jobs. The greater the workload, the higher the intention to change jobs. Compensation has an adverse and important impact on the intention to change jobs employees of PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima, meaning that the higher the compensation, the lower the turnover intention.

This study to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Senyum Sehat Sejahtera. This study uses quantitative research with an descriptive approach. In this study saturated sampling was used as a sampling technique, as many as 20 employees at the company as samples in this study. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment (X1) has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. On the other hand, community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, that is, the Public Services section in Telanaipura District, Jambi City had not fulfilled adequate service facilities to provide services to the community. The community is satisfied with the services provided by Telanaipura District, Jambi City in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any community complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services in relation to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Telanaipura District, Jambi City, is to give a pleasant impression.

In a hotel, it requires various needs in the form of operational goods, food ingredients, beverage ingredients or assets and this is where the role of the Receiving Officer is needed in the procedure for receiving goods. The process of receiving goods documents that require time for the approval of the General Manager makes it difficult for the Receiving Clerk to receive goods because when receiving goods the Receiving Clerk does not bring Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions because they are still in the process of approval and the Receiving Clerk's limited understanding of the quality of goods also hinders the procedure for receiving goods. this can be detrimental to the hotel. Guided by the Receiving Job Description, if the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition documents are still in process, this will also hinder the Receiving Clerk in checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods. By using the interview method with 3 informants, which was given to several employees at the Ministry of Finance, so that the author is more accurate, it is also guided by the Literature Study studied. The author manages these sources of information into a result of field facts, so that the writer can provide conclusions on the problems that arise and provide advice to management. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate data and documents. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of morale, work environment, work skills, teamwork, work climate on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees. The population in this study was 150 employees, the sample that was determined in this study was 109 employees using a saturated sample. This study uses SPSS to answer the main facts by using a list of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. This research is motivated by the importance of organizational citizenship behavior to increase productivity and effectiveness in an organization. High human fighting power will encourage the emergence of OCB behavior, namely someone who is able to survive in the face of difficulties while working will be able to carry out their obligations properly. However, according to the findings of this research conducted on employees of the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi, some employees with high OCB levels are still not able to do their jobs optimally. Therefore this research was conducted to find out whether adversity quotient and emotional intelligence affect organizational citizenship behavior of Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi employees. The sample in this study were all 113 employees of the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant adversity quotient with organizational citizenship behavior of employees. There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Then adversity quotient and emotional intelligence both have a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) To determine the Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, (3) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Office of the Disaster Management Agency Bima city area. The type of research used in this research is associative. The population in the study were all employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office, Kota Bima, totaling 62 people and a sample of 30 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the research based on the t test and f test show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Career Development has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) Work Motivation and Career Development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Bima City Regional Disaster Management Agency office. x

The phenomenon in the company is that employee performance decreases because the workload received by employees is too heavy and employee turnover is quite high.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 93 employees with the sampling technique using saturated samples so that there were 93 samples.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and employee turnover variables on the performance of PT. X. While partially found the workload variable has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. X. Partially it was found that the employee turnover variable had no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. X.

The Human Resources Department has the responsibility to oversee and manage human resources and everything related to the strategy of recruiting quality employees and the period of time when the Human Resources Department is looking for new candidate replacements. The importance of the ability to recruit quality employees for the Human Resources Department is one of the factors in improving professional human resources, and recruitment problems can be resolved well, thus reducing existing issues. This study aims to determine the strategy of recruiting quality employees at the Quest Prime Hotel and to overcome obstacles in the employee recruitment process at the Quest Prime Hotel. This research is a qualitative study that takes place at the Quest Prime Pemuda Hotel in Semarang. The subject of this study is the Human Resources Manager. The methods used in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation, thus obtaining accurate data. The form of recruitment process implemented by the Human Resources Department is by analyzing the required positions, screening the workforce, conducting interviews and selections, and making decisions, so as to obtain new employees with quality standards.

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia, both per and simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the study was conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of all employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPD) RI. Using the Likert scale, respondents' answers were processed by multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test and test . The results showed that some work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia.

This thesis discusses the Analysis of Marketing Strategies in Nawasena Efforts to Increase Consumer Buying Interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee motivation at the Mayga Sidinding Department Store. This type of data collection uses a quantitative approach in the form of a survey and gives questionnaires directly to respondents. The population used is all employees who work at the Mayga Department Store, and sampling with the saturation technique is 48 people. Data is processed through the application of Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) version 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results state that individually or partially rewards have a significant effect on employee motivation with a p value of 0.012 <0.05 and a tcount of 2.627 > a ttable of 1.679. Punishment independently or partially has a significant effect on employee motivation, by looking at the probability value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 3.916> ttable 1.679. This means that punishment has more influence on employee motivation. The result of the next test is that reward and punishment simultaneously affect the work motivation of employees at the Mayga Si Date Department Store.

This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

As part of the system factor, reward (reward) is an important element to create high employee performance. Reward (reward) is one way used to motivate someone to do good and work achievements or performance.  This study aims to find out whether the provision of rewards to employees at Citilink companies affects the performance of Citilink employees at Yogyakarta International Airport and how much influence the provision of rewards has on employee performance at Citilink Yogyakarta International Airport. Quantitative research was employed in this study. Questionnaires are sent in order to collect data. All Citilink Indonesia Airlines personnel at Yogyakarta International Airport comprised the population under study, totaling 20, and 20 persons made up the sample because the population was under 100. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, namely validity tests, and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis tests, namely Simple Linear Regression, T Test, and Determination coefficient test. A significant value for the partial effect of X on Y is 0.008 < 0.05 and with the results of the t table and t value calculated, then 2.955 > 2.10092, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving rewards on the performance of Citilink Airlines employees at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study found a relationship between the provision of rewards and employee performance. The partial effect of Variable X on Variable Y (0.327 R Square) is 32.7%, with additional factors not included in this research influencing the other portions.
