Ethics relates to good living habits, both in a person and in a society or community group. This means that ethics are related to values, good ways of life, good rules of life, and all habits that are adopted and passed from one person to another or from one generation to another. Islamic Bank Services In Indonesia (BPRS) formulates ethical Islamic work ethics  which in the form of its main values is an elaboration of ethical values applied by all BPRS employees (employees). This study conducted a qualitative mapping  of research articles on ethical behavior in service from 2019 to 2023, focusing on the year of publication, theories used and research variables. A total  of 100 articles from accredited journals on Google Scholar were included in the analysis. In this study assisted by two software including publish or perish software and VOSviewer. The theory of ethical behavior in Islamic banking services  is found to be a theory  that  is considered to be used quite often, but the relationship between the ethical behavior of servants in Islamic banks and fukus is that BPRS is still very rare. Software publish or perish and VOSviewer. Publish or perish software for data collection while VOSviewer software to get 3 outputs that will be analyzed with a bibliometric approach including Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization and Density Visualization. From the results of the analysis of the three outputs, it can be concluded that the theory or topic of ethical behavior and Islamic banking was found to be a theory that has been used since 2019  and is quite often used, but the relationship of the theory of Islamic bangking ethical behavior is not found related, or you could say the theory of Islamic bangking ethical behavior theory has never been made as a research topic in the span of 2019 until 2023.  

In the ever-evolving digital era, disruption challenges face Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including STIE Ganesha students who are preparing to enter the business world. This research explores management strategies that can help MSMEs face disruption in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, this research aims to identify disruption trends, challenges faced, and effective management strategies. The research was conducted over six months, involving in-depth interviews with MSME owners who have experienced digital disruption. Data analysis used a qualitative approach by formulating patterns of findings that emerged from the interviews. The results showed that the strategy of STIE Ganesha students in facing disruption is the adoption of MSME digital technology, understanding of data and analytics, continuous innovation, focus on customer experience, collaboration and partnerships, increasing cyber security, increasing human resource capacity, flexibility and adaptability of creative marketing understanding of business legal aspects. The implication of this research is to provide practical guidance for STIE Ganesha students who will later run or support MSMEs. Research limitations include limitations in the number of samples and focus on local cases.

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease indicated by hyperglycemia. This matter occurs due to the incapability of the pancreas to secret the insulin, the interrupted insulin performance, or the existence of both problems. Poor sleeping quality influenced the blood glucose level in the body. Normal individuals have blood glucose levels between 65 and 120 mg/dl after waking up. This research determined the blood glucose levels and the sleeping quality of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients. This quantitative research applied the analytical descriptive design with the cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 40 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique. The applied measuring instrument was the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI. The Spearman Rank test obtained a p-value of 0.000 lower than 0.05. Thus, the result accepts Ha, indicating a significant correlation between blood glucose and the sleeping quality of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients with r = 0.786. The r-value had a negative correlation indicating a strong correlation between glucose level and the sleeping quality of the patients. If the blood glucose was abnormal, the sleeping quality would be poor and vice versa. The researcher recommends future researchers promote quantitative research to examine the influential factors of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients' quality.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the internal control system in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma. This research was conducted at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the internal control system in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma is less effective. Can be seen by using the checklist method, the result of the calculation are 40% which means it is less effective in implementing the internal control system and 60% the effectiveness cannot be proven for environmental aspects of control, there is no segregation of duties in the coordinator of facilities and infrastructure, namely the existence of multiple positions carried out by the administration, and there is still a lack of concern in maintaining facilities and there are still incomplete and inadequate facilities. For the information and communication aspect, it is proven that the numbering of facilities has not been implemented, manual recording of inventory for each class has not been implemented and there is no recording system for removing facilities and infrastructure that are not longer used or left in stroge, and for the supervision aspect it has not been carried out properly because special staff have not been formed to supervise facilities and infrastructure and have not carried out routine inspections of school facilities.

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the slogan (X1), advertising content (X2), and advertisement repetition (X3) have on buying interest (Y). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The data collection for this research was by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents calculated using the machine and camble formula. The data analysis technique uses SPSS software version 16, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the hypothesis proposed. The research results are as follows: (1). Slogan (X1) has no influence and is not significant to Purchase Intention (Y). (2). Advertising content (X2) has significant and significant effect on purchase intention (Y). (3). Advertisement repetition (X3) has significant and significant effect on buying interest (Y). (4) Slogans (X1), Advertising Content (X2), and Advertising Repeats (X3) have significant and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y).

Every company has an audit with the aim of checking whether the financial statements that have been made are presented in accordance with the reporting standards. The importance of the role of the auditor in the audit process requires the auditor to be able to work optimally. There are several factors that influence the auditor in conducting an audit, one of which is the auditor's experience and auditor ethics. The purposes of conducting this research are: 1) To find out whether Auditor Experience has a partial effect on Audit Quality, 2) To find out whether auditor ethics have a partial effect on Audit Quality, and 3 To find out whether Auditor Experience and auditor ethics have a simultaneous effect on Audit Quality. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research is also included in the causal quantitative research conducted at KAP in Surabaya. The population in this study were auditors who worked at the Arsono and Jimmy Public Accounting Firms, Teramihardja, Pradhono, Chandra and Danny Wibowo KAPs, with a total sample of 30 people. Data comes from primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that: 1) Auditor experience influences Audit Quality, 2) Auditor Ethics influences Audit Quality, and 3) Auditor Experience and auditor ethics simultaneously influence Audit Quality. Therefore, it is hoped that the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Surabaya can improve Auditor Experience and Auditor Ethics to improve audit quality..

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and after-sales service on purchasing decisions at U Winfly Malang electric bike. This study used a quantitative approach, totaling 60 consumers on U Winfly Malang electric bike  who were selected by total sampling and saturated sample techniques as research subjects. The statistical analysis used in this study is with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.9 computer program. The results showed that brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, After sales service had no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at U Winfly electric bicycles Malang  

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05

This research focuses on improving Indonesian pronunciation for Sundanese students who speak Sundanese. The learning method includes teaching pronunciation with material reading and writing phonetic symbols. Observation is used as a qualitative approach to collect information about pronunciation, with instruments in the form of modules and related documents. The steps involve collecting student responses to learning, as well as using questionnaires to understand their perceptions of the teaching and learning process of Indonesian phonetics. The ultimate goal is to provide competence to students so they can pronounce Indonesian words correctly based on phonetic symbols.

Learning outcomes refer to the successful attainment of educational objectives by students who actively engage in the process of learning. Nevertheless, it is evident that student learning outcomes remain subpar, hence necessitating the implementation of a learning model aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes. The Group Investigation (GI) Learning Model is an educational approach that has been shown to enhance student learning results. The primary objective of this study was to assess the impact of implementing the Group Investigation (GI) Cooperative learning model and the direct learning model on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP N 6 Tondano. Specifically, the study focused on the topic of straight-line equations. The research employed a Quasi-Experimental Design as its chosen methodology. The present study comprised two classes, namely class VIII B as the experimental group and class VIII A as the control group. The sampling methodology employed in this study was Cluster Random Sampling. The methodology employed in this study involves the utilization of written tests for the purpose of data collecting. Based on the findings of the study, the statistical analysis using the t-test yielded a t-value of 2.5709, while the critical t-value (t-table) was determined to be 2.0322. Consequently, the calculated t-value exceeded the critical t-value (t-count > t-table). This implies that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis (H1). Based on the findings, it can be inferred that students who were exposed to the Group Investigation (GI) cooperative learning model exhibited superior learning outcomes compared to students who were subjected to the direct learning model. This observation was made specifically in the context of studying straight-line equations among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano.

The focus of this study uses the suitability model of program implementation by David C. Korten. The results of this study indicate that the night service program has received a positive response by being the answer to public complaints so that public services provided by the government can be closer, easier, and less complicated. This is supported by the ability of officers in night services as a whole, the community of Bulak District responded positively. Because it is in accordance with what is expected by the community, namely providing services in a friendly, polite, fast, thorough, and informative manner, although there are still visible officers who look tired. Interestingly, the community is also involved in evaluating the performance of the implementers, namely the night service officers in order to improve service quality standards.

Pursuant to Article 16 Paragraph (1) Letter a of Law Number 2 of 2014 Concerning the Position of Notary Public which emphasizes the obligation of a notary to act in a trustworthy, honest, thorough, independent, impartial and safeguarding the interests of the parties involved in legal actions, however in practice sometimes it is used by appearers by falsifying the minutes of the GMS so that the notary becomes the suspected perpetrator of a crime. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the legal consequences of the deed of meeting decision statements related to the falsified GMS minutes. The method used in this research is normative juridical research in the form of library law materials or secondary data with sources of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The research approach used is statutory, conceptual, analytical and case approaches as well as legal material analysis techniques carried out with systematic and grammatical legal interpretations. The results of the study show that the legal consequences of the deed of meeting decision regarding the falsified GMS minutes resulted in the deed becoming null and void and the aggrieved parties had to file a civil suit to the court to cancel the deed. In this case the notary cannot be held criminally responsible if a loss arises for one of the parties, because the deed is a partij acte which is entirely based on the statements and statements of the parties which are already in draft form, the notary only writes it into an authentic deed, so the minutes of the GMS are falsified be the responsibility of the appearers.

The type of research used aims to determine the motivation of parents of students in choosing a TK IT Wihdatul Ummah Makassar school. This research was carried out in December 2021. The research method used was field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is the interview technique. The research instruments used were field observations, interviews and documentation. The number of respondents taken was 25 people who were parents of students at TK IT Wihdatul Ummah Makassar. The results of research conducted by researchers through interviews show that the motivation of parents of students in choosing the IT Wiihdatul Ummah Makassar Kindergarten school by considering the quality of education provided where the school provides a portion of learning according to the abilities and age of children who tend to play in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an ’an and Sunnah. In addition, parents also chose the school because the communication that exists between teachers and parents is very smooth and parents are also given special programs to improve and increase religious knowledge.      

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) and the factors causing the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) without transparency in the provision of work agreements to workers at ID Express Jimbaran. The normative research method was used in this research with a statutory approach, a historical approach to compare with a conceptual approach. This study also uses legal materials such as primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for implementing a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) carried out by ID Express Jimbaran is not in accordance with Article 59 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Internal factors causing the lack of transparency in the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at ID Express Jimbaran are the quality and behavior of human resources, organizational culture, and management policies and practices. Meanwhile, the external factors causing the absence of transparency in the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at ID Express Jimbaran are government and customer policies.

The use of PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru has the potential to provide significant benefits in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.  

Melikan Village area is part of Pegunungan Sewu area. This area is included in a national protected area and has been part of UNESCO's Global Geopark Network since 2015. As a karst areas, this area has potential natural resources, human resources, and socio-economic-culture. This research has mapped all of these potentials to become the basis for designing the Taman Budaya Banglipuran which is the focus of the development of the Melikan Village area. The approach used in this study is action research which is carried out in three stages. The research phase are: mapping, planning and development. The mapping is digital using Quantum GIS. Planning is carried out with FGD. And development includes area planning with 3D visuals. This research aims to assist the community in developing the Banglipuran area by producing area designs.
