Improving the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a primary focus in this digital era. This research explores efforts to enhance the branding of Puspazary MSMEs through packaging innovation and digital marketing strategies. The collaborative approach involves updating packaging design through re-branding photoshoots and digital marketing via Instagram. Through a two-month internship, the team focused on introducing the MSME, accessory production, marketing strategy analysis, content creation, and participation in innovation development. During the internship, re-branding photoshoots were implemented, packaging innovation by transitioning from cardboard to transparent ziplock, and digital marketing through Instagram. The results of these activities created a more attractive branding and increased competitiveness for Puspazary MSMEs, emphasizing the importance of innovative branding strategies in supporting MSME sustainability amid global market dynamics. The conclusion highlights the positive outcomes of implementing packaging and digital marketing innovations, while recommendations involve the continued development of digital-based branding strategies to expand market reach and enhance the resilience of Puspazary MSMEs in this digital era.

Educational support tools include devices and materials that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process. Its function involves delivering information in an interesting and interactive manner, facilitating the understanding of the material by learners, and increasing their active involvement in learning. However, along with technological advances, educational tools are experiencing rapid development. This provides opportunities for learning that are more accessible to various groups. However, challenges arise in the form of educational gaps. Schools in remote areas, for example, may face limited access to the internet, computers, or mobile devices that are essential to the learning process. With this, digital-based systems and digital-based physical facilities and infrastructure created to make things easier for people achieve various needs and desires according to their respective goals. This is certainly something that cannot be denied and avoided in the world community, not only in Indonesia. In the ever-evolving digital era, marketing is undergoing significant changes. Rapid developments in the world of marketing demand a deep understanding of effective methods in reaching the target market. The purpose of this research is to compare how influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies can influence young audiences' purchase intention. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, and focuses on the influence of influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies on young consumers' purchase intention. Influencer marketing is an important strategy for market segmentation, building trust, and faster turnaround time. With a large social media following, digital influencers can significantly influence consumers' purchase intention. Authenticity and personal engagement are key aspects of influencer marketing. Combining traditional and influencer marketing can create a responsive strategy for young audiences. Influencer marketing and traditional marketing significantly impact consumer interest and advertising effectiveness. The marketing mix increases trust and confidence, which leads to increased purchase decisions. Understanding the influence of influencers can help companies develop effective strategies, allocate resources wisely and increase profits.

The millennial generation is a generation that has creative ideas or innovations. As a business person or entrepreneur, a person must have knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, especially in the digital era like now. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and revealing what abilities or theories are used by millennial generation business actors in New York City. The literary work used as a source of research data is the novel entitled #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using the heruistic method, namely reading thoroughly and the hermeneutic method, namely the study of text interpretation or the process of interpreting text. The results of this research are that there are 3 theories of entrepreneurship which include economic theory (taking advantage of opportunities that can create innovation), psychological theory (what underlies business) and behavioral theory (skills in managing and advancing business).

The era of digitalization has brought progress in the field of accounting through the use of various new technologies, but it has also brought new challenges and potential threats related to data security and integrity. Misappropriation of Assets is one of the problems that may arise. Cases occur when internal or external parties steal financial data or access identity information to manipulate accounts or access company assets. This research is research that applies qualitative descriptive methods. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of remote audits and agility audits in detecting misappropriation of assets that emerged in the post-Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data in this research is qualitative. The data source for this research is secondary data. Remote audit and agility audit represent a paradigm shift in audit practice from traditional to modern. Remote Audit allows the audit process to be carried out remotely, which is increasingly important in technological transformation. Meanwhile, audit agility focuses on increasing the ability to respond to change and efficiency in the audit process. Remote audits can provide efficiency and effectiveness in the audit process, provided that the process is supported by both the auditor and the audited party. In addition, this approach allows auditors to carry out analytical procedures with electronic evidence, interactions with auditees, and reporting that contains reliable financial data.

. In today's rapidly evolving digital era, e-commerce has emerged as a cornerstone of global trade. However, the proliferation of online fraud incidents has given rise to significant ethical concerns. This study delves into the ethical ramifications of online fraud profiles and tactics within the cybercrime domain, particularly their impact on the e-commerce ecosystem. Ethical considerations play a pivotal role in shaping behavior within e-commerce, safeguarding consumers, and guiding the formulation of effective policies by both e-commerce entities and governments. This research scrutinizes the phenomenon of online fraud in e-commerce transactions through a survey involving two respondent groups: Information Systems students at ITS and students from other departments. The survey results reveal that online fraud inflicts substantial emotional distress on victims, including feelings of panic, anger, and sadness. Financial losses and the potential exposure of sensitive data are prevalent repercussions of online fraud, eroding consumer trust and prompting questions about the ethical conduct of fraudsters. To address these issues, recommendations encompass heightened awareness of online fraud risks, increased transparency among e-commerce sellers, streamlining fraud reporting procedures, and a commitment to upholding higher standards of business ethics. The overarching objective is to foster a more ethical, secure, and sustainable e-commerce environment. In summary, this research offers comprehensive insights into how respondents perceive and experience online fraud in Indonesian e-commerce transactions, providing valuable guidance for more effective mitigation.

In the current digital era, digital transformation in the government sector is an obligation to implement, including village governments. However, in fact, there are still many villages in Indonesia that have not implemented digitalization in their public services. Banjarsari village is one of the villages where the development of digitalization still requires special handling because there are several obstacles, one of which is that the village government lacks technological skills. Therefore, MBKM Bina Desa UPNVJT students provide guidance and service to Banjarsari Village officials and the community to create a digital village in Banjarsari Village. This article aims to describe the efforts of the Banjarsari Village government in realizing digital-based government services. The method used is the sharing session method and assistance in managing the village website to Banjarsari Village officials. The results obtained were collaboration between the Banjarsari Village government and UPNVJT Village Development MBKM students regarding the establishment of the Banjarsari Village website and the implementation of sharing sessions in improving the quality of public services in Banjarsari Village.

Innovation Development (PI) is a program as concrete evidence of the application of knowledge that has been obtained during the lecture period in accordance with the Accounting and Management Study Program. The innovation development process consists of all decisions and activities, and their impacts, that occur from the recognition of a need or a problem, through research, development and commercialization of an innovation, through the diffusion and adoption of ana innovation by users with all consequences. The target of this activity is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMes) in Batu Ampar Village. After we conducted interviews with MSMes in Batu Ampar Subdistrict and set targets for the MSMes that we will provide assistance to, namely the development business of Mrs. Nurmawati’s “Disco Bean” MSMEs. Which is located on Jalan LKMD 2 Rt.33 No.37 Batu Ampar Village, North Balikpapan District. The problem faced by MSME players are that they do not have their own innovation or characteristics in packaging development, and there is also a lack of marketing targets and a lack of understanding about social media in this digital era. Apart from that, this business is only done by word of mouth, so that Mrs. Nurmawati’s business is not known to many people

The evolution of social media has transformed it into an effective promotional platform for companies to convey product information. This research aims to analyze the design of Instagram content, focusing on Colar Living products. The methodology involves discussions, interviews, and observations to comprehend the design concept. Research findings reveal four key aspects influencing the visual appeal of Instagram content: color selection, typography, product photography, and layout composition. The importance of color consistency with the brand image, clear typography, high-quality lifestyle product photography, and layout arrangement following design principles. With the right design strategy, Instagram content can enhance brand awareness and influence audience purchasing decisions. Recommendations are provided to optimize Instagram as a tool for digital promotion, particularly through the Instagram feed in the era of the creative industry.

Globalization has had a transformational impact on social life in various segments. Open territories between countries by information and communication technology. This has implications for the dimensions of life, especially the existence and projection of Islamic education. Islamic education faces multidimensional and complex challenges such as technology, ideology, social, cultural, economic and political. Other challenges are professionalism, integrity, solidarity and vision. The aim of this research is to analyze Islamic religious education from a social perspective and its challenges today. This research uses a qualitative approach by means of library research, namely collecting research sources from books, journals, proceedings, which are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the solution to education today and in the future is to increase human resources, including the ability to produce people who can contribute to national development, the ability to produce people who can appreciate, enjoy and maintain the results of development, and the ability to give birth to a humanizing process. and humanity is continuously moving towards a nation that is just and wise and virtuous. The influence of digital media is growing rapidly and influencing the lives of Christian families. The development of digital media has an impact on Christian families. Families have challenges in dealing with this situation. So Christian families need to rebuild a foundation that is able to meet the demands of the times and is in accordance with God's teachings. Building an attitude of love that can answer the needs of the times and is in line with God's teachings. The love that is built in a Christian family is Agape love. Agape love means total love, identified with God's love for His creation. An attitude of love is important for Christian families in everyday life. This article focuses on efforts to build an attitude of love in Christian families and the importance of an attitude of love for Christian families in the digital era. The implication of this research is to guide Christian families in using social media and technology responsibly. This includes monitoring the content consumed and maintaining Christian values ​​in interactions. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The data used in this article is secondary data from various sources such as books, articles and journals. Based on the research results, it was found that an attitude of love helps Christian families to maintain integrity and harmony in the digital era with healthy communication, using devices or applications that support togetherness and technology as a means of strengthening the quality of family relationships.

Tourism is now a sector that is experiencing rapid growth supported by developments in information and communication technology. One of the potential tourism destinations in Palembang is the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. However, marketing is still less than optimal. This research aims to explore the implementation of digital marketing in increasing tourist visits to the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. Through a qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results show that digital marketing plays an important role in increasing the visibility of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest in the eyes of the public, especially the younger generation. Social media content strategies, promotion through influencers, and search engine optimization (SEO) are implemented to increase brand awareness and visits. Obstacles such as lack of resources and training become obstacles in its implementation. However, with cooperation between stakeholders and the use of appropriate technology, the potential of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest as a leading tourist destination in Palembang can be achieved. The implementation of digital marketing in tourism marketing for the "Punti Kayu" City Forest shows that technological adaptation in the tourism sector is a necessity in the current digital era.

The aim of holding this PKM activity is to diversify bitter melon fruit into chips for the women of KWT Medulu, Bendewuta Village, Wongeduku District. The selected participants were 10 people who had bitter melon gardens in their yard. The activity stages were lecture and practice. PKM activities were carried out well, participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in PKM activities. Monitoring results showed that the amount of increase in participants' knowledge and skills increased from 100%, from 10 participants who answered that they did not know before the training activity in making bitter melon chips, it increased to 100% or 10 participants answered that they knew and were able after the training. This shows that training activities can be said to be successful because there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the training participants.

To improve the quality of teacher education and encourage the establishment of the merdeka learning system at the elementary school level, technology plays an important role. The educational concept called Merdeka Learning provides opportunities for students to choose and organize educational programs according to their interests and needs. Technology is now very capable of supporting the integration of independent learning into classroom practice in this digital era. Technology integration in teacher learning has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning at the elementary school level. Teachers who are trained and assisted in the use of technology can create learning content that is more interesting and interactive. In addition, technology also gives students the freedom to organize their own learning and choose learning resources according to their individual interests and learning styles. This research provides great benefits for teachers and students in elementary schools.
