This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way.   Keywords : assimilation, Correctional Institution, convict .

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

The health of pregnant women is one of the national health indicators. The Center for Indonesian Medical Students' Activities (CIMSA) considers that the health figures for pregnant women in Indonesia cannot be categorized as good. So early detection of pregnancy complications can be used as an effort to prevent complications in pregnancy. The still high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) can be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of optimal antenatal care and low maternal knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy. Pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy is one of the factors that can influence pregnant women at high risk of experiencing danger signs in pregnancy. The main causes of maternal death, namely preeclampsia, bleeding and infection, can be prevented if the signs are recognized early. These signs are known as danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant mothers should learn more about the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy. This activity was carried out at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati on September 5 2020. The target of this activity is pregnant women who are pregnant women who are at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati. The methods used in this community service activity include counseling, discussion, Javanese questions. After counseling, pregnant women understand and know about the danger signs in pregnancy.

Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

Based on the results of observation, the learning method used in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kaliwungu is in the form of discourse, discussions, question and answer with the book media. Learning methods that have been applied so far have not had enough impact on students' level of understanding. The method used is less successful, so students feel bored and bored. This study offers a solution for multimedia utilization with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning media, where computers can display text, images, videos and audio so that students can have a pleasant impression in the learning process. The validity value of media experts is 2.9 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.3, which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 58.5% up to 80.5%.

Paguyuban Batik Tulis Langensari (PBTLS) is a community of batik artisans in the area around Embung Langensari, Yogyakarta. Determining the target of enthusiast of handmade batik from PBTLS crafters requires a strategy so that batik results can be right on target. The strategy that will be carried out requires an agreement that becomes a joint agreement in the community, given the current fashion trends that are developing very fast. Along with the development of the main trends in life, namely go green that returns to nature, fashion trends are also following. Today's global fashion trends are shifting from fast fashion to slow fashion. The target of the PBTLS is to determine the meeting point between products that have been produced as supply and market needs/demand. The method used in determining PBTLS targets is carried out through 4 stages. The first stage identifies the range of products that have been produced by PBTLS. The second stage determines the target users of PBTLS products. The third stage determines the direction of product development. Then the fourth step determines the uniqueness of PBTLS products. In carrying out these four steps, a crafter's poll was conducted through a "mentimeter application" conducted on 17 PBTLS artisans and focus group discussions (FGD). Through the application of the "mentimeter" the results of the PBTLS artisans poll can be immediately known to be discussed and formulated together through the FGD. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya usaha wisata yang diinisiasi oleh masyarakat di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di desa Sidowayah, kecamatan Polanharjo, Kabupaten Klaten yang memilki potensi wisata alam. Namun dalam perjalananya, upaya mempertahankan eksistensi dan pemasarannya justru menjadi beban tersendiri. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial dalam promosi wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah melaksanakan focus group discussion yang diikuti para penggiat wisata desa dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan serta menemukan alternatif solusi. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa promosi melalui media sosial sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh penggiat wisata, namun lebih efektif jika yang melakukan adalah para wisatawan yang puas menyebarluaskan pengalaman mereka dalam wisata di desa Sidowayah.Kata kunci: media sosial, promosi wisata, Sidowayah

The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Therefore, an appeal against a decision cannot be appealed, however, the fact is that there are prosecutors who appealed against the verdict as contained in the appeal deed number: 60 / Appeal / deed.Pid / 2006 / PN. As for the problems in this research are: (1) How can the decision to be released from lawsuits in terms of Law No. 31/1999 jo. Law no. 20 of 2001 (case study No. 942 / Pid.B / 2005 / PN.Smg)? (2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the factors that cause violations of traffic signs by motorcycle riders in the city of Semarang. The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Research and discussion on theeffect of the company's performance on future information in the company'sannual report, yields several conclusions as follows:The average disclosurerate of the sample company FLI is 42.60% (below 50%), meaning there arestill many companies that are less likely to convey future information. This isdue to the pessimism of future expectations and the reluctance to reveal toomuch information that might undermine the competitive position in themarket.Company size is the only independent variable that influences futureinformation. This means large size companies tend to convey futureinformation in their annual reports. Other independent variables of companyperformance (leverage, profitability and liquidity) have no effect on futureinformation

While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. Modern society is the result of joint relations between men and women. Nowadays, women’s subordination obstacle to women ‘s development and advancement. Women’s subordination as a kind of patriarchy system also deeper poverty. No progres of society without women activities. Empowering of women become a way to increase human security. The purpose is how to empower village women of Brujul, sub-district Jaten, Karanganyar regency. Increasing empowerment of village women is very important. It can develop and progress society in that village. There are three indicators of women empowerment: security, decision making and mobility. Method of this community service is meeting and discussion with the women of Brujul village. The result of this discussion that security of the women from Brujul still influenced by patriarchy system and lower education. Furthermore, the older married women had less power to increase their security. The younger married women with higher education have more power in decision making process of houshold and health. Higher education background can influence of women mobility. The women mobility also dependent upon how their family view women’s right. The result of this community service show that increasing knowledge about human right, human security and empowerment is very important for the women of Brujul village.Key words: women, empowerment, human security
