The aims of this research are to influence of using the LRD strategy towards students’ reading comprehension, and to find out how do students respond to the use of the LRD strategy as a learning media for students' reading comprehension. This research method is quantitative with a pre-experimental research design type one group pretest-posttest design. The instruments in this study were tests, questionnaires, and observations.. The results showed that there was an influence of toward the LRD strategy on students' reading comprehension. From the results of the paired sample test, a significance value or Sig. (2- tailed) is 0,00 less than 0,05. Based on the criteria for the hypothesis of the paired sample test If the value (p) > Sig (0.05) means that Ha is rejected, and if the value (p) < Sig (0.05) means that Ha is accepted, it is supported by the analysis of paired sample tests by comparing the t-test with the t-table, where t-test > t-table is 18,004 > 2,042 with the criteria if t-test > t-table means Ha is accepted, if t-test < t-table means Ha is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Students have a significant influence from toward the Listen-Read-Discuss strategy on students' reading comprehension. There is a good response to the LRD strategy. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the LRD strategy is an influential learning media to assist students in reading comprehension.

This learning media aims to develop and improve elementary school students' learning. This media is a development media that uses meta analysis methods. One of the problems in education is the minimum media facilities and infrastructure, so teachers are required to be creative in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, such as developing learning media in the classroom. An interesting learning media that can overcome students' boredom in learning activities is game-based learning activities, such as the application of the snakes and ladders game media. Children at the elementary level have a tendency to play. A fun and relaxed situation will help children to increase their interest in learning. The development of learning media in the form of the snakes and ladders game has the impact of providing discourse about alternative teaching media for elementary level. It is hoped that the use of this learning media can improve the quality of teaching and learning activities at the basic level.

This research aims: (1) the mathematical communication abilities of students using the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model are higher than the mathematical communication abilities of students using conventional learning models in class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Medan, (2) the process of completing answers is created by students in solving problems in the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 19 Medan. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique, namely class VIII-5 as a class taught using the think-talk-write type cooperative learning model and class VIII-6 as a class taught with a conventional learning model. The data collection instruments were an observation sheet and a test sheet for students' mathematical communication skills in the form of 4 essay questions. Data analysis in this study used a t-Test with the Independent sample t-Test technique with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research showed that the average score for the class taught using the think-talk-write cooperative learning model was 80.1 and the class taught with a conventional learning model of 74.6. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, from the calculation results it was obtained that tcount was 2.501 and ttable 1.67469, the significance level was 0.016<0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that students' mathematical communication skills used the cooperative learning model type. think-talk-write is higher than students' mathematical communication skills using conventional learning models. Based on the analysis of the process of students' answers to the mathematical communication skills test, students who received think-talk-write cooperative learning were better than students who received conventional learning.

In the world of education, especially for teaching staff, knowing each student's characteristics is very important, this really helps teaching staff in adjusting teaching and learning methods. Especially for students who have physical limitations or whose IQ is below average. In every learning process, not everything is carried out smoothly, there are some students who experience learning difficulties and ultimately cannot achieve the appropriate learning targets. Inclusive education is one of the educational institutions presented by the government with the aim of providing opportunities for students with special needs or students who have special talents and intelligence to get education like regular students without looking at differences. The behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children causes children to experience problems concentrating in learning, because the disorders they experience cannot be controlled properly. Therefore, children experience difficulties when learning takes place and this has an impact on social relationships which influence their behavior when interacting with other people or their peers. So the researcher raised the problem in his research, namely the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children with special needs who experienced concentration problems in learning at the Raudhatul Athfal Al-Hidayah school. This research aims to determine developmental aspects of children's behavior and emotions as well as indicators related to hyperactivity and disturbances in concentration. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children is all excessive behavior and actions seen when children express their emotions when they are happy, sad, angry, disappointed, anxious and afraid. Children's emotional development impacts children's behavior, such as being aggressive, running around, shouting, being rude, talking a lot, being nosy and endangering people around them. This can happen because there are many factors that underlie a child becoming a hyperactive child, namely genetics, slow development of the child's brain, parenting patterns, emotional intelligence and the influence of the surrounding environment.

The quality of education or the quality of KBM in Indonesia is still very low compared to other countries, for that in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, efforts from various parties are needed. These parties other than the government and the community are school principals. Because the principal is a leader in educational institutions, therefore the principal has a very important role in improving the quality of KBM.. The improvement of KBM quality can be measured through several conditions, namely inputs, processes and outputs. Input is the way the school screens prospective students, while the process is a way both teaching and learning in a school led by a teacher (Teaching and Learning Activities), while output is the result of the process. This research has a purpose, namely: to determine the principal's efforts in improving the quality of KBM at SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02. Basically, this research is descriptive qualitative, providing a picture or description of a situation as clearly as possible about certain individuals or groups in accordance with actual conditions. The descriptive method is used to analyze qualitative data with data that cannot be realized with numbers. Thus, the results of the study show that the Principal of SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02 Batam always strives to improve the quality of KBM in various ways, including always holding or participating in training on the ability to manage KBM, always striving for teachers according to their respective competencies, always providing coaching or motivation to students, always striving for infrastructure and learning media to support KBM, always supervise the running of KBM
