Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

The purpose of this article aims to analyze technological developments in the industrial sector. SCADA requires a communication protocol. To increase efficiency in the industrial world, the SCADA system has been widely used in various industrial fields, such as manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, telecommunications and transportation. Control over the arrangement of an electric power distribution network can be effective and efficient and will be equipped with a SCADA system. Control of the electric power network based on the SCADA system is really necessary considering that the growth of electric power is very high and adds to the increasing complexity of the electric power network system. The SCADA system ((Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) itself is a system created for data retrieval, storage, analysis and also for controlling a plant/system that has been used remotely.                                                                        

Crime is a social phenomenon that is the responsibility of the state and society because the more crimes that are committed, the greater the danger to the state and society. This study uses normative legal research methods which aim to analyze and evaluate court decisions related to law enforcement of perpetrators of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi ordering fraud. This method will involve literature study and document analysis, namely court decision number 1507/PID.SUS/2018/PN.MDN and decision number 143/PID.B/2018/PN.LMG which is related to the fraudulent case of fictitious online motorcycle taxi orders. The analysis was carried out using a statutory approach and legal theory related to criminal acts of fraud and related court decisions. The results of the analysis will be requested and presented in a narrative form that can provide a deeper understanding related to law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi orders. Based on the author's analysis above of the two criminal court decisions in the field of Information and Electronic Transactions Law, it turns out that the authors found that it was very low and did not give a deterrent effect to perpetrators of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and did not provide a sense of justice to victims. The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements. The disadvantage that often arises from the Smart Credit Application is the dissemination of personal data carried out by the Smart Credit Application because the Debtor does not make payments on time, so the debt Collector uses techniques to use the dissemination of personal data to pressure the Debtor to immediately make payments, Juridical Responsibility The Kredit Pintar application for actions committed for defamation can be held civil liability through a Tort Lawsuit as stipulated in article” 1365 of the Civil Code filed by Customers who feel aggrieved because their identity is used in the misuse of personal data.   Keywords : Online Loans, Smart Credit Applications.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon from the author's observations about the low student learning outcomes caused by several factors, including the low attention of students in attending Islamic Religious Education lessons. One of the causes of the problems that arise is the inaccuracy of the use of methods in learning. So, in this study the researcher will choose a method that is considered to be able to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the demonstration method. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. Collecting data in this study the authors obtained through tests and documentation. This study used 44 students as a population and 44 students as a sample. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test, homogenesis. Then the final data analysis the author uses is the t-test. Based on the results of the study it can be understood that the results of the researchers' calculations using the t-test and SPSS 20 where the t-test obtained the results tcount = 4.11713736 and ttable = 1.714, then tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and calculations using SPSS 20 yield results which are 2-tailed significant values or sig values. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the significance level α = 0.05. Because the significant value of 2-tailed <α, i.e. 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that demonstrations are effective in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII.2 PAI subjects at SMPN 4 Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban.

ABSTRACT , The working relationship of employees and leaders can determine the level, benefits of the Work Environment and Employee Performance of the company they feel. Any positive work relationship can help create a healthy work environment and environment for employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment affects the work productivity of employees at the AMC Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation which was carried out from 1 March to 31 March 2023. Respondents from this study were all employees of AMC PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport with a total of 15 people. testing the results of this research using IBM SPSS 23 Statistics For Windows. The results showed that variable X (Work Environment) on variable Y (Employee Performance) in the AMC Unit with a simple linear regression test showed a strong influence by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.576 and a large effect with a coefficient of determination test of 33.1%. Therefore, the work environment must be maintained or improved so that the performance of the AMC Unit personnel of PT. Angkasa Pura I at Yogyakarta International Airport maintains and improves its performance in the room and in the field.

This study aims to develop a Teaching Factory planning strategy to enhance the entrepreneurship skills of students at SMK Darut Taqwa. The SWOT analysis method was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The SWOT analysis results indicate that Teaching Factory can strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and the community, and provide opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurship skills and insights. However, there are several limitations and weaknesses in implementing this strategy, such as limited resources and a lack of technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. To address these issues, this study recommends several strategies, such as developing entrepreneurship training programs for students, identifying new resources to support student entrepreneurship development, and utilizing technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. These strategies can help SMK students develop the necessary entrepreneurship skills and insights to compete with established businesses in the market. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for educational institutions and the government in planning effective and sustainable entrepreneurship learning programs in the future.

In today's competitive business environment, customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in determining the success of a business. As a result, businesses are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of their customers through service innovation. Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

The increasing market demand for Bok choy makes the need to apply a good cultivation system for the optimum growth and productivity of the plants very important. One of the main factors that must be considered in cultivating Bok choy is the treatment of plant spacing in which the soil is often enriched with ameliorants, such as zeolite. The combination treatment of plant spacing and zeolite showed a significant effect on the growth and productivity of Bok choy plants, where the further the plant spacing, the higher the growth rate. However, the same plant spacing treatment did not affect the pH value. The best zeolite treatment  was 150 g/1x5 m2 soil bed, or 300 kg/ha.

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. This study aims to find out and Identify the extent of the influence of educational supervision on teacher performance at PAB 1 Medan Estate Private Junior High School. Efforts to improve quality Education needs to be done gradually with reference to the strategic plan. Involvement of all components of education (teachers, principals, communities, committees schools, boards of education, and institutions) through good planning and realize the launched educational program. The supervision of education carried out by the Principal has a positive effect and significant to changes in teacher performance. Teacher performance will be improved if Supervision of the principal's education in the form of leadership and supervision Improved.

The purpose of this study is to see how changes in rice imports in North Sumatra Province between 2009 and 2019 are due to changes in rice production, prices and consumption. To see how the influence of independent factors on the dependent variable, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis partially show that domestic rice imports in North Sumatra are negatively and not significantly affected by rice production. In North Sumatra, the price of rice is positively and insignificantly affected by rice production, while rice consumption is negatively affected and may not be significantly affected by rice imports. There is no visible effect between the variables of rice production, rice prices, rice consumption, and rice from 2009 to 2019.

The labor period causes physiological, physical, and psychological changes in the patient that can affect the quality of life, such as vaginal delivery or caesarean section, skin contact, breastfeeding, and the psychological state after childbirth. Treatment by health facilities must include the level of safety, effectiveness, timeliness, organization, feasibility, and approach to patients from the external side that will affect the patient. Health services must be efficient; on the other hand, poor or unqualified health services will decrease the quality of life of postpartum patients. This review contains information on how postpartum patient satisfaction affects the quality of life in the delivery room.

Hospitals as health service providers must know how the quality of service they provide can give satisfaction to patients. Competition between hospitals is getting tougher and sharper so that every hospital is required to enhance its competitiveness by trying to provide satisfaction to all of its patients. Service quality will be considered satisfactory, if the perception exceeds expectations; Service quality will be considered good or adequate if it is in line with expectations, and will be considered bad if the service is bad or not good enough. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality seen from various dimensions, namely tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on patient satisfaction at the Special Dental and Oral Hospital in Bandung. This literature review uses articles in published Connected Papers in 2017-2022, 108 articles. The results of the 5 articles show that service quality and patient satisfaction are directly proportional, if the service quality is good then customer satisfaction will be good and if the service quality is bad then the level of patient satisfaction is also bad.

The researcher carried out this research because he wanted to examine how to improve the quality of human capital through entrepreneurship learning at SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik. In improving the quality of human capital, one of them is requiring an effective learning, namely by implementing this entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observing, interviewing and documenting. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out using data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. In testing the validity of the data, researchers also used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik has implemented entrepreneurship learning in creating superior quality human capital so that graduates become entrepreneurship, especially in grades eleven and twelfth. Not only that, SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik already has excellent products, namely Skandry Water and Skandry Hygenice. Therefore, it is hoped that all residents of SMKN 1 Driyorejo will apply the KISS method, namely Consolidation, Integration, Synergy and Synchronization so that school plans can be realized and implemented perfectly because they are supported by all school members.    

The competence of human resources in the village government is important in building village development and community welfare. The role of village officials is one of the keys to realizing a developed village, considering that village officials are the link between the village community and the government in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for village officials to have competence and skills so that developments in the central government can be channeled properly and thoroughly to the village community.  This study aims to analyze and measure what the effect of human resource competencies on employee performance and productivity is in the case study of the Kalisalak Village government through a qualitative descriptive approach where the analysis method used is using SWOT Analysis, namely Strenght (Strength), Weakness (Weakness) Opportunity (Opportunity) and Threat (Threat). This study found strengths and opportunities that can encourage the improvement of the work of village officials, but also found weaknesses and threats in it. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the right strategy so that the performance and productivity of village officials in serving the community is maintained

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. This type of quantitative research Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples was 75 respondents at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno NganjukThe research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.230 + 0.193X1 + 0.481X2 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a simultaneous and significant effect on UD Customer Satisfaction. Brontoseno Nganjuk.

The population is all children under five in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 20 respondents. The independent variable studied was the provision of Tui Na massage, while the dependent variable was eating behavior. The results were analyzed using a paired sample T test. The results of the study prior to the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (80%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (20%). After the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (65%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (35%).
