By using Times Series data from 2017 to 2022, this research aims to analyze and understand the impact of investment and labor variables on the GDP of Binjai City. A quantitative approach was used in this research by utilizing data from two sources, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and NSWI. The method applied is ordinary least squares with the classic assumption test, as well as data processing using E-Views 12 software. The research results show that investment has a probability value of 0.92, which is much greater than 0.05. This is supported by the t-calculation value, which is smaller than the t-table (-0.108876 < 3.18245), which indicates that investment has a negative and significant impact on the GRDP of Binjai City. Meanwhile, the labor value is 0.55 > 0.05, indicating that labor has a negative and significant impact on the GDP of Binjai City, as reflected in the comparative value of t-count and t-table (0.666775 < 3.18245). Furthermore, when the two variables are evaluated simultaneously, the F probability value of 0.670525 is greater than 0.05. This indicates that, together, these two variables do not have a significant impact on GRDP in Binjai City.

The pair-check method is a novel instructional approach to enhance students' reading comprehension. The study aimed to examine the impact of applying the pair check method for teaching reading comprehension students at SMPN. The experimental group consisted of 30 students, while in the control group, 30 students received instruction without any specific reading method, relying solely on opening a dictionary. The sample comprised 20 students from class A and B as the sample. The control group was instructed by using reading method and the experimental group was taught by applying pair checks method. The pre-test and post-test scores were compared between the experimental and control groups. The results indicated that the experimental class exhibited significant improvement in both pre- and posttest scores, with a notable increase in the average score from 33.6 in the pretest to 33.32 in the posttest. In addition, the control class, employing traditional teaching methods, exhibited a substantial increase in posttest score, indicating noteworthy progress in learning outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of instructional methods in influencing student outcomes, with the pair-Check method emerging as a practical and effective tool for improving reading comprehension in the educational setting. Further research and analysis are recommended to delve deeper into the statistical significance of these observations and to inform future instructional strategies for optimizing student learning outcomes in the classroom.

The church is faced with an urgent responsibility to address the environmental crisis by building awareness of eco-tourism. By promoting eco-tourism as a tool to preserve nature and support sustainable development, the church not only provides theological understanding but also acts as a real agent of change in supporting environmental conservation efforts. A literature review of environmental ecology theory, eco-tourism theory, and Christian religious views provides a foundation for understanding human behavior towards nature. This research, using a descriptive qualitative method, combines literature analysis with the author's field experience to formulate a theoretical proposal. The church is considered to have a crucial responsibility in protecting the environment and building eco-tourism by supporting environmental programs, collaborating with NGOs, providing environmental education through worship, playing an active role in commemorating environmental days, and taking concrete steps in the development of sustainable eco-tourism. Conclusions highlight three concepts of the human view of the environment, with humans together with nature approaching the values of Christian eco-theology, while suggestions include church support on government environmental programs and close cooperation with NGOs to raise the environmental awareness of its members.

The investment trend has been so advanced in recent years that most people are interested in becoming investors. One of the things taught is the importance of investing and becoming an investor. However, it is very unfortunate that this rapid trend has not escaped crime in the form of fraud and misuse of investment vehicles. It is very important to empower the public to avoid fraud. One way is through Influencer Persuasive Communication. The purpose of this study was to find out how public empowerment through Influencer Persuasive Communication avoids investment fraud. The research method used is qualitative through interviews with 3 informants whose results were Coding and data triangulation in the analysis. The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world based on data from the World Health Organization, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2016 reached 289,000 people, divided into several countries, including the United States reaching 9,300 people, North Africa 179,000 people and Southeast Asia 16,000 soul. Approximately 80% of maternal deaths are the result of increased complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery. Causes of maternal death include postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia, prolonged labor and sepsis. One of the causes of maternal death is prolonged labor with an average number in the world of 8% and in Indonesia it is 9%. The general aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of prolonged labor in women giving birth at the Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital in 2023. Prolonged labor is a situation where the latent phase occurs for more than 8 hours or labor lasts more than 12 hours with the baby not yet being born. On a partograph, labor that is not progressing is indicated by cervical dilatation above the alert line (right side) in the active phase. The pathophysiology of prolonged labor is closely related to the concept of functional stages of labor which explains the physiological goals of labor. There are three functional stages of labor, namely the preparatory division, the opening/dilatation stage and the pelvic division. This research uses a quantitative type of research using retrospective research. The design of this research was carried out using a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study was women giving birth who experienced a long labor at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital in 2023. The proportion of respondents who had a long labor due to a weak vagina < 20' was 12 (40%), respondents who had a long labor due to CPD with In the No CPD category, there were 13 (43.3%) respondents who did not give birth for a long time due to their weight, with the weight category > 4000 grams being 12 (40%). The results (p value = 0.030 < 0.05) which means that this research shows that there is a significant relationship between His, CPD and Baby's Weight with Long Parturition at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital. The strength and weakness of the His during the birth process greatly influences the speed or Length of labor It is hoped that respondents will be more active in checking their pregnancies to avoid prolonged labor by health workers either at posyandu or other health service places.   Keywords: Partus Lama, Persalinan
