The emphasis on consultation and coordination in decision-making illustrates the implementation of democratic practices supporting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Furthermore, the study identifies innovation as a central pillar driving the institution to adapt to changes and meet the dynamic market needs. Initiatives such as the implementation of modern technology and new approaches in human resource management are illustrated as key components in the organization’s innovative strategy. The findings of this case study underscore that transformational leadership is effective in triggering organizational growth and sustainability by integrating innovation and collaboration. The implications of these findings provide important insights for other institutional leaders in designing leadership strategies that not only direct the organization to achieve its targets but also ensure ongoing adaptation and growth in a continually changing environment. This study offers valuable contributions to the literature on organizational leadership, particularly in the context of institutions operating in the era of globalization and digital transformation.

However, there are obstacles in the application of discipline, habituation of akhlakul karimah, and limited facilities. Other obstacles include the lack of parental role in supporting children's learning process and excessive use of mobile phones. This study concludes that the role of Qur'an memorisers is very important in improving the morals of students, and the shuhulah method is proven to be effective in facilitating the memorisation process for early childhood. The speaker hopes that this method can be used as a learning capital in various other tahfiz houses.

Perception or point of view is a thought about something that is aimed at trusting opinions in terms of thoughts and views. In general and globally regarding objects related to various angles of the problem. Of course there will be many schools and considerations, one of which is that in this decade, various thoughts and points of view have emerged from students. Of course, where there is feedback on the nation's leadership milestones cannot be separated from the role and participation of students in responding to leadership. One of them was in the Joko Widodo era. Therefore, with the issues that arise, of course students must be wise in responding to the existence of a democracy-based leadership model, where democracy is a representation of the proclamation of the Indonesian nation. Various levels of society should also take part in providing responses. In generating a response, of course it is not only negative and existing shortcomings, but also how to generate good, correct and wise perceptions. With the expected output in the future, students can allocate and reflect on various aspects that will later be able to improve the nation and state in a clear, firm and straightforward manner.

The existence of God is something that humans have always questioned. Humans rely on reason and knowledge to find out about the existence of God, even though humans have never found certainty about the existence of God. So various human assumptions about God arose, that God never existed, and some people denied and denied the existence of God. Even though humans engage in various studies, it is impossible for humans to fully understand and know the existence of God, because God is transcendent and unlimited, while humans are immanent or limited. Therefore, in writing this article, the author looked at it from a philosophical perspective based on Christian faith to answer several questions: Is it true that God does not exist? Is God just a human imagination? Many people, especially certain groups who do not believe in the existence of God, think that anyone who believes in the existence of God is a fool. This article discusses theological concepts and Christian philosophical thought, using arguments used to prove the inseparable existence of God from the perspective of Christian faith. Philosophy has long been a means of understanding and exploring the existence of God in various Christian traditions. The author presents several philosophical arguments used by Christian theologians to support belief in the existence of God, and also discusses the contribution of thought leadership of Christian philosophers in forming views on the existence of God. From a philosophical perspective, this article offers a deeper understanding of how the Christian faith views the existence of God and how philosophy can play a role in strengthening those beliefs. Finally, this article provides an overview of how to study philosophy to understand and reflect on the existence of God, especially within the framework of Christianity.

Elections or general elections have an important role in determining the future of the nation by electing leaders and officials who are directly elected by the people and for the people. Democracy is the main factor in holding elections as people are free to choose according to their conscience without any coercion or threat. However, the process of implementing elections in Indonesia still experiences obstacles such as the white group (golput) who choose to give up their voting rights in determining the future of the nation. Therefore, we provide solutions and suggestions that can be used to reduce the percentage of the white group by means of election education, voting training, encouraging political parties to be more active, using the media to publish information about elections, election monitoring, research and opinion surveys as described in this research article that we wrote in the hope that it will create a movement to suppress white groups who throw away their voting rights. Then, in compiling this research article, we used an empirical juridical qualitative research method by raising two problem formulations that are problems in the current era. With the results of this research article, hopefully it can help you and can be a source of reference in preparing research that has the same aims and objectives.

In the recent reform era, there has been no effective effort to eradicate corruption. This is particularly ironic, given that the goal of reform is to eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). It also shows that more democratic governments are not serious about eradicating corruption. The crime of corruption in Indonesia has been increasing year by year. Corruption has become an extraordinary crime. Thus, efforts to eradicate it can no longer be done in an ordinary way, but are required in an extraordinary way. Corruption can pose a danger to the life of mankind, because it has penetrated the world of education, health, provision of food for the people, religion, and other social service functions. The difficulty of overcoming corruption can be seen from the number of acquittals of defendants in corruption cases or the lack of punishment borne by defendants who are not proportional to what they have done. This is very detrimental to the State and hampers the development of the nation. In this case, corruption cases are also difficult to disclose because the perpetrators use sophisticated equipment and are usually committed by more than one person in a covert and organised situation. Overcoming corruption requires measures such as improving the system, including improving the applicable laws and regulations, improving the way government works, strictly separating state ownership and private ownership, enforcing professional ethics and institutional discipline, applying the principles of good governance and optimising the use of technology and improving human beings, including improving human morals as believers, improving legal awareness, increasing legal awareness, electing leaders who are clean, honest and anti-corruption.
