Banten Province has a number of dams that have the potential to be developed as micro hydro-based renewable energy centers. Micro hydro is a technology that utilizes water flow to produce electricity on a small scale, ideal for areas with abundant water resources. The dam in Banten, which was originally built for irrigation, flood control and raw water supply, can be optimized to produce environmentally friendly electrical energy. This research uses literature study methods and secondary data analysis to evaluate the potential of dams in Banten as a micro hydro renewable energy center. The data used includes official reports, scientific publications, and data from government agencies. The analysis includes evaluation of flow capacity and water fall height, as well as the environmental impact of implementing micro hydro technology. The research results show that several dams in Banten have adequate flow capacity and water fall height to support micro hydro installations. The environmental impact of micro hydro installations can be minimized by implementing existing best practices. Micro hydro development in Banten dams can reduce dependence on fossil energy and support the national renewable energy mix target. This research recommends the development of supportive policies and the participation of local communities to realize this potential. In this way, the dam in Banten can be transformed into a renewable energy center that contributes significantly to energy security and environmental sustainability in Indonesia.

Aging causes significant physiological changes in the skin, mainly due to decreased cellular function, decreased regenerative capacity, and changes in the extracellular matrix. External factors such as UV radiation, unhealthy lifestyle choices, and inadequate skin care further aggravate facial skin aging. This screening activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) method, which includes planning, implementation, evaluation and corrective action. Facial skin health was assessed using a skin analysis tool, and participants were provided with education regarding preventive measures. This activity consisted of 127 participants (30 men and 97 women). It was found that the average wrinkle, roughness, moist, and UV damage were 26.3%; 24%; 61.4%; and 38.3%. A comprehensive approach including lifestyle modifications, topical treatments, and regular check-ups is essential to reduce the effects of aging and improve skin health in seniors.

One of the by-products that can be used as a source of fiber and antioxidants is avocado seeds. Processing avocado seeds into flour can make it easier for people to make interstitial foods, for example biscuits. Avocado seed biscuits that are rich in fiber and antioxidants are expected to be beneficial for health. This study aims to determine the effect of the right ratio of wheat and avocado seed flour on the chemical characteristics of biscuits, The study used a complete random design with the treatment of the comparison of wheat and avocado seed flour, namely F1 (100:0), F2 (90:10), F3 (80:20), F4 (70:30), F5 (60:40), F6 (50:50). The determination of the best biscuits is seen based on the parameters observed, namely: moisture content test, crude fiber test, antioxidant capacity, IC50 value. Based on the results of the analysis of various comparisons of wheat and avocado seed flour (TBA) in biscuits, it showed no real effect (p>0.05) on water content, while there was a real effect (p>0.05) on crude fiber, IC50, and antioxidant capacity.

A river basin (DAS) is an area bordered by mountain ridges where rainwater that falls on the area will be collected by the mountain ridges and will be channeled through small rivers to the main river (Asdak, 1995). A watershed includes a land area which is one unit with a river and its tributaries, which functions to accommodate, store and channel water originating from rainfall to a lake or to the sea naturally, where the boundary on land is a topographical divide and the boundary at sea is up to with water areas that are still affected by land activities. The Lematang River is one of the longest rivers in South Sumatra, the length of the Lematang River is 271 km with a watershed area (DAS) of 295.88 km2. The existence of the Lematang watershed is a source of life for the Lahat community. The decline in the carrying capacity and carrying capacity of the Lematang watershed due to land use can be seen from flash floods and landslides, where flash floods bring sedimentation, logs of wood and twigs causing losses to the community. To overcome the problems of the Lematang Ulu watershed, Integrated Watershed Management is needed by taking concrete steps in the form of efforts to formulate goals, synchronize programs, implement and control watershed resource management across stakeholders in a participatory manner based on studies of biophysical, economic, social, political and institutional conditions in order to realize the goals. In the context of carrying out fisheries activities, the Tanjung Adikarto Fishing Port does not fully meet the requirements as a Coastal Fishing Port (Type C). Complete facilities such as cold storage, shops, ship maintenance and fishing equipment, as well as places for handling and processing fishery products are still not available, while several other facilities also do not meet adequate standards. In this section, the author will describe the actual conditions of the facilities at Tanjung Adikarto Port and their comparison with the standard facilities that a Coastal Port (Type C) should have. This is the first step to evaluate what needs to be improved in order to increase the capacity and feasibility of the port to support more optimal fishing activities. Observations of the existing condition of the port have revealed several problems that need attention. Buildings that are damaged and uninhabitable are one of the main issues that need to be addressed immediately. The aim is not only to ensure port operations run optimally, but also to align port activities with environmental sustainability, so that their contribution to the community's economy can be realized in a sustainable manner.
