In the architecture design and 3D visualization industry, rendering speed and quality are crucial factors in enhancing productivity. This study aims to compare the performance of GPU and CPU-based rendering software, focusing on three main aspects: render time, visual quality, and resource efficiency. The experiment was conducted using two leading rendering software, Corona (CPU) and Lumion GPU, with identical design objects. The results show that GPU rendering excels in render speed, although it slightly sacrifices quality detail compared to CPU rendering. Additionally, GPU is more efficient in resource usage, with lower energy consumption during longer rendering processes. Based on these findings, it is recommended that design and architecture professionals choose GPU rendering for projects that prioritize speed and time efficiency, while CPU rendering is more suitable for tasks that require higher quality and more complex details. This study provides valuable insights for the creative industry in selecting the most appropriate rendering technology to enhance their design productivity.

The role of school principals holds crucial significance in enhancing educational quality of education, especially through strengthening and empowering the professionalism of educators. This article discusses the diverse aspects of principal leadership and its effect on teacher performance within the school setting. The principal not only functions as an administrative manager, but also acts as an educator, innovator, as well as a motivator who can guide teachers in realizing educational goals. In their capacity as leaders, school principals have the responsibility to create a positive work culture, provide professional support, and formulate policies and strategies to improve teacher competence. Various efforts to develop teacher professionalism, such as training, certification programs, and advanced studies, are key for improving the quality of teaching in schools. The article also identifies the role of school principals in managing changes and challenges in the world of education, as well as the importance of support from various parties to create an environment that supports teacher development. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership of school principals is able to improve teacher performance, which is further a determinant factor in the success of the education system as a whole.

The success of Meranti Islands Regency after the expansion of Bengkalis Regency which occurred on December 19 2008, with a focus on the economic sector and public services. Even though there are several indicators of better economic performance compared to the parent region, the overall economic growth of Meranti Islands Regency is still lagging behind. On the public service side, even though it shows more positive results, there are several indicators that are still lower than Bengkalis Regency. This research uses literature studies to identify the challenges and performance of the Meranti Islands Regency, including the problem of fiscal dependence and suboptimal regional financial management. Public services in this area have not been effective due to inefficient use of funds, lack of public service energy, and service utilization that has not been maximized. This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk between 2021 and 2023 through the analysis of financial ratios, including liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from the company’s financial statements to conduct time series analysis. The study calculates and analyzes financial ratios to assess the company’s performance over the specified period. The results show significant changes in PT Kalbe Farma’s financial condition, with a notable increase in total assets and equity, although net profit experienced a significant decline in 2023. The liquidity ratios indicate that the company maintains strong financial stability and can meet its short-term obligations, while the solvency ratios reflect a prudent approach in debt management and a reduction in reliance on external financing sources. These findings highlight the importance of effective financial management in maintaining corporate stability amidst the challenges faced in the pharmaceutical sector

Indonesia, based on natural resource potential, has great potential to achieve beef self-sufficiency. The contribution of this sector is not only limited to meeting food needs in the form of beef, but also includes economic aspects such as providing employment opportunities, industrial raw materials, and increasing the income of local farmers. This shows that the development of this sector has great potential in supporting food security and improving community welfare. Therefore, research was conducted on performance indicators that could influence the performance of the cattle farming sector in Indonesia in 2022 using cluster analysis. Cluster analysis is a statistical method that identifies groups of samples based on similar characteristics. Cluster analysis has two methods, namely hierarchical and non-hierarchical. This research focuses on classifying regions in Indonesia into groups based on similar characteristics. In this research, cluster analysis assumptions will be tested, namely the multivariate normal distribution test, conducting cluster analysis using hierarchical and non-hierarchical methods, characterizing the data in each cluster, then drawing conclusions and suggestions from the research results. Based on the research results obtained on data characteristics, it was found that variables tend to have a variety of data. Hierarchical cluster analysis uses the single linkage method which has an optimum number of clusters of 4. The highest number of cluster members is in cluster 1. Then cluster 1 shows the highest performance in the cattle farming sector. In non-hierarchical cluster analysis using the k-means method which has an optimum number of clusters of 5. The highest number of cluster members is in cluster 4. Then clusters 2, 3 and 4 show higher performance in the cattle farming sector compared to clusters 1 and 5 .

This work explores the potential of PennyLane and variational quantum-classical algorithms (VQCA) to forecast lung cancer using a structured dataset. The VQCA model performs exceptionally well, with flawless training, validation, and test accuracies of 1.0, demonstrating its capacity to identify patterns in the dataset and provide reliable predictions successfully. Contrarily, the accuracy of the quantum neural network (QNN) and classical neural network (NN) models is lower, demonstrating the benefits of utilizing quantum computing methods for enhanced predictive modeling. We provide a complete examination of the data, stressing the better performance of the VQCA model and its promise in correctly predicting lung cancer. The results highlight the importance of quantum-classical algorithms and help us understand the benefits and drawbacks of various strategies for predicting lung cancer. The study highlights the potential applications of quantum computing techniques in advancing the field of healthcare analytics. It shows the capability of the VQCA model to predict lung cancer using a tabular dataset accurately. Further research in this area is needed to explore scalability and practical implementation aspects. In summary, this study showcases the potential of VQCA and PennyLane in predicting lung cancer and underscores the benefits of quantum computing techniques in healthcare analytics.

These tools have positioned HRM as a critical factor for ensuring organizational survival and competitiveness in a technologically advanced world. The study highlights the effects of digital applications on HR processes such as recruitment, promotion, performance evaluation, employee satisfaction, and staff retention. It emphasizes the need for further development in HR practices to address challenges and seize opportunities in the digital context. This study examines the effect of leverage on the profitability of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk during the 2020–2024 period. Using a causal research method with secondary data obtained from financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the study analyzes the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as the leverage indicator and Return on Assets (ROA) as the profitability indicator. The results indicate a significant negative relationship between leverage and profitability. Increased DER is associated with a decrease in ROA, suggesting that excessive debt reduces financial performance due to higher interest costs and financial risks. This study contributes to the understanding of leverage's impact on profitability in the manufacturing sector, offering valuable insights for corporate management, investors, and academics. Recommendations include enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing debt management strategies to improve long-term profitability

And there are research results obtained that have explained that there is a very significant positive relationship related to the relationship between employee welfare and loyalty and productivity. Law enforcement of road transportation traffic is one of the important aspects in maintaining road safety and order. However, the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the performance of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) in law enforcement is often hampered by unstructured processes and lack of transparency in reporting. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology (IT)-based system development in improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability in monitoring and evaluating PPNS performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which involves analyzing the application of information systems in institutions that handle traffic law enforcement. The results showed that IT systems can improve transparency by providing clear and real-time data access, increase efficiency by speeding up data processing and analysis, and strengthen accountability through auditable digital records. The study concludes that the development and implementation of IT systems in the oversight of PPNS performance not only improves the effectiveness of traffic law enforcement, but also strengthens the integrity and public trust in the institutions that carry out these tasks. The implementation of IT systems is expected to be a strategic solution in improving the quality of public services in the field of traffic law.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of developments in the implementation of Trias Politica principles in the performance of high state institutions in Indonesia. Trias Politica, which refers to the separation of powers into executive, legislative and judiciary, is an important foundation in a democratic government system. Through a qualitative approach, this research evaluates how the division of power has transformed since the implementation of political reform in Indonesia, as well as its impact on the performance of state institutions in carrying out their duties and functions. The research results show that although there have been significant developments in the implementation of Trias Politica, several challenges such as overlapping authority, lack of synergy between institutions, and political influence remain obstacles. However, the application of the principle of separation of powers has generally increased accountability, transparency and efficiency in the performance of high state institutions. This research recommends strengthening coordination between institutions and more stringent legal reforms to improve the performance of state institutions as a whole.

Examining how tax avoidance, company size, and financial performance affect stock values is the aim of this study. A thorough analysis of the 2021-2023 financial statements of infrastructure companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was conducted in order to support this study. Employing a purposive sampling methodology, the sample for this research comprised 22 infrastructure firms.Every selected entity that serves as a research sample provides the secondary data used in this study through its financial statement. To elucidate financial performance, this research utilized the following variables: Current Ratio (X1a), Debt-to-equity Ratio (X1b), Total Asset Turnover (X1c), Return on Equity (X1d), Price-earnings Ratio (X1e), and Company Size (X2) as the second independent variable, alongside Tax Avoidance (X3) as the third independent variable. The research methodology employed in this study was the panel data regression approach, utilizing the E-views 12 software to facilitate the analysis of the research outcomes. The result of the research suggest that the Random Effect Model (REM) constitutes the most efficacious analytical framework. Furthermore, the findings of the study reveal that, while the other variables did not exert an influence on stock price, both the Return-on-equity Ratio (X1d) and Company Size (X2) significantly impacted stock price.

The village is one of the jurisdictions of the legal community which has the boundaries of the territory authorized to regulate and administer government affairs. In this case the role of village government is very important because it concerns the service to the community. The maximum productivity of the village apparatus is one of the things that makes the government's goal achievable. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, conducting direct interviews with Kebumen Village officials and the people in that village. Based on research and analysis of performance indicators quality of work and quantity of work of the Kebumen Village Apparatus in carrying out their duties is considered not optimal, especially when there are still violations of work discipline, the violations related to working hours. Some factors inhibiting the performance of village apparatus in the form of a lack of number of village apparatus and a lack of development quality of human resources in Kebumen Village Apparatuses. It is necessary to make efforts to develop human resources for Kebumen Village Apparatuses to improve technical, theoretical and work discipline capabilities to improve apparatus performance Kebumen village.

This study aims to determine the role of communication patterns in student human relations on the emergence and dynamics of toxic relationships. Communication patterns, both verbal and nonverbal, are important elements in interactions between individuals that affect the quality of interpersonal relationships. In the context of university students, communication patterns are often influenced by the level of emotional maturity, cultural background, and social environment. Unhealthy communication patterns, such as domination, manipulation, or a tendency to avoid conflict, can be the main trigger of toxic relationships. Conversely, healthy communication with openness, empathy, and respect can prevent toxic relationships and improve problematic relationship dynamics. This research uses a type of qualitative research using the literature study method sourced from books, journals regarding the research discussed by examining the Role of Communication Patterns in Student Human Relations Against Toxic Relationship. Communication patterns have a significant role in shaping the dynamics of student relationships, including toxic relationships. Healthy communication patterns, including openness, empathy, and respect can prevent toxic relationships, while unhealthy communication patterns such as domination, manipulation, or closure, are often the main triggers. Students who lack interpersonal communication skills are vulnerable to getting trapped in toxic relationships, which can have a negative impact on their mental health and academic performance. Increased self-awareness, use of assertive communication, boundary setting, and external support are key steps to prevent or overcome toxic relationships. With positive communication patterns, students can build healthy relationships, support personal development, and create a harmonious social environment.

The rapid development of technology has led to innovations in various areas, including mobile payments. Mobile payments are one of the innovations in financial technology designed to facilitate online transactions. In Indonesia, there are numerous mobile payment service providers, making competition increasingly fierce. One of the popular e-wallets in Indonesia is ShopeePay, a service created by Shopee. This study aims to analyze the importance and performance levels of various electronic service quality factors and assess user satisfaction with ShopeePay. This research is a survey-based study with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis was conducted using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure the importance and performance of each ShopeePay service quality factor and the satisfaction of its users. The results show that out of 24 ShopeePay service quality factors, 13 were considered important by respondents. The average importance rating was 4.07, while the average performance rating was 3.94. This results in a harmony between importance and performance of 97%. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for ShopeePay services in the Banten area was 78.77%, placing it in the "satisfying" category. This study has several limitations, including its focus on the Banten area, a limited and homogeneous respondent group, potential bias from online surveys, and not accounting for external factors or long-term changes in user perceptions of ShopeePay.

Human resource (HR) development is a key element in realizing competency-based schools that are able to face the challenges of the globalization era. This study aims to analyze HR development strategies in educational environments with a systematic approach involving teachers, staff, and students. The research methods used are literature review and direct observation at several competency-based schools in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that effective HR development includes three main aspects: strengthening teacher pedagogical competence, increasing staff managerial capacity, and forming a learning culture in students. The proposed strategies include ongoing training, empowering digital technology, and collaborating with external parties such as the business world and industry. The implementation of this strategy shows an increase in individual and institutional performance, especially in terms of adaptability to curriculum changes, the use of technology in learning, and student learning outcomes. In addition, it was found that visionary leadership support and adequate facilities are the main supporting factors for the success of HR development in competency-based schools. In conclusion, integrated and competency-oriented HR development not only strengthens school competitiveness but also supports the creation of a globally superior generation.

This study aims to determine Accounting in Ideal Conditions: Realizing Transparent and Accurate Accounting Practices. The results of the study indicate that accounting has a very important role in realizing transparency and accuracy. By realizing accountability, namely helping to improve performance and accountability of activities by compiling government agency performance accountability reports. In realizing transparency, accounting can guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the information to be disseminated, while in realizing responsibility, accounting helps to account for the use of regional revenue and expenditure funds by compiling financial reports. This This Study aimed to (1) understand the overview of employe, performance, Organizational support, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of organizational support and work discipline on employee performace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees of the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of the Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, the study was conducted using a census or saturated samping method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and infertial statistical methods, specificallymultiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using f- tesr and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as good, the organizational support variable was also categorized as good,and the work discipline variable was categorized as good as well. The results of the t-test showed that partially,the organizational support variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline variable had  a positive and significant effect and employee performance.the result of the f-test showed that simultaneously, the organizational support and the work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study could explain 23,4%  of the variation in the rise and fall of employee performance at the regional planning, Reseach, and Development Agency ( BAPELITBANG) of Sikka Regency.

The Merit System is an approach that emphasizes employee assessment based on abilities, achievements, qualifications and work results carried out fairly. Work relationships include interactions between employees with both colleagues and superiors. The Merit System will run well followed by a person's work relationship running harmoniously so that a person will have a commitment to work well. A person's performance is categorized as performing well in accordance with the targets/standards set by the company. This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing the merit system and employment relations on employee performance at Bandung Adventist Hospital. The research method used was quantitative research with descriptive analysis with 89 employee respondents. The results of this research show that the implementation of the merit system does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work relationships have a significant effect on employee performance. The combined effect of the implementation of the merit system and work relations on employee performance has a significant effect of 18.2%. From this data it can be concluded that implementing a merit system in accordance with Law No. 5 of 2014 and working relationships that have good communication can improve employee performance.
