The budding entrepreneurship that many students are starting to do often does not have the right business brand. In fact, brands are the spirit of the business world so that it runs smoothly, especially for goods and/or services. One of the first things that novice entrepreneurs must do when starting their business is to design a brand that is appropriate and reflects the spirit of their business. Designing a business brand by combining the strongest characteristics of the business and making it attractive to target consumers is an invaluable added value. Therefore, it is necessary to increase legal understanding for prospective entrepreneurs when starting their business, especially in the field of branding. The goal to be achieved is: to provide an understanding of the importance of business branding. This service is carried out using direct lecture and question and answer methods, and evaluation is carried out by comparing the results of distributing pre-test and post-test questionnaires to increase student understanding.

This article discusses the use of behaviorism learning theory to increase the understanding of biological concepts in high school. The method used in this article is a literature study or literature review. The research results reveal that the use of behaviorist learning theory increases understanding of biological concepts through providing regular stimuli so that appropriate responses are obtained. The use of flipbook media as a behavioristic approach also increases students' motivation in learning, thereby influencing learning outcomes or achievement. It can be concluded that the use of behaviorism learning theory can increase understanding of biological concepts in high school.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The sample used in this study is the UMKM actor Father Tedi Sumantri Almargono, S.Pd. This research aims to investigate the impact of Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning strategies on the character formation of Islamic students in boarding schools. Boarding schools play a significant role in character education and the promotion of Islamic values among their students. The Ta'lim Muta'allim book, as a classical text commonly used in boarding schools, is considered to have significant potential in shaping the character of students. The research employed a qualitative case study approach at Al-Ihsan Boarding School, located in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants included students and instructors at the boarding school. The findings of the research indicate that the utilization of learning strategies centered around the Ta'lim Muta'allim book significantly contributes to character formation among the students. Students engaged in deep and reflective learning about the contents of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book displayed a substantial improvement in their understanding of Islamic values, ethics, and morality. Furthermore, these learning strategies also played a role in fostering discipline, patience, and perseverance among the students. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of incorporating the Ta'lim Muta'allim book into the boarding school curriculum and employing appropriate learning strategies to achieve character development objectives. These findings can serve as a guide for other boarding schools in their efforts to enhance character education effectiveness in the face of evolving contemporary challenges.

The focus of this research is on the significance of prudent financial management in the context of Islamic consumption. Young families face complex financial challenges, and understanding the principles of Islam in financial management can provide a solid foundation for both financial and spiritual well-being. The objective of the study is to identify the impact of financial management on young families within the framework of Islamic consumption. The problem formulation involves a general overview of the financial challenges faced by young families and the importance of implementing Islamic principles. The research aims to analyze financial challenges, explore Islamic principles, and develop effective strategies in the financial management of young families. This article is a literature review utilizing qualitative methods. Document data is collected from relevant journals and books and analyzed using content analysis methods. The research findings indicate that financial management within the framework of Islamic consumption has a positive impact. Young families actively applying Islamic principles experience improved financial well-being, spiritual balance, and a positive contribution to society through business practices and investments aligned with Sharia principles

Data collection techniques use library research in the form of books, journals and other studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that babies' emotions are very susceptible to habituation, there are several differences in this pattern and also in the stimuli that cause it. development of understanding. Maturation during infancy usually occurs through direct experience with the environment and interaction with objects and people around them. Violence against children still often occurs in the city of Surabaya. Families still face obstacles in solving problems due to parents' lack of understanding in caring for children. Families need a place for consultation and support as well as learning processes so that the scope of the family can be maximized. The Surabaya city government is trying to protect children. One of the efforts of the Surabaya City Government is that the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) has the best Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) program. PUSPAGA services are under the auspices of the Surabaya City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3APPKB) Service. PUSPAGA Surabaya City is present in the community for those who need services related to family problems, including childcare information. The aim of this research is to find out how the PUSPAGA program is evaluated in efforts to prevent child violence in DP3APPKB Surabaya (Counseling Service Case Study). This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used belongs to the PUSPAGA Program using Ripley's 7 evaluation indicators (Purwanto & Sulistyastuti, 2012), namely access, coverage, frequency, bias, service delivery, accountability, suitability of the program to needs. The PUSPAGA program for Surabaya City Counseling services has been running well in every indicator. Even so, the Surabaya City Government should be more proactive in informing the public about the existence of PUSPAGA services in the City of Surabaya.

This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational policies at MTs PAB 2 Sampali as an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of secondary education. Qualitative methods were used with interviews, observation and document analysis. Madrasa heads were the main respondents, ensuring an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of policy implementation. 1) Policy planning begins with identifying needs and challenges involving analysis of student achievement, facilities and curriculum development. Consultation and participation of stakeholders, including teachers, parents and students, is the next step. Goals and objectives are set with a focus on improving achievement, strengthening the curriculum, and student participation. 2) The implementation process begins with careful planning, communication and socialization of policies to stakeholders, training and professional development for teachers, full implementation of policies, and ongoing evaluation. Positive impacts can be seen in increasing student achievement, student participation in extracurricular activities, and parental involvement. However, limited resources and resistance to change are challenges that need to be overcome. 3) This research provides a positive picture of MTs PAB 2 Sampali's efforts to improve the quality of education through policy planning, implementation and evaluation. Even though challenges exist, a commitment to continuous improvement can make this institution an inspiring example in planning education policies that have a positive impact.

his Abdimas aims to explain the initiative of the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group in introducing information media in the form of blogs using the Google Site platform. The main objective of this project is to improve access to information and communication between member groups, as well as facilitate the exchange of information with the surrounding community. This service includes practical steps in creating and managing a website with Google Site, as well as its impact on increasing member involvement and understanding of information technology among the group. Through collaboration and internal training, the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group hopes to create a more effective forum for sharing information and promoting social activities in their environment. This research provides insight into the application of information technology in village-level community organizations and its impact on the quality of communication and member engagement.

Education involves a complex process consisting of interactions between teachers, students, and the learning environment. The ability to complete learning is an important indicator of the success of the education system in conveying understanding and skills to students. This research is intended to investigate the factors that influence students' ability to complete learning well. The research method applied involves secondary data analysis from several related studies, surveys, and interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that elements such as teaching methods, student motivation, parental support, and availability of learning resources have a central role in the ability to complete learning. The use of innovative and student-focused teaching methods has proven successful in increasing students' understanding and interest in learning. Student motivation, whether it originates from the student or is stimulated by the teacher, has a positive impact on student learning efforts. Parental support and the availability of adequate learning resources also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment. In addition to these factors, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning, where students' emotional, social and psychological aspects are considered in a balanced manner. Therefore, the ability to complete learning includes not only academic achievement, but also the development of relevant life skills. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of how to improve the education system to be more effective in helping students achieve optimal learning completion abilities. Practical implications of this research involve expanding innovative teaching approaches, increasing parental support, and increasing access to learning resources. Thus, learning is not only a process, but also an achievement that has a positive impact on students' lives in the long term.

This research explores the optimization of network utilization to enhance the efficiency of Shariah Mobile Banking services for customers. The study delves into the theoretical framework of Shariah Mobile Banking, elucidating its customer benefits, technology, and the role of networks. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study aims to examine the efficiency of Shariah Mobile Banking services. The findings underscore the paramount importance of efficiency in Shariah Mobile Banking and highlight the pivotal role of network concepts in augmenting this efficiency. The discussion also identifies hurdles encountered in optimizing Shariah Mobile Banking services and proposes viable solutions to overcome these challenges. This research contributes valuable insights for financial institutions and providers of Shariah Mobile Banking services to improve their service efficiency through network optimization. Additionally, it broadens the understanding of the customer benefits derived from Shariah Mobile Banking. The outcomes are anticipated to inform strategies and actions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience of Shariah Mobile Banking for customers.  

This research aims to explore teachers' ability to apply feedback in the context of Christian Religious Education learning. Through a qualitative approach, this research seeks sources and reconstructs them from various sources such as books, journals and current research. The results show that teachers' ability to apply effective feedback in Christian religious education learning has a positive impact on students' understanding. The findings highlight the important role of feedback in improving understanding of Christianity concepts. Teachers who are able to provide specific, constructive and well-timed feedback will create meaningful learning.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions regarding PTPN IV Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Marketing Mix 4P includes four main components, namely product, price, place and promotion, which are interrelated and have the potential to influence consumer decisions. In this context, Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea were chosen as retail products offered by PTPN IV. The research method used in this study involves interviews with willing sources as a means of collecting data. Research respondents were consumers of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea who were randomly selected. The data collected will be analyzed using the narrative analysis method to identify the influence of each 4P Marketing Mix component on consumer decisions. The hope is that this research can provide more in-depth knowledge about the factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea. Moreover, the main aim of this research is also expected to provide broader understanding for PTPN IV in optimizing their marketing strategy to increase product interest so that it influences consumer decisions. The conclusions from this research can contribute to knowledge and understanding of the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions in the context of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Companies need to consider the principles of justice, business ethics, managerial skills, social responsibility, and halal transactions in marketing strategies and consumer decisions. This research can also provide practical input for PTPN IV and the tea industry in general in developing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this writing is to increase understanding of how the principles of student personality can be utilized in an educational context, using a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach involves collecting data from libraries or scientific journals to ensure the information obtained is in-depth and verified. The main focus of the research is to describe and analyze how teachers integrate a deep understanding of students' personalities in the teaching process. The findings of this research provide insight into the potential of applying personality principles as an effort to improve the overall learning experience and strengthen interpersonal relationships in educational environments. The results of this research can provide valuable guidance for educational practitioners who wish to optimize learning through better understanding of students.

The utilization of cassava in cake production has become a significant innovation in addressing economic challenges in Batuhoring Village, Batang Toru Subdistrict. Cassava, as an abundant crop in the area, offers significant economic potential. This research explores the potential of cassava in cake production, identifies challenges in management, and formulates promotional and marketing strategies for cassava-based cake products. The results indicate that cassava has a stable raw material availability, high nutritional value, and a variety of processed cake products. Challenges involve the complexity of management and the need for strong marketing. Marketing strategies involve social media and exhibitions, emphasizing competitive pricing and understanding consumer targets. The utilization of cassava in cake production is expected to increase community economic income, support the agricultural sector, and create blessings through biblical values of hard work, sharing, and wise natural resource management.

The democratic system in Indonesia requires active participation from the community, especially the youth. In the electoral system, these young people are referred to as Beginner Voters, who have been able to exercise their voting rights for the first time. This service aims to increase the youth community's understanding of the importance of being actively involved in the electoral system implemented in their neighbourhood. Through political education, understanding of the democratic system and the role of youth as novice voters is part of what this service aims to achieve. This community service was carried out in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency. The method used in this service is the delivery of material about the Political System in Indonesia; Election System and the Role of Youth in a democratic system, which is delivered through lecture and presentation methods. The result of the socialisation in this service is a real positive impact on increasing understanding of the importance of active participation of youth in the political system, especially the electoral system. So that it will increase the active participation of the Yanggandur community in the upcoming elections.

The church is faced with an urgent responsibility to address the environmental crisis by building awareness of eco-tourism. By promoting eco-tourism as a tool to preserve nature and support sustainable development, the church not only provides theological understanding but also acts as a real agent of change in supporting environmental conservation efforts. A literature review of environmental ecology theory, eco-tourism theory, and Christian religious views provides a foundation for understanding human behavior towards nature. This research, using a descriptive qualitative method, combines literature analysis with the author's field experience to formulate a theoretical proposal. The church is considered to have a crucial responsibility in protecting the environment and building eco-tourism by supporting environmental programs, collaborating with NGOs, providing environmental education through worship, playing an active role in commemorating environmental days, and taking concrete steps in the development of sustainable eco-tourism. Conclusions highlight three concepts of the human view of the environment, with humans together with nature approaching the values of Christian eco-theology, while suggestions include church support on government environmental programs and close cooperation with NGOs to raise the environmental awareness of its members.  

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of applying reading skills at a glance in improving understanding of scientific work. The method used in this study was library study. The data in this study were obtained from reading reference books and journal articles.  The result of this study is that by applying fleeting reading skills in understanding scientific work, we can improve academic literacy, help students and researchers access information quickly, and form critical and effective individuals in managing information. A fleeting reading skill is not just a technical skill, but a learning strategy that supports the achievement of higher education goals. In extensive reading, these skills are key to achieving an overall picture and basic information of scientific texts. In addition, the application of fleeting reading skills in scientific work provides significant benefits, such as time efficiency and the ability to quickly identify key information, although deep reading remains essential for comprehensive understanding.

A multidisciplinary approach is a method in education that combines various disciplines to create a better understanding. This approach recognizes that the real world is not divided into separate categories of knowledge, therefore it tries to bring together various disciplines so that students can see the connections between concepts.  This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary approach method in the context of learning at the primary school level. The background of this research is based on the need to develop a holistic learning approach that suits the needs of today's children. A literature study was conducted to determine the concept of multidisciplinary approach and its impact on learning achievement and development of primary school children. The literature study method was used to collect, review and synthesize related research findings. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential application of the multidisciplinary approach in learning at the primary school level. The practical implications of the findings can provide direction for the development of more effective curriculum and teaching methods at the primary school level.
