The occurrence of the '19 covid pandemic requires people to reduce activities, and even stop outdoor activities as an effort from policies carried out by the government to stop the spread of '19 covid. But of course, this policy makes people confused, especially people who have jobs that require them to leave the house and do outdoor activities. Not only that, the country's unstable economic condition also makes many companies in Indonesia decide to terminate their cooperation with employees unilaterally to maintain the financial stability of their companies. Therefore, during the pandemic, so much new unemployment was caused by layoffs. But because of this, many people have lost their jobs and those who lack the ability and skills in a field of work are forced to enter a job, or maybe it cannot also be called a job, namely begging, and one form of beggar today is street clowns. This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, and the theoretical basis used is the theory of Social Action proposed by Max Weber. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation.

Street vendors are traders who usually display their wares and sell by utilizing public spaces in the community. Therefore, public space certainly becomes something meaningful for these street vendors. However, unfortunately, as a street vendor who has never officially obtained permission from the government to have the freedom to use this public space as their selling stall, the potential for eviction will continue to exist and threaten their existence and the activities they carry out. Therefore, it is necessary to have concrete solutions prepared, provided and offered by the government so that they can regain their rights as part of society to use and access public spaces or the environment in order to make a living and survive. The existing solutions must be in the form of things and points that benefit any party and not just one side, but the entire community and the government and the country itself. In this case, the government is significantly trying to find a solution and so are the street vendors themselves to prepare life defense strategies both in the social and economic fields so as to avoid a decline or impact that can be caused if at any time evictions or relocations are carried out.

The implementation of public order for street vendors (PKL) is still a problem, due to the lack of handling carried out by the local government, causing the community to deliberately violate the trading place. The background of this research is to find out the obstacles in carrying out the duties of the civil service police unit in the Karimun sub-district in controlling street vendors. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources in observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of the four main elements of performance evaluation measurement according to Mahsum (2013: 26) namely (1) the goals and objectives carried out by SATPOL PP have been carried out in accordance with established regional regulations even though there are several street vendors in the Puan market Maimun who has not optimally understood the regulations from SATPOL PP. (2) the performance measurement of SATPOL PP as public control can be said to be quite effective even though not as a whole in socializing the ban on selling on public roads. (3) in measuring the level of achievement of SATPOL PP targets, it can be said that the level of achievement is in the category of success in providing solutions related to selling on the roadside, it's just that there is a lack of strategy in spatial planning. (4) in evaluating the performance of SATPOL PP it has been optimal but there is still a lack of routine supervision and maximum sanctions, this is due to the lack of firm attitude and commitment from officers who violate the rules so that the handling of street vendors is not optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the Karimun Regency SATPOL PP has carried out public control of street vendors at the Puan Maimun market in accordance with regional regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning public order. suggestions that SATPOL PP should provide regular outreach regarding the orderly regulations for street vendors, supervise officers who are undisciplined, give directions evenly and stipulate strict sanctions against street vendors who violate the rules.

The song "Negri-Ngeri" by Marginal is a piece of music that contains a social message and criticism of injustice and difficult life in the country of Indonesia. The lyrics reflect the external reality faced by today's society and created this song based on the current state of society, so that the external reality can clarify the meaning contained in the lyrics. In the past, this song seemed exaggerated and underestimated for some people with the opinion "punk kids don't need government criticism because of their life on the streets and just nonsense" but in fact the song is relevant to the current situation. The band of this song dared to make lyrics that were frontal and offensive to the government, even though the marginal band whose musical background was punk and punk children was just nonsense because of their idealists who lived on the streets and were grumbled, but it turned out to be very relevant to the current situation. In this case, music becomes one of the effective media to convey messages to the general audience. The language used in the song is Indonesian, which is the official language of Indonesia. Marjinal made this song with the aim to voice their dissatisfaction with the state of the country and provide a reminder to the Indonesian people that change needs to be made. Streetwear is a typical street fashion clothing. The cross-stitch tucks technique is a fabric manipulation technique that has a 3-dimensional wavy texture. The use of fabric manipulation techniques in today's clothing is rarely used, thus giving rise to the idea of making a cloth with a combination of fabric manipulation, a type of cross-stitch tucks that has its own uniqueness. The combination of the cross-stitch tucks technique as a combination on streetwear will add to the impression of flexibility because this technique has a 3-dimensional wave effect on the surface. The aim of this report was to find out how to use the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear. The method used was a qualitative method. The results obtained from the use of the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear are as follows, making designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing and the finished product. The manufacture of streetwear used fabric, namely cotton fabric, drill fabric and jeans as well as batik fabric. Suggestions in this study were: the success of the cross-stitch tucks technique lies in the pressing and suppression process because it has a very small size. The use of tools in the manufacture of cross-stitch tucks is needed so that the results are appropriate.

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.
