Marketing mix ​​used achieve marketing goals. Using a qualitative research method, a descriptive approach. The findings show that the implementation of the marketing mix increases the sales volume at the Kita Family Building Store, namely in terms of products it still focuses on building equipment such as cement, sand, bricks, etc. Marketing it using media is very simple and according to the Islamic Economics Perspective, the implementation of the marketing mix for the Our Family Building Store seems to be in accordance with Islamic marketing. To a large extent, the concept of Islamic marketing is in accordance, namely in terms of products, always being honest and prioritizing product quality. In terms of price, set the price according to the quality of the product. then in terms of promotion, always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by religion, never force consumers to buy their product.

Using digital marketing to increase sales of MSMEs, digital marketing has a very important role in increasing sales and income so they can access a wider market. Lack of understanding, skills and abilities in using digital technology is one of the obstacles experienced by MSME players. In this problem, the way to overcome the problems faced by MSME players is that training is provided on how to use digital applications, especially the WhatsApp business and Instagram applications to improve the abilities and skills of MSME players in using digital as a promotional media. The method used in this field work activity uses direct mentoring and training methods for MSME actors by implementing the stages of observation, interviews, planning, activities, activity processes, end of activities, and documentation. With the results, MSME players have begun to understand and understand how to manage and use the WhatsApp business and Instagram applications as media for promoting online sales of the goods they produce.

Online sales in Manado reflect the large number of Manadonese people who are interested in shopping online rather than going shopping in person to fulfill their needs and desires. The focus of the problem and aim of this research is to explain the role of social media as an online marketing communication tool in increasing sales of Pasar Bersehati. This research uses a qualitative approach which is a type of field research, by analyzing online buying and selling practices carried out by Bersehati Market Traders. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this research show that the communication process carried out by market traders with one heart in marketing their products via Instagram social media is by implementing a communication strategy that includes communication components (source, message, media, recipient, effect and feedback), as well as applying the 4P (product) marketing principles. , price, place, promotion). In marketing communications, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is the various social media features which are very helpful in marketing. The inhibiting factor is the existence of other online business competitors who are increasingly interested. The effectiveness of marketing communications carried out by market traders with one heart has a big influence as seen by the increasing level of sales.

Beauty influencers on social media are key in increasing visibility and sales of beauty products, besides that online customer reviews and online customer ratings also influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine whether beauty influencers, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions for Npure Face Toner skincare products. The study design applied is quantitative with an associative approach to analyze the relationship between these variables. The participants in this study consisted of 100 respondents who live in East Surabaya. Sampling using non-probability techniques. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously beauty influencers, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Npure Face Toner skincare products. This study indicates the importance of digital marketing strategies involving beauty influencers and active management of customer reviews and ratings to increase sales of Npure Face Toner skincare products. Recommendations for the company include increased promotional campaigns involving beauty influencers and responsiveness to customer reviews to increase customer satisfaction.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are experiencing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in consumer purchasing power is a challenge for SMEs in carrying out their business production. One of the opportunities for MSME actors to survive in the current pandemic is by maximizing online sales. But not a few MSME actors who still do not understand to use online sales. Therefore, it is necessary to empower the community of MSME actors in trying online markets or other options by empowering MSME actors in branding superior products. By using and managing the right digital media, it is hoped that business actors can increase public interest in products. Digital media that can be used include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, GrabFood/Go-Food or other platforms. Business actors can also carry out brand awareness offline, that is, they can develop innovations that do not yet exist, such as promotions by distributing brochures, creating attractive menu lists or creating price tags. The approach method used in community service this time is in the form of mentoring business actors regarding the development of MSME business innovations where members go directly to the field. This MSME assistance activity was carried out. The process of SME Mentoring activities is in the form of interviews with business owners to find out the current situation of their business conditions, members help make snack box orders, make banners/banners and price tags as an effort to carry out brand awareness, and members also provide medical equipment in the form of masks, hand sanitizer, and plastic gloves to business managers as a form of attention to always maintain health protocols when interacting with customers.

The development of digital technology, especially e-commerce, has brought significant impacts to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to identify the benefits and challenges of using e-commerce for MSMEs, as well as strategies that can be implemented to optimize the use of this platform. The research method used is a literature study to analyze information related to the benefits, challenges, and e-commerce promotion-strategies for MSMEs. The research findings show that e-commerce provides significant benefits, such as sales and market growth, and operational efficiency. However, MSMEs are also faced with challenges, such as the cost of technology adoption, low levels of digital literacy, and data security issues. To overcome these challenges, effective e-commerce promotion-strategies, such as building strong digital infrastructure, improving digital skills, and facilitating the use of e-commerce platforms, can be applied. The implication of this study is the importance of support and guidance for MSMEs in adopting e-commerce to remain competitive in the digital era.

The research method used is analysis of Instagram content from similar competitors, as well as the implementation of visual and narrative techniques to create an interesting and informative feed. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide practical guidance for small business owners or startups in utilizing social media to increase visibility and sales.

The demand for sweet corn continues to increase in line with the rapid development of the food industry. Therefore, every company must be able to develop a strategic business plan to achieve the company's goals, whether short-term, medium-term, or long-term. One Day Promotion is one of the promotional activities with a gift given for every purchase of MADU-59 F1 sweet corn seeds, which is held at the Agricultural Store. This activity aims to know, implement, and identify the effectiveness of One Day Promotion (ODP) to increase sales. This activity was conducted in Karangploso, Malang, East Java, using two methods: collecting primary data through interviews, observations, recordings, and documentation, as well as collecting secondary data through literature references such as journals, books, and the internet. The One Day Promotion activity was conducted at three agricultural stores in Karangploso, Malang, East Java. This activity is considered effective in increasing brand awareness and serving as an educational medium for farmers to know the advantages of MADU-59 F1 sweet corn seeds. Additionally, the One Day Promotion activity aims to help achieve the company's goal of increasing product sales volume. With the One Day Promotion strategy, it will attract consumer interest and provide satisfaction to consumers, thus accelerating and expanding the market for MADU-59 F1 sweet corn seeds.

This research aims to analyze the marketing aspects of the online rock potato chips shop in Labuhan Village from the perspective of a business feasibility study. This analysis includes market segmentation, target market, marketing strategy, and sales projections. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that the main market segments for rock potato cracker products are local communities and domestic tourists. The target market consists of consumers from various age groups and socio-economic status. The recommended marketing strategy is online marketing, utilizing social media and local promotions. Sales projections in the medium term are quite promising with stable growth. This research contributes to the feasibility study of the rock potato chips business in Labuhan Village and can be used as a basis for making investment decisions and further business development.

The culinary business is one of the rapidly growing sectors with potential for continuous expansion. This study aims to analyze the purchasing decisions of soft cookies products through a marketing mix survey at Kaje Nibbles Jakarta. Data collection for this research utilized a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form containing 19 statements that have passed validity and reliability tests. The marketing mix instrument consists of four indicators: Product, with sub-indicators including product quality, product design, and packaging. Price, with sub-indicators such as price appropriateness to product quality, price appropriateness to benefits, price competitiveness, and affordability. Place, with sub-indicators including accessibility, visibility, traffic, and parking. Promotion, with sub-indicators including advertising, sales promotion, and public relations. The questionnaire was distributed to Kaje Nibbles consumers through online channels. The research data will be presented descriptively through statistical analysis. Based on the findings, the researcher will explain the situation and conditions according to the data obtained. The results indicate that on average, the highest scoring culinary interest indicator is in the promotion category, specifically public relations, while the lowest scoring indicator is in the product category, specifically product design.

The Marketing Mix is ​​known as 4P and has components, namely product, price, place and promotion. Mirabella Batik Shop, Jambi City is a business that operates in the field of selling genuine Jambi batik and batik from outside Jambi or from Java. Various types of batik materials such as handloom, silk, semi-silk, sanwos, cotton, semi-written. And types of motifs such as Angso duo, Kapal Sangat, Durian Pecah, Tampuk Manggis and Kopi. This Mirabella batik shop is very good with good quality products. The problem faced by the Mirabella Batik Shop in Jambi City is that sales have decreased in sales volume, the marketing strategy looks good but it is difficult to attract consumers. Mirabella Batik Shop, apart from using social media to promote its products, the batik shop also uses a Word of Mouth (WOM) system, which can be called word-of-mouth promotion. This research aims to determine the application of marketing mix analysis in attracting consumer buying interest in Mirabella Batik, Jambi City. The location of this research is located on Jalan Sultan Agung No. 21 Rt 16/02 Kel. Pure District. Telanalpura Simpang Pulai, Jambi City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the conditions and phenomena in the field at the Mirabella Batik Shop, Jambi City and uses data collection techniques in this research, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data source in the research is primary data from interviews with shop owners, shop employees and consumers. And secondary data from books and journals. The research results show that there are 4 marketing mixes carried out by the Mirabella Batik Shop in Jambi City, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion. The influence on the Marketing Mix at the Mirabella Batik Shop, Jambi City, the product quality is very good, but attracting consumers is very difficult due to competitiveness in other shops.

Abstract: Social media is one form of developing information technology and social media users can share various information through various platforms such as TikTok. TikTok has proven to be an effective platform in promotion and marketing strategies, increasing public awareness and business revenue. Features such as short videos, filters, and creative ads allow users to reach a wide audience. However, it is also necessary to be aware of negative impacts such as gadget addiction and controversial content. Strategies to increase TikTok's effectiveness include engaging content, collaboration with influencers, use of hashtags, and ads such as Top View Ads and Brand Takeover. With the right approach, TikTok can be a very effective promotional tool to increase sales and consumer interaction in e-commerce.

The community empowerment program at Keranggan Ecotourism Village identified several challenges, including low productivity, limited information access, and insufficient promotional facilities, resulting in a lack of awareness about the village's offerings. In response, a team comprising faculty and students from ESQ Business School conducted a tridharma activity focused on digital marketing, particularly for Keranggan Snack, a local home industry product aiming for expanded sales. This initiative aimed to leverage social media platforms to enhance product outreach and facilitate the promotion of Keranggan Ecotourism products to local SMEs, optimizing social media for broader audience reach. Additionally, the team facilitated the promotion of Keranggan Ecotourism products at various external events, aligning with Indonesia Emas 2045's vision. The primary objectives were to increase awareness and branding, assist local SMEs in boosting sales, and provide promotional platforms for Keranggan Ecotourism. This multifaceted approach aimed to address fundamental issues and propel Keranggan Ecotourism towards sustainable growth. Through education on digital marketing and active promotion, the program sought to overcome obstacles and elevate the visibility and economic viability of Keranggan Ecotourism Village beyond its immediate surroundings. By providing a platform for wider recognition and engagement, the initiative aimed to contribute to the village's economic development and environmental conservation efforts.

Indonesia has great potential in horticulture, including floriculture, because it is one of the world's centers of biodiversity. The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategies used by the Ibal Flower Flower Shop in Medan, North Sumatra, to sell their decorative flower products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. As a result of this research, Ibal Flower Flower Shop has succeeded in building a business that focuses on high quality products and services. However, to face increasing competition, these businesses must step up their digital marketing campaigns through e-commerce and social media platforms, hold promotional events, and collaborate with plant-loving communities. Supplier diversification, improving packaging quality, optimizing pricing, and effective inventory management are some of the suggestions for product development. Ibal Flower Flower Shop is expected to increase sales and maintain its sustainability in a dynamic market by using creative and effective marketing strategies.

This study aims to analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the sales performance of PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama. The purpose of this study is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PT Abdillah Konveksi. In addition, this study discusses the various strategies used by Abdillah Konveksi to improve their sales performance. In this study, the author collected data through interviews and observations. The results showed that Abdillah Konveksi is in a fairly good condition compared to its competitors' convection positions, each of which has its own characteristics and advantages. Abdillah Konveksi is also able to take advantage of opportunities from the problems that exist in the Bangka Belitung Islands. One of the famous convections in Bangka Belitung, PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama, emerged as a result of the most appropriate initial strategy, which focuses on promotional strategies to publicize and build the brand. UMKM sector during the Covid-19 pandemic has had various problems. Such as, decreased sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulties with raw materials. UMKM players have also changed their marketing orientation due to the pandemic, many UMKM players have switched to online trading to increase sales but this is not supported by the ability of UMKM players who tend to be low in using technology. This service aims to provide understanding and skills for UMKM in KHADIJAH SOUVENIR Samarinda regarding the use of social media as an effective and efficient means of product sales/promotion as a means of selling products. This activity uses a contextual approach method, namely providing theoretical material first and directly uploading products produced by KHADIJAH SOUVENIR UMKM actors. The result of this activity is the partners' understanding of marketing via social media; able to create promotions via social media independently.

The current modern era brings various opportunities and new business opportunities. This causes more and more prospective entrepreneurs to be interested in taking advantage of existing infrastructure advances to support their business. Apart from that, it has an impact on increasing the level of competition in the industry, which can be indicated by the increasing number of competitors from similar companies that present alternative choices for consumers with different promotions and quality. In fact, each company has its own unique way of holding promotions to attract consumer attention. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to prioritize efforts to implement effective product quality, prices, promotions and services to maximize sales levels. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of product quality, price, promotion and service on repeat purchase decisions. The approach is a qualitative approach, by collecting data through literature study from previous articles and literature. Research findings reveal that product quality, price, promotions, and service have a significant influence on repeat purchases by consumers. Satisfactory product quality and affordable prices can increase consumers' interest in repurchasing. Apart from that, attractive promotions and quality service also play an important role in influencing consumer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases.

Digital development in urban and rural areas is developing unevenly. The development of technology and information tends to still be centered in urban areas. This then makes it difficult for rural communities to compete in increasing their product sales because of limited access to technological tools and information. In addition, people in rural areas still use traditional marketing methods in marketing their products. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that people will be able to increase their sales through this method. The use of digital marketing media as a promotional medium will allow business actors to have a wider reach in finding new customers, so that it is the key to increasing product sales and strengthening their presence in an increasingly competitive market. Based on these conditions, efforts need to be made in utilizing digital marketing to increase sales so that they can generate more sales and be widely known to the public. The initial step taken by the community service team was to provide socialization to the community regarding training on the use of digital marketing that would be applied to the business group.

Marketing strategies are crucial for effectively and efficiently marketing products, especially for egg-laying duck breeders in Sebalik Village, located in one of the water areas in South Sumatra. A SWOT analysis is used to examine both external and internal factors in Sebalik Village, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This research employs descriptive qualitative methods. According to the SWOT analysis, the duck egg marketing business is positioned in quadrant IV, indicating that a turnaround strategy focused on WO (weakness-opportunity) is the most appropriate. The WO strategy highlights the importance of surviving by addressing existing weaknesses and capitalizing on as many opportunities as possible. Steps that can be taken in this strategy include: 1) Increasing the Knowledge and Capabilities of Business Actors, namely providing training and education to business actors to increase their capacity in running a business. 2) Product and brand innovation, namely developing innovations in products, brands and packaging that reflect the characteristics of the product to make it more attractive in the market. 3) Use of social media and influencers such as using social media and influencers as a promotional tool to expand consumer reach. And 4) Selecting a strategic distribution location, namely determining distribution channels that are close to consumers to facilitate access and increase sales.

This research aims to analyze how Okura tourist park marketing communications in an effort to increase tourists' visiting decisions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method to produce descriptive data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that Okura Tourism Park has implemented various marketing communications to increase tourists' visiting decisions. Internet marketing is divided into social media marketing & websites, internet marketing has a big impact in attracting a wide range of visitors, social media marketing uses Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Sales promotion is simply done by giving discounts to camping land renters and reducing the price of visiting tickets, which has an impact on attracting visitors, but its implementation cannot be done sustainably and is not well publicized. Public relations & publicity is carried out by carrying out event activities with the community and establishing relationships with external parties, and utilizing mass media and journalists who come to cover tourism for news so that it can have a significant influence in increasing visiting decisions.
