Tanara Village as a Coastal Village has a potential source of food that comes from the sea, but the people around Tanara Village are still very low in consuming sea fish directly, therefore a way is needed so that the nutritional intake / nutrition consumed is able to meet the needs of the community's body. In supporting and encouraging nutritional intake, business actors have an important role to play in creating processed fish products made from marine fish with the aim of increasing appetite because they are stimulated by the results of the product variants created. Business actors must have the courage to innovate their product variants. The Lecturer Team and the KKM Group help provide solutions through assistance in terms of strategies to create innovative variants of processed seafood products for business people. This step is carried out through mentoring and training in creating flavor variants, product packaging and marketing. Another thing is that it is hoped that after the service assistance for business actors they can be more prosperous in the economic field.

Frozen food is food that is processed and then packaged in half-cooked packaging and when consumed must go through a re-processing process, namely by heating it in a frying pan. Frozen Food is a storage process before processing. Frozen food or processed frozen food is the result of a food preservation method which is carried out by lowering the temperature to freezing point, this aims to slow down the spoilage process and preserve the food for months depending on the type of food. Frozen food is also defined as food that is frozen with the aim of preserving the food until it is ready to be eaten. This research design uses quantitative research methods, which test certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. These variables are measured using research instruments, so that data consisting of numbers can be analyzed based on statistical procedures. This type of research uses associative research. Associative research is a temporary answer to associative problem formulations, namely those that ask about the relationship between two or more variables. In this research, we analyze the influence of price and promotion on consumer preferences at the "Nadelia Frozen" shop in Patumbak Medan. Based on data obtained in research regarding Analysis of Factors that Influence Product Purchases. The number of respondents in this study was 30 respondents, then analyzed, it was concluded as follows: Based on partial research results, the brand variable is the most dominant factor that has a positive and significant influence on purchasing frozen food products. Based on partial research results, the product variable has a positive and significant effect. on purchasing frozen food products, based on partial research results, the market competition variable has no effect on purchasing frozen food products. Based on simultaneous research results, the variables Brand, Product and Market Competition have a positive and significant effect on purchasing frozen food products. Based on the conclusions, suggestions that can be put forward in increasing purchases of frozen food products in Patumbak Medan are: Considering that brands and products have a positive and significant influence on purchases of frozen food products in Patumbak Medan, it is best to maintain and improve product quality and maintain the good name of the brand. It is hoped that the company will make strategies for building brand images, products so they can compete in the market. The results of this research can be used to develop management knowledge in the future to be better at marketing products with known brands, so they can compete in market competition.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. McDonald's is one of the largest franchises that has rapidly expanded in Indonesia and internationally, becoming one of the fast-food restaurants that is still favored by people both from Indonesia and abroad. Despite the emergence of numerous competitors, McDonald's continues to thrive and excel with various strategies and innovations. One of them is the BTS Meal project, which resulted in a 57% increase in net sales. The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents who have purchased McDonald's products in Jakarta at least once. The sample for this research was determined using the Lemeshow Formula. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis and has fulfilled tests for instruments and classical assumptions, processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of product innovation and sales promotion have significance values of <0.001. Product innovation and sales promotion together have a significance value of 0.000, contributing 62.9% to competitive advantage, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion drawn from the research is that product innovation significantly affects competitive advantage. Meanwhile, sales promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions. Product innovation and sales promotion, when considered together, significantly impact competitive advantage.

The processed milk used usually comes from dairy cows which are very efficient at converting fodder in the form of concentrates and forages into milk which is of great benefit to human health. In recent years, the development of cafe milk made from dairy cow's milk in Indonesia has developed rapidly. But of course it raises problems related to competition. The way to win the competition is that restaurants must try to find out what consumers need and want, so that consumers decide to buy their products. So a SWOT analysis is needed, namely Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat that is right in facing the competition in the business world. So that the company gets a big advantage by knowing the SWOT analysis of its marketing strategy.

Buter Balik Village, Kute Panang District, located in Central Aceh District, has fertile land and the majority of the people are farmers. Buter Balik Village has several community livelihoods, including coffee, chili, avocado, sugarcane, and so on. Most of the people in the village have sugarcane plantations on average. The community cultivates their own sugarcane plantations without depending on other people or outside the area. The community also processes the sugarcane plants themselves into processed products in the form of brown sugar. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of this observation is to find out the process of making brown sugar from sugarcane in Buter Balik Village. The results of the observations have concluded that brown sugar from sugar cane juice has several benefits including preventing fatigue, meeting the body's mineral needs, maintaining bone health, and there are many benefits to be gained from brown sugar.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs play an important role in improving the economy of a region and the country's economy. However, in the production cycle, processed food requires prerequisites that must be considered because its quality is easily damaged. One of the factors that often results in defects in MSMEs processed food products is the lack of concern for food safety. The method used in this service activity is counseling. The result of this counseling is that MSMEs actors in Klampis Ngasem Village, Surabaya City know the use of food added ingredients and hazardous materials in food. The purpose of this service activity is to educate MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Village, Surabaya City about the importance of using food preservation and packaging technology extend the shelf life of the product while still complying with food safety regulations. so that MSMEs actors can make food products that are safe, competitive, of good quality, and have high selling value.

Pukis cake is a typical Indonesian wet cake with the basic ingredients of wheat flour. The low consumption of local food ingredients by the community, it is necessary to make pukis cakes by utilizing local food ingredients. Wheat can be replaced with local foodstuffs that have a high starch such as purple sweet potato and taro potato. This problem is the aim of this study to determine the sensory quality of purple sweet potato puree pukis cake and taro sweet potato puree which includes color, shape, aroma, texture, taste. Knowing the nutritional and non-nutritional content which includes antioxidants, protein, fat, carbohydrates, ash, and vitamin C, laboratory tests are carried out, and material costs are calculated. Data collection uses the observation method through sensory tests. The result data were processed with the Anova test followed by the Duncan test. The results showed: 1)The sensory quality of purple sweet potato puree pukis and taro sweet potato puree produced products categorized as good (40%:20%). 2)The nutritional and non-nutritional contents of the product are Antioxidants 8.16%, Protein 6.15%, Fat 3.10%, Carbohydrates 56.01%, Ash 1.39% and Vitamin C 16.88 mg. 3) The material cost of purple sweet potato puree pukis cake and taro pure potato cake is known to be IDR 30,920. Research conclusions 1)The product is expressed well in color, aroma, texture, taste. 2)The use of local food ingredients has an effect on adding product nutrition. 3)The cost of making the product is IDR 30,920.

Carrying out innovation development in an MSME activity needs to be done especially in terms of branding and also marketing. The mentoring activity for making label packaging for processed herbal medicine for Bu Tatik is an implementation of branding management and digital marketing with an effort to improve and develop the business of an MSME. The problems faced by MSMEs are related to processed products that have unattractive packaging which is one of the problems experienced by partners even though their products are widely known in the market but their production capacity is also still small. In addition, the marketing carried out is still lacking, only relying on sales in the market. The purpose of Bu Tatik's herbal bathok mentoring activities is to increase productivity and develop product rebranding so that it has more selling value in the community. The implementation method used in this activity is assisting in making new logos and packaging stickers with attractive designs and developing promotional media through the application of digital marketing which includes creating business-specific websites and emails, creating Instagram social media accounts, verifying MSME locations on Google Maps, and making e-Catalog

This journal discusses assistance to members of KWT Aren Asri and explains the utilization of spinach leaves which can be said to be quite abundant in the Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District. The reason for choosing KWT Aren Asri is because the KWT has a great opportunity to be developed. Seeing the potential that exists, it was decided to innovate by managing spinach leaves to become crispy spinach. Spinach leaf plants can be used as products that are processed in an innovative way, but the processed plant products are still not varied. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of Group 34 members to manage spinach plants to become Crispy Spinach. Partners in this community service activity are members of KWT Aren Asri RT 02 RW 06 Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. In this community service the method used is by conducting surveys, product manufacturing practices, and explaining material regarding packaging and products through counseling. Members of KWT Aren Asri RT 02 RW 06 Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City seemed very enthusiastic about the material on how to manage spinach plants into Crispy Spinach products. In addition, KWT Aren Asri members are also very interested in practicing their own ways of making processed innovations from spinach. This community service activity produces Crispy Spinach processed products from spinach plants.

Hypertension is a condition where a person's blood pressure increases above normal which can inhibit the work of the heart. Strategies that can be used to reduce the incidence of hypertension is to utilize products favored by the public that have the potential to lower blood pressure. Food ingredients such as milkfish, white radish, and broccoli. All three have the opportunity to be processed into food products that are well known among the public, efficient, practical, and acceptable to all circles where the product is Nugget. This study aims to determine the effect of adding white radish and broccoli to the preference level of milkfish nuggets as an alternative snack for hypertensive patients. This study used an experimental design, namely RAL with 6 treatments. The treatment was factor L as the addition of white radish with 3 levels and factor B as the addition of broccoli with 2 levels. The results showed that the milkfish nuggets with the addition of 70% white radish and 30% broccoli were preferred by the panelists with a protein nutrient content of 9.48% using the Kjeldahl test, 16.4% fat using the Weibull test, 0.18% potassium using the ASS, 2.24% sodium using the ASS test, and 248.98 kcal energy using calculations.

Sweet potato is a food crop that is high in carbohydrates. Many people still consume sweet potatoes in their whole form, such as steamed, boiled, baked, or even fried. In fact, sweet potatoes can be processed into high-value products, such as sweet potato noodles. The training was conducted by UPN “Veteran” East Java students to the women of the Madani farmer women's group as a form of community service. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the added value of organic purple sweet potato commodities into chicken noodles at Twelve's Organic. The methods used are lectures, practice, and evaluation. The training activities and results went well and smoothly. This can be seen from the active participants who participated in the training event according to the timeline that had been made, as well as the discussions during the training.

The percentage of people who are negatively affected financially by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is very large, so this has an impact on reducing fishermen's household income. Through the service of lecturers who are funded independently, fish preparations, namely fish balls and fish nuggets, will be practiced in an effort to increase the income of households and fishermen groups so that this is a solution and another alternative to increase income and fulfill the nutritional needs of families in Botutonuo Village, Kabila District Bone, Bone Bolango Regency. It is hoped that this can change people's habits to become more productive, namely developing the fish caught by fishermen into products with higher selling value.The aim of implementing this service is a) to increase the income of fishing families and groups and to meet the nutritional needs of fishing families. b). improve skills in processing meatballs and fish nuggets among housewives and young women. This goal can be realized through various solution actions including: (1) mentoring about food and nutrition in general, (2) Counseling about the nutritional composition and benefits of fish, (3) Counseling about various processed fish-based products (4) Training on processing fish into meatballs and fish nuggets and their marketing strategies in an effort to increase the income of the fishing community in Botutonuo Village, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency.The method used to achieve this goal is to provide training and assistance to the community by transferring knowledge. This method is to provide knowledge on how to make meatballs and nuggets made from fish, accompanied by methods, techniques and marketing strategies. The target of this training is mothers and young women who are given assistance so that they can have life skills that can increase the income of families and fishing groups as well as provide knowledge about the nutrition found in fish.

Sumbawa Besar Regency is one of the regencies in the West Nusa Tenggara region which has very abundant forestry resources. The forest is used as a business engaged in the extraction of forest products which is processed into various kinds such as Sumbawa oil which is produced in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The raw materials for making Sumbawa oil are obtained directly from the mountains and forests in the region which are efficacious as traditional medicines. The purpose of this study was to obtain a strategy and determine strategic priorities in the development of the Sumbawa oil agro-industry in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The stages of this research started with a field study by interviewing Sumbawa oil agro-industry players in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and the QSPM matrix to obtain strategic priorities. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the position of the Sumbawa oil agro-industry was in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy. Furthermore, based on the research results obtained by the QSPM matrix, 9 alternative strategies were obtained, and the prioritized strategy was to maintain and improve product quality according to tradition as a natural medicine that was of interest to consumers.

The next product that has been done by KWT Citra Lestari members is to make passion fruit into passion fruit syrup. At least processed passion fruit, so new innovations for passion fruit appear. This new innovation aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in KWT Citra Lestari and the community. This new innovation is to make processed products from Passion Fruit Jam, where the product is made with natural sugar preservatives. Making passion fruit jam must pay attention to the maturity level of the fruit so that the resulting jam tastes appropriate. The shelf life of passion fruit jam at room temperature and the refrigerator has a different mass.

The meaning of halal is permissible, while haram is not permissible (prohibited) according to Islamic law. Having a halal certificate can give confidence to companies in using or printing halal labels on product packaging or company premises. This study aims to find out how the influence of the halal label and halal awareness has on the purchase intention MSME products in the Bima City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents. Data was processed by statistical analysis using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the halal label had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City and halal awareness did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City. The contribution of this research is hoped that MSME actors will immediately take care of halal certificates so that consumers' interest in buying increases and products can be marketed outside the region so that the wider community can get to know MSME products from Bima city.

Agriculture can be introduced to the community through outreach involving the use of questionnaires, training, and assistance in making food from agricultural products. In this activity, Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students have developed tools and equipment used to support socialization events for making food from agricultural products so that they can be used for a long time and provide benefits to the community. Apart from that, the Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students also created publication articles and activity videos to introduce profiles and methods for making food from agricultural products. There is a socialization stage, the community is given an understanding of the importance of innovation to increase the selling value of agricultural products. For example, teaching about Porang plants, which are not only sold raw, but can also be processed into flour and made into village food. Furthermore, the mentoring stage is carried out to ensure that participants understand their duties and responsibilities and maintain good coordination during the event. The results of the dissemination of Training and Making Village Typical Products with Agricultural Product Diversification have shown a positive impact. Students of the Matching Fund Real Work College and the people of Cupak Village have succeeded in producing processed products such as cookies, kastengel, cendol and cireng.

Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has ended, awareness about cleanliness remains an important factor in people's lives. At the tofu factory in Karanglo Village there is no special hand washing area for employees, this certainly supports the spread of disease due to lack of cleanliness. This problem can be overcome by making special hand washing facilities for employees so that cleanliness can be maintained. The method used in this research is the observation method which is done by observing the behavior and activities of a person directly. With the existence of hand washing facilities at the tofu factory in Karanglo Village, it is hoped that it will be able to provide knowledge and insight regarding awareness of maintaining cleanliness and solutions in overcoming the hygienic problems of processed products. Evaluation is carried out by periodic checking to find out whether the tool can function properly. From the activity of making a hand washing station for the tofu factory in Karanglo Village, the factory employees can easily wash their hands both before and after work so that the hygiene of processed products is guaranteed.

Lemukutan Island has a lot of Natural Resources that can be processed, especially marine products and education is a facility that can accommodate the processing and management of Natural Resources on Lemukutan Island. Through Community Service this lecturer can provide educational motivation for the children of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya Lemukutan Islands to continue their education in pursuing and achieving dreams. The focus on education is the main thing that children need to hold fast to develop a region, but to be able to always be in the corridor of education is not easy. Every generation has its own kind of challenges. In today's era, online games are a challenge that has mushroomed everywhere, games are not just a hobby, but more towards professions and needs. It will be very dangerous when there is a lack of parental supervision and students' lack of control over themselves in playing games. Reminding them of the dangers of playing online games is one way to keep directing them on the right educational path.
