The method that will be built in this research is a website-based information system at WiasShop using the Waterfall system development method. The use of this method begins with listening to all obstacles, obstacles and suggestions from customers. Then a system design will be carried out that is tailored to the needs and complaints that have been submitted by customers, after which the development design is implemented in the form of a website. After that, the system will be tested to find out where the bugs (weaknesses) are, which will later be repaired and refined. This system will be built using Php Native and using MySQL database. Hasil penelitian yang penulis buat dengan judul Rancang bangun website pada toko sepatu wiasshop berbasis CRM adalah untuk memudahkan pengelola Wiasshop dalam melakukan pengolahan data produk, memudahkan dalam pencatatan data transaksi,dan mempermudah user dalam melakukan pembelian produk.

Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten. Ruang penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis masih satu dengan pendaftaran rawat jalan. Sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis dengan penerapan metode pengurutan seleksi yang digunakan yaitu descending dan ascending, dengan mengurutkan tahun dengan nominal besar ke tahun dengan nominal kecil atau sebaliknya. Penerapan metode seleksi pada sistem retensi dokumen rekam medis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext) dengan database My SQL diharapkan dapat membantu proses retensi di Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten dan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi lebih baik.

With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai  melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami  oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua  platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang menggunakan metode CRM untuk meningkatkan interaksi yang positif dan nyaman dengan pelanggan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP dan HTML digunakan, dengan penggunaan database PostgreSQL dan framework Laravel. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang kompatibel dengan penerapan metode CRM, memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam mencari informasi tentang layanan pencucian pakaian.
