This article examines the synergy between Islamic theological values and local wisdom as a basis for resistance to environmental exploitation in Mandailing Natal. The focus of the study lies on the application of faith principles, such as the concepts of khalifah, justice, and ihsan, and their implementation through the traditional practice of lubuk larangan. The literature study method was used to collect and analyze secondary data from scientific articles, journals, and national and local news sources. The results of the study show that these Islamic theological values have been deeply rooted in the culture of the Mandailing Natal community, encouraging a critical attitude towards illegal gold mining practices that damage the ecosystem. The lubuk larangan tradition also acts as a mechanism for social control and environmental conservation, by implementing periodic restrictions on extractive activities to provide space for natural regeneration. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic theology and local wisdom results in a more integrated and ethical natural resource management paradigm. This research recommends strengthening the synergy of faith values and local traditions in the formulation of public policies and increasing community participation in environmental monitoring. This integrative approach can be used as a strategic model to overcome the challenges of environmental exploitation amid increasingly complex global dynamics.

Mining with an open pit system is carried out by excavating and removing the overburden to obtain coal. However, before mining, it is important to obtain geotechnical data information. As well as the lithology of the rocks below the surface, it is necessary to carry out geotechnical drilling (full coring). This study can determine the value of slope geometry safety factors and plan safe slope geometry, both individual slopes and overall slopes. Therefore, this was done to determine the influence of GSI geotechnical parameters on the value of static and dynamic slope safety factors. The method used in determining the safety factor and the probability of an avalanche is the Morgenstern-Price boundary equilibrium method with the Generalized Hoek-Brown collapse criterion in static and dynamic slope conditions. The input parameters used in the analysis were natural density, compressive strength value (UCS), geological srength index (GSI), disturbance factor (D), intact rock constant (mi), as well as seismic load factor, and groundwater level. The optimal geometry on the Highwall slope is the configuration of the Highwall slope with a height of 74 m and an angle of 23°, supported by a single slope of 5-10 meters, a berm of 7 meters with an angle of 40°. Food allergies are medical conditions caused by particular immunological reactions brought on by exposure to certain foods. All age groups can experience food allergies, albeit the prevalence varies between children and adults, with children experiencing this condition more frequently than adults. Find food ingredients or substances that can trigger allergies, often known as allergens. This project attempts to determine whether or not the food includes allergies by applying the SVM data mining method to a public dataset of food goods and allergens that was acquired via Kaggle. High accuracy, effective memory use, and the ability to handle non-normally distributed data are some of the benefits of the SVM method. Data collection is the first step in the research process. Data pre-processing, which includes data transformation, handling missing values, and copy objects, comes next. Validation comes next. Split validation with 90% training data and 10% testing data, 10-fold cross validation, and split validation with an 80%–20% ratio were all compared in this study. The SVM method is applied after the dataset has passed validation, and the confusion matrix is used for the last evaluation step. SVM has an accuracy rate of 97.24% when using 10-fold cross validation, according to the accuracy value produced by the validation process comparison. Split validation yields an accuracy value of 97.50% when the ratio of training data to testing data is 90% to 10%. In contrast, an accuracy rate of 98.75% was achieved by using split validation with a ratio of 80% and 20%.

Water is one of the things that is very influential in the mining process, mining water is water that is at the location and/or comes from the process of mining activities, both mining and processing, including runoff water in the mining area. Surface runoff water is rainwater that overflows into mining areas and is not a result of mining activities. The open pit mining method will cause the formation of a large basin so that it has the potential to become a water storage area, both from surface runoff and groundwater. During extreme weather conditions with high rainfall, water from surface runoff can inundate the ground floor and cause the mining front to become muddy, which can hamper mining activities. Handling waterlogging in mining forts requires good pumping performance, as well as re-planning the mine drainage system for the mine progress area. So that mining activities run smoothly and the mining front is free from puddles of water after rain, the drainage system must be well designed. Based on research that has been carried out, the total area of the Catchment Area is 52.14 Ha with a runoff discharge of 82,567.79 m³/month. The planned discharge using the MF-290 Pump with RPM 1600 is, 290.00 m³/hour or 123,540.00 m³/month. After comparing the MF-290, MF-385 and DND-200 pumps, the MF-290 pump was selected for use. This is because the fuel consumption of the MF-290 is smaller so it saves costs and it is also deemed sufficient to use the MF-290 pump. Pump Ratio on the MF-290 pump April 6.71. May 3.93, June 6.44, July 6.36 and August 8.83, which means the pump is safe to use because the ratio is >1.

Tanjung Pinang City, with its natural resource potential in the form of bauxite ore, has experienced problems related to illegal mining activities (PETI) involving CV. Tri Karya Abadi. This case began with a report by PT Kemayan Bintan regarding theft and land grabbing in 2009. Investigations showed that CV. Tri Karya Abadi, despite having a limited permit, carried out exploitation outside the permitted area, utilizing heavy equipment and manipulative methods to obtain maximum profit. These activities resulted in the export of large amounts of bauxite to foreign countries. The investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanjung Pinang Police faced procedural obstacles, but succeeded in determining the main suspect and documenting the violations through the Investigation Report (BAP). In its resolution, this case dragged various parties with the application of sanctions based on Law No. 4 of 2009. An important lesson from this case is the need for synergy between the community, the police, and related agencies to prevent and take firm action against illegal mining activities. Consistent law enforcement with a multi-door system approach is key to protecting the environment and ensuring legal compliance.

Enforcement of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Government Area change significantly the governance of the energy and mineral resources (ESDM) sector, including mineral and coal mining (minerba). With this regulation, the authority to manage minerba mining is transferred from the district/city government to the central and provincial governments, thus giving rise to various legal implications. Disharmony between Law Number 23 of 2014 and Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining shows inconsistencies in the division of authority. This study examines the legal politics which underlies the management of mineral and coal mining in Indonesia, the impact of regulations on regional institutions, as well as importance harmonization regulation to prevent overlapping policies. This study also highlights the importance of implementing the principle of lex specialis derogat legi generali to resolve conflicts of legal norms. The findings indicate the need for revision of related legal products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of natural resource governance in order to achieve the goal of equitable public welfare.

Development is a planned process carried out by the government or related institutions to encourage changes that contribute to improving people's welfare. In this case, development is seen as a systematic effort to achieve people's welfare, where the government plays a strategic role in driving the wheels of development, especially in supporting economic growth. Economic growth can be driven through infrastructure development, such as roads, electricity, and mining, because all three play an important role in supporting economic and social activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and mining infrastructure on economic growth in Central Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted in Central Sulawesi Province using a quantitative method based on secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that simultaneously, road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and mining infrastructure have an effect on economic growth in Central Sulawesi Province. However, partially, only electricity infrastructure has been shown to have a significant effect on economic growth, while road and mining infrastructure do not show a significant effect. However, the government needs to review the strategy for developing and maintaining road and mining infrastructure. Factors such as the low quality and quantity of roads and the lack of development of downstream industries for nickel processing can be obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of this infrastructure in supporting economic growth. On the other hand, increasing electricity capacity and distribution remains a priority to support the development of the industrial sector and small businesses in the region.

Mining roads are one of the most important facilities that greatly affect the smoothness of production and affect mining costs. Therefore, the construction of mining roads must be carried out carefully to meet technical and work safety standards. Road conditions, distance, road slope and road carrying capacity will greatly affect the production capacity of heavy equipment, especially the production capacity of transport equipment. The location of this research is at PT. Energi Cahaya Industritama, precisely in Palaran sub-district, Samarinda city, East Kalimantan province. After observations were made at the research location, it was found that the geometric conditions of the road did not comply with the standards based on the overburden transport equipment or the largest transport equipment, for example, the width of the road on bends and the slope of the road. After conducting the research, the results of the data from the geometry of the access road were obtained, namely, the actual condition of the geometry of the access road on the straight road width is divided into 6 segments with a width of 13.3 meters, 14.3 meters, 14.5 meters, 13.2 meters, 15 meters, 15.7 meters. Meanwhile, the width of the bend road is also divided into 2 segments with a width of 15.9 meters and 15.5 meters respectively. And on the slope of the road there are 2 segments with values of 11.1% and 14.8% respectively. Based on the results of the simulation software, the productivity of the transport equipment was obtained at 92.42 BCM/hour, which shows that productivity has increased by 12.23 BCM/hour from the actual productivity value of 80.109 BCM/hour. It has an average cycle time of 10.33 minutes, which shows a reduction in time or 6.01 minutes faster than the actual average cycle time of 16.34 minutes.
