The development of information and communication technology has changed the pattern of human interaction, which was initially done face-to-face, to digital. The positive impact of internet usage is to facilitate connection and access to information, but it can also result in negative impacts such as cybercrime. The purpose of this research is to determine the crime of cyberstalking reviewed from Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). This research is normative legal research that is prescriptive and uses a statutory approach, case approach, and conceptual approach. The collection of legal materials uses literature study techniques or document studies using syllogistic analysis techniques and using deductive thinking patterns. From the research, it was found that cyberstalking can be in the form of stalking followed by sexual harassment, privacy interference and continuous threats. In addition, cyberstalking is regulated in Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. However, this law has not been clearly or specifically regulated regarding stalking in the digital realm. Therefore, we need strict regulations regarding cyberstalking crimes.

Negligence in pharmaceutical services is a multifaceted issue that significantly impacts patient safety, the quality of healthcare delivery, and the professional reputation of pharmacists in Indonesia. Such negligence can occur at various stages of pharmaceutical services, including prescribing, dispensing, storage, and administration of medication to patients. The causes of negligence are diverse, encompassing excessive workload, inadequate understanding and application of professional ethical codes, ineffective communication between pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, and suboptimal supervisory and audit systems. This study aims to analyze the ethical and professional implications of negligence in pharmaceutical services and to identify preventive efforts that can improve the quality of pharmaceutical services. This study employs a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach, thoroughly reviewing scientific literature indexed in Sinta and other reputable academic sources to analyze the ethical and professional implications of negligence in pharmaceutical services. Findings reveal that negligence not only violates core professional ethical principles such as beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice but also exposes pharmacists to serious legal and disciplinary sanctions. Furthermore, negligence leads to long-term negative consequences, including diminished public trust in pharmaceutical services and the broader healthcare system, ultimately hindering national efforts to improve healthcare quality. Therefore, this study recommends continuous professional ethics training, strengthening of both internal and external supervisory mechanisms, and the innovative use of information technology to minimize negligence risks in pharmaceutical practice. The implementation of these measures is expected to enhance pharmaceutical service quality, uphold the integrity and dignity of the pharmacist profession, and provide optimal patient protection in Indonesia.

The advancement of information and communication technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has given rise to various digital innovations, one of which is deepfake technology that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to manipulate audio-visual content convincingly. Although it has positive potentials in entertainment and education, the misuse of deepfake on social media has caused various legal and ethical issues, such as the spread of hoaxes, defamation, privacy violations, and non-consensual pornography. This study aims to analyze the use of deepfake from the perspective of Indonesian law, particularly through Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) and its amendments. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study methods, this research examines the technical aspects of deepfake development, the relevance of ITE Law articles in regulating manipulative content, and the challenges of law enforcement amid low digital literacy in society. The findings show that although there are no explicit provisions concerning deepfake in the ITE Law, several articles can serve as a legal basis to prosecute offenders, albeit with interpretative and technical implementation challenges. Therefore, regulatory updates and improvements in digital literacy are necessary to prevent and effectively handle the misuse of deepfake technology.

Manipulation of public data in criminal policy is a strategic practice that selects and frames information to cover up institutional violations, and legitimizes repressive policies that ignore the principle of justice. Unfortunately, the development of communication technology has accelerated the circulation of information, leading to the birth of repressive policies based on popularity and distorted narratives. This study uses a qualitative research method with a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that manipulation of public data in criminal policy shifts the orientation of policy from fact-based rationality to biased emotional responses, so that it not only widens inequality and creates selective law enforcement, but also damages institutional legitimacy and erodes public trust in the criminal justice system. A transformative mitigation strategy is needed institutionally and culturally, through the implementation of comprehensive transparency in the entire data management cycle, strict and enforceable regulations, increasing public data literacy as a bulwark against misleading narratives, and the ethical use of digital technology, in order to return policy to a basis of evidence that is fair, accountable, and relevant to the social complexity faced.
