This study aims to analyze the maintenance strategy of railway lines in West Sumatra using the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) approach to determine the most economically efficient and sustainable maintenance option. The main issues raised are the high cost of reactive maintenance and the risk of operational disruption due to track damage. The research method involved collecting construction, operational, and maintenance cost data from railway operators, as well as LCC-based scenario simulations to compare preventive and reactive maintenance strategies. The results of the analysis show that the preventive maintenance strategy results in lower total life cycle costs, compared to the reactive strategy. In addition, the preventive strategy also supports operational sustainability by minimizing the risk of service disruption and improving user safety. SWOT analysis shows that LCC implementation has great potential to improve budget efficiency and support local economic growth, although challenges such as data limitations and natural disaster risks need to be mitigated. This research concludes that an LCC-based approach can be the basis for designing more effective, efficient and sustainable railway maintenance policies. Recommendations include prioritizing preventive maintenance, using monitoring technology, and strengthening supporting policies.

Generally, what is found in the clinic includes, registration, doctor consultation, procedure room, laboratory, and pharmacy. The same is true for the facilities available at the Jambi University clinic. All of these are managed by the Jambi University clinic and must be integrated so that all data is united into one information unit. Officers are required to be able to manage all data and manage the clinic well so that no data or information is lost, especially medical records and documents for each patient who is being treated. Therefore, the Information and Communication Technology Development Institute (LPTIK) as an institution at the University of Jambi that is tasked with carrying out information and communication technology development activities wants to help optimize clinic management activities through the development of a clinic application where this application is able to store and manage all data related to the clinic, especially patient data visiting the Jambi University clinic. Thus, the recording and recording of data in the clinic which is currently done manually, can slowly be abandoned towards electronic management activities based on applications. It is hoped that this application-based management activity can help and facilitate clinic officers in managing the clinic, reduce the risk of data loss due to human error or disaster, improve clinic performance, and integrate clinic data as a whole. The UNJA Clinic application was built to facilitate and facilitate all activities related to recording and recording data in the clinic digitally so that the data is fully integrated from several existing parts. The UNJA Clinic application that has been built is a website-based application.

This research analyzes the implementation of Regional Government policy in the form of Payakumbuh Mayor's Instruction Number: 01/Instruction/Wk-Pyk/2023 concerning Waste Management. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a case study approach, observation or observation and in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied, documentation and interviews with related parties such as traders in traditional markets, residents around the TPS and cleaning officers from the Payakumbuh City Environmental Service. . The research results show that the main obstacle is the community's unpreparedness for the Regional Government's policy to manage waste independently, as a result of the closure of the Payakumbuh Regional TPA due to the impact of the landslide disaster. Another inhibiting factor is that education about waste management has not been thoroughly provided to the community and the lack of support for the facilities needed as well as the application of sanctions and appreciation to the community in waste management. Adequate training and skills are needed, the application of sanctions and partnerships between local governments with the private sector and other social institutions in the promotion and sale of waste recycling products, so that the community is not only independent in waste management but also helps the government in solving waste handling problems.

The liquidation of a subsidiary in the banking sector is a strategic step with a significant impact on the financial performance, reputation, and sustainability of the parent company. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive liquidation, both internal such as financial performance, mismanagement, and legal compliance, as well as external such as market changes, natural disasters, and globalization pressures. Data were collected through academic literature review using qualitative approaches and data triangulation to improve the reliability of the results. The results of the study show that poor liquidity management, both due to internal and external factors, is the main cause of liquidation. The impact on the reputation of the parent company is dualistic: on the one hand it increases operational efficiency, but on the other hand it risks creating negative perceptions, such as management failures or employee losses. Therefore, companies must strengthen financial management, utilize technology to monitor cash flow in real-time, and develop flexible risk policies. Transparent communication with stakeholders is also important to minimize reputational impact. This study shows that effective liquidity management supports operational efficiency and increases public confidence, customers, and regulators, relevant for both Islamic and conventional banking in dealing with market dynamics.

This research aims to discuss compassion as the spirituality of discipleship of God and readiness to serve disaster victims. In this modern world, humans live with sophisticated technology and communication tools, as well as internet access which is increasingly easy for anyone to do. Humans have contributed many things based on their knowledge and skills obtained from the development and progress of the times, but sometimes humans actually act arrogant, selfish, indifferent and jealous of other people's happiness. This fact shows that humans are experiencing a crisis in all aspects of life and are no longer merciful. This research uses qualitative methods with library research to collect reference materials in the form of books, Church documents and articles related to the title of this thesis. Many people think that compassion is only for those who need it. Even though compassion is more than sentimental attitudes and feelings. For this reason, the aim of writing this thesis is to offer the meaning and significance of compassion in human life. Compassion is an attitude of deeply feeling the suffering of others, namely sympathy, empathy, pity, care, generosity, simplicity of heart, humility and building a culture of compassion. The principle of mercy is to love God and fellow human beings as oneself.
