This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the effect of the jurisprudential inquiry learning model on the ability to write editorial texts. The population of this study was all class XII of SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa, totaling 7 classes. The sample was taken with no more than 40 students per class, so class XII Science 2 had 35 students as the experimental class and class XII Science had 34 students as the control class. The instrument used is a test of the ability to write editorial texts. Data measurements were carried out twice, namely measurements in the experimental class and the control class. From the data processing, it shows that the ability to write editorial texts in class .05, standard deviation 13.15. This can be seen in the normality test, the jurisprudential inquiry learning model is Lcount < Ltable namely 0.205 < 0.337. Then in the conventional learning model Lcount < Ltable, namely 0.192 < 0.319. Because Lcount is smaller than Ltable, the two data above are said to be normally distributed. Likewise, the results of the data homogeneity test are Fcount < Ftable , namely 0.54 < 0.56, so the data comes from a homogeneous population. After testing normality and homogeneity, hypothesis testing was carried out, obtained tcount > ttable  with hypothesis test results of 6.35 and significance a = 0.05 and df = 35+34-2 = 67, so at the 5% level we obtained ttable = 1.99601. Thus it can be concluded that tcount > ttable , namely 6.35 > 1.99601, so the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that the jurisprudential inquiry learning model is more influential in improving the editorial text writing skills of class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa.

The use of quality cost reports in quality improvement programs is a strategy that aims to increase the efficiency of a company's production costs. Quality cost reports include the identification, measurement, and analysis of costs associated with product or service quality deviations. In this context, research discusses the importance of integrating quality cost reports in an effort to improve product or service quality while minimizing production costs. This study demonstrates how the use of quality cost reports can provide valuable insights for companies in identifying the most effective and efficient resources for quality improvement. Quality cost analysis can help management make the right decisions regarding resource allocation, production process development, and implementation of continuous improvement.

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of fulfilling prisoners' rights at the Class IIB Demak Detention Center. Fulfilling prisoners' rights is an important aspect in the criminal justice system which focuses on rehabilitation and social reintegration. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the implementation of fulfilling the rights of prisoners at the Class IIB Demak Detention Center experiences a number of challenges. Some rights, such as the right to health facilities, education and work, have not been fully fulfilled optimally. Limited facilities and infrastructure, a lack of manpower, and internal regulations that do not fully support the fulfillment of prisoners' rights are the main factors for deviations. However, this research also identified several good practices in fulfilling prisoners' rights, such as the existence of rehabilitation programs that focus on skills development and education. Collaborative efforts between internal and external parties are also recognized as a positive step in improving the living conditions of prisoners. Based on these findings, this research recommends improvements in the management of facilities and infrastructure, increasing the number of workers, as well as improving internal regulations to optimally support the fulfillment of prisoners' rights at the Demak Class IIB Detention Center. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the system of detention and rehabilitation of prisoners in Indonesia in general.

The background of this research problem is to find out (a) what factors influence the occurrence of LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender); (b) the role of the family and church in dealing with LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender); (c) Christian theological views on LGBT. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods, namely interviews and internet sites. Data results obtained through interviews. The research results show: LGBT is a sexual deviation, which cannot be denied, Christians also fall into it. LGBT behavior is an abominable act in the eyes of God. This creates negative things in people's lives and health. Parents play a very important role in educating children, providing correct sex education that is in accordance with God's Word. This LGBT group has the right to repentance in Jesus. Because that is why Jesus came into the world to save humans from sin. The church also has a very important role in providing assistance to LGBT groups.

This research was conducted to seek evidence, answer questions and determine the clarity and certainty of how much influence the results of the application of  Structured  Dyadic Methods have on Mathematical Concepts Understanding of Students in Junior High School 5 in Jambi City. This study is a quantitative research methods, namely posttest only control design. the sample was taken by using the simple random sampling techniques. While the data was collected using the  mathematics concept comprehension test instruments. The research sample consisted of 20 students as an experimental class using the Structured  Dyadic Methods, and a total of 20 students as a control class using Direct Instruction Method. From the data described, it was found that the maen value of the experimental group is  and a standard deviation of , while the mean of the control group was and the standard deviation was 9,74. The results of the calculation of the t test value of the t test with a significant level of 5%  while 1% and obtained . Because the value of  is . While the correlation  is obtained 0,55 and after comparing between  it turns out   (Both at the 5% and 1% significance levels)  The alternative hypothesis  is acceptedwhich means that there is a difference between the Structured  Dyadic Methods Matchin the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students at Junior Hight School students 5 Jambi City.

This Research Is A Qualitative Study Which Aims To Analyze Deviations Between The Budget Set And The Realization Of Pmi Surabaya's 2018, 2019 And 2020 Budgets. This Research Used 1 (One) Person As An Informant Who Was The Head Of Administration At Pmi Surabaya. Data Collection Methods Use Observation, Interview And Documentation Techniques. The Results Of This Research Show That The Variance Analysis In The Pmi Surabaya Expenditure Budget In 2018 Resulted In Favorable Deviations. In 2019 And 2020 There Were Unfavorable Deviations. This Happens Because There Are Programs That Cannot Be Predicted Considering That Pmi Surabaya Is A Non-Profit Social And Humanitarian Organization That Does Not Solely Pursue Profit And Has The Aim Of Helping To Alleviate The Effects Of Natural And Human-Caused Disasters. So The Budget That Is Set Is One Of The Preparations If These Disasters Occur And Is Often Not In Accordance With The Budget Because We Ourselves Cannot Predict How Many Disasters There Will Be In One Year. However, This Can Be Overcome By Pmi Surabaya Because Pmi Uses Contingency Plans. This Contingency Plan Was Prepared As A Guide For Disaster Management During Emergency Response So That It Takes Place Quickly And Effectively.  

The research is aimed at knowing the problems of the client and the causes of the client's social irregularities. The study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are performed with observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of this study is the factor behind the social irregularities of adolescents who experience or live in broken home circles. Most youths commit this social aberrant because they want to shift their weight, their unhinged teenage behavior is also one of the factors that causes youths to commit deviations or delinquency, making them more susceptible to the adverse effects of their surroundings. A typical example of broken home adolescents involves alcoholics, drug use, and so forth. At present, however, social deviations are not limited to the person or youth of broken home, illness. Delinquency seems to be common in teens or in juvenile delinquency often results in achievement (pride) in order to make it a good, fun, fun youth. This factor is due to the rapid growth of globalization and modernization that many outside cultures are introduced into Indonesia and are affecting social aberrant behavior in the youth.

One of the gender neutral statements occurred in one of the UNHAS students as reported by Tempo.co. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. The aim of this research is to analyze the framing in the news about the expulsion of Hasanuddin University students who claim to be gender neutral by the online media Tempo.co using the Pan and Kosicki model based on the classification of four syntactic, script, thematic and rhetorical structures. The results of this research are that if it is concluded from Pan and Kosicki's four structures, there are several points in the news published by Tempo.co, namely first, the pros and cons of gender neutral recognition by a student. Second, the lecturer's attitude violates the code of ethics. Third, Tempo.co's stance is pro gender deviation.

This research discusses the phenomenon of the people of Karangharjo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency who tend to behave deviantly from positive Indonesian law, more specifically related to the problem of early marriage, high rates of divorce, domestic violence and high cases of stunting that occur in children which is normalized by local community. In 2022, there will be 50,673 applications for marriage dispensation, 516,344 divorce cases, where 80% of these divorce cases are experienced by couples who have been together for less than 5 years. This research was studied using a qualitative descriptive approach and legal sociology, and the analysis of this research data was empirical. To find out about the behavior of the people of Karangharjo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency who deviate from positive law in Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using interviews, observations and document review. There were 10 informants interviewed. This village was used as an object because it was considered to be one of the sub-districts that applied for the highest marriage dispensation in Jember Regency. Researchers succeeded in answering social impacts, including the factors that cause early marriage due to people's concerns about deviations from the nature of religion if their children are not married immediately, apart from that, the perspective emerged that if children aged 20 years have not been married, this is considered a disgrace for the family in Karangharjo Village. Demand is uncertain and always changes from time to time, making product availability difficult to control and often causes overstock or stockout problems. Therefore, inventory control is needed, which can be done by forecasting, determining safety stock and good re-order points. To obtain effective and efficient planning, the number of orders must be based on the number of past mass requests so as to reduce the occurrence of overstock or stockouts. With the problems experienced by PT. XYZ, the forecasting method used is the time series forecasting method. In this case, the time series methods used are Simple Average, Single Moving Average and also Single Exponential Smoothing. After carrying out several calculations, we obtained a Mean Absolute Centage Error (MAPE) value of 49.379%, a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 2297.145, a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 2912.495 and also a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 8,482 .628 and forecasting results of 4504 pcs every month. Based on the calculation results, the proposal given is to reorder Sprite 250ML when the inventory in the warehouse reaches 1548 pcs with a safety stock of 540 pcs.

This article aims to describe getting to know children with special needs and their classification. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects or informants are parents, the community, class teachers/homeroom teachers and special guidance teachers. The results of the research show that: children with special needs are children who experience significant abnormalities or deviations (physical, mental, intellectual, social and emotional) in the process of their growth and development compared to other children of the same age and therefore require special education services. Children with special needs have different characteristics from one another. The characteristics and obstacles they have, ABK require special forms of education services that are tailored to their abilities and potential. The classification of children with special needs is divided into several groups, including: blind, mentally retarded, deaf, physically disabled, hearing impaired, learning difficulties, cerebral palsy, autism, gifted children, rett's disorder, Asperger's, slow learners, and ADHD.

To ensure production meets consumer standards and expectations, it is necessary to implement quality control during the production process. This involves quality control, improvement and improvement of systems so that the products produced are superior and competitive. In writing this article, the author is interested in exploring the problem of product defects and deviations in the production process, including defective products, as well as efforts to improve and improve product quality. The problem solving method used is the six sigma method. From the research results, it was found that the total production produced during October was 48,611 and 3,283 defective products were found. In the sugar production section, PT X Sugar Factory has a sigma level of 3.7 with a possible damage of 24,635 for one million production (DPMO).

Stock-taking is one way to maintain stock inventory by physically counting the stock of goods in the warehouse. However, it is not uncommon for companies to face data mismatches between existing records in the system and actual conditions in the warehouse on an ongoing basis. This problem can cause losses for the company in terms of quality, quantity, and storage costs. The DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is one method that can be used to overcome this problem. Based on data processing, it is obtained that the causes of stock-taking mismatches are outgoing goods that have not been inputted in the system, returns of goods that have not been inputted in the system, errors in inputting incoming goods into the system, different part numbers, incoming goods have not been inputted in the system with the largest percentage of causes being outgoing goods that have not been inputted at 49.60%. As for one of the efforts to control stock-taking discrepancies by making reports based on stock-taking deviation data within a certain period of time so that it can continue to reduce the occurrence of stock-taking discrepancies.
