This journal discusses the influence of the inflation rate on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) based on an Islamic Economics perspective. So it can be understood that the size of the inflation rate in a country will greatly influence the level of GDP. Where inflation has a simultaneous influence on GDP, and inflation has a partial negative impact on GDP. The writing of this journal uses a deductive qualitative approach (from general to specific), examining relevant general phenomena, then producing specific studies and conclusions on matters that are the object of research, using a normative juridical approach with literature study. A country's economic growth can be represented through an increase in the country's GDP, apart from income factors in terms of consumption, investment, government spending and net exports. GDP is greatly influenced by the inflation factor. Inflation in the view of Islamic economists is an economic indication that occurs at a macro level in almost every country related to the decline in the exchange rate of money for goods and services, whether it occurs naturally (natural inflation) or is caused by human error (Human Error Inflation). Inflation does not only occur naturally, it can be caused by the pull of Aggregate demand (Aggregate demand) or due to a decrease in Aggregate supply (Aggregate Supply), but also occurs due to human error in regulating state administration and law enforcement, giving rise to a country's economic interconnectedness. Maintaining the stability of a country's economy by controlling the rate of inflation is something very basic, where inflation significantly affects Gross Domestic Product. GDP is an important indicator of economic growth in measuring economic activity, especially the volume of production in a country in one year.

Along with the development of technology, the use of computers as a tool really needs to be used, especially in the health sector. The Prabumulih City General Hospital is the only hospital owned by the Prabumulih City Government and is a first-level referral. The patient registration process at the Prabumulih City Hospital is still direct, by means of the patient/patient's guardian coming directly to the health service facility, then the patient is given a registration queue number, then the patient waits for a call according to the queue number, after the queue number is called, the officer will ask the type of patient new or old, poly patient purposes, outpatient or inpatient care, private payments or BPJS, after that the officer enters patient data to create a queue number for patient care in order to get health services. In this regard, it is necessary to have an application system for patient administration so that new patients can register online through the internet network, making it easy for old patients to check personal data, view doctor schedules, take queues and others.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

Work-life balance is a condition where an individual is able to maintain a balance between the world of work and personal life in a sustainable manner. This balance is something that is expected by every employee, including non-managerial employees of the HCGA division of PT XYZ. The main objective of this study is to determine the achievement of employee work-life balance as reviewed from three aspects, namely time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. In addition, this study also identifies factors that support and inhibit the achievement of work-life balance in employees. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems that arise. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The results of the study indicate that not all employees are able to achieve optimal work-life balance. Some employees, especially those from the recruitment and general affairs departments, feel that they have a good work-life balance thanks to work flexibility and the ability to manage time. However, employees from the people development and administration departments of HCGA actually experience difficulties due to excessive workload, additional tasks outside of their job descriptions, and lack of team management from superiors. The support of coworkers who help each other and create a supportive work environment is one of the main supporting factors in achieving work-life balance. On the other hand, work pressure outside of working hours and ineffective communication are obstacles that are often faced. This study only uses one variable so that it cannot fully describe the relationship with other aspects such as work stress or job satisfaction. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more variables in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of work-life balance in the work environment.
