Background: The coverage of infants receiving exclusive breastfeeding in Lampung Province in 2020 is 70.1%, which is still below the expected target of 80%. One of the foods that can facilitate the production of breast milk is dates, dates contain galactogogues which are capable of inducing lactation with dopamine pressure, resulting in an increase in prolactin production. Dates contain a hormone similar to the hormone oxytocin, which is a hormone produced by the neurohypophysia so that it stimulates the mammary glands to produce breast milk. Objective: To determine the effect of giving dates on the smooth production of breast milk in postpartum mothers. Methods: This type of research is a Quasy Experiment Design with a Non Equivalent Control Group Design study with a sample of 40 subjects. The instruments used in this study were SOP sheets for giving dates and observation sheets for signs of assessing the smoothness of breastfeeding. The intervention of giving dates was given 7 eggs per day which were consumed for 4 days. Results: All respondents before being given treatment experienced breastfeeding difficulties as many as 20 respondents (100%) and after being given the date palm treatment the respondents were in the smooth category as many as 18 respondents (90%). Conclusion: There is an Effect of Giving Dates on the Smooth Production of Breast Milk for Postpartum Mothers.

The world of the food and beverage industry is developing very rapidly. In Indonesia, this is characterized by the variety of culinary delights available with regional and modern flavors. "The rapid development of culinary arts in Indonesia means that entrepreneurs have to think hard to remain creative in order to be able to fight new, innovative competitors. The current phenomenon means that old entrepreneurs must have new innovations to be able to maintain their business. Because it is known that many young entrepreneurs have created food and beverage products that offer delicious flavors at economical prices. This kind of competition is difficult to avoid. This research examines menu diversity, service quality and prices at Hakui Coffee Tulungagung. These three interrelated variables seem interesting if used as research objects. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive quantitative. The analysis techniques used are validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis proposed states that menu diversity has a significant effect on buying interest. Partially, according to the t test of 2.986 with a significance level of 0.060 > 0.05, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, where the research results show that diversity The menu has a significant effect on buying interest as evidenced by the results obtained in the form of a correlation coefficient of 0.231 and a partial significance test which produces a t-count of 2.096.

The office of the Ministry of Religion in West Lombok district, totaling 90 people The number of samples used in this study was 90, using the census method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire containing questions about work motivation, organizational culture, and competence. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The results of the data analysis show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee competence, and (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee competence.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the use of influencer services, Instagram promotion media and product quality which have a significant influence on online product purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with research methods in the form of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The sample amounted to 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.The regression test results show that 72.30% of the factors of buying decisions can be explained by brands, price discounts and salespeople, while the remaining 27.70% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the Influencer Service Usage, Instagram Promotion Media and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions with the results of the analysis namely Fcount (87,016)> Ftable (2,700). The t test results show that the influencer service use variable shows the results of the tcount,¬ (0.060) and the Instagram Promotion Media variable shows the results of the analysis of tcount (3.727) while the product quality variable is 6.620 where the t table is (1.98498) then partially the Instagram promo media variable and product quality that has a positive and significant influence on online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla The influencer service variable does not have a positive and significant effect on online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla. The dominant variable affecting online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla is Product Quality.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company and to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company. The research method used by researchers is to use descriptive analysis. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is causal. In this study, the authors conducted direct research on all Da'o Screen Printing customers to obtain data. The sample in this study was 50 people, this is based on saturated sampling technique where the population in this study was 50 people. Researchers will conduct tests using SPSS version 25. Relationship Marketing at Da'o Screen Printing company is currently in a very good classification. Da'o Screen Printing's customer loyalty is currently in a good classification because many customers maintain loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing. Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty because if the implementation of Relationship Marketing will increase customers who are loyal to the products provided by Da'o Screen Printing.

Quantitative descriptive research is a type of non-experimental quantitative research that is relatively easy. This study describes the quantitative data obtained concerning the condition of the subject or phenomenon of a population. The research instrument that is often used in this study is a questionnaire containing several question items about perceptions of research problems. The results of testing the alternative hypothesis proposed are significantly acceptable, namely, with a positive influence between the Effect of Facebook Social Media on Concentration and Learning Outcomes at SMAN 10.The results of the analysis on the coefficients show that the value of the correlation coefficient indicates that the rxy coefficient value is 0.751, so it is stated in the strong category, and the rtable is 0.306. rcount > rtable = 0.751 > 0.306, and the results of the t test obtained the price of tcount of 6.026 while ttable of 1.69726 with an error rate of 5%, thus tcount > ttable = 6.026 > 1.69726, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between Social Media Facebook and Concentration and Learning Outcomes have a positive and significant effect and from the hypothesis testing that has been done Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the coefficient of determination (cd) is 56%, based on the relationship between these variables is causal or causal, a simple linear regression equation can be made, namely Y = a + bX, a = 28,941, while the value of b is b = 0.650 X. Then a simple linear regression equation can be obtained, namely Y = 28,941 + 0,650 X so that there is the influence of Facebook social media on concentration and learning outcomes at SMAN 10 Tangerang Regency.

. Hypertension is a problem that needs attention because it does not have extraordinary manifestations. One procedure that can be used to overcome the problem of hypertension is non-pharmacological vegetables and other natural ingredients. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving labusiam therapy in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: This research is quantitative using a pre-experimental design method with a one group pre-post test design. The number of samples used was 15 respondents, the sampling technique used an accidental sampling approach. The statistical test in this study used the Wilcoxon Test. This research was conducted in Bogor, West Java. Results: It is known that the average MAP value before the intervention was 117 mmHg and after the intervention it decreased to 106 mmHg. Based on the Wilcoxon test, it is known that there is a difference in the average MAP value before and after the intervention (0.001 < 0.005). This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Consumer Interest at the Gunawangsa Tidar Apartment in Surabaya. This research uses Quantitative method. The data used are primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the quality of service and facilities has a significant influence on the consumer intention, which can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis with indicating a positive linear pattern, meaning that the quality of service and facilities increases the consumer interest in buying a unit.  

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the village office in Tommo District, Mamuju Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative with a total of 80 employees who were used as samples with the sampling technique using saturated samples. The data used in this study were primary data obtained directly from data sources using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, validation test, reliability, hypothesis test (T test). The results of testing leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Degenerative disease is a health condition of an organ or related tissue whose condition can deteriorate over time due to changes in body cells that affect organ function as a whole. The factor is due to unhealthy life changes such as lack of activity and frequent exposure to harmful substances into the body. Degenerative diseases include hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, cancer, and death. Harmful substances or free radicals can be inhibited by antioxidants. One drug that has antioxidant activity is ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) which functions as an immune booster and is used by the public because it is effective as an antioxidant and health therapy but there are side effects in the form of gastrointestinal. The research aimed to find candidate drug ingredients from compounds contained in black pepper seeds (Piper nigrum L.) as in silico antioxidants. The methods used are molecular docking and molecular dynamics. The results showed BLH19 had better toxicity than the comparator drug and had hydrogen interactions that could be stabilized by the amino acid Gln139. The results of molecular dynamic calculations for BLH19 have an RMSD value of 1.5 Å with a ΔGTotal of -33.50 Kcal/mol. While the comparator drug has an RMSD value of 1.6 Å with ΔGTotal -3.39 Kcal/mol. The results showed that the affinity level of ascorbic acid compared to BLH19 for the 4RP9 receptor was predicted to be a candidate for a new antioxidant drug.

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, perceptions, and emotions on the implementation of the inventory accounting system that is run at PT. Flores Business Partners is a company that trades goods. The research population was all employees of PT. Flores Business Partners are 90 people. Meanwhile, the research sample was 55 respondents obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SSPS 26. This study shows the results that the attitude aspect does not affect the application of the inventory accounting system. This is because the attitude of employees is classified as good so that they do the job according to the procedures set by the company. Meanwhile, aspects of perception and emotion influence the implementation of the accounting accounting system.

The instruments used to measure learning outcomes are test questions and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data instrument test with the validity test and reliability test, the prerequisite test with the normality test and homogeneity test, and the hypothesis test with the t-test. The results showed that partially there was an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model with Fun Mind Mapping media on students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis with the help of SPSS 22 for windows on cognitive aspects 0.017 <0.05, affective aspects 0.046 <0.05, and psychomotor aspects 0.048 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

This study aims to, (1) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts without using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (2) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (3) To find out the effect of the mind mapping method on the skills of writing procedural texts in class VII students of Siantar 1 Middle School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study was students from VII SMP Negeri 1 Siantar with a sample size of 30 students using the Mind Mapping method. The instruments used in this study were writing procedural text contents, writing procedural text structures, writing procedural text writing rules and language features of procedural texts. The method used in this research is one group pretest-posttest. Data analysis techniques use analysis requirements tests, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results during the pretest obtained an average of 60.47, and were included in the sufficient category. Meanwhile, the results of the posttest research obtained an average score of 88 and were included in the very good category. Through testing the hypothesis, namely tcount > ttable, namely 8.5047 > 2.0484, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the use of the Mind Mapping method on the Writing Skills of Procedure Text in Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar.

Elections are a form of democracy that underpins the sovereignty of the people, empowering them to play a crucial role in determining the government through the voting process. To ensure honest and fair elections, electoral supervision is of paramount importance. Electoral supervisors are tasked with overseeing and safeguarding all stages of the elections, ensuring compliance with the principles of direct, public, free, confidential, honest, and fair elections. Additionally, they ensure that the electoral organizers operate independently, honestly, fairly, with legal certainty, order, transparency, proportionality, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. The Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) plays a central role in overseeing the implementation of electoral stages and handling violations that may occur. This research employs the juridical-empirical method, which examines the actual conditions. The primary data sources are direct interviews with relevant parties, while the secondary data is based on laws, regulations, and data from the Election Supervisory Body of Blitar City.The research findings reveal the efforts of Bawaslu Blitar City in realizing participatory supervision in preparation for the 2024 simultaneous elections, including: a. Participatory Supervision for First-time Voters in High Schools, b. Participatory Supervision Education for the Academic Community of Blitar City, c. Involvement of Alumni of the Participatory Supervision Training Center. Despite the significance of participatory supervision, its implementation faces various challenges, such as low public participation in election supervision, the increasing complexity of election violations, and the lack of a comprehensive supervision curriculum by Bawaslu to equip the involved community in electoral supervision.

 Language development is the most important aspect in early childhood. Many children use gadgets as a means of playing. Children who play with gadgets prefer to play with the gadgets they like. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of using gadgets from an early age on speech delays in toddlers. Method; The research is an observational analytic correlation, the research design used is cross sectional. The population in this study were all mothers with toddlers aged 3-5 years in Wonoyoso Village, Pekalongan Regency, totaling 150 and the number of samples was 60. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis in this study used the Chi-Square statistical test. Results; the total frequency of using gadgets below 4 times a week is 30 children (96.77%) while those who have a frequency of using gadgets more than 4 times a week are 1 child (3.23%). the use of gadgets with high duration totaled 26 children (76.47%) in the category of children said to be normal in speech and language development, while in the category of children late in language and speech development there were 8 children (13.33%). Conclusion; There is a significant relationship between gadget use and delays in speech and language development in toddlers.

Background: Dysmenorrhea is pain experienced by adolescents during menstruation in the lower abdomen due to changes in the hormone prostaglandin. Based on the interviews conducted, 10 out of 67 young women experienced dysmenorrhea in Pilangrejo Village. Warm water compresses are a non-pharmacological treatment because they are effective in helping reduce dysmenorrhea pain. Objective: To find out the results of implementing warm water compress therapy for dysmenorrhea pain. Method: This application uses the case study method with 2 respondents in Cungkup, Pilangrejo, Juwangi, Boyolali who experienced primary dysmenorrhea with a moderate pain scale. Each respondent was given warm water compresses for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 20 minutes and a water temperature of 46°C. Result: The management of dysmenorrhea in adolescents with warm water compresses decreased in the first respondent from a pain scale of 6 to 2 with the moderate to mild pain category, and the second respondent experienced a decrease in the pain scale from 5 to 1 with the moderate to mild pain category. Conclusion: There is a difference in the pain scale of dysmenorrhea in the 2 respondents before and after being treated with warm water compresses with a moderate pain scale to mild pain.

By using brainstorming variables using a quantitative approach method with data in the form of primary and secondary data, the sample used was 76 employees. Based on the results of direct and indirect hypothesis testing, there is development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

Health is a vital element and is a constitutive element in a person's life process. So that improving health, health recovery and treatment cannot be separated from financing. One of the subsystems in national health is the health financing subsystem. Health financing itself is the amount of funds that must be provided to organize and/or utilize various health efforts needed by individuals, families, groups and communities. The aim of this research is to find out the management strategy for health financing and insurance in health services. The method used is a literature study by analyzing and comparing existing theories and producing findings from the analysis results. The results of this research are strategies for managing health financing and insurance in health services, namely by providing health services, increasing health personnel, improving information, providing adequate health equipment, vaccines and technology, good leadership and governance in management and financing and accelerating access to health services as a whole. universal for reducing inequalities in health. It can be concluded that strong, stable and sustainable health financing plays a very vital role in the provision of health services in order to achieve various important goals of health development in a country, including equal distribution of health services and access (equitable access to health care) and quality services (guaranteed quality). Therefore, health policy reform in a country should provide an important focus on health financing policies to ensure the implementation of adequacy, equity, efficiency and effectiveness of health financing itself.

The population in this study is the owner of MSME of Pasuruan Regency's superior products, the sample of this study is 1 16 Respondents The source of data   in this study is the primary data source. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 22 Software. The results of this study show (1). Knowledge has a significant effect on business performance. (2). Knowledge has a significant effect on entrepreneurial competence (3). Skills have a significant effect on business performance. (4). Skills have a significant effecton entrepreneurial competence. (5). Entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on performance. (6). Knowledge has a significant effect on business performance through the competence of the entrepreneur. (7). Skills have a significant effect on performance through entrepreneurial competence.
