Fine motor development is a movement that only involves small muscles in the body, such as skills in using fingers and wrist movements. Delays in fine motor development are caused by the lack of opportunities for children to play, the stimulation that children receive is good by parents. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of playing collage and plasticine therapy on fine motor development in children 4-5 years old at Zainul Hasan Genggong Kindergarten, ProbolinggoThis type of research is pre-experimental with a two group pretest-posttest research design. The population was 46 respondents who met the inclusion requirements of the study were selected using a total sampling technique. Children's fine motor development was measured using an observation sheet, and information was gathered using editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating procedures. In both groups, the data were evaluated using the Wilcoxon test hypothesis. The results showed that the value of ρ Value α = 0.000 in the collage playing group and the value of ρ Value α = 0000 in the plasticine playing group. The significant level of ρ Value < α 0.05, it is stated that both therapies are effective in developing children's fine motor development. However, judging by the results of the observation, the post-test value of playing plasticine therapy was more with the results of the BSB category being 20 children. Due to the age characteristics in group 2, there were more 4 years of age at that age, children's fine motor development was more rapid.Collage and plasticine games are a series of therapies to develop fine motor development in children. For further researchers, it is recommended to add variety of images in collage play therapy, to approach children more when given play therapy.

In a hotel, it requires various needs in the form of operational goods, food ingredients, beverage ingredients or assets and this is where the role of the Receiving Officer is needed in the procedure for receiving goods. The process of receiving goods documents that require time for the approval of the General Manager makes it difficult for the Receiving Clerk to receive goods because when receiving goods the Receiving Clerk does not bring Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions because they are still in the process of approval and the Receiving Clerk's limited understanding of the quality of goods also hinders the procedure for receiving goods. this can be detrimental to the hotel. Guided by the Receiving Job Description, if the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition documents are still in process, this will also hinder the Receiving Clerk in checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods. Frozen food is food that is processed and then packaged in half-cooked packaging and when consumed must go through a re-processing process, namely by heating it in a frying pan. Frozen Food is a storage process before processing. Frozen food or processed frozen food is the result of a food preservation method which is carried out by lowering the temperature to freezing point, this aims to slow down the spoilage process and preserve the food for months depending on the type of food. Frozen food is also defined as food that is frozen with the aim of preserving the food until it is ready to be eaten. This research design uses quantitative research methods, which test certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. These variables are measured using research instruments, so that data consisting of numbers can be analyzed based on statistical procedures. This type of research uses associative research. Associative research is a temporary answer to associative problem formulations, namely those that ask about the relationship between two or more variables. In this research, we analyze the influence of price and promotion on consumer preferences at the "Nadelia Frozen" shop in Patumbak Medan. Based on data obtained in research regarding Analysis of Factors that Influence Product Purchases. Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 20/PUU-XIV/2016 states a lawsuit if civil procedural law applies to evidence. This is because there are differences in the law of proof with civil and criminal procedural law and considering the validity of evidence as a matter of procedural law also affects the legality of making documents, especially with electronic documents. Based on this description, the researcher makes several notes, especially regarding the certainty of an electronic contract law in Indonesia and the legality of e-contracts as evidence from a civil law point of view. The research results form the basis of legal certainty for electronic contracts in Indonesia based on article 5 of Law No. November 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions stipulated by the Constitutional Court Decision No. 20/PUU-XIV/2016, still based on the legality of electronic contracts used as evidence from a civil law perspective sourced from the decision of the Constitutional Court 20/PUU-XIV/2016 and provisions related to contracts in general are contained in the Civil Code.

Legal reform and the supremacy of military criminal law is seen as an effort to reform and supremacy of the legal system. In fact, it is a big problem for the Indonesian people to reform and enforce the law. Efforts to reform the Criminal Code have been going on for a long time, at least around 1964, but progress has been very slow. The renewal of the military criminal law is not only synonymous with the renewal of the KUHPM. Reforming the War Crimes Law is clearly more effective than simply updating the KUHPM. Renewal of military criminal law includes reform of the structure and content of the law. Renewal of military criminal law must be general in nature and renew the entire formulation of the Criminal Procedure Code, formulating it in a codification that is different from the codification of the Criminal Code. Therefore, the law must be applied as fairly as possible without being selective in imposing punishment.

Safety in the aviation world is the responsibility of the Avsec unit which is in charge of checking passengers and passenger luggage. Negligence of Avsec officers in carrying out their duties can endanger flights. There was a dangerous action that occurred at Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport, where the X-RAY machine at SCP1 at the airport was found to be unattended by officers properly on August 12, 2022.This causes all passengers' luggage to be completely unchecked. This study aims to determine the supervision carried out by the Aviation Security unit in maintaining flight security and safety by applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the Security Check Point (SCP) at Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport and the obstacles it faces. This research is qualitative with primary and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from interviews and observations, while secondary data are obtained from documentation. This research was carried out at the Aviation Security unit at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate and carried out in April 2023. The result of this study is that surveillance on SCP 1 is carried out by supervising passengers and their luggage where the passengers will go to the limited security area or check-in area. This supervision is carried out because the luggage that will be put on the plane is one of the main factors related to flight safety. Supervision must be carried out optimally because there are passengers carrying dangerous goods, these passengers must be directed to a special inspection room to be checked in detail while the obstacles in the application of Standard Operating Procedures at the Security Check Point (SCP) at Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport, namely there are still many passengers with high positions and high social status arbitrarily against flight rules or inspection rules. In addition, another obstacle is that there are officers who are negligent in carrying out the Standard Operating Procedure at the Security Check Point (SCP) at   Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport.
