Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. Interviews were conducted in depth with homosexual teenagers by developing several questions to reveal five dimensions of religiosity. The research subjects were seven homosexual teenagers. The results of the research show that the religiosity of homosexual teenagers is categorized as good, except for the dimensions of appreciation and practice as well as the dimensions of experience that influence their behavior. Factors that influence the religiosity of homosexual teenagers include an incorrect understanding of religious concepts and a family environment that pays little attention to the appreciation and practice of their religion. The role of religious education in the family is to increase the religiosity of homosexual teenagers. Disputes regarding religion have a big influence on the subject. Feelings of sin and guilt towards religious teachings give rise to doubts about the internalization of religious teachings.

Intellectual property rights are an implication of the development of international trade, especially in industrial countries. In developing countries, the understanding and protection of intellectual property rights receives less attention, which causes many violations of intellectual property rights and harms creators and inventors. Intellectual property rights have an important role in economic traffic, both regional and international, including investment in a country to spur economic growth of the country and its people. Indonesian society, which is diverse in culture, religion and ethnicity, has very rich creative works, and must take part in the utilization of intellectual property rights. Legal protection and use of copyright are very necessary to become a source of development for the national economy and Indonesian society This research is aimed at examining the implications of Intellectual Property Rights on economic benefit gains. An owner of Intellectual Property Rights as a creative subject must obtain a guarantee of legal protection on his or her work. The result shows that the form of legal protection of intellectual property rights is that the owner of intellectual property rights in performing his or her rights must be protected by law. The economic rights owned by the owner will gain economic benefits if it is performed. The rights include the rights to use, to produce, to publish, to copy, to import, to export and to grant a license (permit) to another party that is intended to make use of the intellectual property. In a condition of law violation, the Law of Intellectual Property Rights as a preventive effort will give a right to an owner of intellectual property rights to sue on civil, criminal, or administrative law. The sanctions on the law breaker are also already written in each law of intellectual property rights that includes copy right, brand right, patent right, graphic design right, and integrated circuit lay-out right. The reason why an owner does not automatically gain economic benefits from his or her work is because he or she does not use the economic rights that he or she has. Some matters causing it are quite high costs of production, difficult licensing, and hard competition. The law protection and economic benefits are two essentials of intellectual property rights. An owner of intellectual property rights is a creative subject that should have those two matters.

Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The conclusion from this intervention is that most mothers know about vaccinations for their children, and it is hoped that good knowledge can help support good vaccinations for their children

This article examines the possibility of reconstructing Islamic epistemology through the integration of classical Ilm al-Usūl principles with modern epistemic challenges. The revivalist/textualist, reformist/maqāṣidī, and critical-hermeneutic approaches to Islamic epistemology are discussed, each contributing a unique perspective on the reconciliation of traditional Islamic knowledge with modern intellectual developments. The main objective is to analyze how Ilm al-Usūl can maintain its normative foundations while responding to contemporary issues such as misinformation, the growing complexity of scientific knowledge, and the fragmentation of epistemic authority. By examining maqāṣid al-sharīʿa, ḥujjiyyah, and other core concepts within Ilm al-Usūl, the article proposes a conceptual bridge that balances revelation with empirical data, fostering a more adaptive epistemological framework. The research design follows a conceptual-analytical library approach, utilizing both classical Islamic legal texts and modern epistemological literature, including social epistemology and theories of knowledge justification. The results reveal that the reconstruction model offers a more comprehensive solution compared to traditional approaches, addressing modern epistemic challenges without abandoning foundational Islamic principles. The discussion highlights the importance of modernizing the methodology to include empirical tools like data literacy and ethical considerations, while maintaining the normative integrity of Islamic knowledge. The article concludes by presenting practical implications for Islamic education and religious authority, recommending the integration of scientific literacy and modern epistemic practices into Ilm al-Usūl curricula. It also suggests future research on specific case studies and the development of modern indicators of epistemic authority.

The revival of thinking about religious freedom as an integral part of human rights has become an increasingly important topic of discussion in the current global context. Human Rights are rights that are very inherent in every human being, especially every individual. In Indonesia, religious freedom which is linked to human rights has been regulated in statutory regulations. The content of the law is to emphasize that a country can guarantee the freedom of every resident to practice their own religion. Some regions may have certain rules or norms that limit religious freedom, even though they are legally constitutional. Indonesia guarantees religious freedom, this still occurs in cases of human rights violations related to religious freedom in several places in Indonesia.

Family is a fundamental component in individual and societal life that builds emotional bonds between its members such as father, mother and children. The family provides a safe and harmonious environment where the roles of parents and children complement each other. However, gender inequality often occurs in families, especially towards women, due to patriarchal culture. Patriarchy is a social system that considers men as the main authority which influences the views and treatment of women in various aspects, including education and the distribution of domestic roles. Women are often thought to not need higher education or work, being assigned more to housework, while men are prioritized in education and decision making. To overcome gender inequality in the family, contextual theological efforts are needed by applying religious and moral values that teach equality, justice and compassion. With religious teachings that emphasize mutual love and respect, families can create a more just and harmonious environment, where roles and responsibilities are divided based on ability, not gender. This approach aims to support equality and justice in the family, so that religious teachings can become an inspiration for positive social change, including overcoming gender inequality.
