The development of information technology has encouraged the rapid growth of online buying and selling (e-commerce) activities. However, along with the increase in digital transactions, fraud in e-commerce is increasingly prevalent. This research aims to examine the importance of legal protection for victims of fraud in online transactions and examine the effectiveness of applicable laws and regulations in providing justice and legal certainty. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with an analysis of laws and regulations, legal literature, and case studies. The results of the study show that despite the existence of legal instruments such as the Criminal Code, the ITE Law, and the Consumer Protection Law, the implementation of protection for victims still faces various obstacles, such as the difficulty of tracking perpetrators and weak law enforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, increase public legal literacy, and optimize the role of law enforcement officials in providing maximum protection to victims of fraud in e-commerce. This research recommends synergy between regulation, technology, and education as an effective legal protection solution in the digital era.

This training aims to improve Mardhiyah Middle School students' skills in using Canva as a tool to create interesting and informative presentation material. Canva was chosen because of its easy-to-use interface and various graphic design features that can be accessed online. The Service Team carries out training methods including an introduction to basic Canva features, such as using templates, manipulating text, setting layouts, and integrating graphic elements. In addition, this training will focus on developing students' creativity in designing presentations that are aesthetic and easy to understand, taking into account the principles of effective design. The training material also covers color management strategies, information hierarchy, and techniques for arranging content that suits the target audience. It is hoped that after attending this training, students will be more confident in creating quality presentations, using modern technology to express their ideas and information in a visual and professional way. It is hoped that this can also prepare them to face the demands of competence in the current digital era.

Language is not just a means of communication, but a force that shapes our perspective and behavior towards the environment. In the digital era, social media has become an important platform for environmental conservation campaigns, with hashtags (#hashtag) functioning as frames that direct meaning and mobilize action. This research examines how the Instagram account @griya_Luhu uses hashtags to campaign for environmental issues. Through ecolinguistic framing analysis of popular hashtags used, this research reveals @griya_Luhu's strategy in: Framing environmental problems and solutions, defining individual and collective roles, and promoting pro-environmental values. The research results show that @griya_luhu effectively simplifies complex issues, encourages real action, and builds collective awareness. However, some potential biases and simplifications need to be criticized. In the current digital era, gadget use has become an inseparable part of everyday life, including among children. However, excessive use of gadgets can have a significant impact on children's health. This service activity aims to provide education regarding the negative impact of gadget use on children's health. Excessive use of gadgets can cause mental health and physical health problems, including disturbances in body posture and vision problems due to exposure to blue light which can affect their growth and development. Results The pre-test carried out before the educational activity resulted in only 27.5% understanding the impact of using gadgets on health, while the test carried out after the education resulted in 77.5% understanding the impact of gadgets on health. This shows an increase in understanding of 50% after it was carried out. education regarding the impact of gadget use on children's health.

Currently, education is a serious problem, where many factors influence the development of education. One of them is in the current era of digitalization of education, where some teachers still experience limitations in the use of technology, requiring them to rely on conventional pedagogical and professional skills. This study aims to analyze the professional competence of mathematics teachers in implementing meaningful learning without the support of digital technology in junior high schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations. The results of the study show that teachers who have strong professional competence, especially in mastering the material, contextual learning strategies, and building good interactions with students, are able to create meaningful learning even without using technology. Real project-based learning, the use of simple teaching aids, and interactive communication are the keys to the success of a teacher. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening teacher core competencies in presenting relevant mathematics learning that is free from technological limitations.

This research is motivated by the gap between the demands of the digital era on cutting-edge geography and the geography learning process at SMA Plus St. Albertus Agung Weleun, Malaka Regency. The learning process tends to be verbal and teacher-centered, the use of media with cutting-edge technology is still lacking in attention so that educators have minimal or lack of variation in using learning models and media. This has an impact on learning that is often boring and this condition affects student learning outcomes which are not yet satisfactory, which is the problem of this research. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of the e-learning learning model assisted by the Kahoot application on student learning outcomes at SMA Plus St. Albertus Agung Weleun; 2) the difference in the effectiveness of the e-learning learning model assisted by the Kahoot application on student learning outcomes at SMA Plus St. Albertus Agung Weleun. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a Nonequivalent-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study were students in grades XA and XB where class XA was the experimental class and class XB was the control class. The data collection technique was carried out using a test instrument consisting of a pretest and posttest developed based on teaching materials. The instrument has met the requirements for validity and reliability. The difference in learning outcomes between the control group and the experimental group was analyzed using the T-test, while in this study it was the independent sample t-test and the n-gain score test. The various analysis techniques were analyzed using SPSS version 24.00. The results of the study showed that: 1) there is a significant effect of the e-learning learning model assisted by the Kahoot application on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Plus St. Albertus Agung Weleun with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. 2) the e-learning learning model assisted by the Kahoot application is less effective in improving student learning outcomes, the experimental class value is 54.9550 and the control class using conventional methods is not effective in improving student learning outcomes, the value is 15.1133.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in adopting digital technology. This community service aims to analyze the impact of implementing a digital menu as a tool for empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, especially in the culinary sector. Digital menus are identified as innovations that not only facilitate business management but also improve customer experience through faster and more accurate access to information. This study uses a qualitative approach with an interview method on several Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in SWK Semolowaru, Surabaya. The results of community service that have been carried out are known that the use of digital menus significantly increases operational efficiency, reduces printing costs, and expands market reach through integration with digital platforms. the main challenges faced are limited human resources in mastering technology and the need for ongoing training. Therefore, support from the local government and related parties is needed to provide comprehensive training programs to improve the digital competence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through digital menus has great potential to increase competitiveness in the digital era, thereby encouraging inclusive economic growth.

This results in sales income tending to remain constant.   This internship program aims to increase the awareness and skills of UD. Matahari produces amplang crackers in Kertasada Village, District. Kalianget District. Sumenep regarding the importance of digital marketing to increase sales income with training and mentoring methods. Through this internship program, it is hoped that the market share will increase, so it has the potential to increase sales income.

By identifying and analyzing the implications of cultural trends in these two concepts, the author aims to gain a deeper understanding of how values ​​and beliefs in contemporary society are influenced and change in line with the development of cultural trends. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. with a literature study approach. First of all, the study will begin with a comprehensive literature review, aiming to gather the latest information regarding the development of Christian philosophy, inclusive paradigms, and cultural trends in the context of modern times. The next step is to conduct an in-depth conceptual analysis, taking into account relevant theological, philosophical and socio-cultural perspectives. Modern cultural trends have brought about significant changes in the way humans interact, think and communicate. In the context of the inclusive paradigm, this change has several implications. Advances in information technology and digital culture have made individual needs more diverse and complex. An inclusive paradigm must be able to capture and meet these needs contextually. Inclusive education, for example, should focus on developing individuals' abilities to adapt to change and interact with various cultures. the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms in the modern era, with a focus on their impact in the context of morality, biblical authority, and inclusivity. This study aims to examine the impact of digitalization on technological innovation in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a qualitative literature review approach. In the era of digital transformation, MSMEs face various opportunities and challenges. Digitalization has the potential to enhance MSMEs' competitiveness by accelerating product, service, and business process innovation, but it also requires them to overcome limitations such as limited technological skills and financial constraints. By analyzing previous studies using the bivariate probit model, this study finds that digital technology adoption is positively correlated with increased innovation in MSMEs. Digitalization has been shown to expand market access, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen MSMEs' adaptability to changes in the business environment. However, internal and external barriers, such as low digital literacy and limited funding access, remain significant obstacles. This study emphasizes the importance of support from the government and related institutions in providing training and funding access so that MSMEs can fully leverage digitalization for sustainable innovation.

Management is a series of activities that include planning, organizing, directing and controlling organizational resources in order to achieve goals efficiently and effectively (Stoner, 2009). In this context, financial management training at Karmel Vocational School is a strategic step to prepare students to face the challenges of the digital era business world. Qualitative research through observations, interviews and documentation studies shows that this training has had a significant positive impact. Students gain an understanding of financial management, online marketing strategies, product innovation, and the use of digital platforms to build brand awareness and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Apart from that, this training succeeded in developing proactive, creative, innovative and adaptive attitudes which are important in the modern business world. The results of the training showed an increase in students' self-confidence to start an independent business, reduce dependence on formal work, and consider financial management as a career path . To increase effectiveness, it is recommended to expand the scope of training to include e-commerce and data analysis, strengthen partnerships with industry players, and integrate training into the vocational school curriculum. Thus, it is hoped that this training will be able to increase the competitiveness of Karmel Vocational School students, prepare them to face the dynamic business world, and support the sustainability of skills-based learning programs.

Digital Literacy is a science that discusses digital media, such as communication tools, internet networks, and so on. Digital literacy plays an important role in helping individuals understand the risks associated with technology use and take appropriate action to protect themselves and their privacy. Morals are human life behavior, which is based on awareness that he is bound by the necessity to achieve good, in accordance with the values and norms that apply in his environment. Social inequality itself is a condition that exists in society which shows an imbalance due to differences in aspects that exist in society, both from an economic, social and cultural perspective. By increasing digital literacy in responding to moral problems and social inequality, this digital literacy plays a very important role, for everyone on this planet earth, in order to achieve the mission of sustainable development goals throughout the world, especially Indonesia. This research is a type of literature review research by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. In the increasingly developing digital era, digital awareness and digital literacy are important keys in overcoming moral challenges and social inequality. The discussion also discusses the relationship between digital literacy and moral issues, the relationship between digital literacy and social inequality, and the contribution of digital literacy to achieving SDGs 2030. So the result of everything is about how important digital literacy is in the current era and about the relationship between digital literacy and Moral problems and social inequality aim to improve the welfare of society so that it will be more advanced in the future.

Learning is dynamic process following development of society over time. Learning any material, including Islamic religious learning, is required to meet the demands of society. So that Islamic religious learning continues to run well in this digital era, a good strategy is needed. This article is the result of meta-analysis research which analyzed several articles in the last five years. This research maps Islamic learning strategies in the digital era. Apart from that, this research also maps the reasons why this strategy has become a mainstay strategy according to the authors of the articles analyzed. Based on the research results, it can be mapped that the strategies presented in these articles are blended learning, participatory and social media-based learning strategies. Furthermore, it was also found that to support strategies that are directly related to learning, there needs to be supporting strategies that must be implemented. These supporting strategies are increasing human resources, developing an integrated curriculum, optimizing digital libraries, improving the quality of education, and digital media literacy. In general, the reason of the article authors presents this strategy is to make learning about Islam more interesting and attractive to the generation in this digital era.

Merdeka curriculum is a new curriculum from the Ministry of Education and Culture which is a renewal of the previous curriculum and educational changes to realize superior Indonesian Human Resources (HR) with the profile of Pancasila students. Computational thinking is a core skill needed and is considered by experts to be able to support the education sector in the 21st century, therefore computational thinking is part of the independent curriculum. For this reason, this research focuses on analyzing computational thinking in teachers and students in the context of implementing an Merdeka Curriculum. The purpose of this research is to find out, describe and to improve the analysis of computational thinking in teachers and students in the implementation of an Merdeka Curriculum. The method used in this research is the literature study method by identifying based on previous research in various literature sources to be analyzed. This research identified 5 previous journals published from 2022 to 2023. The result of this research is that the integration of computational thinking in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has great potential and is an important step to improve the quality of learning or education in Indonesia in order to prepare or give birth to the next generation who are creative, innovative, able to solve problems and can be competitive in the digital era.

Catechesis is the Church’s effort to spread God’s saving work to humanity in everyday life, with the aim of guiding and instilling Christian values. The challenge faced in the current technological era is how to attract the attention of the people in the catechesis teaching process considering that traditional methods such as lectures tend to be boring. This research uses a qualitatie descriptive method through literature study to understand the application of audiovisual media in the context of catechesis participantas, facilitate their understanding of the material being taught and increase their anthsiasm fot learning. Even though thereare several obstacles such as a lack of facilities and the catechist’understanding oftemedia,the use of audiovisual media has great potential to increase the effectiveness of catechesis learning.

This study aims to delve into the significant role of Digital Ethics Education in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. The background of this research is based on the rapid transformation in the digital era that has influenced various aspects of life, including education. Digital ethics not only encompasses rules of conduct in the use of social media but also values related to technology. The integration of digital ethics education with the SDGs 2030 is expected to foster a positive attitude towards technology, instill a sense of online responsibility, and develop critical thinking skills in the digital world. The research method used is library research, involving an in-depth analysis of various primary sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and related documents. This study also involves a review of 16 scientific journals to deepen the understanding of digital ethics, education, and the SDGs 2030. Through observation and analysis of various reference sources, this research highlights the importance of digital ethics education in achieving sustainable development goals. The results of the study indicate that digital ethics education plays a crucial role in shaping an intelligent, enlightened, and productive generation in the digital era. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of education with a focus on ethical and moral values is essential to create a digitally literate and ethical society, thereby contributing positively to achieving the SDGs 2030 and moving towards a sustainable future for all individuals

This article discusses the role of social media in catechesis to build faith in the digital age. The digital age has brought about major changes in the way we communicate and access information. Social media, as a product of the digital technology revolution, has become a highly efficient and effective means of communication, connecting individuals around the world quickly and easily. The Catholic Church views social media as an important tool for evangelization, faith formation, and spreading the values of love and truth. Through social media, the Church can influence more people to take the message of Christ to different corners of the world and offer new opportunities for catechesis to reach out to people and nurture their faith. Digital catechesis is a very effective tool in educating and deepening the faith of the people, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere of faith. The church has an important role in guiding its people to integrate their faith in digital life, making technology a tool to strengthen faith and Christian values. This article provides some suggestions for the effective use of social media in catechesis, such as the development of innovative catechesis programs, digital education for parishioners, collaboration with communities and technologists, and evaluation of the impact of social media use. In this strategy, the Church can utilize social media to strengthen the faith of the people and create a more faithful and dignified community in the digital age.
