The results of observations and research on November 06 2023 are about students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian using pantun board media. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method and uses nominal questionnaire data which only contains simultaneous results and facts from the truth produced by the researcher. From the results of this research, the student data obtained was 23 (twenty three) students and it was found that 3 (three) of the 23 (twenty three) students in class IV of SD Negeri 101744 Klambir Village had low motivation and interest in learning in particular learning. Indonesian language. The aim of this research is to describe students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian in class IV. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This process is carried out by collecting data directly at the research location. Next, the data analysis process was carried out on a nominal scale only. This research uses source triangulation techniques. From the results of data analysis, it is known that students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian in class IV of SD Negeri 101744 Klambir Village is still low, as can be seen from the low interest of students in learning Indonesian both in class and at home, as evidenced also by the results of the assessment of the distributed questionnaire data, which shows that some class IV students got grades that were less than expected, and this was due to several factors, namely 1). Self factor 2). Environmental factors 3). Family factors. The impact of the causes of low student learning motivation internally is due to a lack of motivation in their enthusiasm for learning and externally due to 1). Teacher performance 2). Infrastructure 3). Surrounding environment.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training on the use of technology in learning, with a special focus on the use of the Kahoot! platform to improve teachers' knowledge, attitudes, and motivation at SDIT Annawawi Metro. The training was held for three days, from December 5 to 7, 2024, at the SDIT Annawawi Metro Hall and was attended by 26 teachers and the principal. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a pre-post questionnaire design. Pre-training and post-training questionnaires measuring knowledge, attitudes, and motivation towards the use of technology in learning were distributed before and after the training. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests for paired samples. The results showed a significant increase in all measured variables. The mean score on the post-training questionnaire increased significantly compared to the pre-training questionnaire, indicating that the training was successful in improving teachers' competence and confidence in integrating technology in learning. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference (p <0.05), which supports the hypothesis that learning technology training improves teachers' knowledge and positive attitudes towards the use of technology in learning. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of technology, especially Kahoot!, effectively improves the quality of learning and can be further integrated into learning programs in schools. Recommendations for further studies include the implementation of similar training in various educational contexts and long-term evaluation of its impact on teaching practices.

Active, Creative, Innovative and Fun Learning Training (PAIKEM) is a strategy designed to improve the quality of learning through an approach that involves students actively and creatively. This article aims to describe the implementation and results of PAIKEM training for elementary school teachers in Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Training was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The methods used include simulations, group discussions, and practical assistance in class. The results of the training show an increase in teachers' understanding of PAIKEM principles, increased skills in applying creative methods, and increased student participation in the learning process. This training makes a significant contribution to the development of teacher competence and the quality of learning in elementary schools. To ensure the sustainability of the impact of training, continued assistance and synergy between schools, government and the education community is needed.

This article aims to provide an explanation of creative methods for inclusive education, especially for students at the Sukoharjo State Special Elementary School who prioritize motor skills and the ability to interact with other people. Data was collected through interviews and observations, and qualitative methods were used to compile this article. Literature review is the basis of process analysis. The findings from this study indicate that educators have the potential to enhance the utilization of educational resources, objectives, tools, techniques, assessments, and learning atmospheres through the implementation of innovative teaching methods. Diverse instructional approaches, ranging from remedial and deductive to inductive and heuristic techniques, can be employed to accommodate elementary-level students with special needs. Collaborative learning, behavior modification, and other methods are also beneficial. Moreover, it is suggested that teachers explore alternative learning aids like puzzles to cater to the unique needs of these students.

This research aims to identify students with special needs (PDBK) with emotional barriers (tunalaras) in elementary schools. Tunalas is a disorder in managing emotions and behavior that has an impact on students' social interactions and learning processes. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that of the 846 students, 11 students (1.30%) were identified as experiencing emotional obstacles. The main characteristics of students with hearing impairments include difficulties in controlling emotions, a tendency to act aggressively, and difficulties in building social relationships. Therefore, a more adaptive and emotional support-based learning approach is needed to help them participate more effectively in inclusive education. By understanding the characteristics of students with disabilities, schools can develop more appropriate learning strategies to improve their academic and social development.

Smoking can cause socio-economic problems, health issues, and even death. The activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of UKS mentor teachers about the importance of smoke-free areas (KTR) and smoking cessation efforts in schools, as well as follow-up on the implementation of KTR in schools with the Public Health Center. The intervention was carried out through a one-day training with lecture and question-and-answer discussion methods. The target of this activity was UKS mentor teachers at the junior high school level and PTM officers from the Public Health Center as many as 32 participants. The results of the activity: 1. Increased knowledge and awareness of teachers about the negative impacts of smoking on health, as well as creating a smoke-free environment in schools. 2. Changes in attitudes and behavior with a commitment from teachers not to smoke and strengthening the smoke-free policy program. 3. Increased student involvement in peer support programs for anti-smoking campaigns in the school environment. 4. Establishing cooperation between schools, parents, communities, and health agencies to create an environment that supports a healthy lifestyle. 5. The existence of a monitoring and evaluation system for student development in avoiding smoking and the impact of the UBM program in the school environment. 6. Improved health and quality of life by reducing the number of students and teachers who smoke, thereby creating a healthier and more conducive school environment for learning. These impacts are expected to contribute to efforts to improve health and well-being in the school environment and build a healthy living culture among students and staff.

Introduction to measuring tools is an important step in early childhood learning to help them understand basic measurement concepts such as length, weight and volume. Prescholl dan kindergarten at Nurul Ma'arif, this activity is designed with a creative and fun approach, so as to increase children's interest in learning. Through the use of simple measuring tools such as rulers, scales and measuring cups, children not only learn to recognize concrete sizes, but also develop cognitive, motor and logical skills. The implementation of this learning supports the achievement of holistic early childhood education goals, namely forming an intelligent, critical and innovative generation from an early age. The research used the classroom action research (PTK) method which consisted of two cycles, involving 5 children aged 4–5 years as subjects. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that a play and experimental approach with simple measuring tools, such as rulers, stopwatches and weight scales, and clocks can increase children's understanding of the concept of measurement. Children become more active and enthusiastic in learning, with an increase in their ability to recognize length, determine body weight, recognize time and running speed. This research concludes that play and experimental approaches are effective for introducing measurement concepts to young children, as well as supporting the development of their fine motor and cognitive skills.

In order to improve the quality of education, speaking skills are one of the important aspects that students need to have. However, in reality the speaking skills of class IV students at State Elementary School 67 are still low. Therefore, this research aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of role-playing methods. This research uses the Kemmis and McTaggart model which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. In this way, it is hoped that students' speaking skills can improve and become more effective in communicating. Based on the results of observing teacher activities in cycle I, results were obtained with a percentage of 75%, then in cycle II teacher activity increased to 92% with very good qualifications. Meanwhile, the results of observing student activities in cycle I obtained a result of 73.73% and increased in cycle II to 88% with very good qualifications. Based on these data, it shows that there has been an increase in teacher and student activity in implementing role-playing methods in the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the role playing method is able to improve students' speaking skills in learning Indonesian for class IV students at State Elementary School 67.

This research aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with academic administration services at the Catholic Religious Education Study Program (PKK) STPKat Santo Fransiskus Assisi Semarang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Effective and efficient academic administration services are an important factor in supporting the smooth teaching and learning process and improving the overall quality of education. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to active students of the PKK Study Program. The variables studied include speed of service, accuracy, attitude of officers, ease of procedures, and supporting facilities. The research results show that in general students feel quite satisfied with the academic administration services provided. Aspects of officer attitude and correct information received the highest satisfaction scores, while aspects of ease of procedures and supporting facilities still require improvement. It is hoped that these findings can provide input for the management of the PKK Study Program to improve the quality of academic administration services, so as to create a more conducive academic environment and support student achievement.

Mental health issues among vocational high school (SMK) students are becoming increasingly concerning, affecting their academic performance and overall well-being. This study explores the role of linguistic approaches and language counseling in improving students' mental health at SMK An Naas Binjai. The research employs a qualitative method, incorporating interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand how language influences students’ emotional expression, stress management, and social interactions. Findings indicate that a structured linguistic approach, including expressive writing, guided discussions, and positive communication strategies, helps students articulate their emotions better and develop coping mechanisms. Additionally, language counseling, which integrates psychological support with effective communication techniques, enables students to express their feelings constructively, reducing anxiety and enhancing self-confidence. The study highlights the importance of integrating language-based mental health interventions into the school curriculum to create a supportive learning environment. This research suggests that teachers and counselors should be trained in linguistics-based counseling techniques to provide more effective emotional support. Schools should also incorporate structured language activities that encourage open communication and emotional resilience. The findings contribute to the growing discourse on educational psychology by emphasizing the intersection of language, counseling, and mental health in vocational education settings.

This study aims to find out whether Project Based Learning using scrapbooks has an effect on improving student learning outcomes in human excretory system material at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. This study was conducted using an experimental method with a pre-test post-test control group design research design. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, namely class XI 5 as an experimental class with 20 students and class XI 7 as a control class with 20 students. The results of the research in the experimental class found that the maximum post-test score was 90, and the minimum score was 65 with an average number of 77. In the control class, the maximum post-test score was 85 and the minimum score was 20 with an average of 46.26. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of the project-based learning model using scrapbooks on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling on the material of the human excretory system.

This research aims to analyze the influence of work engagement, work environment, and organizational learning on organizational commitment at the Nawangan Community Health Center. The sample in this study was 50 respondents who worked at the Nawangan Community Health Center. The data collection technique used was a survey method with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the instrument test stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable. The Classical Assumption Test states that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this research prove that: (1) Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2), Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (3) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment

This research discusses the role of culture-based education in a multicultural society as well as the challenges and implementation strategies. Multicultural education aims to create an inclusive learning environment and integrate local cultural values in the curriculum. Using the literature study method, this research examines how a culture-based education approach can improve students' understanding of social diversity and build tolerant characters. The results show that despite challenges such as lack of cultural representation in teaching materials and unequal access to education, multicultural education has great benefits in building social awareness and nationalism. Strategies such as the use of simulation-based learning, adaptive teaching methods and culture-based curriculum development are solutions to these challenges. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of education that is responsive to cultural diversity in order to create a more harmonious and inclusive society.

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a very important part of an organization. In the digital era, HRM can be done more efficiently through mobile applications that allow access to employee data, HRM processes, or online attendance. However, the ability of an HRM mobile application to succeed depends on the usability factor or ease of use by users.  Talenta is one of Mekari's business platforms that provides a complete solution for all Human Resources (HR) and payroll management issues. Talenta is an application that will be used for Usability Testing using Cognitive Walkthrough. The initial stage in starting Usability Testing on the mobile-based Talenta application with the Cognitive Walkthrough method begins with conducting a literature study, learning the system or application, then making scenario questions based on the system. Then, respondents will be asked to complete the scenario questions. The scenario data collected includes; data on success in completing the scenario, data on errors in completing the scenario, and data on the time required to complete the scenario. Finally, the interview stage will be continued with the respondents on the scenarios that have been carried out. The scenario and interview data will be analyzed to calculate the effectiveness and efficiency aspects of the Talenta application. After the analysis stage, users will be given a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to be answered using Google Form using a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed using SUS calculations, and then suggestions and conclusions will be given in the aspect of user learning ability. After usability testing of Talenta mobile application using Cognitive Walkthrough and SUS methods, the following results were obtained: 78% effectiveness; 0.10 seconds efficiency; and 67 learning ability level. Talenta has met the usability criteria for mobile applications in general, including effectiveness and efficiency in using the ISO 9241-11 model. However, there are still shortcomings in the user learnability level. To improve the usability of this application, it is recommended to change the layout, menu, add features, as well as clarify some display features.

The city of Tanjungpinang has successfully reduced the prevalence of stunting consistently from 2021 to 2023, from 18,8% in 2021 to 15,7% in 2022, and to 15,2% in 2023 compared to six other regencies/cities in the Riau Islands Province. This research aims to identify the strategies used by the DKP2KB of Tanjungpinang City in efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting from 2021 to 2023. Using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, there were nineteen informants, and data collection techniques included interviews and documentation. This research uses the strategy theory from Geoff Max Mulgan, which includes purposes, environments, directions, actions, and learning. The findings obtained are, (1) Purposes: in terms of output to achieve the national target of 14% with a performance target of 3.48% from 2021-2023 and outcomes in the form of improving the quality of human resources and the quality of life of the community. (2) Environments: still facing pollution constraints, suboptimal parenting patterns, and difficult economic conditions for the community. (3) Directions: includes commands in regulations, coordination through forums, building motivation, and effective communication. (4) Actions: activities carried out, namely sensitive interventions involving cross-sector, cross-program, and private sectors to facilitate assistance and innovation, while specific interventions involve intervening in public health. (5) Learning: all activities have been carried out well, as evidenced by the national survey results showing a decrease in stunting prevalence, although the target of 14% has not yet been reached, and the stunting program performance targets have been successfully achieved. However, the overall effectiveness of the program heavily depends on active community participation. Therefore, to address this, the researchers suggest that the government encourage knowledge, awareness, and participation from the community.

TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Bengkulu is an early childhood education institution that still manages administrative and academic processes manually, such as recording student data, admitting new learners, and assessing learning outcomes. This has the potential to cause recording errors, data loss, and delays in information processing. This research aims to design a web-based school information system that can help manage school data and information in a computerized manner. The system includes student management, payment, assessment, and school profile modules. The methods used in designing this system include observation, interview, and literature study. System requirements analysis was conducted to identify the needs of users, both school managers and the community. The system was developed using Codeigniter 3 framework and MySQL database. It is expected that this system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management and accelerate the delivery of real-time information.

This study aims to optimize the implementation of the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm for medical image classification by focusing on selecting the optimal KKK parameter and applying dimensionality reduction techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency. The data used was sourced from public medical image repositories such as The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) and Medical Image Analysis datasets, covering various diseases, including brain tumors, lung cancer, and kidney lesions. The research process involves data collection, data preprocessing, dimensionality reduction using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), applying the K-NN algorithm with Euclidean, Minkowski, and Cosine distance metrics, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Experimental results demonstrate that K=5with the Euclidean distance metric provides the best performance, achieving an accuracy of 90%. Additionally, PCA effectively reduces computational time by 30% without significantly compromising accuracy. This study proves that K-NN is an effective method for medical image classification. However, further research is needed to integrate K-NN with deep learning models to enhance performance and feature extraction capabilities.

This study aims to explore the effect of watching English movies on improving students' speaking skills. Using the literature review method, this research analyzes previous studies that discuss the relationship between exposure to English-language films and the development of speaking skills. The results showed that watching English movies contributed to the improvement of vocabulary, contextual understanding, as well as confidence in speaking. In addition, the use of subtitles and movie-based learning techniques such as shadowing proved effective in improving speaking fluency and intonation. The study also revealed that active engagement in movie-based discussions can accelerate language acquisition and increase students' learning motivation. Thus, the integration of English movies in the language learning curriculum is recommended to enrich conventional teaching methods. In conclusion, watching English movies is an effective strategy in improving speaking skills, especially when combined with appropriate pedagogical approaches.

The goal of this study is to analyze the readiness of teachers in the application of the Independent Curriculum in art learning and obstacles in art learning at SMP Negeri 21 Padang. Qualitative research using a descriptive approach is the methodology employed. The informant in this study is the Deputy Head of Curriculum and a cultural arts teacher in the field of fine arts class VIII in preparing for the implementation of the independent curriculum. This study collects data through documentation, interviews, and observation. Based on data processing, it was found that the readiness of teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum in art learning at SMP Negeri 21 Padang has been carried out well. cultural arts teachers only refer to the Teaching Module and the teaching method activities still use the old method, but in the learning system it has been applied based on the independent curriculum structure. There are various difficulties that stem from the quality of cultural arts teachers who teach, inadequate facilities and infrastructure for art exhibition activities.
