The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the dualism of GPKB synod leadership on the ministry of pastors in District V Humbang. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique for this research is using semi-structured interviews and documentation in the form of images. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the impact of dualism in leadership on the ministry of pastors in Humbang V District causes emotional pain or disappointment and makes it difficult to reach a point of peace between pastors. The dualism of leadership experienced by pastors and congregations is a bad influence on both pastors' services, where daily needs or salaries are unable to cover life's necessities, but this is triggered by commotion or misunderstanding between pastors which burdens the congregation and pastors. The impact of dual leadership in GPKB in Humbang District V includes sirang paradatan, moving churches, building new churches and so on. The impact of this dualism in leadership becomes an obstacle to the pastor's ministry because of disappointment in the hearts of the congregation. This problem has become an obstacle in the ministry of pastors in the V Humbang district, healing the emotional wounds of the congregation and the disappointment of the congregation, even though the pastor's salary or daily needs are not necessarily met, the pastor's loyalty to continuing to serve at GPKB never gives up because the spirit of service within the pastor is more important than status because what they do is shepherd, not be the government over the life of the congregation.

The impact of climate change increases public awareness and encourages various parties to realize the importance of sustainability in business and building activities. Companies with a sustainable economy are considered better in the eyes of the public and investors. The sustainability report contains information about the company's social, economic, and environmental performance. Information transparency allows investors to better assess investments that will affect stock prices. Ohlson's (1995) model is used in this study, which is based on Bowerman & Sharma's (2016) research. The three disclosures in the sustainability report together influence the company's stock price, however, if analyzed from every aspect of the disclosure, only social performance has a significant negative influence on the stock price. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study were accepted, and the third hypothesis was rejected. The disclosure of economic and environmental performance and sustainability reports affects the share prices of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The company is expected to improve the information disclosed and its quality in the sustainability report. This is so that investors and potential investors can make a more in-depth assessment of the performance and sustainability of a company. Investors should consider more information outside of finance to assess the sustainability of the company in the long term so that the decisions taken will be wiser.

The era of globalization is slowly eroding the characters of young people. For this reason, character education is needed. A management is needed so that good and structured character education can occur. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method.  The object of research is the students and alumni of MA NU I'anatuth-Thullab Mutih Kulon to explain the benefits of planting character education with local religious content. Local content that is applied is by studying books so that it is useful as a provision for children's knowledge about religious teachings. In addition, in establishing relationships with parents, teachers, and friends, they can behave with morality. The author hopes that this article can be used as a source of information or reference for all of us so that we can properly implement character education by balancing religion

Preventing criminal acts of money politics in general elections is an important effort to maintain election integrity and the sustainability of democracy. The practice of money politics can threaten democratic principles, such as justice, participation and accountability. To overcome this problem, public education, information campaigns and community involvement play a crucial role in building public awareness of the dangers of money politics. This article discusses several key issues related to money politics, including factors that influence people to become involved in money politics, the negative impact of money politics on the integrity of elections and democracy, as well as effective strategies for building public awareness. Apart from that, this article also highlights the important role of public education, information campaigns and community involvement in preventing money politics in the 2024 elections. Through this collaborative effort, it is hoped that the public can be actively involved in honest, fair and transparent elections and avoid the rise of politics. Money.

This study aims to investigate the effect of digital marketing (X1) and product variety (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) with brand image (Z) as a mediator in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City, namely Bakso President. The population of this study were Instagram and Tiktok followers and the sample of this study were 327 respondents. This research technique uses proportional random sampling. This research analysis uses SEM-PLS. The results of this study highlight the importance of a thoughtful digital marketing strategy and high-quality product variety in building a strong brand image. The findings also underline that a positive brand image has a positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions at Bakso President. The practical implication is that MSMEs can utilize brand image as a strategic asset to improve their competitiveness and business growth.

The aim of this research is to understand the relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. This research was motivated by the low emotional intelligence of students. As a type of research, the author uses correlation research, which is a way to determine the closeness of a relationship between two or more variables which is explained by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient. The population of this research is all students of SMAN 1 Rao Utara, totaling 196 students and a sample of 49 students. The data collection technique for this research is a questionnaire. The results of research condected at SMAN 1 Rao Utara show that there is a relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects of 76.2% 23.8% the influence of other factors, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teachers. Communication and emotional intelligence of students. Emotional intelligence of students majoring in PAI at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. Improving teacher communication, namely the ability to perfect teacher communication skills by making changes suvh as attending seminars, reading lots of magazines, studying independently, researching one’s own potential and abilities, participating in various trainings to develop skills, abilities and attitudes related to a teacher’s career and educating students. For ein and to intelligence, namely by knowing their own emotions, controlling their own emotions, encouranging themselves, knowing other people’s emotions and building good relationships.

Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Ta’aruf is a process of introduction between two individuals aimed at building a more serious relationship within the context of marriage. In modern society, dating is often considered a preliminary step toward marriage; however, from an Islamic perspective, dating can lead to various moral and social problems. This journal aims to explore the relevance of ta’aruf as a more appropriate alternative aligned with Islamic values in avoiding dating. Through theoretical reviews, research methodology, and data analysis, this study seeks to provide effective solutions to the challenges of relationships among Muslim youth. The findings indicate that ta’aruf has a strong foundation in Islamic teachings and offers a safe space for individuals to get to know each other in a shar’i (lawful) manner without violating religious boundaries. This process not only minimizes the potential for moral pitfalls but also fosters a healthier and more purposeful foundation of communication toward a harmonious marriage (sakinah). With the right approach, ta’aruf can serve as a relevant, adaptive model of pre-marital relationships that educates young Muslims to build families based on Islamic values.

Bhineka Tunggal Ika is one of the four pillars of Indonesian nationalism, a reminder that diversity is a source of strength and wealth for the nation, and must be preserved. The values of Bhineka Tunggal Ika are important to maintain social harmony and unity. The purpose of writing this article is to observe the implementation of Bhineka Tunggal Ika values in college schools. The research subjects were students of the Class of 2022 of the PPKn study program at Unipa Surabaya. This research aims to explore and apply the values of Bhineka Tunggal Ika to students as an effort to strengthen harmony and diversity in the college environment. Bhineka Tunggal Ika, which means "Different but still one," is the spirit of diversity that is the foundation for the life of the nation and state in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods to collect data from students who represent diverse cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds. Through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research will identify the perception, understanding, and implementation of Bhineka Tunggal Ika values in students' daily lives. The implementation of the values of diversity is expected to create an inclusive campus environment that respects diversity, as well as make a positive contribution to the character building of students as prospective national leaders with superior personalities.

With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

This study aims to determine and evaluate the government's internal control system and cash expenditure procedures in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City are in accordance with applicable regulations or not. This research was carried out at the Surabaya City Government and People's Welfare Office located in the Genteng Village government building, Genteng District, Surabaya City. The analytical method used in this study is the Descriptive Analysis Method. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Cash Expenditure System and Procedure implemented in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has been running well in accordance with Permendagri Number 13 of 2006 concerning Regional Financial Management Guidelines. The internal control system of cash expenditure in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has also been implemented well but has not been maximally marked by the lack of maximum implementation of policies on human resource development so that employees are still found who lack mastery related to cash expenditures and the constraints of the duties of the finance and accounting department.

This research aims to describe several things, which include procedures for providing Multipurpose financing, problems in providing Multipurpose financing, and solutions to problems that occur in Multipurpose financing (PMG) at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch Office. This research uses a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Katamso Branch Office. Based on the results of the analysis from this research, it can be seen that the procedure for providing Multipurpose Financing to PT. This research is motivated by the importance of paying Land and Building Tax for the development of an area because tax revenue is used as an instrument for increasing welfare and can be used for the development of the country, be it facilities, services or other government efforts. Land and building tax is an important income for each region, therefore each local government has its own way of optimizing local revenue from the land and building tax sector. This research aims to find out how much influence service and income have on compliance. This study uses a quantitative method, with primary and secondary data for the 2021 tax year which will be paid in 2022. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 92 respondents. The analytical method used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that the service variable has no influence on compliance, while the income variable has an influence on compliance.

Data was collected with a compiled questionnaire based on each indicator variable research. Analysis results study show that accessibility, destination image, and emotional energy in individuals direct influential significance towards brand love. The most dominant variable influencing tourist brand love is accessibility compared with destination image and emotional energy in individuals.

With increasingly advanced technological developments, some of these problems can be minimized with the latest technology in the construction sector known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). With BIM, all parties involved in the project (stakeholders) can collaborate from the planning stage before the project is carried out, thereby reducing the potential for errors in development implementation (Mafrul, 2022). The use of BIM can provide the various functions necessary to model the entire life cycle of a building, while also providing a basis for dealing with changes and construction progress in positions and correlations between project teams. Proper implementation of BIM enables increasingly integrated design and construction processes, creating buildings with better quality, more efficient production costs, and shorter project completion times (Khairi et al., 2022b).
