This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. This research analyzes the role of transformational leadership in the development of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Plumbungan Village. Through interviews with organizational leaders, it was revealed that transformational leadership is realized through mutual learning incentives and the placement of members according to their talents. With 40 members divided into 16 men and 24 women, the organization focuses on developing individual potential. Transformational leadership not only motivates members to play an active role in organizational development at the village level, but also involves them in various programs such as cheerful camping, regular jam'iyah, and compensation for orphans. The history of the development of IPNU-IPPNU in Plumbungan Village records the concrete contribution of transformational policies in these activities, creating a positive impact on organizational spirit. The conflict between Israel and Palestine has been a prominent topic of international discourse for several decades. This dispute spans a century, commencing in 1917 and persisting to the present day. This research delves into sentiment analysis of the Indonesian community concerning the Israel-Palestine conflict through the Twitter social media platform, with a specific focus on boycotting Israeli products. Utilizing Orange and Naive Bayes classification, the study analyzes over 300 datasets of tweets acquired through the scraping process. The objective is to comprehend the nuances, trends, and variations in sentiment among Twitter users regarding the issue of boycotting Israeli products. The results reveal that the majority of the population tends to support the boycott, with a Naive Bayes classification accuracy of 95%, Precission of 96%, Recall of 95%, and F1 Score of 95%. The data preprocessing process, encompassing transformation, tokenization, and filtering, effectively eliminates noise and prepares the data for a more in-depth sentiment analysis.

Smart City has become an important goal in urban development throughout the world, including in Tanjungpinang City. The government has a crucial role in realizing this Smart City vision. This research aims to understand the role of the government in achieving transformation towards a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City, as well as its impact on public services and the quality of life of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection methods. The research results show that the Tanjungpinang City government has played an important role in realizing a Smart City through various initiatives, such as the use of information technology, more efficient public services, better data management, and development of supporting infrastructure. The impact of this government effort is to increase accessibility, security and quality of life for the community. However, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome, including the public's lack of understanding about Smart Cities, the sustainability of Smart City projects, and the protection of personal data. Therefore, the government needs to continue to act as a facilitator, service provider and regulator to ensure that the transformation towards a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City runs well. This research provides insight into the government's role in realizing a Smart City in Tanjungpinang City, as well as the challenges that must be faced.
