This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the influence of compensation, work environment and employee competency on employee performance at UD. Berkah Andita Mandiri Group. The variables in this research are Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2), Employee Competency (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. This research has a population of 84 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents. The techniques for normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, linearity testing, multicollinearity testing and hypothesis testing are expected to be able to answer the four problem formulations in this research. The analysis was carried out using SPSS for Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that: Compensation (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Work Environment (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Competency (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at UD. Berkah Andita Mandiri Group; Compensation, work environment and competency simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and Competency simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at UD Berkah Andita Mandiri Group.

His research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar. The sample in this study was all employees of the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBAP), totaling 83 employees. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and R determinant tests. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the Training variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the positive influence of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) which can be shown through the results of the hypothesis test (t test) where the calculated t result is greater than the t table. Based on this description, it can be concluded that training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar.

This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and promotions simultaneously on the interest in visiting the ASB Rajapolah Swimming Pool. Partial influence of facilities and promotions on interest in visiting the ASB Rajapolah Swimming Pool. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 people as ASB Rajapolah Swimming Pool respondents based on 100 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The test results show that facilities and promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on visiting. Partially, the facility variable has a significant effect on the intention to visit, as well as the promotion variable, which partially has a significant effect on the intention to visit.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of brand identity on brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. (2) brand awareness of the brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using literature, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study was 100 customers of Bank Muamalat, Kolaka Branch. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between constructs of brand identity variables on brand trust in Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. The second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the construct variable brand awareness on brand trust of Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch.

This study aims to examine the influence the application of regional financial system, the quality of human resources, and the application of internal control system to the quality of local government financial reports. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The theory used in this study is the stewardship theory. The sampling method in this tudy was the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is the staff/employees BPPKAD Gresik were 46 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 Program. The result of this study indicate that the influence the application of regional financial system has a significant influence and the quality of local government financial reportsand  the quality of human resources, application of internal control system partially does not have a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of soft skills on the performance of PT. Ziola Kolaka's mobile phone sales. (2) The Influence of Incentives on PT. Ziola Kolaka's cellphone sales performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using documentation and distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all mobile phone sales who work at PT. Ziola Kolaka. While the sample of this study amounted to 30 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that soft skills have a positive and significant influence on mobile phone sales performance. and incentives also have a positive and significant effect on mobile phone sales performance.

This study aims to find out: (1)Effect Of Emotional Intelligence on Organisational Culture On The Nurse Nurse Performance(Study on Emergency on nurse performance (Study on emergency room and Intensive Care nurse of Benyamin Guluh hospital/kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). (2) Effect of Organizational Culture on Nurse Performance (Study on Emergency room and  Intensive Care Unit nurses of Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods.Data collection in this study through observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population of this study ware all emergency room and intensive care unit nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD. While the sampel of this study amounted to 30 nurses with the determination of the sample using purpositive sampling with hair formula. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.005.And the Organizational Culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.037.

Banking, which acts as a financial middleman, is crucial to a country's economy. One definition of a bank is an entity whose primary business is to accept deposits from the general public and then make loans, savings accounts, and other financial products and services available to residents of the community in order to raise everyone's quality of living. People's credit banks (BPR) in Indonesia are financial institutions that conduct their operations in accordance with traditional banking practices and/or sharia law. This research set out to quantify the impact of external funding and risk management on the bottom lines of Indonesia's islamic rural banks. From the total sample size of 164 businesses, 46 were selected at random as representative of the banking sector. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 29) was used for all statistical analyses and data processing. Findings from the study include: (1) the insignificant impact of third-party funds on BPRS performance; (2) the insignificant negative impact of non-performing financing on BPRS performance; (3) the insignificant impact of the financing-to-deposit ratio on BPRS performance; and (4) the significant negative impact of operational costs on BPRS performance.

This research aims to examine compensation, work disclipine, its influence on work productivity, and to examine the influence of compensation, work disclipine, simultaneously on work productivity. The population in this study were employees at CV. Jaya Wangi Mojokerto. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and a sample of 150 employees was obtained. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferental statistics using IBM SPSS as a testing tool. The research results show that compensation does not have a positive effect on work productivity, work discipline has a positive effect on work productivity. The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

The development of the potential of MSMEs in Indonesia cannot be separated from banking support in distributing financing to MSME players. The role of BPR in developing community businesses, especially MSMEs, is to participate in providing financing to the community to develop their businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing micro credit on the development of MSME customers of BPR TLM Kas Naikoten and to determine the difference in customer income before and after receiving credit. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The sample used was BPR TLM Kas Naikoten Micro Credit Customers from 2021 to 2022, totaling 79 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and comparison tests, with the help of SPSS version 24. The results of the research conducted show that the provision of microcredit has a significant effect on the development of MSME customers of PT. BPR TLM Cash Naikoten. The development of the Customer's business occurs in increasing business capital, increasing sales turnover, increasing income, expanding the business and increasing the workforce. And there is a significant difference in the income level of PT customers. BPR TLM Kas Naikoten before and after receiving microcredit. The average income of customers after receiving BPR TLM Kas Naikoten micro credit has increased, where the average income before receiving micro credit is IDR 2,912,063.29 and after receiving micro credit is IDR 3,589,506.33.

The purpose of this Study was to determine: (1)Ritualistic influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka).(2)Consequential influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka). This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model using a  questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all female students at the University of nineteen November Kolaka with a total sample of 110 respondents using purposive sampling.Testing research instrumentusing validity and reability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analisis technique used in this research is Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) bades on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS  4.0. The results of this study indicate that the ritualistic variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavioras indicated by a P-Value of 0.000 and the Consequential variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior as indicated by a P-Value of 0.000

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Kab. South Buton. (2) The Effect of Work Involvement on Employee Performance at the Kab. South Buton. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees at the South Buton District Transportation Service Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 68 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the t- statistic value of 4.381 with a P- Value of 0,000. While the variable Work Involvement has a positive and significant effect on performance as shown by the t- statistic value of 4.369 with a P- Value of 0.000.

The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous significant influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Salary has a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya, while Incentives also have a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the same division. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal associative analysis approach. The research sample consists of 39 employees of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in the division. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis conducted using SPSS 25.0. The research results indicate that Salary has a classification of Very Strong, Incentives have a classification of Very Strong, while Employee Work Productivity also has a Very Strong classification. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya and offer recommendations to the management for enhancing employee performance and productivity.

This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to find out: analyze whether there is an influence of group guidance services using role playing techniques on students' lack of self-confidence in class XI IPS 1 SMA Dharma Patra P. Berandan. The subjects of this research were 32 students of class XI IPS 1 Dharma Patra P. Berandan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data for this research was taken using a self-confidence questionnaire with 30 valid and realistic questions, then the data was analyzed using the SPSS test. Pre-test data to overcome feelings of lack of self-confidence obtained an average score of 2.045. Meanwhile, post test data on self-confidence obtained an average score of 3.875. This means that the average score of students after receiving group guidance services using role playing techniques is higher than before receiving group guidance services using role playing techniques. From data analysis it is obtained that Fcount = 15 with a = 0.05 while Ftable = 4. From these data it can be seen that Fcount > Ftable where 15>4. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. Group guidance services using role playing techniques contributed 33.4% to increasing self-confidence for class XI IPS 1 Dharma Patra P. Berandan students. This shows that there is an influence of providing group guidance services using role playing techniques to overcome the lack of self-confidence of class XI IPS 1 Dharma Patra P. Berandan students or the hypothesis can be accepted.

Jakarta Laras Citra Tangerang Selatan is a company engaged in the field of accounting services and oversees non-formal Japanese-language educational institutions. Quantitative approach method. The population of 40 people is determined by a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate incentives (X1) and work environment (X2) have an effect on employee performance at PT. Jakarta Laras Citra South Tangerang, incentives (X1) are proven from the value of t count > t table (2.653 > 2.026) probability 0.012. The work environment (X2) is proven by the value of t count > t table (2.489 > 2.026) probability 0.017. Simultaneously the two variables affect employee performance, as evidenced by the F test obtained F count > F table (21.061 > 3.24) probability 0.000.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work.

Civil Servants (PNS) are elements of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the implementation of state, government and development tasks. Meanwhile, Honorary Personnel has lively developed into a new paradigm in the agency environment in addition to other honorary personnel after Civil Servants even though basically the work done is almost the same as Civil Servants in general, the only difference is that Non-Civil Servants (honorary) employees rarely occupy important structural positions in the agency. Because they only help those who are assigned directly by the superiors and heads of sections of an agency. So that both civil servants and non-civil servants in the XXX City Education Office must have quality performance that is able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the duties assigned.  The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, whether there are differences in performance between civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, and what factors affect the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office. The research method used is quantitative method and the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study were civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, namely 42 civil servants and 42 non-civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study uses Satistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with T-Test analysis.
