The adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as a crucial strategy for medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to streamline back-office operations, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs. RPA involves the use of software robots to automate repetitive, rule-based administrative tasks, allowing employees to focus on more complex, value-added activities. This study explores the implementation of RPA in medium enterprises, focusing on its impact on cost efficiency, administrative workload reduction, and operational performance. The research uses a case study approach, analyzing medium enterprises that have adopted RPA to assess the effectiveness of automation in improving business processes. Data collection methods include interviews, surveys, and company reports to evaluate how RPA affects workload, accuracy, and cost savings. The findings indicate that RPA significantly reduces manual administrative tasks, leading to faster processing times, lower error rates, and substantial cost savings. Employees in enterprises that adopted RPA reported increased job satisfaction due to the reduction of monotonous tasks and the opportunity to engage in more strategic work. However, challenges such as employee resistance, data security concerns, and system integration complexities were also identified. The study compares RPA’s impact with traditional manual processes, highlighting improvements in speed, accuracy, and overall cost efficiency. Additionally, the study compares RPA adoption across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and service, revealing sector-specific challenges and successes. The paper concludes by emphasizing the practical implications for SMEs, suggesting that RPA can optimize business operations and urging further research on its long-term effects on employee roles and organizational culture.

This research explores the integration of Islamic values into sustainable entrepreneurship, focusing on Muslim entrepreneurs who incorporate green innovation practices in their businesses. Despite growing awareness of sustainability, many Muslim entrepreneurs face challenges in aligning Islamic ethical principles with modern green business practices. This study aims to identify key Islamic values that guide sustainable entrepreneurship and analyze how faith-based motivations foster a culture of eco-conscious innovation. A qualitative descriptive research design, using a phenomenological approach, was employed to explore the experiences of Muslim entrepreneurs in environmentally sustainable sectors, including organic farming, renewable energy, and eco-friendly product manufacturing. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, and thematic analysis was used to identify patterns of Islamic ethical influence on decision-making and innovation practices. The study found that Islamic entrepreneurship is rooted in values such as justice, stewardship, and social responsibility, which guide environmentally responsible innovation. These values encourage long-term sustainability, with a focus on community welfare and ecological preservation. The study also identified that Muslim entrepreneurs face barriers such as limited access to Sharia-compliant financing and financial literacy. The conclusions suggest promoting Sharia-based sustainable business frameworks, developing Islamic green financing instruments, and incorporating environmental education within Islamic entrepreneurship programs to foster more eco-conscious innovations. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs looking to integrate Islamic principles with sustainable development.

This study explores the influence of Islamic environmental ethics on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and business decision-making, emphasizing how faith-based ethical frameworks guide sustainable practices in contemporary corporate environments. Grounded in the principles of stewardship (khalifah), justice (adl), and collective welfare (maslahah), Islamic ethics provide a holistic model for aligning profitability with moral and environmental responsibility. Using a mixed-method approach that combines survey research and content analysis, data were collected from 50 Shariah-compliant and ethically oriented companies across multiple industries. The survey measured the integration of ethical values into CSR initiatives, while content analysis of corporate reports evaluated transparency, environmental commitment, and ethical disclosures. The findings reveal that organizations adhering to Islamic ethical principles exhibit stronger environmental accountability, higher ethical compliance, and more sustainable long-term strategies compared to secular firms. These companies perceive environmental responsibility as a moral obligation rather than a regulatory requirement, integrating ethical governance into daily operations and strategic planning. The results also highlight that employee engagement and stakeholder trust improve significantly when CSR activities are guided by Islamic values. Furthermore, case studies of Islamic banks and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Muslim-majority regions demonstrate practical applications of these principles, including the use of zakat and waqf funds for environmental initiatives and community development programs. The study concludes that embedding Islamic ethics into business operations fosters a balance between economic growth, social welfare, and environmental stewardship. It also provides a pathway for strengthening corporate integrity and long-term competitiveness. Future research is recommended to examine the applicability of Islamic ethical principles across different industries and explore their intersection with emerging areas such as green innovation, artificial intelligence governance, and digital finance. Overall, this research underscores the potential of Islamic ethics as a foundation for sustainable business models that harmonize spiritual and economic objectives.

As environmental challenges continue to intensify globally, there is an increasing need for educational systems to foster ecological awareness and sustainable living practices. This paper explores the integration of ecospirituality within religious education, combining deep ecology and faith-based pedagogy to promote environmental consciousness among students. Ecospirituality, a concept that merges ecological awareness with spiritual beliefs, provides a holistic framework that not only encourages ecological stewardship but also aligns these practices with religious values. The paper examines key principles of deep ecology, such as the interconnectedness of all life, biospherical egalitarianism, and anti-consumerism, and explores their application in educational contexts. It also delves into how religious education has historically approached environmental issues, particularly through faith-based pedagogies that emphasize moral responsibility for creation. Using a qualitative research approach, the study conducts content analysis of religious curricula, interviews with educators, and textual examination of religious literature to uncover ecological principles within religious teachings. The findings suggest that the integration of ecological themes into religious education enhances students' understanding of environmental ethics and strengthens their connection to nature. Despite challenges such as resistance to curriculum changes, variations in theological interpretations, and the need for teacher training, the study highlights innovative solutions, including professional development and curriculum adaptation. The comparison with secular environmental education models shows that ecospirituality offers a unique approach by embedding sustainability within spiritual practices. The paper concludes by recommending further research and curriculum development to ensure that ecospirituality can play a central role in shaping a sustainable future through education.

This study proposes an integrative framework for climate justice that combines moral theology, ethical philosophy, and religious pedagogy to encourage active participation in eco-ethical actions. The framework addresses the growing need for religious communities to engage in environmental stewardship by merging traditional religious teachings with contemporary environmental ethics. The research emphasizes the importance of eco-ethical education within religious settings, which fosters a deep sense of moral responsibility toward environmental care. Data for the study was gathered through field observations and interviews with religious educators and environmental activists, aiming to understand current educational practices and to explore opportunities for integrating climate justice into religious curricula. The study found that, while there are challenges such as curriculum limitations, ideological resistance, and insufficient understanding of climate justice, the proposed framework offers a powerful tool for religious institutions to foster environmentally responsible and ethically committed individuals. It also highlights the potential for collaboration between religious organizations and environmental groups to further promote climate justice. The study concludes that religious education has a unique role in shaping individuals' attitudes towards environmental issues, offering a distinct advantage over secular approaches by embedding moral responsibility into faith-based practices. Further research is recommended to explore the integration of climate justice in religious education and its impact on community behavior and sustainability.

The prevalence of stunting in toddlers remains a significant global health concern, particularly in developing countries. This literature review aimed to examine the effectiveness of self-care practices in families with stunted toddlers and identify successful intervention strategies. A systematic search was conducted across three major databases: PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, yielding 48 articles, of which 15 met the inclusion criteria. The review revealed that successful interventions typically incorporated comprehensive educational programs, strong community health worker engagement, robust family support systems, and integration with existing healthcare infrastructure. Key findings highlighted the importance of cultural adaptation, family empowerment, and community involvement in stunting prevention programs. Implementation barriers included resource limitations, cultural beliefs, knowledge gaps, and healthcare access challenges. The studies, particularly from Indonesian contexts, demonstrated that culturally adapted, family-centered interventions yielded significant improvements in child growth outcomes and family self-care practices. However, limitations in study duration and scope suggest the need for more long-term research to evaluate intervention sustainability. This review provides valuable insights for healthcare providers and policymakers in developing effective stunting prevention strategies.

This research paper presents preliminary observations on the role of Mosque Istiqlal in Osaka, Japan, in facilitating Islamic religious practices for the Indonesian migrant worker society. As globalization has led to increased migration flows, many Indonesian workers have moved to Japan in search of better economic opportunities. However, living in a non-Muslim majority country presents challenges for practicing their faith.               The study aims to investigate how Mosque Istiqlal serves as a religious and social hub for the Indonesian migrant worker community in Osaka. Through qualitative research methods including interviews, participant observations, and document analysis, this research explores the various functions of the mosque in supporting the religious needs and social integration of Indonesian migrants.The findings reveal that Mosque Istiqlal plays a crucial role in providing a space for collective worship, religious education, cultural events, and social support for the Indonesian migrant worker society. The mosque serves as a center for fostering a sense of community, preserving cultural identity, and offering a familiar environment for religious practices in a foreign land.Through this preliminary study, we highlight the significance of religious institutions like Mosque Istiqlal in supporting the well-being and integration of migrant communities in host countries. The research underscores the importance of further exploration into the role of religious institutions in facilitating the religious and social needs of migrant populations, contributing to a better understanding of the intersection between religion, migration, and community building.

The application "Android-Based World State Flag Recognition" aims to provide users with information about the flags of countries around the world. The app is designed with a great interface and uses image recognition technology to identify flags. Users can explore flags, get brief historical information, and improve their knowledge of the visual aspects of the country's identity. The app uses up-to-date online resources to ensure the accuracy and relevance of flag information. The search feature allows users to quickly find the flag of a particular country. In addition, the app provides an exam mode to test the user's knowledge with a short quiz about flags. With the integration of Android technology, users can access this application easily on various mobile devices. The main goal is to provide an interactive and fun learning experience around the visual identity of the countries of the world.

One of the causes of low student learning outcomes is the use of learning models that are monotonous and tend to be boring, so innovation in learning is needed. The integration of technology into the education and learning process reflects an innovative effort. One model that can make it easier for students to understand and can support technological developments is the blended learning model. Quipper School is an online learning platform that can be used in the blended learning model. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the blended learning model using Quipper School on the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI MA Nurul Jadid students. This research is quantitative research with a quasi experimental type. The subjects in this research were class XI MIPA 2, totaling 23 people as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 4, totaling 23 people as the control class. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U Test, it was found that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, meaning that  is rejected and  is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the blended learning model using Quipper School on the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI MA Nurul Jadid students.

The development of quantum computing presents new challenges to the security of data stored and processed by today's computer systems. Quantum computers have the ability to perform calculations at very high speeds, which could threaten the security of currently used encryption algorithms. Therefore, steps are needed to design and implement an operating system that is able to protect data from quantum computing threats. Ubuntu Linux version 22.04, as one of the leading open source Linux distributions, offers high-level security features. To face the era of quantum computing, it is necessary to carry out special development and implementation of this operating system. This research aims to improve the security of the Ubuntu Linux operating system version 22.04 so that it can withstand quantum computing attacks by designing and implementing a quantum-resistant cryptography protocol and testing the security and performance of the resulting system. This research method uses a qualitative approach and research and development (R&D) with literature studies. The research results show that the integration between Liboqs and OpenSSL on Linux Ubuntu 22.04 successfully implements a cryptographic algorithm that is resistant to quantum computing. Although there is a slight performance increase due to the additional overhead of the quantum algorithm, the security of the system in protecting data from quantum computing attacks is proven to be well maintained.    

This research aims to analyse the impact of modifications to the education system at Vocational School Darussalam Banyuwangi through empowering digital media and information skills in the Merdeka Curriculum. The main aim of this research is to analyse how digital media integration affects teaching methods, curriculum, and educational outcomes, as well as assess students' readiness to face future challenges. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and students, classroom observations to observe the implementation of digital media in the learning process, and analysis of curriculum documents and teaching materials. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques to identify main patterns and themes from interviews, observations, and documents. The research results show that integrating digital media into the Merdeka Curriculum has improved teaching methods by increasing interactivity and student involvement. In addition, empowering information skills helps students manage and utilize information sources effectively. Although there are challenges to implementation, such as the need for additional training for teachers and technical issues, this research identifies strategies that can overcome these obstacles and increase the effectiveness of the curriculum. This research provides valuable insight into the adaptation of the education system in the digital era and offers recommendations for improving the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in secondary schools.

The use of these devices is essential in facilitating various tasks, especially digital ordering and transactions. This integration provides better transaction protection, more effective usage, and benefits and convenience. Cloud computing makes it easy and efficient to integrate digital ordering applications into payment systems. Observations show that these integrations provide user convenience and purchase trends, assist marketing strategies, and generate more accurate business decisions. If carefully developed and implemented, this integration has great potential to change the way business is done in the digital age.

They are essential for optimizing energy efficiency and enhancing security, particularly in the realm of mobile banking. This paper explores the critical role of mobile OS in supporting sustainable economic growth through efficient energy use and robust security measures in mobile banking transactions. The focus is on how these OS advancements contribute to a secure and environmentally responsible digital economy. Key aspects covered include energy optimization strategies, security enhancements such as data encryption and multi-factor authentication, and the integration of these technologies into mobile banking applications. By addressing these challenges, mobile OS not only ensures sustainable economic development but also fosters financial inclusivity and security in an increasingly digital world.    

The goal of improving the compatibility of the Windows operating system with various devices is to ensure that Windows runs well on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Technical developments such as system modularization, performance optimization, and better driver integration are part of this effort. To expand the range of devices, Microsoft supports ARM architecture in addition to x86 architecture. Additionally, support for IoT technology, biometric sensors and touch screens has been improved. Maintaining a consistent user experience and expanding the ecosystem of Windows-compatible devices is the goal of this effort.

This research investigates ship maintenance management practices among senior students in shipping engineering during their internships at a vocational school in Jakarta. The study explores the challenges faced, strategies employed, and lessons learned in managing maintenance tasks onboard ships. Seven participants were interviewed, highlighting technical malfunctions, resource limitations, time constraints, environmental factors, and communication barriers as primary challenges. Participants utilized preventive maintenance, cross-training, task prioritization, collaborative problem-solving, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. Lessons underscored the importance of preparation, teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and communication skills in navigating maritime maintenance complexities. The findings emphasize the role of proactive maintenance strategies and technological integration in optimizing sustainability and operational reliability within the maritime industry. Integrating practical training into educational curricula and embracing digital innovations are recommended for preparing future professionals. Future research could explore larger sample sizes and quantitative methodologies to validate findings and quantify the impact of maintenance practices. This study contributes to enhancing vocational education in maritime sciences and informs industry practices for advancing ship maintenance management globally.

This research aims to develop a comprehensive sales invoice information system at the Sari Agung Semarang store to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales process. The system is designed to simplify invoicing, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide complete sales reporting capabilities. This research involved analysis of current sales processes, system design with a user-friendly interface, and integration with existing accounting and inventory management software. Implementation of this system is expected to increase customer satisfaction, reduce the risk of errors, and provide valuable insights to support better decision making.

This research discusses the importance of building an entrepreneurial spirit among teenagers, especially by utilizing Rumah Honai creations as an innovative means. Entrepreneurship is seen as a key skill for the younger generation in facing future challenges and contributing to economic growth. Asset-Based Community Development Method (ABCD) is used to identify and utilize community potential and assets in developing empowerment programs. The discussion focuses on two main aspects: building an entrepreneurial spirit and combining innovation, culture and entrepreneurship through Rumah Honai. The development of an entrepreneurial spirit is emphasized as a continuous process that requires commitment, continuous learning and the ability to adapt. The Honai House, as a symbol of Papuan cultural heritage, was introduced as a creative tool to instill entrepreneurial values ​​such as creativity, risk taking and problem solving. This research shows that involving teenagers in the creation of Honai Houses can develop practical business skills, increase cultural awareness, and promote social responsibility. This approach not only builds a strong entrepreneurial foundation but also promotes cultural heritage preservation and sustainable social development. In conclusion, the integration of entrepreneurship with cultural elements such as Rumah Honai offers a holistic approach in preparing the younger generation to face future challenges, while maintaining their cultural identity.

The purpose of this writing is to find out the integration of character education into the Islamic education curriculum and learning strategies. This study examines the influence of monetary policy, particularly interest rates, on economic stability in the TIMI countries (Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia). It underscores the vital role of interest rates in controlling inflation and stimulating economic growth. Utilizing a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, the research analyzes the reciprocal relationships between crucial economic indicators such as GDP, CPI, exchange rates, consumption, interest rates, and trade balances from 2008 to 2022. For instance, adjustments in interest rates can influence investment levels, consumption patterns, and inflation rates, thereby affecting overall economic activity. The Granger causality tests indicate that short-term relationships between these variables are insignificant, but long-term interactions are evident. This supports the Johansen cointegration results, which confirm two cointegrated equations at the 5% significance level. The study emphasizes maintaining interest rate stability for sustainable economic growth and price stability. It highlights that fluctuations in interest rates, influenced by global economic conditions and domestic economic policies, play a crucial role in the economic performance of TIMI countries. Recommendations for central banCM include implementing responsive and adaptive interest rate policies to manage inflation, foster economic growth, and maintain exchange rate stability. This approach is essential for addressing disparities in income, education, healthcare, and technology access, which are critical for equitable economic development. The rapid advancement of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology necessitates robust authentication solutions to ensure security, scalability, and efficiency. This project, titled "Enhancing Security in Industrial IoT: Authentication Solutions Leveraging Blockchain," examines various blockchain-based authentication methods for IIoT and identifies their strengths and weaknesses. Despite the enhanced security and decentralized nature of blockchain, issues such as scalability, high latency, and computational load persist. To address these challenges, we propose the integration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as a supplementary solution. MFA can distribute the authentication load, enhance flexibility and security, and reduce latency by utilizing quick-to-verify factors. Moreover, MFA ensures high availability and scalable storage and processing through cloud services, seamlessly integrating with existing systems to provide a superior user experience. This comprehensive approach not only mitigates the inherent limitations of blockchain technology in IIoT but also reinforces the overall security framework, ensuring resilient and efficient authentication mechanisms. The results demonstrate significant improvements in system performance and user satisfaction, establishing MFA as a viable enhancement to blockchain-based IIoT security solutions.
