Performance assessment is very important for a company when it comes to making decisions. Performance assessment can also affect employee motivation and commitment at work and can affect the criteria for promotion. In general, some companies use a performance assessment system that is subjective and is considered less effective because there is no standard, making employees feel less fair in terms of assessment. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to design an assessment system with the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method because this method is more objective in matters that need to be assessed. It is hoped that this BARS method can assess all employees more objectively and fairly and can affect the motivation of employees to be more active in work.

PT Jadi Kaya Raya Bersama, founded in 2024 in Banyumas, Indonesia, focuses on providing reliable financial recording solutions for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through fintech-based applications. The platform is designed to support transaction recording, financial monitoring, and reporting processes to improve MSME financial management. Despite its significant potential, several technical issues have hindered the application’s performance and service quality. Key problems identified include disruptions in the WhatsApp Bot API, user authentication errors, and the lack of integration with banking systems and digital wallet services. These challenges affect transaction recording accuracy, operational efficiency, and the security of user financial data. To identify the root causes of these issues and propose appropriate solutions, a system audit was conducted using the COBIT framework as a governance and management evaluation tool. The audit process involved assessing system performance, control mechanisms, and IT service management practices. The results indicate that API disruptions were primarily caused by network instability and configuration errors, which led to interruptions in automated transaction recording services. Meanwhile, authentication problems were associated with weak login mechanisms and insufficient identity verification processes. In addition, the application’s inability to integrate with banking and e-money services created limitations in transaction synchronization and reduced overall user convenience. Based on these findings, several strategic recommendations are proposed. These include optimizing API performance, strengthening authentication systems through the implementation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and developing integration capabilities with banking institutions and digital wallet platforms. The implementation of these improvements is expected to enhance system efficiency, data security, and service quality. Ultimately, strengthening the fintech application’s performance will support MSMEs financial management and contribute to sustainable digital economic growth in Indonesia.

Delays in project implementation are caused by a lack of good control so that it affects the cost and completion time. The purpose of the study is to determine or predict how much a project will cost at the time of implementation and to determine the effectiveness of project control using the Earned Value Method. Aspects of project implementation time in weeks 2,4,5,9,11,13,16,17, 18,20,21,24 are slower than the planned schedule, this is indicated from the Schedule Variant (SV) indicator. While the performance of the project implementation time in week 3,6,7,8,10,12,14,15,19,22 is faster than the plan schedule, this is indicated by the Schedule Variant (SV) is positive. While the cost performance aspects of project implementation from week 6,9,11,13,17,19,22,23 incurred costs greater than the plan cost, this is indicated from the Cost Variant (CV) indicator is negative. Whereas in weeks 7,8,10,12,14,15,16,18,20,21, 24 incurred costs less than the plan cost, this is indicated by a positive Cost Variance (CV) indicator. The calculation results obtained from the effectiveness value of 1.603 for controlling the cost and time of the project using the Earned Value Method. In other words, the results of the effectiveness value greater than 1 (one) can be said to control the construction project of the Situbondo Regency bagor bridge very effectively using the Earned Value method.

Bicycles are affordable and healthy, cause zero harm to the environment, require little space on roads and parks, and are not noisy transportation means. However, cyclists face challenges on roads, which may lead to injuries and deaths. For instance, cyclists visibility, speed management, ability to communicate with other road users, backward accidents, and ability to be located in urgent cases. This paper presents performance, tracking, and safety systems from hardware and software point of view. As a result, cyclists monitor their speed to manage; their locations are tracked, and their cycling paths are traced. Also, a rear red light and turn signal LEDs are activated without any physical action from the rider to communicate with other drivers. Moreover, a microwave radar sensor with a range of seven meters is employed to protect the cyclist from backward-approaching vehicles. Finally, three Arduino UNO boards with GPS, GSM modules, MPU-6050, and RCWL-0516 sensors are mounted on a conventional bicycle to provide safer trips.

Government bureaucracy must be managed based on the principles of good and professional governance. Bureaucracy must fully serve the interests of the people and work to provide excellent, transparent, accountable services, and be free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN) practices. This spirit is the basis for the implementation of government bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. Sub-districts as organizations that provide direct services also need to be supported by complete work facilities because these work facilities are supporting factors for the smooth running of tasks carried out, so that work can be done as expected. Changes in regional government laws clearly affect government organizations including Sub-districts The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey method. The research design uses a quantitative method. The aspects studied in this study include variables (X1) namely work facilities, variables (X2) length of service with variables (Y) namely performance. Data collection tools use observation and questionnaires. The conclusion is: 1. Work facilities tend to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work facilities have a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work facilities are high then ASN performance is very high, while the low indicator in the work facility variable is that the work process should be carried out effectively; 2. Work period tends to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work period has a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work period is high then ASN performance is very high, while the low indicator in the work period variable is that interns with a work period of 0-12 months need to improve the quality of their work; and 3. Work facilities and work period tend to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work facilities and work period have a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work facilities and work period are high then ASN performance is very high thus the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Meanwhile, the low indicator in the ASN performance variable is that innovation should be carried out in various work programs.

This study investigates the bond strength of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) bars in concrete at high temperatures. Twenty-four specimens were tested at 600°C to replicate fire conditions and analyze performance consequences in structural applications, with variables such as bar diameter and position within the concrete taken into account. The results show a considerable drop in binding strength, notably in edge-positioned bars with thinner covers, which is related to thermal degradation of the epoxy resin. The stress-slip relationship revealed significant increases in slippage, particularly for bigger diameter bars, as well as the vulnerability of GFRP bars to high temperatures. Failure modes shifted mostly to splitting following exposure, emphasizing the importance of design concerns in fire-prone structures. These findings improve our understanding of GFRP performance in harsh situations, influencing material selection for greater fire resilience.
