This article reviews the differences and relationships between political power and authority from a government system perspective. Political power includes the ability to influence the behavior of others, while political authority relates to the rights or authority granted by law or the constitution. The method used is data collection (library study) with the aim of collecting conceptual information and data from various sources such as journals, books, previous research, as well as various previously published scientific articles. This article reveals how political power and authority have an important interconnected relationship in political decision making. The results provide a deeper understanding of how these two concepts influence the dynamics of government systems.

This research discusses in depth the concept of the state, the goals of the state, and the basic urgency of the state. The concept of the state includes the meaning, constituent elements, and role of the state in people's lives. The goals of the state are explored through various perspectives, ranging from security goals to societal welfare. Next, the basic urgency of the state is outlined by highlighting the importance of a strong philosophical and constitutional foundation in shaping state identity and policies. This study emphasizes that a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, goals and foundations of the state is very important to maintain the stability and progress of a country. Through theoretical analysis and literature review, this research provides critical insights for policy makers and academics in efforts to strengthen the country's foundations.

MGMP serves as a forum within the educational domain that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among educators. This platform affords teachers instructing similar subjects the opportunity to share experiences, teaching strategies, and instructional resources. Through the MGMP, educators can broaden their perspectives, enhance their competencies, and develop new skills to address various challenges encountered in the teaching-learning process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the aim of investigating the impact of MGMP on teacher performance and professionalism. Data collection involves the identification and review of all articles with similar research topics. The articles used in this study comprise 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. Out of the 10 analyzed articles, 9 articles assert that MGMP can enhance teacher performance and professionalism, while 1 article suggests that MGMP has a negative impact on teacher performance and professionalism.

This research aims to explore the impact of social media use on self-confidence related to body image in Generation Z in Cimahi City. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with a number of participants who represent a variety of experiences and perspectives regarding this topic. The research results show that social media has a significant role in shaping individuals' self-perception and body image, both positively and negatively. These findings provide insight into how social media influences young people's self-confidence in the context of their local culture and environment.

This article aims to investigate the influence of CRM on customer satisfaction and company performance to improve business performance. A qualitative approach is used to explore the complex interactions between Customer Relationship Management, customer satisfaction, and company performance from an in-depth perspective. Meanwhile, the literature study method is used to analyze various theories, models and related research findings. This research aims to evaluate the impact of Customer Relationship Management on customer satisfaction and company performance, providing a better understanding of how effective implementation of Customer Relationship Management can strengthen long-term relationships with customers and improve a company's overall business performance.

Polygamy is a topic in the study of Islamic Family Law that continues to attract attention for discussion. This is due to the polemics related to polygamy, both from a theological and anthropological perspective. Starting from such problems, this then led the researchers to analyze the impacts arising from social and economic aspects, how to review Islamic law regarding the practice of polygamy and its implementation in society. The researcher used the library research method, where the researcher collected information by studying theories from various references related to research (qualitative). The type of data that researchers use is secondary data, which is data that comes from document data. Document data defined here is data originating from books, research reports, journals, etc. (qualitative). The research results show that the practice of polygamy according to state law and Islamic law is permitted, provided that they are able to fulfill their rights and obligations, are able to act fairly, and are mentally and financially mature. The practice of polygamy has positive and negative impacts, the negative impact of the practice of polygamy if you are unable to carry it out, which has an impact on the wife, children and husband who carry it out. So researchers hope that practitioners of polygamy will consider various aspects before deciding to practice polygamy in order to maintain harmony in the household.

Fifth grade elementary school teachers are able to determine their students' reading literacy abilities. The aim of the research is to narrate the fifth grade reading literacy skills from the perspective of the fifth grade elementary school teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used was interviews. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive qualitative data analysis to discuss research results and determine conclusions. There were 26 fifth grade students who were the subjects of the research. The research results showed that fifth grade students had good reading literacy skills in understanding various fiction and non-fiction texts, although there were three students with special needs who were still having difficulties. There are 26 out of 26 students who regularly borrow and read various books in the library every Friday. Morning literacy and literacy activities every Friday after gymnastics make students' literacy skills better. There were also 23 out of 26 students who were able to understand the content of reading fairy tales, short stories, explanatory texts, math story problems and thematic lesson material. This research can be applied for consideration by teachers in improving the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students.

The aim of the research is to narrate the fifth grade reading literacy skills from the perspective of the fifth grade elementary school teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used was interviews. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive qualitative data analysis to discuss research results and determine conclusions. There were 26 fifth grade students who were the subjects of the research. The research results showed that fifth grade students had good reading literacy skills in understanding various fiction and non-fiction texts, although there were three students with special needs who were still having difficulties. There are 26 out of 26 students who regularly borrow and read various books in the library every Friday. Morning literacy and literacy activities every Friday after gymnastics make students' literacy skills better. There were also 23 out of 26 students who were able to understand the content of reading fairy tales, short stories, explanatory texts, math story problems and thematic lesson material. This research can be applied for consideration by teachers in improving the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students.

The results of the research obtained showed that the use of euphemisms was used as a support, in 10 news stories found as many as 372 words, namely 161 in Detik.com news, and 211 words in Kompas.com news with their respective uses. The forms of euphemisms used are metaphors, initials, acronyms, uptake, foreign languages, and periphrases. Furthermore, the audience's perspective is determined by the framing made on the news using metaphors, catchphrases, exemplars, depictions, visual images, roots and appeal to principle. In Detik.com news the perspective of the audience is made with Brigadier J as the victim, while in the news Kompas.com the perspective of the audience is directed at Brigadier J as the perpetrator because of the issue of sexual harassment.

Speech delay is a condition of delayed development of speaking abilities in children who are below the normal developmental stage for their age. The phenomenon of speech delay in Indonesian celebrity children is interesting to study from a psycholinguistic perspective. Psycholinguistics is a branch of science that studies the relationship between language and the mental processes involved in language use and provides an in-depth understanding of the causes and treatment of speech delay in celebrity children. This research aims to analyze cases of speech delay in children of Indonesian celebrities in a review of psycholinguistic studies. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data related to speech delay and language disorders in Indonesian celebrity children through YouTube video shows and through article reviews. The results of the analysis show that speech delay in Indonesian celebrity children can be caused by neurological problems, genetic and environmental factors. A psycholinguistic perspective helps understand the mental processes involved in the acquisition and use of language in celebrity children who experience speech delay. Some treatment recommendations that can be given include speech therapy, communication stimulation, as well as family and social environmental support that is conducive to the child's language development.

Talaq is the release of marital ties or the breakdown of marital relations. The Islamic perspective on talaq exists because of the basic instructions for its permissibility in the Koran and hadith, even the ulama agree that Talaq is permissible under certain conditions for a husband who wants to divorce his wife. Talaq is prescribed in Islam but must be done in a certain way and at a certain time, such as divorcing the wife when the wife is pure or when the wife has not been intimate with her before. When divorcing your wifi, you must use regulations that are in accordance with the Talaq criteria. We will write this article to talk about Talaq according to Legal and Social Perspectives in an Islamic context. The purpose of this article is to find out Talaq from a legal and social perspective in an Islamic context and to know the Talaq problem in depth.

This research aims to analyze the marketing aspects of the online rock potato chips shop in Labuhan Village from the perspective of a business feasibility study. This analysis includes market segmentation, target market, marketing strategy, and sales projections. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that the main market segments for rock potato cracker products are local communities and domestic tourists. The target market consists of consumers from various age groups and socio-economic status. The recommended marketing strategy is online marketing, utilizing social media and local promotions. Sales projections in the medium term are quite promising with stable growth. This research contributes to the feasibility study of the rock potato chips business in Labuhan Village and can be used as a basis for making investment decisions and further business development.

The large number of businesses currently developing shows that economic transactions are increasingly developing. People's needs for fashion and clothing have developed very rapidly and have advanced following world fashion trends, so that many people want to follow developments and dress styles according to the latest trends. Currently, fashion products are one of human clothing needs, so many people are interested in the fashion models that people want. Fashion will continue to change from time to time following increasingly advanced and modern developments. Every year, even every generation, has a different fashion character. However, the development of fashion which continues to advance and develop will always be something interesting to watch or follow according to existing trends because through clothes we can find out many things about people's lives at that time. The formulation of the problem in this research is: Does the value of religiosity influence the interest in buying Ladyfame fashion products, Does product knowledge influence the interest in buying Ladyfame fashion products, Does the value of religiosity and product knowledge influence the interest in buying Ladyfame fashion products, and what is the value of religiosity, product knowledge and purchasing interest in an Islamic business perspective. This research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity values, product knowledge on intention to purchase Ladyfame fashion products and from an Islamic business perspective. This study used quantitative methods. The sample size of 100 Ladyfame consumer respondents is determined the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS 23. The tests used in this research are validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests.The results of this study show that the value of religiosity has no significant influence on interest in purchasing Ladyfame fashion products. Product knowledge has a significant influence on interest in purchasing Ladyfame fashion products. And the values ​​of religiosity and product knowledge influence the interest in buying Ladyfame fashion products. Viewed from an Islamic business perspective, the value of religiosity towards buying interest must be in accordance with the values ​​stated in the law of buying and selling which are summarized in the pillars of Bai' As-Salam, namely the existence of sellers and buyers, the existence of goods and money, the existence of sigat (ijab qabul) or contract that has been agreed to by both parties. Meanwhile, product knowledge is also really needed in purchasing activities so that you don't waste your buying interest because Allah really doesn't like people who are wasteful or wasteful. Having Product Knowledge or knowledge about a product means consumers don't spend excessively, because when consumers already know about a product and are interested in buying that product will be more interested in a product that they already know about, so they will be interested in buying a product according to their needs.

This study examines the comparison of inheritance rights of adopted children from the perspective of Islamic law and civil law in Indonesia. The background of the research is the importance of a clear understanding of the legal status of adopted children, given the growing number of couples adopting children because of the inability to have children. The aim of this study is to explain and compare the inheritance rights of adopted children in both legal systems. The method used is normative research with legislative approaches, examining regulations, laws and related regulations. The results of research show that in Islamic law, the adopted child is not entitled to inherit property from the foster parent because there is no national relationship, but can be given property through a will with a maximum of 1/3 of the inheritance. The implications of these findings are the need for harmonization of laws and policies that can provide legal certainty and justice for adopted children in Indonesia, accommodating the differences between the two legal systems.

The issue of drug abuse among adolescents has become a significant concern worldwide. This study aims to explore the application of police psychology theories in understanding and addressing the behavior of drug use among adolescents. Through a comprehensive literature review, various psychological theories and approaches are examined to provide insights into the underlying factors contributing to drug use behavior in adolescents. The study analyzes the role of psychological factors, such as personality traits, emotional and cognitive processes, social influences, and environmental factors, in shaping drug use behavior. Additionally, the study discusses the implications of these theories for law enforcement strategies, prevention programs, and rehabilitation efforts targeting adolescent drug users. By integrating psychological perspectives with policing practices, this research aims to contribute to the development of more effective and evidence-based approaches in combating drug abuse among adolescents.

Both have the same meaning as the constitution because they only contain written rules. The role of the constitution and the 1945 Constitution in the context of the modern era. The constitution is a document that regulates the structure of government, individual rights, and the relationship between the government and the people. The 1945 Constitution as the Indonesian constitution has a long history and has undergone various changes in adapting to current developments. This article will also discuss the implications of the 1945 Constitution in facing modern challenges such as technology, human rights and globalization. Constitutional research methodology involves a multidisciplinary approach that combines legal, historical, and sociopolitical perspectives. This approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of constitutional principles and their implications in modern times. The study of constitutional law often involves analysis of legal texts, historical context, legal interpretation, and social impact to gain a holistic view of constitutional provisions and their application.

This research aims to determine the prevalence of cases of violence against children based on hadith and law no. 35 of 2014. Violence against children is a serious problem that affects children's welfare and development. This article presents an analysis of violence against children based on the hadith perspective and Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. Through a literature review, this article describes the concept of violence against children according to Islamic teachings as well as the legal perspective regulated in Law no. 35 of 2014. Apart from that, this article also discusses the impact of violence on children and prevention efforts that can be taken from both a religious and legal perspective. It is hoped that this article can provide deeper insight into child protection in the context of violence and provide a basis for efforts to overcome violence against children in society.

Children with special needs are one of the most vulnerable groups to experience emotional stress and mental disorders. Therefore, building spiritual resilience becomes extremely important to help them better face life's challenges. This research aims to explore ways to build Christian spiritual resilience in children with special needs from the perspective of disability theology. Disability theology offers a new perspective on disability as part of God's plan and acknowledges the dignity and potential of these children. Through in-depth literature study and theological analysis, this research will identify principles and practices that can help develop strong self-confidence, courage, and meaning in life for children with special needs in the context of the Christian faith. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for educators, counselors, and religious leaders in accompanying children with special needs to grow holistically, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
