In the context of globalization and intense competition, the work environment is the key to organizational success.  Employees, as key assets, must operate in an environment that supports physical and mental well-being.  High target pressure often has a negative impact, making work stress a serious problem.  The stress-free office concept emerged to create a work environment that is conducive to employee well-being, with Ergonomic Interior Design as an important element.  This research uses literature studies to explore the application of Ergonomic Interior Design in supporting worker health and happiness.  The results show that ergonomic design has a significant impact in creating a conducive work environment.  Factors such as lighting, ventilation and efficient workspace layout have been proven to contribute to employee well-being.  Challenges such as costs, awareness, and changes in organizational culture need to be addressed.  This research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of the mechanisms of ergonomic design and its impact on employee well-being.    

Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

Learning organisation strategies or Learning Strategies refer to the ways used by educators or instructors to organise and structure the learning process to be effective and efficient. Where there are 3 indicators, namely modification of time allocation, modification of content or material and modification of the teaching-learning process. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 40 Jakarta opens a pathway for students with special needs or often called people with disabilities. This study aims to describe the modification of time allocation for children with special needs (ABK) in the Merdeka Curriculum of SMPN 40 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Social Studies Learning Strategy for children with special needs is included in the good categorisation with a percentage of data accumulation results of 68%. This means that the modification of time allocation for children with disabilities at SMPN 40 Jakarta has been done well.

This article discusses the implementation of information technology in office administration management in schools. To support the smooth running of the process Learning certainly requires supporting facilities so that all activities are neatly and efficiently organized. Information technology is here to help the school administration process become more effective and efficient. Of course, it is not only the school administration that will be helped, but communication between teachers, staff and students will improve. Information technology in office administration management also certainly helps manage finances and manage school personnel. The purpose of this article is is to review how the administration system is based information technology to streamline the performance of teaching staff and staff in schools. One of the main objectives of economic development in many nations, including Indonesia, is to improve societal welfare. Within this framework, zakat and waqf have great promise as Islamic social financial tools that alleviate poverty and inequality in society. With their solid theological and historical roots in Islamic tradition, zakat and waqf have long been employed to promote social and economic prosperity. Nonetheless, there are a number of obstacles facing the collection and administration of zakat and waqf in Indonesia, including poor public confidence in zakat management organisations and a lack of public awareness of the duties associated with zakat and the advantages of waqf. Using a SWOT analysis, this study intends to examine the roles that zakat and waqf play in enhancing societal wellbeing. The strengths, limitations, possibilities, and dangers encountered in the management of zakat and waqf are identified in this analysis, which also offers strategic recommendations to maximise the potential of zakat and waqf in promoting social and economic development. It is anticipated that the findings of this study will significantly aid in the creation of zakat and waqf management methods and policies that are more effective and efficient.

One of them is the application of an accounting information system to enter, process or report a company's accounting. This application can produce data processing quickly and accurately. This will of course save time and also reduce errors that occur when work is done manually. Like cooperatives, cooperatives must use an accounting information system so that work can be done quickly and accurately. PGRI Kosera's activities in Central Java are in the savings and loans sector. The savings and loan recording process at Kosera PGRI Central Java is not very effective, and because the recording process is repetitive, there is still too much risk of inaccurate and quick misinformation to be reported using Ms. Excel still requires previous data processing from bookkeeping, both deposits, loans and installments, resulting in delays in submitting reports to management. Therefore, in a computerized system that can process membership data, journals, savings transactions, loans and installments, reports made by the Kosera Pgri Cooperative will be valid in programming languages, especially in calculating installment interest costs and financial reports. From the results of the program created, data entry errors and interest calculation errors can be reduced, financial reports can be produced more quickly, and effective and efficient achievements can be achieved.

The increase in Hajj registrants in Indonesia has led to the need for efficient and transparent management of Hajj funds. State regulations and Sharia principles must be adhered to when using Wakalah contracts for efficient management of Hajj funds. The aim of this research is to clarify the legal framework surrounding the Wakalah contract so that its implementation is more effective and optimizes the management of Hajj funds both in the context of sharia and state law. This research uses a normative juridical method, namely data is analyzed and processed systematically, logically and critically, using a normative approach and based on regulations, doctrine, legal principles and other relevant supplementary materials. Based on these findings, data was analyzed and a strong legal framework and sharia principles can maximize benefits for Hajj pilgrims and encourage cost-effective management of funds. Collaboration between Islamic banking institutions and Hajj regulators can also help overcome existing challenges. This research offers a deeper understanding of the benefits of ownership, Wakalah principles, as well as relevant legal and Sharia aspects, thanks to its careful methodological approach. Its unique contribution lies in its focus on beneficial ownership, a comprehensive examination of legal and sharia considerations, and the development of a practical framework for improving Hajj financial management in Indonesia.

To help IT consultants and client organizations in managing and supervising projects more effectively, this author focuses on developing a “Web-Based Collaborative Project Management Information System for Information Technology Project Management”. IT consultants can share data, manage teams, connect with clients, and manage projects, tasks, and milestones with this solution. Business clients have access to IT specialists, can provide project quotes, and can aggregate project status. This study examines the ongoing process of transitioning archive storage systems to digital formats within both governmental and private organizations, with a specific focus on assessing the benefits and drawbacks associated with digital applications. Moreover, this study also compares various aspects of archive management between state and private companies, including archive storage principles, storage systems, equipment and supplies, recording systems, lending systems, maintenance and care, and manual archive evaluation. The study utilized a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. Information was gathered through interviews pertinent to the research objectives. Findings revealed both commonalities and distinctions in the management of archives between public and private enterprises. Both types of companies use digital systems for records management, but there are differences in the applications used. Private companies use an application called Dynamics AX, which has advantages in terms of flexibility and integration with other management systems, but also has disadvantages in terms of high costs and training needs. On the other hand, state companies use the West Java Electronic Document Information System (SIDEBAR), which is more focused on administrative needs and government documentation, and has advantages in terms of accessibility and regulatory compliance, but disadvantages in terms of limited features and technical support. A further comparison shows that record-keeping systems in private companies tend to be more modern with the use of the latest technology, while state companies are more conservative with an emphasis on compliance with government regulations and standards. The equipment and supplies used by private companies are more sophisticated, while state companies prioritize simplicity and cost efficiency. In terms of loan and maintenance systems, private companies have faster and more efficient procedures, while state companies have stricter and more organized procedures. In general, this study finds that the conversion of archives into digital formats brings considerable advantages to both state-owned and private companies, though each faces unique hurdles during the process. Ongoing assessment and adjustments to systems are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of record management across both sectors.    

This research aims to analyze the implementation of business intelligence in refining systems at the online motorcycle taxi company Grab by leveraging competitors' weaknesses. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of business intelligence strategies and implementation at Grab, where data is collected from e-books, online journals, and other internet sources. The findings indicate that Grab utilizes big data and data warehouses to search for and analyze competitor data, resulting in insights that Grab can optimize their operations by analyzing operational data such as driver availability, most efficient travel routes, and wait times. Grab can also identify areas where they can enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, as well as identify areas where they lag behind in competitiveness, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. This research also presents the strategic implications of using Business Intelligence in decision-making and strategy development in transportation technology companies, thus Business Intelligence not only serves as a tool to refine systems but also as a key to winning competition in an increasingly competitive industry.

  In marketing, watermelon will undergo a marketing process and experience changes in prices at the producer level and prices at the end consumer, resulting in differences in the price of watermelon between producers and consumers. This makes marketing a very important activity. The aim of this research is to determine marketing channels, margins and marketing efficiency. The population in this study was 140 watermelon farmers. The sample was determined using the Slovin method, so that the selected respondents were 34 watermelon farmers and the sample of trader respondents was 5 people, namely 2 village collectors, 1 wholesaler and 2 retailers. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, margin analysis and efficiency analysis. The research results show that there are 2 marketing channel patterns for watermelon in Waihatu Village, namely: marketing channel I farmer-retailer-final consumer, while marketing channel II farmer-village collector-wholesaler-retailer-final consumer. The highest total marketing margin is in marketing channel I, namely IDR 2,000/kg, while the lowest total margin is in marketing channel II, namely IDR 1,000/kg. In conclusion, both marketing channels are classified as efficient, marketing channel II with an efficiency value of 12.21 percent and marketing channel I with the smallest efficiency value, namely 3.34 percent.

However, students' lack of understanding of the positive uses and benefits of ChatGPT as a self-learning medium results in low adoption rates and underutilized learning potential. Therefore, this study aims to understand the level of acceptance and the impact that influences students in adopting ChatGPT technology so that it can provide direction and recommendations for schools to increase their self-learning awareness through the utilization of AI. The study used a quantitative approach and interviews with public high school students with the construction of the UTAUT 2 model as a framework. The population of public high school students was 3,405, probability sampling was used as the sampling method then the data was processed using SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.

With regard to the ratio of fiscal decentralization, effectiveness of PAD, regional financial efficiency, and compatibility of regional spending, this study intends to analyze the regional financial performance of Magelang Regency. This study examines the financial position of the Magelang Regency Government from 2018 to 2022 using quantitative descriptive analysis. According to the decentralization degree ratio analysis, the Magelang Regency Government Budget generates high revenue figures, with an average decentralization rate of 97.50% between 2018 and 2022. According to the variance analysis, the expenditure performance of the Magelang district government in general can control the budget, so that it can achieve an average surplus of Rp. 755,037,801,786.6 (remaining after budget calculation) between 2018 and 2022. This research examines the role of the Department of Trade and Industry (Disperdagin) in maintaining the stability of chili prices at the Bintan Center Market, Tanjungpinang City, using qualitative methods, collecting data sourced from official news sites, interviews with related parties, and from journal articles. Price instability and unsmooth distribution of chilies are problems that require evaluation of the role of Disperdagin in monitoring and maintaining price stability so that significant increases do not occur. The research results show that the Tanjungpinang City Disperdagin has a complex role in maintaining chili price stability. Apart from functioning as a supervisor and regulator of trade activities, Disperdagin is responsible for ensuring that the distribution mechanism runs smoothly and efficiently, and that the prices set remain affordable for the local community. However, implementing this role often faces obstacles, such as limited resources and unexpected price fluctuations. To overcome these challenges, Disperdagin collaborates with the Tanjungpinang City Government through various activities such as meetings, inspections, supervision, organizing cheap markets, and providing subsidies for transportation costs for sending chilies.

Presence recognition training using QR codes based on Android devices could be one of the trainings that can be developed by students because the competency gain from this training is quite promising. If students/santri after becoming alumni can later develop these competencies, it can be very profitable. If in the Islamic boarding school environment the alumni spread across their regions and try in various fields, of course knowledge of using the QR code scanner digital application on Android devices will be very useful, especially for the administration system. Partners in this PKM activity are teachers/administrative staff/students of Assaadah Puri Serpong Islamic High School within the Assaadah Puri Serpong Islamic Boarding School environment. The training on introducing attendance using QR codes based on Android devices was carried out with the stages of introduction, counseling and assistance in the practice of using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there are several problems faced, especially related to the student attendance review system which still uses a manual/paper-based system, resulting in difficulties in organizing, processing and controlling student attendance data both at the teaching staff level and in the school administration. The lack of technical knowledge regarding the use of digital applications on Android devices, such as a QR code scanner application which can actually be used for student attendance applications, is one of the obstacles for school equipment to be able to manage a more efficient attendance administration system. The solutions carried out in this PKM activity related to existing problems are: 1. Technical aspect: this aspect includes things you need to know about a simple presence attendance application using a QR code based on an Android device. The PKM team helps with the above matters through counseling and training so that a good understanding of this aspect is obtained so that they are technically able to practice it. 2. Management Aspect: this aspect is related to the management of the presence data obtained. So far, data management is still carried out manually without the use of a good application system. For this reason, the PKM team helps to solve problems in the management aspect with training methods on how to manage student attendance percentage data that is more practical, accurate, effective and efficient.  

This research aims to analyze what factors influence lowland rice production in Boronubaen Village, North Biboki District, North Central Timor Regency and to analyze the efficiency value of lowland rice production in Boronubaen Village, North Biboki District, North Central Timor Regency. The research and sampling method in this research is purposive sampling. This research will be carried out in Boronubaen Village, North Biboki District, North Central Timor Regency from June until the end of 2022. The number of samples taken in this research is 73 farmers in farmer groups. The research results show that the factors that influence lowland rice production are seeds, Klensec, Ben Subur and Urea, while land area, NPK, labor have no effect on lowland rice production in Boronobaen Village, North Biboki District, TTU Regency and that the efficiency value in the research This is 0.95, meaning that technically rice farming in Boronobaen Village is efficient

In the world of education today, computers have an important role as a learning medium for efficient learning. The GeoGebra application is an application used to visualize mathematical objects quickly, accurately and effectively so that it can shorten the time in solving mathematical problems. This research uses a literature study type of research by identifying and evaluating the results of previous research. In this research, 5 previous journals were identified. From the results of this research, it was found that the use of GeoGebra in learning was quite good. This is because GeoGebra has a positive influence that can support the learning carried out.

This study was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Sei Cabang, a private school in Langkat Regency, which still uses manual examination methods with identical questions for all students. This method is considered ineffective because it allows students to cheat, leading to exam results that do not accurately reflect their abilities. To address this issue, the study developed a web-based examination system using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) to generate randomized question numbers. With LCM, each student receives a different set of question numbers, making the exam process more effective and fair. The system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database, enabling efficient data storage and processing. The implementation of this system resulted in improved accuracy in assessment and reduced cheating potential during exams at the school.
