Independent Learning-Independent Campus is a policy of the Minister of Education and Culture which encourages students to study various fields in order to enter the world of work. The Independent Learning-Campus Independent Policy is guided by Permendikbud Number 3 of 2020 concerning Higher Education National Standards. Students as "agents of change" in developing human resources by contributing and improving together to benefit society. Students in this program go through many processes including registration, selection, debriefing, assignment, and student withdrawal. The Merdeka Learning-Independence Campus Program (MBKM) is a concept-based Merdeka-Learning program that allows students to develop and contribute, especially on issues related to education. The Teaching Campus contributes to the world of education at the elementary (SD) and junior high (SMP) levels in the 4T region (Foremost, Outermost, Disadvantaged, and Transmigration Zones), as well as schools accredited under A. This study aims to determine the role of campus students teaching in helping improve literacy, numeracy at AL-HUDA Middle School, Surabaya, East Java in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Techniques and instruments used in data collection, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of this study, it can be interpreted that campus teaching students play an important role in increasing literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation in schools

Development of products and services to the community is the key to success in business ventures.  UD. Barokah is a business that is engaged in meeting the primary needs of the community, namely in the form of selling various kinds of products, both in the form of sales of wholesale and retail. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

Selama lebih dari dua tahun, penduduk Indonesia berada dalam situasi yang sangat kritis akibat dampak dari penyakit Corona virus Disease 2019 atau lebih dikenal dengan COVID-19. Minimnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang cara pencegahan COVID-19 menyebabkan masyarakat Indonesia mengalami dampak yang tidak konsisten di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Begitu juga untuk usaha kecil dan menengah yang memiliki banyak pembatasan di tempat mereka selama COVID untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis. Salah satu tempat yang terdapat beberapa UMKM adalah pasar LARANGAN SIDOARJO. Banyak pedagang telah memutuskan untuk tutup karena pandemi COVID. Namun setelah melewati adanya pandemi, para pedagang UMKM memulai usahanya dengan strategi baru. Karena di masa new normal, akan banyak perubahan yang terjadi di berbagai bidang, terutama terkait pemasaran di pasar. Namun, di era New Normal ini bisa dijadikan angin segar untuk memulai pengembangan usaha, bahkan saat mereka menyusun strategi baru untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang berlaku atau New Normal. Di era new normal juga banyak pesaing, terutama persaingan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi resiliensi umkm past COVID terutama pada pasar LARANGAN SIDOARJO. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaif dengan analisis data, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara.    

The main problem in this research is the management of drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu which has not been handled properly. There are various types of pharmaceutical logistics, namely drugs and consumables, many types of incoming drugs and medical equipment, with different delivery times and drug expiration dates, the pharmacy must manage it well, starting from the process of distributing and storing drugs and consumables. from warehouse to depot. The pharmaceutical system that is still manual causes repeated double checks, the data collection of expired drugs is not correct, there is no application that makes it easy for pharmacy officers to check what drugs are about to expire and are about to expire so that it requires a long time and excessive energy. With the above problems, the development of drug management applications through the fifo and fefo methods in SIMRS when receiving, storing and releasing drugs and medical equipment is needed for smooth service in pharmaceutical installations so that officers can work effectively, efficiently, and improve service quality. as well as the economic disadvantages of hospital management can be minimized and produce reports that are faster and more accurate in the management and planning of drug supplies. Pharmacy officers can take advantage of drug management through the fifo and fefo applications based on batch numbers and expiration dates to complete all the shortcomings and weaknesses of the existing SIMRS application in order to maximize services at the Pharmacy Installation. This research is a quasi experimental research to determine the difference in the duration of the use of time and energy before and after using the application. The research was carried out at the pharmacy installation of Prof. Dr. H. M. Hospital. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng from August to October 2020.

The problem that is often faced by MSMEs is usually the lack of building an identity from the product being sold. The problem of MSMEs in Turi Village, Blitar City also has the problem of a lack of building product identity. Many MSMEs still use packaging that looks old school, less attractive, and seems monotonous. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of building an identity and product image so that it can be easily recognized by the public and able to compete with other competitors. The methods used in this community service activity are surveys, interviews, discussions, and applications. The results obtained from this community service activity are packaging development assistance starting from, packaging labels, more attractive product packaging. Provide an understanding of the importance of building a brand identity, so that in the future these MSMEs can compete with other competitors who sell similar products. Because having a good brand identity will increase Brand Awareness for that brand.

Tujuan dari kebijakan di sektor migas adalah untuk memastikan pengelolaan sumber daya energi yang efektif dan efisien, menjaga stabilitas pasokan dan harga, melindungi lingkungan, serta memastikan keamanan dan kesehatan pekerja di industri migas. Kebijakan juga dapat mencakup dukungan untuk inovasi teknologi dan pengembangan energi terbarukan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada1 [Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya,Fakultas Teknik,Teknik Perminyakan] bahan bakar fosil. Mengetahui sejarah perkembangan UU Migas di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi dan membahas aspek - aspek dalam kebijakan migas di Indonesia, menjelaskan perubahan yang terjadi dari zaman Hindia- Belanda hingga sekarang, Sebagai masukan bagi pemerintah Indonesia dalam penetapan kebijakan migas serta pengetahuan bagi masyarakat umum, memberikan masukan aspek - aspek penting yang harus dicakup dalam kebijakan migas Aspek penting dan menjadi dasar dalam pengelolaan sumber daya migas yaitu: Kepemilikan migas, Hak Pengelolaan,Kebijakan Fiskal,Kebijakan Ekspor-Impor, Kebijakan Administrasi, Kebijakan Pengembangan Wilayah dan Masyarakat dan Kebijakan Lingkungan

Infrastructure development is the duty and responsibility of both the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency/City Regional Governments in accordance with the division of government affairs. One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. The results of this study are that craftsmen market wayang kulit crafts online and digitally E-commerce to overcome the obstacles they face, the infrastructure related to the marketing of leather puppets that has been developed so far is a means of communication in the form of internet and WIFI, and infrastructure that is prioritized to be equipped is e-commerce digital marketplace.

Radya Pustaka Museum is said to be the oldest museum in Indonesia. Radya Pustaka Museum is currently experiencing a setback in terms of tourist visits. This is due to two things, namely; 1. Pull factors or from the museum side, (collection, arrangement, promotion, interior design, interpretation, digitization). 2. Driving factors or from the visitor's side, (motivation drops, shifts in interest, lack of references). This study aims to determine the potential of the Radya Pustaka Museum as a tourist destination, along with efforts to develop the area into an integrated tourist destination. This research was conducted using a qualitative method in the Sriwedari Park area in general and the Radya Pustaka museum in particular. Data collection techniques were carried out by observations, interviews and document studies. Based on the results of data collection, it can be concluded that: (1) the Radya Pustaka Museum has the potential to be used as a cultural tourism destination, (2) a tourism attraction and tourist attraction development strategy is needed, (3) a tourism and regional development strategy is needed as well as good marketing support.

This research was conducted in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village, Central Java, which aims to understand and analyze the coffee-based agro-tourism development model as a tourist attraction in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village. And analyze what obstacles are experienced by the Colo Kudus Tourism Village Agrotourism. The data of this study were obtained through observation and interviews, the informants used in the study were 5 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for coffee activists, the Colo Coffee community. The data obtained were processed using descriptive qualitative. Qualitative analysis uses data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Arowisata Colo Tourism Village has a strategy model such as Coffee Education Tourism, training for farmers.

A tourist village is a village that is used as a tourist attraction because of its attractiveness. The potential possessed by the village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities which are then presented in a structure of community life. This method by conducting PKM activities in a research-based community service program was carried out on June 18, 2023 in collaboration with UMKM Wonobodro Village, Blado Kab. Batang, which was held at a religious tourism site. This community service activity carries the theme of developing local culinary products to increase regional tourism. Therefore, the tourist village is usually made in one particular area supported by attractions, accommodation, and other facilities which as a whole integrate all elements in a village to promote local uniqueness and wisdom. Culinary tourism is one of the tourism potentials in this tourist village is Opak Singkong. This cassava opak is sold in raw or fried form. Opak is sold from Rp5-10 thousand per pack that can be used as souvenirs for tourists who come.

Hal yang paling mendasar dalam praktik literasi adalah kegiatan membaca. Keterampilan membaca merupakan fondasi untuk mempelajari berbagai hal lainnya. Kemampuan ini penting bagi pertumbuhan intelektual peserta didik. Melalui membaca peserta didik dapat menyerap pengetahuan dan mengeksplorasi dunia yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupannya. Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq. Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) bertujuan untuk Menumbuhkembangkan budaya literasi membaca dan menulis siswa di sekolah, Meningkatkan kapasitas warga dan lingkungan sekolah agar literat. Pelaksanaan GLS berupa tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap pembelajaran.  

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

Kalirungkut Village is an area that has various potentials. One of the superior potentials of the village located in Rungkut District, Surabaya is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME actors have joined the Kalirungkut MSME Association. Association member products are dominated by food and beverages. In addition, there are several MSMEs selling crafts. On the other hand, running a business is not an easy thing. Many MSME actors are constrained, both internal and external constraints. Based on surveys and observations, the main problem faced by members of the Kalirungkut MSME Association is marketing which is still simple and traditional so that it affects the slow, even stagnant, development of MSMEs. Therefore, the East Java MBKM "Veteran" UPN "Veteran" KKNT Group of 85 took the initiative to organize digital marketing socialization which aims to provide knowledge and skills to market products digitally. This socialization had a positive impact in the form of increasing the awareness of MSME actors to start engaging in digital marketing.

This study describes various problems of the Qur'an in the development of Islamic education and technology in the 4.0 era as well as some answers to overcome existing problems. The type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used was the Library Research method with various reading sources such as pre-existing books or journals. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Qur'an in the development of Islamic education and technology in the 4.0 era consists of: (1) steps to overcome technological backwardness in the world of Islamic education which are always related to the Al-Qur'an, (2 ) Steps that need to be considered by an educator to understand digital skills in the learning process, (3) Some preparations that must be prepared before becoming an educator (teacher) so that learning goes well, (4) Methods that need to be studied and prepared by educators (teachers) before providing teaching materials in the classroom.

Pengembangan sektor pertanian di pedesaan seringkali menghadapi berbagai kendala dan tantangan. Kendala dalam pembangunan pertanian ini dapat berupa berbagai factor seperti factor manusia maupun lingkungan yang dapat terjadi di Desa Cupak, Kecamatan Ngusikan, Kabupaten Jombang. Desa Cupak memiliki potensi bidang pertanian dan peternakan yang cukup baik. Potensi yang ada di desa ini antara lain ketersediaan lahan pertanian, adanya sektor perkebunan, dan tanaman pangan, ketersediaan SDM pertanian, dan adanya kegiatan kelompok tani yang cukup aktif. Sayangnya, potensi ini tidak diimbangi dengan pengembangan kemampuan petani dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bertani sehingga hanya terbatas pada pengelolaan umbi porang yang seharusnya bisa dijadikan produk tertentu. Dengan masalah tersebut perlu diadakan serangkaian pelatihan bagi petani porang desa cupak.  

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki berbagai dampak dari kebijakan sektor migas di perusahaan Pertamina. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami efek-efek kebijakan tersebut terhadap perusahaan dan berbagai aspek terkait seperti kinerja keuangan, operasional, lingkungan, dan hubungan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis data sekunder, studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sektor migas memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perusahaan Pertamina. Dampak tersebut mencakup perubahan dalam pendapatan perusahaan, efisiensi operasional, peningkatan atau penurunan tingkat emisi dan dampak lingkungan lainnya, serta pengaruh terhadap hubungan sosial dengan masyarakat lokal dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang dampak-dampak yang dihasilkan oleh kebijakan sektor migas di perusahaan Pertamina, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan strategi di masa depan.

Pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini kami memberikan pelatihan kepada Masyarakat binaan Mitra Asih pada tanggal 20 Juli 2022 dan Alhamdulillah peserta berhasil melakukan semua latihan dan tugas yang diberikan saat pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan dapat mengikuti semua rangkaian kegiatan praktikum dari sesi pertama sampai sesi akhir dengan baik. Kemudian pelatihan bisnis plan menggunakan bisnis model canvas bisa dipraktekkan oleh Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) sehingga usaha-usaha home industri terutama dalam hal memulai unit usaha bisa merencanakan usaha dari tahap awal (bisnis plan) dimana masyarakat disana sebelumnya masih kesulitan dalam merencanakan tahap-tahap dalam berwirausaha, sehingga belum punya sebuah model dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, tidak terarah dan tidak bisa merencanakan apa yang akan dilakukan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai peranan green accounting terhadap green campus di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Green accounting merupakan pengembangan informasi terbaru yang memperhatikan tentang lingkungan dengan mengungkapkan laporan biaya aktivitas yang ada, dengan bersifat sukarela karena belum terdapat aturan tegas. Apabila ingin mencapai sustainability universitas, selain memperhatikan aspek ekonomi dan sosial juga harus memperhatikan aspek lingkungan agar tetap terjaga eksistensi universitas sekaligus kelestarian lingkungannya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini  yaitu kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan narasumber untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green accounting berperan dalam sustainability development di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, hal ini ditunjukkan dari program Eco Campus yang dilakukan oleh Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya salah satunya penurunan penggunaan daya listrik per kWh

Dalam pengembangan sebuah perusahaan, sumber daya manusia adalah faktor penentu seberapa jauh sumber daya lain dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik.Rekrutmen merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, supaya perusahaan memiliki karyawan yang berkopeten dibidangnya sehingga dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Perusahaan akan merasa puas dari hasil pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakannya. Proses rekrutmen menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkakn kinerja karyawan. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BTN) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dibidang Perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara KC Karawang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, dan wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. KC Karawang.
