This research examines the influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products, by considering two moderating variables: perceived quality and religiosity. Quantitative methods were used by collecting data through bold questionnaires via Google Form to 190 respondents who understand sharia financial products. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on behavioral finance theory. The research results show that there is a positive influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products. Perceived quality and religiosity do not moderate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions, but have a direct effect. The implication is that sharia financial literacy influences positive investment decisions. Perceived quality and level of religiosity also influence investment decisions in sharia financial products. These findings are important for the Islamic finance industry in developing effective marketing and service strategies, as well as for educational institutions to increase sharia financial literacy.

One of the most common economic activities in the community is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These businesses are known for being relatively easy to develop and have the potential to strengthen a country's economy. As a source of income for most people, MSMEs are often their economic footing. Furthermore, MSMEs have the potential to compete with other businesses on an international level if they are continuously strengthened. If this is successfully achieved, it will provide a significant boost to national economic growth and support the stability of the country as a whole. The purpose of this research is to collect information about the role of contributions and obstacles faced by UNTIRTA students in an effort to encourage the economic development of MSMEs in Serang City. The research was conducted through a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. To collect data, the author employed both literature study techniques and in-depth interview techniques with UNTIRTA students. The results of this study indicate that UNTIRTA students play a significant role in driving the MSME economy in Serang City. UNTIRTA students can assist in raising public awareness about the role and potential of MSMEs in Serang City. Nevertheless, further endeavors are necessary to enhance students' capacity and accessibility to requisite resources, as well as to reinforce collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and MSME stakeholders. It is anticipated that a more conducive environment for the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Serang City can be created through close collaboration between students, educational institutions, local government, and MSME players.

Profiling of corrupt perpetrators is done by looking for information such as office or profession, educational level, employment history and criminal background. Because increased tax receipts are not proportionate to the extraction of benefits to the public, it creates mistrust and reluctance to meet tax obligations. It endangers national security in many aspects, such as social, cultural, moral, political, and legal. Literature Review is an in-depth study of a particular topic with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this writing is to discuss and analyze further about the profiling of perpetrators and the massive impact caused by the case of Rafael Alun Trisambodo PNS class III in the General Directorate of Tax Kemenkeu who served as Head of the General Division of Kanwil DJP South Jakarta. His motive for corruption and money laundering was to enrich himself, his family, or anyone else by abusing office. The conclusion of this writing is that efforts to combat corruption are still not optimal as many sides tempt wealth and take advantage of opportunities.

This journal discusses the legal requirements for fish catch as the object of a production sharing agreement in Pohuwato Regency. In the context of business cooperation between ship owners and crew members, production sharing agreements have become common practice, although they are often done verbally. This research aims to examine the legal requirements that must be fulfilled by fish catches in order to be the object of a valid production sharing agreement. In this research, normative research methods were used with a legislative approach, a case approach and a conceptual approach. The data used is secondary data obtained through literature study and analysis carried out qualitatively. The research results show that there are four legal conditions that must be fulfilled in an agreement, namely agreement between both parties, ability to carry out the agreement, clear and halal objects, and a form that complies with applicable legal provisions. Apart from that, it was also stated that Law Number 16 of 1964 concerning Fishery Profit Sharing provides an outline of the minimum percentage of profit sharing that must be received by fishermen. However, this research also reveals that the production sharing agreement system in Pohuwato Regency does not always work as it should, especially due to inhibiting factors such as low levels of education. Therefore, the legal protection of fishermen as parties entering into production sharing agreements needs to be improved. In conclusion, to fulfill the legal requirements for fish catch as the object of a production sharing agreement, there needs to be an agreement between both parties, fulfillment of applicable legal requirements, as well as adequate legal protection for fishermen as parties involved in the agreement. Efforts to increase legal understanding and awareness of fishermen's rights need to be made to ensure fairness in the distribution of fish catches in Pohuwato Regency.

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the development of education quality in developing countries. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that quality education is education that can produce students who have abilities, insight and skills in accordance with established standards, so that they have sufficient opportunities to be competent in any job market without ignoring the moral aspects of their lives. A developing country is a country with a low average income, relatively underdeveloped infrastructure, and a human development index that is poor compared to global norms. Educational policies in developing countries generally originate from the legacy of colonial educational policies. It is said this because developing countries when they first became independent had not yet developed their own educational policies based on the realistic needs of their people. The independence that has been achieved in the political field is not automatically followed by independence in other fields, especially in the field of education. The causes of the low quality of education in developing countries are, 1) lack of qualified teachers, 2) failure of schools to care for students, in fact elementary schools are less effective in supporting the development movement, if the impact is not proven within an appropriate period of time, 3) poor state of the curriculum. not appropriate. The basic problems of the curriculum at the pre-university level include the expansion of cultural adaptation, localization and vocationalization of the curriculum, 4) Inequality in rural and urban progress.

During the period of compulsory education in Indonesia, which is 12 years, the government requires mathematics as the main subject of external learning which will continue to have an impact on people's lives. The level of ability in a field of science must be measured to obtain valid data for the development of education in Indonesia. The use of Sagemath Mathematics Software in schools in Indonesia is not surprising at this time, technological developments have made the use of Sagemath Mathematics Software commonplace. The research method used in this research uses a literature study research method where researchers research the results of previous research. In groups There were 55.88% of experiments that experienced an increase (normalized gain) in the high category and 44.22% were in the medium category. Meanwhile, the average increase (normalized profit) in this group was 0.71, which is included in the high category. The results of this study concluded that students' abilities in mathematical computational thinking on Sagemath software are very high, this is due to several factors between the tendencies of students' desires and creativity of the teaching profession. Students' computing abilities when using Sagemath software can be done through students' mathematical algorithm features.
