The development of technology today makes humans coexist with technology. Many human activities can be carried out through the internet network. One of them is the presence of the metaverse which is a technology that contains virtual interactions, digital objects, and decentralized humans from various platforms. Metaverse is used by many people as a medium for buying and selling transactions. Metaverse users generally sell their products in the form of NFTs. Various well-known brands have started promoting their products through the metaverse. The emergence of well-known brands in the metaverse is an opportunity for irresponsible parties to infringe brand rights. As was the case in Ryder Ripps v. Yuga Labs. Pollution, imitation, obscuration, and so forth of well-known trademarks are carried out by irresponsible parties. One of them is the doctrine of Trademark Dilution. Trademark dilution is the unauthorized use by other parties that can weaken the quality or characteristics of a trademark. This makes the question of how the protection of trademarks in the virtual space of the metaverse and what legal action can be taken when there is a violation of trademark rights. Not many countries have regulated the protection of digital trademarks specifically against trademark dilution, as well as Indonesia. This research will be conducted using a non-native juridical approach method with legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, international agreements, theories, and legal rules. The focus of this research is how metaverse with the platform in it can protect the trademark with the terms and conditions agreement of account users in the platform. The result of this research is that brands can be protected against infringement of rights to the brand as well as brand dilution by referring to the terms and conditions of account users listed in the platform. In addition, the legal action that can be taken is to file a lawsuit as determined by the platform and the removal of related content.

In today's modern era, every organization or business needs an information system, and it is used to improve information requirements, quality standards, and productive employee work. Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. Systems for managing information then help businesses integrate their own information, improve the quality of information they have access to, manage it effectively, and accelerate information processing so that routine tasks can be automated and innovated into business products that improve services and workflows. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.

This classroom action research was motivated by the low ability of students in class VII-9 at SMP Negeri 11 Medan in writing folk poetry as evidenced by the results of the task of writing rhymes, the grades achieved by students in class VII-9 were still low. Only a few reached the minimum completeness criteria. The less than optimal student scores are due to several obstacles that arise from the students themselves. These obstacles are students having difficulty determining and finding ideas, having difficulty developing ideas that have been obtained in the form of rhymes due to lack of vocabulary mastery, and students who are not used to expressing their thoughts or imagination in the form of poetry. This research was conducted to investigate whether the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach was effective in improving the skills of writing folk poetry in class VII-9 students of SMP Negeri 11 Medan. Technology has the potential to be employed within the realm of electronics and informatics, particularly for the purpose of securing household doors using a smartphone through an internet connection. The Internet of Things (IoT) embodies a concept where internet-enabled devices can communicate with each other and their surrounding objects. This endeavor seeks to create a prototype using key components, including NodeMCU Esp8266, Servo Motor, and Fingerprint Module, with the ultimate goal of simplifying daily tasks and alleviating concerns about leaving the door unlocked upon leaving the house. The mechanism of this device entails utilizing a smartphone app to establish an internet connection, enabling users to seamlessly close and lock their house door. The underlying intention behind developing this tool is to provide assistance in managing both indoor and outdoor activities, addressing the issue of inadvertently leaving the door unlocked, and substituting traditional door locks with fingerprint recognition. By employing this innovation, individuals can conveniently regulate their house door via smartphone, saving time and effort and seamlessly integrating it into their daily routines.
