In today's era, there are already many companies that have been established, from urban to rural areas, various companies have been established, especially companies that provide daily necessities such as supermarkets. And each company competes with each other in selling its products with the expected results. In this study, researchers use data to support this study. Because sales of goods or product stock can be calculated in sales results, the higher the sales, the higher the risk that will be faced. This study aims to apply data mining in analyzing sales results that occur in supermarkets. And to find out its impact on sales. This researcher uses the KNN method, by looking for test results with this method which will be implemented using the Rapid Miner application which will later produce the results of its analysis.

People's mining activities in Gamey Village, Uwapa District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province are carried out to meet daily needs and improve the welfare of the local community. This mining activity is based on alluvial deposit conditions and is applied for mining sediments on the surface and using alcon machines. for high pressure water spray. This community mining activity is divided into several stages starting from preparation of mining land, processing and production processes as well as selling gold products for sale. This research aims to examine the gold processing used by small-scale miners in Uwapa District, Gamey Village, and its impact on the environment and public health. The main focus of this research is on the use of the sluice box method, which is the gold processing technique most commonly used by local communities. This method was chosen for its simplicity and low cost, although the gold recovery efficiency varies between 50-70%. Additionally, this research evaluates alternative technologies such as shake tables and centrifuges that can increase gold recovery efficiency and be more environmentally friendly. The research results show that the implementation of alternative technology requires training, procurement of adequate equipment and infrastructure as well as ongoing monitoring. By adopting better technology, it is hoped that gold mining activities in Gamey Village can run more productively and sustainably, improving community welfare without damaging the environment.

This article aims to analyze the views of Generation Z (Gen Z) towards the use of Mobile Legends online game as a source of income. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving six research subjects aged 20-24 years old and actively playing Mobile Legends. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that Gen Z has a positive view of Mobile Legends as a source of additional income. Their main motivations are the desire to earn extra income, an income-generating hobby, filling spare time, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The strategies used include selling accounts, becoming a jockey, live streaming, content creation, and participating in tournaments. Challenges faced include fierce competition, meta game changes, risk of fraud, and the need to maintain a balance between gaming and real life. Playing intensity has a relationship with monetization success, but excessive intensity can have a negative impact. This research provides new insights into the phenomenon of online game utilization as a source of income among Gen Z and its implications for the digital economy and entrepreneurship.

This research aims to analyze the determination of the cost of production at the Akar coffe Shop to determine the optimal product selling price. In facing intense competition in the coffe industry, determining the right selling price is very important for business continuity. The research method used is mix method approach with production cost analysis, which includes raw material, labor and overhead costs. The findings of the study indicate There is a difference in the calculations according to the simple approach and full costing which affects the selling price.This research emphasizes the importance of accuracy in pricing to maintain a balance between costs and profitability.

In today's world of retail and technology, competition is fiercely competitive. With the development of retail businesses increasing in number and mushrooming in a region, consumer needs are increasing, and retail business players are competing to develop their businesses by utilizing existing technology. Daily sales transaction data continues to increase, causing a lot of storage. Toko Ira has more than 228 sales transaction data records from 2023 to 2024 that have not been used. Data requires a lot of storage space. Additionally, the data has not been used in an effective way. Based on this problem, this research aims to use data mining to classify sales transaction data to determine which items are selling best. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted with the Naive Bayes method and Rapidminer was used. The results of the sales transaction data classification research are the division of products into best-selling and non-selling categories. The results of this research show that the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm with a 50:50 data division is more effective in predicting and classifying sales of best-selling and non-selling products in IRA stores. The results show that the Naive Bayes algorithm has an accuracy of 89.91%, while the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm has an accuracy of 60.09%.

In response to the increasing competition within the telecommunications industry, PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III faces the challenge of maintaining its competitive advantage and fostering customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the application of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) by PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III in enhancing the company’s competitiveness while simultaneously strengthening customer loyalty. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III has effectively implemented essential IMC elements, including advertising, sales promotions, digital marketing, personal selling, and public relations. These strategies have proven to be effective in increasing customer awareness of services, reinforcing long-term relationships, and supporting the company’s competitive positioning in the market.

This community service activity aims to provide education about the use of shopping bags (totebags) from patchwork waste as an alternative to plastic bags to MSME business actors processed fish in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The method used by the author in this activity begins with providing training on plastic bag waste, then also an introduction to the utilization of fabric waste that can be reused to make new products that are useful and ends with the handover of helanja bags to the business actors of processed fish MSMEs in Kampung Nelayan Desa Salira. The processed fish MSME products are in the form of payus fish amplang crackers, fish rolade, fish nuggets, fish meatballs made from fish, and in their sales require reusable shopping bags and have product selling value.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

In the online buying and selling process, the seller becomes the name of the store and the buyer does not know the identity of the seller such as name, address, and even age. Buyers will only know from the name of the store selling the item. The concept of online buying and selling is that you only have information about the name and address of the store, but do not know who the owner of the store is. In the buying and selling process, the buyer chooses the product available in the store and if there are any questions about the product, they can ask the seller via chat. The seller then uses a robotic or human system to answer the buyer's questions. The second pillar and condition is ma'qud 'alaih or a medium of exchange and goods sold. The medium of exchange used in the buying and selling process, both online and offline, still uses the same tool, namely money. The purchase or payment process for online buying and selling can be done through bank transfer through the payment code number that has been ordered. The majority of online stores also offer a wider selection of different types of goods.

The research focuses on identifying sell signals and buy signals in stock buying and selling transactions using technical analysis used by investors to achieve optimal profits. This study compares the influence of MACD and RSI indicators on sell signals and buy signals before and after using Islamic banking stocks listed on IDX. Next, to find out which indicator is more effective in identifying sell and buy signals. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive research design . The data analyzed is secondary data obtained from data samples from PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk, PT. Bank Panin Dubay Syariah Tbk, PT. Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk for the period 2018-2022. The result of the study is that there is no significant difference between sell signals and buy signals before and after the use of the Moving Avergence Convergence Divergence indicator and the Relative Strength Index indicator. Based on the t-test, each indicator states that using the RSI indicator has a positive value.

Nowadays, advances in information and communication technology have opened up new opportunities in the world of digital business, including the use of the Telegram application as a business platform. This research aims to understand how students, as the digital native generation and active users of Telegram, utilize this application to carry out digital business activities. The author conducted the research using a descriptive qualitative approach, and collected data through interviews, observations, and library studies involving six informants aged 14-17 years. The results of this study show that the Telegram App, with features such as channels, large-capacity groups, and automated bots, provides flexibility and efficiency that support students in running small businesses, such as selling services, digital products, and community management. However, challenges such as fraud risk and fierce competition are also major obstacles. This research highlights the potential of Telegram in supporting students to develop creativity, communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit early on, while contributing to economic empowerment in the digital era.

Determining relatively high prices will cause consumers to move to other producers, or look for new products that have better product quality. This shows that determining price sensitivity must be appropriate. The aim of the research is to determine the price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Pasar Baruga, Kendari city. Determination of the research area was carried out purposively based on the consideration that Baruga Market is one of the central distributors of staple foods. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The number of respondents who were staple food traders was 44 people. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the research show that: The price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Baruga Market, Kendari City, means that on average there has been an increase in both the number of goods offered and the price level. For head rice the average selling price difference is Rp. 5,125, for broiler meat the average selling price difference is Rp. 8,750, purebred chicken eggs with an average selling price difference of Rp. the average difference in selling price is IDR 2,786, Sedaap cooking oil with an average difference in selling price is IDR 2,429, Shallots with an average difference in selling price is IDR 15,286 and the average difference in the number of goods sold is 10 Kg .

To find out  the beef cattle business in Perbaungan sub-district is potentially profitable from a financial, social and environmental perspective. Primary data were collected through interviews with farmers and secondary data from relevant agencies. Descriptive-analytical method was used. Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) were used to assess business feasibility. The results showed that the beef cattle business is financially viable with a BCR value of 1.35, NPV of 25,000,000, and IRR of 18 per cent. In addition, the business has a positive impact on income generation, job creation, and farmer welfare. But there are some problems, such as changes in feed prices and cattle waste management. Even if feed prices and cattle selling prices change significantly, the business is still viable, according to the sensitivity analysis. To make the business more sustainable, the government should help through training programmes, feed subsidies and access to finance. Beef cattle enterprises have great potential to grow and have a positive impact on both the environment and the community if managed properly.

The practice of “All You Can Eat” (AYCE) is a food serving model where customers pay one fixed price to enjoy various types of all-you-can-eat dishes within a certain time limit. This concept has become a global trend and is widely implemented in Indonesia, especially in Japanese and Korean themed restaurants. As a modern form of muamalah, AYCE raises questions in the perspective of Islamic law because it involves aspects of economic transactions that must fulfill the pillars and conditions of buying and selling according to Islam. This study examines the mechanism of AYCE, starting from the payment system, time policy, and additional rules such as fines for uneaten food. In addition, it discusses the application of the pillars and conditions of buying and selling in Islam, which include clarity of goods, valid contracts, and voluntary consent of the parties involved. The main focus is on the potential element of uncertainty (gharar) in AYCE practices, especially regarding the different portions of food consumed by customers, which forms the basis of the Islamic legal analysis of this concept. This research aims to provide a comprehensive view of the relationship between the AYCE concept in the light of Islamic law.

This research was conducted to analyze the internal and external environmental issues of the “Singgalang Baru” glass and aluminium shop in the form of SWOT analysis. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methodology, and the data collection is in three main techniques, such as; 1) direct observation, 2) in-depth interviews with shop owners, and 3) documentation in the form of photos. This research used SWOT matrix analysis, the strategies obtained are SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies. The obstacles faced by “Singgalang Baru” include: 1) the lack of the business management, where human resources are still lacking especially technician staff, 2) challenges in optimizing marketing (ex. showcase) products with strategic locations, 3) the use of technology in marketing and buying and selling systems, and 4) lack of innovation in making products based by glass and aluminum materials. After conducting the analysis, the researchers concluded that the main effort to increase the competitiveness of the “Singgalang Baru” glass and aluminium shop was carried out with the SO strategy, where the strategy focuses on using strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities.

The use of the internet is not only limited to utilizing information that can be accessed via social media, but can also be used as a means to carry out trade transactions that have been introduced in Indonesia, namely e-commerce. In e-commerce transactions in cyberspace, it is possible for disputes to occur, just like disputes that occur in a conventional legal relationship. The more numerous and extensive trading activities and e-commerce transactions, the higher the frequency of disputes and this means that there will be many disputes that must be resolved. One of the payments in e-commerce is COD (Cash On Delivery) which is made on the spot after the order from the courier is received by the buyer. In fact, there have been several cases that have resulted in losses felt by the seller in a buying and selling transaction via e-commerce. How to alternatively resolve consumer disputes through an out-of-court settlement process, and how to provide legal protection for consumers and business actors.

This study aims to analyze the marketing system of live pigs at Gokat Market, which is one of the centers of pig trade in Indonesia. This analysis includes marketing channels, factors that influence prices, and the relationship between demand and supply of live pigs. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, involving interviews with farmers, traders, and other related parties at Gokat Market. The results of the study indicate that marketing of live pigs involves several channels, ranging from small farmers, collectors, to large traders who sell to end consumers or slaughterhouses. The price of pigs is influenced by the quality of livestock, market demand, and economic conditions, as well as fluctuations in the price of animal feed. The demand for pork is highly dependent on seasonal factors and celebrations, while supply is influenced by the number of farmers and the health conditions of livestock. Regulations also affect market stability and livestock prices. This study concludes that marketing of live pigs at Gokat Market has complex dynamics, where various external and internal factors affect the smooth distribution and selling price of live pigs. Cooperation is needed between farmers, traders, and the government to create a more efficient and sustainable marketing system.

Buying and selling is an essential economic activity in everyday life, especially in the context of Muslim societies that uphold sharia principles. This research aims to explore the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers in Islam, as well as the challenges faced in modern buying and selling practices, especially in the digital era. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using literature study techniques and interviews with business people. The research results show that understanding of rights and obligations varies, with many sellers and buyers realizing the importance of transparency and honesty in transactions. However, the main challenge arises from online transactions, where uncertainty regarding product authenticity can reduce consumer confidence. Most consumers do not fully understand their rights, so further education is needed to increase awareness of transaction ethics. This research also found that the integration of technology, such as review systems and electronic contracts, can help strengthen trust in transactions. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between sharia principles, regulations and technology to create a buying and selling environment that is fair, sustainable and full of blessings.
