The research conducted aims to analyze the impact of public service quality on the level of public satisfaction in Ngamprah District, particularly in the implementation of the District Integrated Administration Service System (PATEN). Using simple linear regression analysis, this study evaluates the relationship between public service quality (X) and public satisfaction (Y). Data was collected from 33 respondents through questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The analysis results indicate that public service quality has a significant impact on public satisfaction, with a regression parameter value of 0.423 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination, or R Square, is valued at 0.771, indicating that 77.1% of the variance in public satisfaction can be explained by the quality of public service. This study concludes that improvements in public service quality are directly associated with increases in public satisfaction. The findings highlight the importance of focusing on service aspects such as timeliness, ease of access, service model variety, accuracy, completeness, courtesy, responsibility, friendliness, and comfort to achieve higher service standards and enhance public trust.

The purpose of this study is to examine how service quality and product availability impact customer reviews on the TokoteknoPro e-commerce platform. Customer reviews play a crucial role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions in today's market. Customer perceptions and satisfaction are significantly influenced by two key factors: service quality and product availability. This research employed quantitative methods, using a survey distributed to one hundred active TokoteknoPro users to gather data. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to explore the relationship and impact between the independent variables—service quality and product availability—and the dependent variable, customer reviews. The findings reveal that both product availability and service quality positively and significantly affect customer reviews. Interestingly, service quality has a stronger influence compared to product availability. These results suggest that enhancing service quality, alongside ensuring adequate product availability, is crucial for increasing positive customer reviews on TokoteknoPro. The insights from this study can help TokoteknoPro's management develop more effective strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize customer reviews.

With car production increasing every year, the automotive industry has grown rapidly in the modern era. This growth has also led to the development of ancillary service sectors such as auto repair shops, auto shows, sales of vehicle accessories and components, and carwash services. Car wash services, in particular, have become very necessary in this day and age, especially for those who cannot and have limited time to wash their own vehicles at home. As a business in the service sector, it is important to implement effective promotional plans and provide optimal service quality to customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. This research aims to evaluate the effect of promotional strategies and service quality on the satisfaction of HJG Carwash users in Punggur District, Central Lampung, either partially or simultaneously. From a population of 242 people, the research sample was taken from 151 respondents. The research method applied is multiple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The results prove that promotional strategies do not have a positive impact on user satisfaction, while service quality has a positive impact partially on HJG Carwash user satisfaction. However, simultaneously, the two variables together have a positive and significant impact on HJG Carwash user satisfaction. In this study, 29.5% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by the model used, while the remaining 0.705 cannot be described in this research.

The Online Regional Investment Information System (SI INVEST OKE) is an innovation in licensing services in Demak Regency that aims to accelerate and simplify the licensing application process. This system replaces the previous offline application, SIMPPT, and provides technology-based services that can be accessed from anywhere. This study uses a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach to evaluate the implementation of SI INVEST OKE using Leavitt's Model (1965), which examines the relationship between four main components: tasks, human resources, technology, and organizational structure. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with DINPMPTSP employees and service users, direct observation at the DINPMPTSP office, and analysis of related documents. The findings show that the implementation of SI INVEST OKE has succeeded in reducing service time, increasing public satisfaction, and providing efficiency in licensing management. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure in remote areas and human resource skills are still obstacles that need to be overcome. The main recommendations from this study include increasing human resource capacity, expanding technological infrastructure, and developing more supportive regulations.

The utilization of information technology has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, particularly in the transportation sector. To facilitate users, PT.  Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) offers ticket booking services through the KAI Access smartphone application. However, this application has received considerable negative feedback regarding its usability, which jeopardizes its effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the KAI Access application and identify areas needing improvement. The data collection method used is quantitative, following ISO 9241-11 standards, and involves several users to assess the three main aspects of usability: effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The study's findings indicate that 40% of users experience difficulties in navigating and completing tasks within the application, highlighting issues with the interface design. The average time required to complete a task is 8 minutes, longer than similar applications, indicating a low level of application efficiency. User satisfaction is reflected by an average score of 3.2 out of 5, indicating a somewhat disrupted level of satisfaction. The analysis of the study results shows that the main issues lie in unclear navigation, incomplete information, unappealing visuals, and poor application performance. To improve the usability of the KAI Access application, it is recommended to make improvements in navigation design, provide clearer and more comprehensive information, refine the visual design, and optimize the application's workflow.

Satisfaction is the response from customers or service users to what they receive. Based on the Community Satisfaction Index conducted by the Boyolali District Health Office in 2023, a high score of 82.54% was obtained. However, in several studies related to satisfaction, some dimensions still fall below the level of alignment between expectations and reality, particularly regarding service timeliness, providing opportunities for patients to ask questions, and creating a safe environment. Waiting time is the period from when a patient submits a prescription until they receive their medication. This study aims to determine the relationship between waiting time and consumer satisfaction response to services at the pharmacy installations of Sawit and Teras Community Health Centers in Boyolali in 2023. The method used was analytic with a cohort design, data collection employed purposive sampling, and the research was analyzed using a Chi-square test with an obtained P-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The research findings indicated that 95% of service waiting times met the standards, while 5% did not. This study concluded that there was a relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction response to services at the pharmacy installations of Teras and Sawit Community Health Centers in Boyolali.

The high pedestrian activity and traffic flow in the education area on Jalan Raya Abepura-Sentani Jayapura City led to the provision of Pedestrian Bridges (JPO) in two locations, namely in front of the Cenderawasih University Auditorium (JPO-1) and in front of SMP YPPK Santu Paulus (JPO-2). This research was conducted to determine the suitability of the physical geometric standards of the pedestrian bridge and its level of effectiveness, as well as factors that affect pedestrian satisfaction in using the two Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) facilities. Geometric analysis was carried out using the standard of Pedestrian Bridge Planning Procedures for Urban Pedestrians (1995) and Technical Planning of Pedestrian Facilities (2023), calculation of the level of effectiveness using the volume of crossings, and analysis of service satisfaction using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results found that the condition of JPO-2 is better and meets the standards because it uses a slope that can be used by people with disabilities, while the slope on the steps of JPO-1 is too steep (40°) and narrow with a width of 1.4 meters, so the effectiveness level of JPO-2 is higher (67%) than JPO-1 (52%). Factors affecting user satisfaction are aspects of comfort, safety, and security.  The main obstacles in using the pedestrian bridge are dirty conditions, no lighting, the presence of people under the influence of alcohol or extortionists, and damage to the Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) facilities.
